Low T Center Knoxville TN

Well I gave this place 5 stars last week because I was told I would get a free B-12 shot by doing so. And I truly have been impressed and happy with my experience there. Until I got my last injection and free B-12 shot this week. The woman at the checkout desk basically implied that I had already used my free B-12 shot the week before and that she would “have to check if that promotion was still active”. After checking with someone in the back, she returned and rudely said “I’m gonna go ahead and give it to you.” Fact is I take a lot of pride in my reputation and my honesty and it’s very insulting to basically be accused of trying to get a $15 shot for free. Long story short, some people need to check their manners.

Great visit today…best shot EVER! Never felt a thing! As always everyone was friendly and professional. I always enjoy my visits.

While I believe the Low T Center offers commendable services for their patients, my 2-star rating stems from the information provided by the nurse practitioner during my visit. Although I’m sure it wasn’t intentional, a couple of things she mentioned were not accurate.Firstly, she informed me that testosterone injections from my primary care doctor would be administered every two weeks instead of weekly, leading to a dip in testosterone levels between injections. This wasnt the case for me. After my Saturday appointment at the Low T Center, I saw my primary care doctor the following Monday. He suggested I use a testosterone cream, which I picked up from Walgreens. The prescription included 75 packets, amounting to a 75-day supply with two refills—225 daily applications in total. Perhaps she was referring to the injections, but her not even mentioning the cream option was another reason for my rating. Id rather use the cream than inject myself, given the choice.Additionally, she advised that I needed to be tested twice within a week before 11 a.m. for my insurance to cover the testosterone. This turned out to be incorrect. My doctor had my blood drawn well after 11 a.m. on a Monday, and my prescription was approved by insurance and ready for pickup by the following Thursday.Lastly, the pricing at Low T Center seems to vary, with quotes ranging from $89 to over $100 per month I believe depending on the service. Since I didn’t proceed with their services, I can’t speak to the exact costs. However, my insurance-covered prescription only cost me $10. I understand insurance plans differ, but it’s crucial to explore all options before committing to a membership and paying significantly more for the same service or product.While the Low T Center may provide great service, it’s essential to have accurate information and consider all available options to make the best decision for your health and budget. Also, in my opinion I feel you should do it through your doctor since they are familiar with your health, again that is my personal opinion I am sure the Low T Center would not do anything to put your health in jeopardy.

I love my Low T team. They make me feel like family. It’s a quick in and out process. Jess, Dakota, and Haley is always so professional and takes great care of me. 10 out of 10 would recommend. The new building is amazing and always very clean and tidy.

First off I am a healthcare provider in the local area and I do not typically issue any public negative reviews however, this instance to me deserves clarification to the public before starting any service with The Low T Center.I will say that initially I was very pleased with the center and I felt like the staff and provider was very friendly and knowledgeable which made the process feel more at ease.However, I started to constantly have issues with their app and with getting new dose syringes filled, either in house or by mail. Once they went to a new shipping method and I was no longer able to get my prescription filled in house due to their constant mistakes it became very frustrating.Now I was paying for all services as cash pay out of my pocket which makes it more frustrating when you are paying for a service ad medicine that they are incompetent to provide to their patients.The last month I made a payment I never received my medication. I made several calls to the clinic and to their service department with no response. That was a several months ago.Once deciding to cancel any and all association with the clinic I called about a refund of my last payment and the lady on the phone got extremely rude and unprofessional to say the least.I was eventually provided with the number to their billing office of which I called numerous times. They do not answer the phone and require you to leave a voicemail but they never return your call.I have all but given up on any type of professional decorum from this company and advise all of those looking to seek treatment here to look elsewhere. You will benefit more by taking to your primary care physician and following their recommendations.

Incredible staff that is always very professional and caring making sure to keep yourself feeling great and more importantly healthy.

Staff is amazingly friendly and not once have I felt out of place or judged. They actually took the time to talk to me and find out what was going on after my urologist told me 170 and below was okay levels for someone in their mid 30s. If I have an issue they listen, they work with me, and they are constantly checking my blood to ensure Im on track and nothing is going wrong. If the app was a bit better, then 5 stars. Also, Miss Jess is very nice and always has a smile to greet you

I’ve been coming here for a couple of years now and it has changed my life. I have more energy, improved libido, an improved physique, and sharpened mental clarity as a result of the care I receive. I love the friendly service every time I come in. Thaw staff are great and talk to you like they’ve known you for years. They are always efficient, and the medical care is very comprehensive with respect to vitals and labs. Also the discussion about treatment options is a very collaboration process.

It was getting harder and harder for me to stay in shape. My energy levels were low and had loss of muscle strength. I called Low T Center and the staff was amazing they answered my questions addressed my concerns.After 2-3 weeks of TRT i noticed recovering a lot faster after a work out, my energy improved and my all around attitude was better. This has been a great experience!

I’ve been visiting this center for 5 years. The staff are always so fun and caring to work with. In addition to helping me with my Low T, they have changed my life with identifying and treating my sleep apnea and more recently helped me track my blood sugar and fend off diabetes. I love these people and how much better they have made my life. Also Jessica is a rockstar.

This place is a game changer. In my late thirties, I started having an extreme amount of fatigue along with poor sleep, and I couldnt concentrate or work the way I used to when I was in my twenties. When the center ran blood work on me they said my hormone levels were a third of what they needed to be. Also, I was an athlete throughout school, so I know how valuable it is to be healthy mentally and physically strong. I have always been a regular gym attendee 3-4 days a week, and my workouts were suffering but not now, I look forward to going like in my twenties again. They also diagnosed me with sleep apnea and prescribed me a CPAP machine which has helped me sleep better than ever. Ive been with them going on 5 years now, and I tell the older guys at the gym to go visit Low-T Center and their awesome team! Their new location is easy to find in Turkey Creek.Thank you Low-T Center!

First visits were great, I’ve suffered for years and they were willing to help! Jessica was awesome with getting me setup, the nurse sat down and answered my questions about the process while drawing blood, and Brock the medical director sat down and answered all my questions, gave me insight into what to expect, and a clear course of action. So far, a good experience.

Went here to get a comprehensive look at my test levels and overall health. The staff is extremely friendly and welcoming! Had two visits, both of which were very quick. I met with the NP the second time to go over my labs and she was very helpful and knowledgeable. She was honest and upfront and let me know that she didnt think it best to start treatment for me based on my numbers. If and when I do need TRT, I 100% will be going back here for my treatment!!! 6 stars if I could.

My husband went to this clinic in July with complaints of low energy, sleep issues, irritability. Dr. Brock did a complete blood work up and discovered that he had low testosterone and alarming triglyceride, cholesterol and blood sugar levels. They started him on a medication regimen, suggested diet changes and encouraged exercise. In one month after following their individualized plan, he saw improvements and felt a little better. In just 3 MONTHS, his testosterone levels are improved, he has great energy throughout the day, sleeps through the night without interruption, and his overall mood has improved. His triglycerides are normal, cholesterol is normal and his A1c is 4.7 which is amazing!! If you have any of these issues, you owe it to yourself and those you love to go to see Dr. Brock. We credit his medical expertise and plan for saving James’ life as he was on a silent but deadly path to some serious medical complications. This clinic has a very welcoming staff and their ability to explain things in a very down to earth manner can turn your life around. We cannot express enough thanks to everyone at the LowT center! We know that as we continue under their care, we have better health and great days ahead!

Im not someone that rates facilities either positive or negatively. I went to Low T over 5 weeks ago. I lacked S drive, ambition, & felt like I was in a fog. After getting my results, and starting treatment. I feel like a new man again in all aspects. Highly recommend checking this out if you felt like I did. They will get you back on track. The staff there are nice & friendly also.

Its been 4 years being treated by the great providers here. My health is in an all around better state, and I would definitely recommend them to any man for an overall evaluation.

Place has really gone down hill over the past few years. have been there since they opened. Stopped going and took in the form to stop payments out of my account directly. Even after saying they made a mistake and took one they shouldnt they are still taking payments out of my account. Havent been in three months and they still charging my card. Call and phone just rings. Its not the pleasant place it was a few years ago. Id like my three months back but I cant get anybody on the phone.

I can’t give this place enough stars. I was running late and called to ask if they could wait a couple minutes after closing so that I could not make it before close. I’m going on vacation and this was the only time I could make it. They stayed and took care of me. (I was 10 min late). Thank you Jessica Wallace and doc. Now I’m ready for my vacation.

Low T center is a chain of clinics specializing in mens health, particularly in testosterone replacement therapy. They follow protocols in order to administer this treatment and the patient meet certain symptoms and free testosterone levels. They also do some primary care and treat erectile dysfunction. It is best to do cash pay as most insurances have really high deductibles now unless you work for the government or very large corporation. This clinic is very busy at times and coming early is best. Getting to home self-injection is most ideal as much lower price and more convenient.

My visit to the Low T Center went well. Staff was wonderfull. Where it began to fall apart was after I decided to cancel over the weekend after my visit. I tried for a month to cancel my membership. I was promised a refund by there billing department. Finally after trying for a month I got a response saying there would be no refund after giving emails that I had promising a refund. I wasnt expecting a full refund ,,, just a partial. I will never go back nor would I recommend going if you dont want a hassle.

I never give reviews, but I cannot say enough great things about Low T Center that I just had too. Larry is absolutely amazing. I have been going here for 5 months and Larry has completely changed my life. I did not have energy , low sex drive, and could not maintain my muscle mass I worked so hard for over the years. After the first month I felt better and stronger. Looking back now I am completely changed. I have the same muscle mass and energy I had in my 20s along with the sex drive. My wife is just amazed. She is very happy with the new me. If u are having any symptoms like I had before go to Low T Center and ask for Larry. He knows his stuff. My family doctor didnt understand the need for male hormone therapy. Larry is an expert and understands. I would give it 10 stars if I could. I love this place!!!!!

I have been receiving TRT from the center for over a year. The center is very thorough in diagnosis. The TRT has been a life changing event for me. Excellent staff, professional, and very fast service if you go early. Dont go on Saturdays unless you are prepared to wait for a bit, but they open at 7am on Thursdays so most people can go before work. Why anyone would get up and leave after waiting an hour I dont know, its for your health and to feel better! Take care of yourself, take the time for yourself, get your bloodwork done, and commit to the process. Me and everyone else I know on HRT feels better than we did when we were in our 20s. By far the best thing health decision I have ever made. Almost 50 and I look better than I ever have.

I was told I needed to donate blood. I refused to wear a mask at Medic. I asked if they could do it outside, since they had all their blood vans outside. I was told no and sent away. Well, my sister is a nurse, so she took about a pint of blood. When I went in for my second shot. They refused to serve me and denied me as a patient. So, I then asked for all my labs and went to National Low T Clinic. I was told my hemoglobin and red blood cells were within the normal ranged based off Low T’s lab work. There was no reason for them to deny based off the lab results. Low T Center was unreasonable and refused me service because I refused to wear a mask at Medic. Not only that. Since I did give a pint of blood. My labs would have been even lower, but I was refused service and sent away. National Low T Center was extremely professional. They went over my labs and showed me exactly what I needed to know. Low T Center did NOT go over any of my labs or show me how to read the labs. They just told me my levels were too high and I needed to donate blood.

New location is easier to access and allows for more space. Great environment and helpful employees. TRT is the best at Low T Center

Long story short, I do at home injections and was signed up for automatic payment withdrawal that they took out 10/21/2020. I went in to the office to sign a cancellation form to stop this and also for a refund for the $85 they withdrew since I did not get any injections. They said they would refund and email saying they would and would call me at the end of the day to let me know but they did not do either. I have called twice asking for it and still no email or refund . I’m starting to believe they are giving me the run around

Low T isnt the only thing they offer. Sleep apnea and other services are also available.The staff is amazing and help make everything so easy.

Website says $50 labs,but its $100. DO NOT give them blood until youve had consultation! There are a million little reasons why they can reject your treatment, and they wont tell you until youre already committed to the $100 fee. Its a sham...never again!
