AFC Urgent Care Farragut TN

A very helpful receptionist facilitated the forms for me. I was taken to a room quickly. The staff was professional, friendly, and helpful. Testing was performed and result wait time was short. I was out the door on my way to pick up my prescription in a short time. I was also given written information about my diagnosis and instructions for treatment. Great clinic!

The front office secretary was kind and courteous…. then Connie got us to the room and took our vitals. She was so sweet and empathetic! We then saw a new nurse practitioner, and she was amazing! This is the best experience we’ve ever had at this location! We have had a few, negative experiences because of one or more negative interactions, but this made me want to visit this location every time.

We had an exceptional experience at AFC Urgent Care off Campbell Station. The staff went above and beyond in taking care of my son. From the moment we walked in, we were greeted warmly and made to feel comfortable. The medical team was incredibly attentive, thorough, and compassionate. They took the time to explain everything clearly and ensured my son received the best care possible. The facility was clean and well-organized, which added to our positive experience. We are extremely happy with the service we received and highly recommend AFC Urgent Care to anyone in need of prompt and professional medical care. Thank you for your outstanding service!

I have never been more impressed with an urgent care facility! Staying open until 8 is so helpful and the staff was wonderful. My nurse and provider were so kind! They explained everything so well and were very intently listening when I would speak and as a patient that is so appreciated. I will be coming back to this location again!

It is hard to be self pay... Insurance without employment is impossibly high.... I hope to be better soon... If you could know and understand a fee amount for lab work, Im sure that I and others would understand what self pay costs... I have had self pay for other health issues this year... Insurance would NOT pay until I had $10K in self pay pay out anyway, if I could pay for insurance... I really do all that I am able to do to avoid needing help... I have been given a wonderful husband who can afford to keep my health when I need a doctor... My only suggestion is to have the cost information from the labs with whom you exchange work...

For someone who’s been searching for and now on a waitlist for a PCP this facility has been a godsend for me. They take the time to listen and come up with a plan to help. I have also brought one of my sons here and the PA Steven was great with him and great with me today. Definitely recommend!

Efficient check in little wait time to get to nurse and get vitals and history. Longer than other Urgent clinics for doctors or Nurse Practitioner.Very thorough examination, competent and professional caregiver, NP. Appropriate diagnosis and treatment.Would recommend, would not if long wait in lobby, as I was only patient to go back, and took very long time to see NP. If wait in lobby, then you can expect a double length wait time. 2 hours total time of my visit, which 20 was actual treatment time. 20 minute wait in lobby. 1 hr and 10 min wait any 15 minutes of that was exam time . So 50 minutes waiting to see NP.Excellent care if have lots of time to wait.Time spent there Compared to Summit Urgent Care 55 minutes longer.

They got us in within 5 minutes (7pm on a Monday) 4 year old xray. Helped so much with our screaming child in pain. The nurse practitioner, that was on duty was WONDERFUL I only wish I remembered her name. She had to pop my daughters arm back into place. She was so kind, and took great care of our daughter. Thank you to such a kind staff 🙏❤️

Highly recommend. I was seen quickly and I was happy with my care. They even called a few days later to see how I was feeling. My primary doesnt even do that.

Dr. Brown was professional and personable. She knew what she was talking about and help me with my problem with my neck. We discussed referrals to rheumatologist and orthopedist I couldn’t have asked for better care..

I stopped by for the first time at this Urgent Care facility for an X-Ray today. The registration was a breeze, the staff were super friendly, no waiting at all and the radiologist explained everything very clearly. I was in an out in less than an hour from start to finish. It could not have gone any better. Highly recommend based on my experience.

My son had an ear ache. I made an appointment online and did all my paperwork before getting to my scheduled appointment. Check-in staff members were very nice. Literally no wait because I made a same day appointment and did my paperwork online. My son was so nervous about the Doctor touching his ear. The Doc put him at ease and was able to look at his ear! Then he got a lollipop which he is a sucker for! Pun intended!Thanks!

No 5 year wants to go to the doctor. The team at AFC Urgent Care understood that and catered to my little boys needs while receiving care. Thank you to the clinical team for going the extra mile in making the visit more comfortable for my son.

The admin and medical folks were friendly, kind and attentive to my medical needs. There wasn’t a long wait time and they were great. I highly recommend this urgent care facility. I’ve been to this facility 3 times in the last 6 months and I’ve had a pleasant and positive experience each time!

My Wife developed an ear injection on our road trip 500 miles from home. Found ACF literally next door to our hotel. Diagnosis and treatment was quick and professional. The entire staff was great. So thankful for their care!

This Urgent Care Office is the best and everyone is so nice and welcoming! I had to get shots and Connie did such a good job I did not even feel them! The provider, Kristin, took good care of me and the plan of care was right on point. I am already have relief in my symptoms. Thank you ladies!

Exceptional service! Visited AFC Urgent Care Farragut with my kids on a Wednesday and was impressed. In and out in just 35 minutes, the staff that day (Karen, Chelsea, Connie and Lindsey) were incredibly friendly and made us feel right at home. Highly recommended for efficient and welcoming urgent care services.

I was traveling home on a long distance trip and AFC was close to our hotel.  I walked in and practically was seen immediately which I so appreciated as I felt very ill.  The receptionist even let me give an early urine sample before I was seen as I had an UTI as confirmed by the NP.  Great service.  Thank you so much.

Would definitely recommend! Filled out info on line and when I got there I was seen within five minutes. All of the staff was friendly and efficient.  Came out with a diagnosis and a prescription.

I showed up at closing time and got service with a smile anyway. They were respectful of my concerns, and very clear about diagnosis and care. I was quite relieved, and grateful for their excellent care.

I didnt realize they closed at 5pm and we walked in right at 4:59pm. Connie was so nice and comforting for my daughter, who was sick. The doctor was great and took the time to answer all my questions and explained everything. She made my daughter laugh and feel better during all of it too. Definitely recommend.

I almost dont want anyone else to discover this urgent care clinic. Ive almost never been seen by a NP/doctor/PA within 5 minutes of scheduled time (I did get lucky with my time of day though; the weekends are a lot busier and I remember waiting ~30min during a weekend visit). All the paperwork was digital. Clinic is clean, bright, and right next to a Dunkins as well!Way to go AFC, youve made a doctors visit actually enjoyable!

I give 2 stars only because they were welcoming and it didn’t take that long. Most urgent care, you wait forever. I went in with my 11m old baby who earlier in the day had a fever of 100.5. He was obviously not himself. When I got there, they were disorganized. They couldn’t find the baby weigh station and the thermometer they used said he didn’t have a fever at all even though he was burning up by the touch. They sent me home saying he had the common cold. I thought I should check his temp again at home and it was 104! I don’t know how their machine missed it but I was disappointed that I went and paid for that service.

Everything was great except for the wait. I made an appointment they took me right back. Put me in a room and it was almost an hour before NP came into see me. There were 2 other patients ahead of me. But I felt the time waiting in the room was excessive

Start to finish, experienced nothing but professionalism and genuine care for my well being. Granted, I would rather have not needed 7 stitches in my ear, but I was made as comfortable as possible through the whole process.  I hope I don’t need their services again, but if I do, AFC Urgent care is where I’ll go!

Had to bring my child on for an urgent allergic reaction. The staff were efficient, kind and caring. We pre-registered and moved through the visit without delay. The staff - registration, nurse and PA - were all amazingly kind. Thank you!!

This was my second visit to this location and it was as good as my first visit. The staff are so friendly and nice. I thought they were so caring and I would recommend them to anyone. I was able to be seen right away and I appreciate how they treated me. The nurse and doctor were both great!

AFC is my go to urgent care facility in Knoxville. I’ve had nothing but great experiences here; the providers and support staff are exemplary. Thank you Lindsey and Alyssa for your care and for providing peace of mind.

Sunday, I had a bit of a health crisis and I went to AFC Urgent Care, Farragut. Everyone there was so helpful and kind, beginning with the lady at the front desk. The nurse, Connie, was wonderful, as was the PA, Derrick. The diagnosis was confirmed, a prescription ordered, and I was home within an hour. I highly recommend this place for their very caring staff. Thank you. 5+ stars!

Had a wound that was infected. They saw me quickly and were able to prescribe antibiotic. Clean facility and quick service. Would use them again.

Pre-registered via their site before open and was able to walk in right when they opened and was back on my way quickly.  Very friendly staff, got the meds I needed to feel better and peace of mind before I traveled that I was good to go.

The nurse and Dr. Steve was excellent. He explained things to me and explain the medication‘s. He had a good personality that was patient friendly.

This practice is doing a lot of things well in terms of the staff and wait times. The experience with the practitioner I saw was completely unacceptable. She didnt introduce herself and did not want to hear my questions or concerns. Both times I saw her, it felt like she wanted to leave the room as quickly as possible. Even though I saw her twice within a few days with the same concerns, she missed a severe, antibiotic-resistant throat abscess that later required emergency care and hospitalization. I was bullied and dismissed and recommend going ANYWHERE else rather than risk receiving poor care at the hands of this arrogant, antagonistic practitioner.

It was a fast experience. People are kind, facility is clean. Especially the doctor spends enough time to diagnose, listen and answer questions very well, and suggest further actions. Well done.

Called to check if I could walk-in for a chest X-ray involving a PPD test, for a school requirement. Was told yes when I arrived I was rejected at the front desk. The only positive thing was the front desk tried there best to help but no one was available whenever she called someone.

Everyone was so nice and accommodating!! The place is extremely well kept!! I gave them my concerns about how I was feeling… I got the meds my body was needing!! Great staff !! Thank you!!

Trying to get in to see a Doctor these days is ridiculous. But not only was this office immaculate but there was very little wait, extremely polite staff and very profesional. They even called me back to check in on me.

We arrived 15 minutes before they closed. The office was low lighting which was calming for me. I filled out my information on my phone which I thought was faster and convenient. The wait time wasnt long, the nurse came took me back. She checked my blood pressure and ask my symptoms. The doctor came in was very nice and professional. The front office staff and nurse were very nice and welcoming. Some of the best I’ve encountered. The doctor we saw was rude and lacking bedside manner. My son was tired, hurting and hungry since it was dinner time. After having waited 30 minutes for his strep test to come back, when the doctor did come in, she displayed a sense of impatience which he could pick up on leaving him reluctant to have her examine him. We were all too ready to leave after dealing with her. Again the office staff were pleasant though.

I was there less than an hour total. Xray, confirmed fracture, boot, out. Very kind, helpful, professional staff.

Everything was fine. The only thing was my medicine never did make it to the pharmacy the pharmacy had to call to get it from the urgent Care facility.

Took my son in for an allergic reaction, face absolutely swollen. Medical card refused due to being out of state and had to pay out of pocket Was told that until the price to be seen was paid they would not assist and no payment arrangement could be set up. He is 8 and the appointment was yup, thats an allergic reaction. Here is the prescription and it was almost 150 dollars. Greedy, disgusting display of showing you care about your patients. All you care for is money and would refuse to care for a child. Never going here again.

Upon entry, the lobby was clean after just having had a full house. I was seen in a timely manner that I’ve not yet experienced in other urgent cares and especially not hospitals. Lastly, a very caring medical staff fully listened to me and explained diagnosis and solutions in easily understood terms. I was out in less than two hours which included a treatment. Their staff needs to educate other medical centers.

I needed stitches on my finger. 10 min wait wich is amazing . Nurse are great . And the doc did a great jobs with my stitches. Put that number in your phone

The physicians assistant that I saw was very friendly very detailed and very helpful. Overall the entire office was very nice and accommodating and answered all my questions. Only issue was treating my daughters covid with respiratory issues in the family

AFC is great - they have helped me several times. I went there a couple years ago and I am pretty sure that they saved my life. I had appendicitis.

Kim was an excellent provider. Very professional and caring. She talked with my eye doctor who was on call to make sure I was getting the best care. This was my first visit, but if I need to go to a walk-in clinic, it will be easy for me to decide to go here.

I was seen promptly and the nurses and physician were very caring and competent too. The front office employees were very friendly.

I was feeling so unwell, I couldn’t take myself to the clinic. Dr. Fox was incredibly compassionate, made sure I had what I needed to start feeling better while I waited for the pharmacy to fill my prescription, showed concern regarding my method of driving over an hour back home (as I’d just been in town visiting), and ensured I understood all of my at-home follow up information. Connie checked in on me and let me know when I was able to start expecting a provider to enter the room and was so nice, too! I always go to AFC for my urgent care needs, but I had an incredible experience at Farragut while I felt so sick!

I could not be more grateful for the staff of this clinic being available today. My PA was so caring and did a thorough assessment of me, and I felt like I was equipped with everything I needed before I left the clinic. Everyone was so pleasant, compassionate, and caring. That’s what it’s all about! So comforting to know you have a place to go just right down the road when you need it on weekends. Definitely recommend!

I fell at work and hurt my arm/shoulder pretty bad. I was sent here. Everyone was really nice and very polite. My visit was easy and pretty quick, considering I needed x-rays and the obligatory, workers comp drug screen. This is the second time Ive been here, and Im still pleased. I called ahead and let the staff know that I was in an accident and needed X-rays done. The staff confirmed an X-ray tech was available and that I could have them done. After driving thirty minutes I was greeted by a receptionist who helped with my insurance. Upon being seen a very rude lady asked why I was there and I explained I needed X-rays. She told me that because I was in a car accident that she would not see me. I let her know that I don’t have good insurance and can’t afford to go elsewhere. She didn’t care and told me to leave. It seems like she just didn’t want to do her job. Guess I’ll just go die. Thanks.

I’ve been here twice. Once for my daughter, once for myself. Both visits have been quick but not rushed. I was seen by Katherine Besola, NP, and she was wonderful. Really, all of the staff were wonderful and I dislike going to the doctor.

My wait was short, and the service was excellent. Outstanding professional service and I couldnt be happier. Dr. Fox was knowledgeable, caring, and kind. All urgent care facilities should strive for this kind of quality care. It was my first visit, but it won’t be my last.

While the doctor and office staff were very pleasant, I found out after pre registering, providing my insurance info before my visit, that they dont accept my insurance, even after my husband had already visited this same facility and they accepted it. When they take your insurance info, they should tell you before your get there that they dont accept it so you can then decide if you want to go elsewhere. I decided to keep the appointment because I was really sick. Be prepared to pay $125 out of pocket, even with out of network benefits.

Came in for a school sports physical. Registered early and completed paperwork beforehand so walked right in and staff and provider were awesome! I was worried Sat morning would be busy… nope. Easy peasy!!!

When we went here before this was an amazing place. But lately the quality of service has been awful. The wait is way too long for an urgent care clinic. This is due to two reasons: 1) they have a single provider working. 2) they do not allow some sort of scheduling ahead so you dont have to wait for 2 hours in a room full of other sick people. We will not be back here until these issues are resolved.

I went during high season for flu. Online registration was great and easy. I was cautioned that even though I had an appointment it could take longer. My appointment was at 11 am and I got out at 12:58. Felt well taken care of

I had 1:30 PM appointment today. I scheduled online and did all the pre check-in paperwork online. I was told at check-in that the wait time for doctor was 2 hrs. The wait time was actually shorter, and I was in and out by 3:00 PM. The doctor, nurse, and check-in staff were all very nice. The clinc is very clean. I will definitely use AFC again.

Im from out of town, so I chose the closest urgent care with the best reviews. This was not the closest facility, but Im so glad I choose this one. Check in was very smooth and online via my phone. Wait time was minimal, staff was very nice and, best of all, I was much improved after only one day on antibiotics!

I was on vacation in Knoxville Tennessee, on my way to Murphy, North Carolina, when I noticed spots on my neck, face and head. My fiancé immediately said it looks like shingles, but I wanted to get confirmation before heading off into the mountains. I stopped at the AFC, urgent care in Farragut Tennessee, checked in with Karen at the front desk, and waited. I got in fairly quickly and Carrie took my vitals. My PA was Steven Congress, who was from South Florida, where I’m from. He quickly confirmed, shingles, and gave me my script. Three days later and I’m already feeling better. Thanks Karen, Carrie, and Steven.

This was the quickest, most efficient experience at a walk-in I’ve experienced! The doctor listened to me (family member had strep and I was sure I had it) and prescribed based on that and my lab results. The antibiotic was so effective I am better and it hasn’t been a full 24 hours. I will go back if I get sick again!

I made the appointment online and finished all my paperwork before I got to the office. I was in and out with my 18 month old in about an hour which is pretty fast! The staff, nurses, and doctor were all very nice and understanding.

Lindsey and Connie were great! Check in was easy, I highly recommend for emergency needs.

Long story short, my mom had a paronychia (an infection around and under her nail) from an injury that happened about a week earlier. I was concerned that the nail might need to be removed, so I called ahead to ask if AFC could do that. I was told that they could not remove the nail (why??), but that they would be happy to assess and provide what treatment they could. We arrived there a little after 6pm, and it was immediately apparent that they didn’t want to deal with us. They put us in a triage area, and the doctor popped in for a moment and said “I don’t take off nails. I thought they told you that when you called.” She told us that we could “wait two hours and I’ll give you some antibiotics, but that won’t fix the problem” or go to the ER. As ridiculous as we felt going to the ER for a thumbnail, we went. We waited about three hours just to be told she didn’t need the thumbnail off. She just needed Epsom soaks and antibiotics. The provider was shocked that we were told to go to the ER. I’m not even sure he believed us. AFC, do better. If your providers can’t deal with an infected thumbnail, they need more education and better tools. That is not an appropriate ER referral. Stuff like this is why ERs are overwhelmed.

The staff was very friendly and knowledgeable. My injury happened at work so there can be a lot of red tape yet the staff made the visit go smoothly. Quality and speed of care was fantastic. I actually prefer this and the Fountain City location over my GP.

11/2023I needed to add to my review. I am a person who avoids going to the Dr when possible, but I dont need to avoid AFC! They are always kind and helpful! And not least of all they solve my health care issues quickly and efficiently!8/2023Quick and received the care we needed

STAY AWAY from the Farragut-Turkey Creek (will be referred to as TC from here on ) location! My pre-employment drug test ended up taking 3 visits. The first visit had I not got performance anxiety this would have been a great review but I didn’t produce enough so I had to come back on Saturday morning. It went downhill from there.The elderly lady at the TC location barely knew how to work her computer. She fiddled with it for way too long stating that someone always changes her settings or does something to her computer when she’s out. I had to tell her to 1. Try using that other computer next to you, 2. ask for help, and 3. Get my paperwork from last night because it was completed and I was the last one here. By the time she took by advice a lot of time had passed. By a lot of time more than 10-15 minutes which is too long to try and get into a single computer with a customer there and not asking for help. I asked if could just focus on getting my paperwork from last night because it was already printed completed etc and they just needed a sample from me. After not being able to locate the paperwork I asked if she could call the person who was there the night before-a heavyset African American/biracial girl-she act like she had NO clue who I was talking about then I said “how many heavyset AA/biracial front desk workers do you have?” She said “just the one” 😩-well that’s who I’m talking about. The paperwork could not be found and I was also told Friday evening that I couldn’t come in Saturday morning because the job had sent over the form dated for Friday. I told them they sent me a copy that wasn’t dated and I can bring that in when I returned. They got the 2 stars because they followed the urine drop protocol per what they said-they said I could not do the drop and it sit until they found the paperwork-there’s a process and protocol. It was annoying because I had to pee. I finally couldn’t hold it anymore and had to pee. By the time they searched -couldn’t get the system up-come to find out, their servers were down. They were down all day Saturday and when I went back I called to see if the system was up and went to the Kingston Pike and Northshore location. TOTALLY DIFFERENT EXPERIENCE-I walked in with paper in hand and was told I didn’t need it they had the copy my new employer sent over. I told them what TC said and was Informed that I had a certain amount of days from the date to do the drop and that they didn’t know the policies etc. - TEACH/TRAIN them. The process was much smoother and the people were on point. The chairs were very tattered and worn as TV appeared very pristine. 🧐

I showed up at AFC Urgent Care after I took 3 different trips and slept in 3 different hotel beds over the course of the last week before Christmas. I somehow tweaked my back and am having excruciating lower back pain and have since tried Mobic, heat, ice, topicals, Tylenol, and nothing is touching it. AFC said since they don’t have an x-ray tech in, there is nothing they can do. Which is ridiculous, because I haven’t done anything x-ray worthy and muscle spasms won’t show up on a x-ray. Very disappointed. What good is an urgent care if they can’t even prescribe something like a simple muscle relaxant? Very poor experience, and it seems like x-ray techs are never in, as I previously have experienced this issue before when I sprained my ankle. Would not recommend AFC.

We had to visit on July 4 and this was pretty much the only urgent care clinic open in our area. They were so nice. The wait wasn’t too long even though they were busy. And they reminded me to make sure the pharmacy I picked was also open. Spot on with the diagnosis too. So glad we chose to come here!

I was out of town when I had a fall and needed an X-ray. This clinic was WONDERFUL, from the receptionist to the nurse and then the doctor. My care was fast, friendly and complete! I highly recommend this clinic!

This is a great place. I’ve used them twice before today. They have an x-ray machine which adds a level of comfort when experiencing respiratory issues. The lobby and exam rooms seem to be extremely clean.The check in process was quick and efficient and the staff was caring. I would highly recommend this AFC .

After I left the room for testing my nurse thought I left and I heard her talking to the other nurses about our experience in a negative manner

The receptionist was nice and helpful. We had to be somewhere within an hour and she went to the back to see what the wait time would be. Although she couldn’t guarantee that we’d be seen within the hour, she assured that they would try. We were called back 10 minutes later, nurse immediately came in for vitals and the doctor saw us 5 minutes later. All in all, we spent 45 minutes there and were well taken care of. That was my first time to a walk-in and I would highly recommend AFC.

When I called I was greeting warmly given an appointment where the care was professional and friendly where the care and testing needed were promptly taken care of doctors friendly atmosphere and after visit care advisement so helpful. The attention of the nurse and the doctor was very kind, the only thing that my results of my analyzes were not correct, I consider that it is not good to give a wrong opinion.

If you choose this location, be healthy when you go in as you may die while waiting for the doc. Seriously.The issue was a virus style infection- think flu. Exam was cursory and quick and the doc was clearly annoyed we refused the covid test. How dare we! Other than stuff my grandmother said to me (rest, fluids, etc.) they had no further suggestion.

When youre out of state and need a dr,it means the world to be treated with kindness along with professional help. I filled out my paperwork, waited maybe 10 minutes and was taken back...Would recommend this place to anyone seeking medical help. My son cut his lip and his regular dr couldn’t see him. I was on the fence if this was an ER visit or not. I popped into AFC and they triaged him immediately. Everyone was so nice and helpful. The dr determined it wasn’t as serious as it first seemed. They took care of the wound beautifully. The place was super clean and well stocked for anything. Overall I was VERY impressed. They saved us a lot of worry and unnecessary waiting. Thank you so much.

I have just returned from my visit. The receptionist was extremely efficient and helpful. The nurse quickly accessed me and x-rayed me. The PA was exceptional in explaining my condition and caring for me. I give them an A++

Visited for the first time this week. We were checked in and seen quickly. My little one was sick and a little nervous; the nurse was so sweet and talked to my daughter and helped calm her nerves and made her feel comfortable. The provider was excellent as well; informative, caring, and good with kids. Great service from the front desk, to the nurses, and provider!

I made an appointment online, uploaded photos of my insurance info, it was really simple. When we’re not feeling well we don’t want to fuss with a bunch of technicalities. I checked in for my appointment, didn’t wait long at all. The staff was lovely, I knew they were going take ghost care of me and they did. Thanks to the staff at AFC urgent care Farragut.

I took my mother today and she could not have had better care. We didn’t have to wait long and both the nurse and the PA were excellent. I highly recommended AFC in Farragut.

This office is great with the exception of one person. Connie has absolutely no bedside manner. She is 100% rude and un-apathetic towards sick patients. The first visit we assumed she was simply having a bad day. This is now the third time that she has acted this way. The doctors at this location are wonderful thoughtful and kind. The check in staff are as well. This particular employee needs to be retrained or relieved of her position. I was told un-apathetically to stop coughing because it was messing with her ability to take my blood pressure. If I wasnt sick and coughing I wouldnt need to be seen by a doctor. When she gave me a steroid shot felt like I was manhandled. Little things like that make the difference. I never leave a negative review but I feel this should be dealt with internally.

Amazing clinic! Katherine is the Nurse Practitioner and she is awesome, very patient with my son. All the staff were great and they were so fast and efficient I really appreciated it!

First time going to this place and I went only because there was high reviews on this place in Farragut and it’s super convient to my house. I’m glad I did! Wait time is about the same as my doctors office except here I can just come in off the street as a walk-in! Staff was all very helpful and polite and knowledgeable. Definitely will go again and I highly recommend!

Wonderful place, wonderful staff, wonderful experience. I’ve been sick for several days now and couldn’t take it anymore; i don’t have insurance and it’s a weekend so my best option was to visit an urgent care. They were all very nice, helpful, kind and understanding. They did not recommend any unnecessary testing so this was nice as it saved me money since I was already self-pay. Dr. Fox was very thorough and kind. Not to mention the facility is very clean and well kept and my wait wasn’t long at all. This is the urgent care I will be visiting should I need to visit again!!

I took my 6 year old son one day and then I had to back a couple of days later because I got sick as well. We were both treated very well and my son left happyWe were in and out quickly. We discussed problem and plan of care thoroughly despite not being there long. Definitely met my expectations and I would definitely recommend this place if seeing your doctor isnt feasible at the moment.

I went to AFC Urgent Care on North Campbell Station Road yesterday for a possible ear infection and was very impressed. The facility was impeccably clean, efficiently run, my wait was minimal, and the doctor and nurse were accommodating and addressed my issue with complete success. I would definitely use their services and recommend them highly. I went again today after I fell and started injured my knee. They did an X-ray and determined it was a severe bruise. They fit me with a knee brace m, crutches, and told me to ice it. They were thorough, efficient, pleasant. I would recommend this AFC Urgent Care on North Campbell Station to everyone.

Drove here from Oak Ridge based on the reviews, even though there’s walk in clinics in OR. Got there right at 8am, had 4 people in front of me, and waited 1hr20min to be seen. Once I was seen by the initial nurse I waited another 20 min to be examined. I’m not sure who it was by, NP or PA, but he didn’t seem like a MD. I explained my symptoms and concerns and he just said I had a mild stomach virus.. which I had mentioned. I also ask about the rash that was forming on my side and he seemed very unfazed and said it was shingles even though I was certain it wasn’t. Came back to give me RX and stated he talked to other staff members and it probably wasn’t shingles, it was just normal rash. I already knew it wasn’t shingles and not sure any rash is just normal… He didn’t offer any sort of tests and just told me if I felt worse to go to the ER. The front desk staff was very sweet and facility seems clean, which I why I gave it 2 stars. Walked out with no answers.

Don’t have appointment time to book online if you don’t go by those. Booked 12:15 appt and got here at 12 just to be told it’s a 2 hour wait. You aren’t allowed to leave and your so call appointment time just “guarantees” you will get seen that day. Only reason I came here is incase they needed to do X-ray rather than going to ER. Should have gone to another walk in without an X-ray machine first for recommendations.

Excellent. The front desk was friendly and efficient. My nurse Connie was great even dealing with my aggravation and pain. The x-ray tech got great shots ( no do overs) and Dr Steven C. Was excellent. I had a Jones fracture in my foot. Thank you very much.🏅👍 AFC Farragut

Excellent experience. Very friendly, kind, and concerned staff--for the reception area to the doctor! The nurse was sympathetic and took time to find out when the pharmacy opened on July 4th! Dr. Fox was excellent--very personable, and knew exactly what to do for me. It was very clean and well kept. All in all, it was a great experience for a not so great reason to go!

I had a wonderful experience. Amanda was kind and efficient. Deanna was also very kind. She done an amazing job drawing blood. The provider, Jerry, was amazing. He listened to me and took the time to draw labs. I could definitely tell he was genuinely concerned about my labs. I am confident he will do whats best for me. The ladies at the front desk were awesome but I didnt catch their names. Definitely going back to this location.

Had one of our boys here on Good Friday for what appears to be a nasty viral illness. The staff was AMAZING! The visit was thorough and actually fun. We felt well taken care of and had a much better experience than a previous urgent care had given.

Got sick on the way home from the Smokies. I stopped in at AFC Urgent Care to see if they could help with the nauseous so that we could make it home that night. Everyone at AFC Urgent Care was really nice & helpful. They seemed like they really cared. I would highly recommend this place, especially if you were like me, from out of state. I was in and out in 1 hour. They run your insurance and let you know ahead of time what you will owe.

I’m from out of town and have been struggling with an infection for awhile. I recently spent 4 days in the hospital at home on IV antibiotics and sent home with 3 days of oral antibiotics. I finished that 3 days ago and thought I was in good shape. This morning my infection had returned. I came in this afternoon and saw Dr. Fox. She was very concerned about the strength of the antibiotics I requested but took the time to review my recent tests and data in “ MyChart” and got my just enough to get back home. Extremely professional and caring for my health and well being. Connie was wonderful as well. Makes me wish I lived here. Wonderful folks and excellent care.

Dr. Fox truly listened to me and was very thorough, and Im a very complex medical case. But she figured out what was wrong. Nurse Connies calm demeanor was a positive vibe that helped me feel less stressed, and the triage nurse also was professional but also personable. Very grateful for these health-care providers.

I give them a 5 star because they were open when I needed them, they were welcoming from the front desk to the back and the Dr. listened. The front desk was willing to listen to what my copay and nurse Connie gave me a follow up call. I am grateful for this clinic being open on days my doctor isn’t. Highly recommend!

I logged in online and made a appointment. Went in and checked in and was asked to go back out and wait in my car and they would send me a text when it was time to come in for my appointment. I waited in the car about five minutes and received my to text to enter and go to examination room one. The nurse was very cordial and thorough. I was seen by Kelley and she’s a very personable Doctor and thorough. I was very pleased with my visit.

This was, by far, the best urgent care center I have ever been to! Their system for handling the influx of covid testing patients is very efficient, but I did not feel rushed or like I was an inconvenience at all. Each employee I encountered was friendly and caring. They did not run any unnecessary tests or try to find other things to charge me for, as I have encountered with other urgent care companies.Im extremely pleased with how my visit went.

Great experience at this clinic. I was greeted and assisted immediately. The ladies up front were friendly and helpful. The nurse who took care of me, Amy, had a great demeanor and was friendly and upbeat. I just went in for a pre-employment test, but I would definitely recommend this location based on my experience and how I saw other patients treated.

The treatment team at this location always cares about getting you better & treats you like a family member. It means a lot when you are listened to by your healthcare provider and thats exactly what happens here.

This urgent care is great. Everyone is always very kind and helpful. Have been here several times now. For everything from an ear infection to a DOT physical. I do recommend coming early though, they are busy. The wait times build more and more through the day.

One of the best Urgent Cares Ive been to. My son has been here 2 times and both times we were seen very quickly and the PA has addressed all my concerns and treated my son accordingly. 10/10 I will reccomend!

Called ahead of time to confirm that my injury could be taken care of (cut open scalp). Upon arrival the receptionist was very rude and told us that nothing could be done and we needed to leave. So they sent us back out with no care and a bad taste in our mouth. She was very rude and dismissive to the injury. Would not even allow the doctor to look at it to clean it up. Keep in mind this cut was about 3 inches wide in the shape of a v and the skin was free floating on top. I do not recommend this Urgent Care at all.

Personally, it was nerve wracking to go to an urgent care during a pandemic. But I had to, and I’m glad I chose AFC. The staff were super nice. It was super clean. Filling out paperwork was efficient because it was all on my phone. The whole visit was quick but compassionate. Thanks guys!

Dr. Lana Fox and the entire staff were competent, caring, and friendly. They took great care of me and in a timely manner. I wouldnt hesitate to use this AFC Urgent Care again, and have no reservations about recommending it to anyone else.

All the staff was easy-going and obviously doing their jobs reasonably efficient. I had a basic ENT concern, and they were able to easily help with that. They also have easy out-of-pocket payment options. The place was overall clean and organized appearing. Nothing felt particularly stressed and the paperwork online made the entire process easy. They kept my ID until I was in the exam room (standard process for them), which threw me off at first. They also will ask to confirm insurance and ID at check in, are fairly strict about the 10 minute early check in time, are obvious about their information on their website and were informative over the phone. Felt very painless and was painless.

Pleasantly greeted by staff upon entering clinic. Staff outlined procedures for walk-in appointment. In a short period of time Nurse Amy escorted me to exam room. She was personable, professional, and immediately put me at ease. Physician throughly examined my wound and gave me lots of home treatment advice and reassurance that it was healing properly. He was relaxed and made me feel very comfortable, spent plenty of time answering all my questions. Excellent experience! Thank you!

I used the online “reserve your spot in line” feature of their web site. When I arrived, I waited only a few minutes after checking in. I paid my copay and the new patient paperwork was minimal compared to some healthcare providers. The nurse was ready for me when I arrived at the exam room, collected my vitals, performed the necessary tasks, and a few minutes later, the nurse practitioner saw me and we discussed treatment options. The whole visit lasted less than 20 minutes yet I never felt rushed and the NP answered my questions. It was a good experience.
