Kia& Dr Zayas are the bestI checked in and was right on schedule and professionally and throughly given the Best Care Any.which says a lot .Im 62 and have traveled for work for 30 yrs. This place was great. Dannette was very helpful and knowledgeable. Their pricing on the sliding scale was unbelievable, especially if you have limited income. I paid only $30 per visit regardless if it was an extraction. They really try to help the community and I would recommend them to anyone who is looking for an affordable dental care. They also offer medical, psych services, as well as case management.

The care and service I received here was truly above and beyond. Ruth Batista is truly a knowledgeable and exceptional person who really makes you feel welcomed, and her care is top notch. Service like this is hard to come by these days and this office truly has a gem with her. Thank you again Ruth for your help!

Tyrique T. is my Community Health Worker. The first day we met was today. I had to write this review because he put in the extra effort to answer my questions. He was compassionate and wanted to make sure I had a place to live. I feel confident that my treatment plan will be taken care of with Tyrique’s persistent dedication to his patients. I appreciate his help and feel like I was finally heard. Being a transgender female I’m constantly dismissed and forgotten. Thank you again Tyrique.

Dr. Zayas is the best doctor I’ve ever had in all my experiences. She is efficient, very professional at her job, and always asks the right questions. She’s warm and friendly, always makes you feel at ease. Her assistant, Kia, was also very kind and friendly, she knew how to explain things to me carefully. As well as Marlon, he’s terrific, always great at what he does. Even over the phone, always friendly and willing to go the extra mile for me and answer all my questions. I’ve been coming to CareResourse for years and it has been amazing!

The amazing attention, care, and service I received from Ashley, the PCA at Care Resource is five stars and more she worked on the BH side even though I was assisted on the medical department side, Ashley went above and beyond in every aspect of my care. She was very professional and compassionate. She pointed me in the direction of exactly where I needed help with and what department I needed to speak with. The service here was wonderful. Attentive and the staff makes you feel comfortable and at home. Ruth Batista was amazing so knowledgeable and patient making sure all of my questions were answered and I got all the care I needed .

Tyrique was fantastic and super helpful getting me set up. He also gave me a care bag and made sure I was checked in. The clinic was also incredibly helpful and gave me great healthcare at a really affordable price. I am glad I drove so far for this clinic and will be returning in the future.

I have to say Care resource is such a great program for Broward County! One stop shop for those needing help .they provide medical services, dental, behavioral health and counseling services. They also help with any housing needs u may have. You are assigned a case manager and they walk you through the entire process step by step.

Have been trying to get a dental appointment since May 24 as my insurance placed me with a provider here. I was just able to speak to someone today. The next availability is January 25. If the wait is that long, why say that youre accepting new patients? Was advised to go sit in the office every day from open to see if there was a no show and maybe be seen. Impossible to get care. Impossible to change providers until 2025.

I went to seek information about treatment and came away with a completely different perspective than I had before. They are incredible professionals who make you feel comfortable, talk to you, and check to see if youre doing well. Congratulations to the entire team, especially to the employee Max, who assisted me from start to finish, clarifying all my doubts. I am Brazilian and used to think that Brazil was the best at everything in this field. Today, I see that we are on par with others. Congratulations, team! You are amazing.

I had excellent service from Ruth Sanabria, Scott Heichman, Ruth Batista, Jackslyn Tucker, Issac Medrano wow what a wonderful team! I am so happy at this location. They treated me with respect. I ask Scott to assist me with meds and he took his time and made it possible rapidly.I love this place, they deserve to be recognized for all the great work they do.

The staff was friendly and Jasmine was fantastic and thorough. I will say, the wait time was absolutely unacceptable. I had an appointment at 9:30am and did not leave there until 1:15pm. I understand it look awhile for the insurance verification process but why is that not done beforehand?Also, during my time with Jasmine during the questioning portion of the appointment she was asked to step out by the doctor and wasn’t able to return for close to an hour!! I was sitting in the patient room for so long wondering if they forgot about me. I also found that extremely unprofessional by the doctor and she should have let Jasmine finish. The doctor was also a huge reason why it was taking so long and I felt like my time there was not a priority to her so for that reason alone I will not be returning. I also think Care Resource has a lot of improving to do with their organization and efficiency.

I have been here for 2 years and I must admit they both has been a inspiration and uplifting and proffessional in my life and I am so grateful and thankful to have them apart of my journey here at this doctor office. Fantastic experience with everyone at Care Resource, especially Tyrique Taylor the community health worker for Project sTrenGth. I feel like they cultivate a safe and inclusive environment where I feel welcome. And they really went above and beyond- even after my appointment.The Fort Lauderdale location is very busy, but the front desk workers are well-organized and parking is easy. Probably the best community health clinic in South Florida. Definitely the most well run health center Ive ever visited. Absolutely recommend.

Mr. Max was the best, Ive been visiting here since 2012 and never felt so welcomed or felt like I mattered. I got everything I need in a fast informative manor I wish he was the doctor.... Gueny Merard was very helpful during my visit today. I’ve been going to Care Resource now for the past three years and I’ve been very satisfied with the service and care. Everyone is kind and empathetic, even during busy hours ( which does happen ). Naps Durand did my labs, she was very sweet and entertaining.

This is my third time at the Oakland Park location and Mr Roody from health management was amazing . I came in nervous but from that second he signed me in I was at ease, I forgot all about getting tested. I will start off by saying with all of my heart and gratitude thank you Hanni (Max)for all your support, encouragement, love, kind words, education, non judgement, infectious laugh & dark sense humor while providing me a safe space to grow, helping me find an inner strength to begin life again, (sometimes with a gentle nudge & a lot of dragging). I would also like to thank My CR team, Santino who help started with my assessment, peer David for empowering me to get things done and having the young man who helped me get last minute appointment with dr Z, the Peer who helped Max with my paperwork (young lady who smile in the parking that lifted my spirits) therapist Mimi (2 thorough sessions so far), Dr Katherine, & my +CM Ms Eva (for your compassion and patience), all the teks behind the scenes. While i know how hard it is be the first and last person to see sometimes special thanks to 2nd, 3rd floor and annex customer service workers.Your smiles, conversation and patience with me and other clients (i was always watching while i was waiting [almost 30 appointments in 6 weeks]). Im hope im getting all the names right, Issac and Ms Rozelle, Pierre & two lovely ladies (3rd floor), young pharm tek (who remembered my name)Ms Janay (who went up and beyond to help ran around for me to get paperwork completed so I would no be become unhoused and remembering my secret whisper). The experience was a positive one. Even though the lobby was at capacity the waiting period to see the doctor was within 10mins of myself arriving.My doctor is Doctor Scott and I appreciate his frankness and transparent throughout the course of the visits.Naph was excellent at drawing my blood for the labs. She is customer service oriented and placed me at ease, knowing my phobia as it relates to needles. My overall experience is a 10.

Gueny the prep navigator and Loobie the testing councilor took great care of me. The provider Katherine helped me quickly and efficiently. She answered my questions clearly and explained everything in detail.

The best place to go to get better to have you off drugs this facility Willy help you they have doctors therapist and psychiatrist to help you and they will give you the proper medication to get you off those type of drugs that has been a burden to your life in your family. I promise you when you come here they will treat you with respect they will take care of you and make sure that they, give you the proper medication and help that you need. All you need to do is just ask. Also they do home assistance food. They also do therapy meetings over the phone or in person. Your doctor visits will be in person first month. It’s OK to pee dirty as this part of the program to get you clean after that theywant to make sure your clean and they will constantly give you a test every month every doctor visit that you go to to make sure that you are not using anymore of those drugs that have caused you pain has caused your family pain and your friends pain place will get you straight and I promise to you will take care of you. All you need to do is speak to nice and appropriately and don’t act a fool. If you start to act a fool they will kick you out so try to be calm as you can so they can treat you properly and take care of you and give you the right medication in the right things as it like a therapist or psychiatrist, all you need to do is just tell the truth. Let them know what you were on before so they can go ahead and get you the proper medication straighten you out I promise to you the first month might be hell but after that everything. Will get better. I promise I’m one of them. I’ve been with this clinic for two years and I have been clean for two years as long as you take the proper medication they give you you will never ever have to take any street drugs ever again promise and they also do HIV testing bloodwork. They also do a dentist. They have a dentist upstairs and there’s a Walgreens. It’s a three-story building where there is a dentist, there’s a doctors office and there’s a Walgreens. It’s one stop shop and you don’t have to go anywhere but there for all your resources that’s why it’s called Care Resource and I promise to you. My five stars are not fake this place is where you need to go to straighten your life out and I’m not lying. Some people might say this is not a good place but that’s only because the drugs that they’re on is flooding their head and they want to be clean but it takes time just like any normal doctor office you need to wait until it’s your turn so if you see any negative reviews due to the fact that these people have not fully been clean yet, but I promise once you’re clean, you’ll understand the process and how busy it is as there is a lot of people that go there to try to get better but they don’t last. I’m telling you this I’ve been here for two years and I am sober, clean and never touch the drug ever since.

Ive called 3 times now trying to set up an appointment. I keep trying and trying and nobody really helps me or tries. Ive been crying for 2 days now trying to get help. I received only 1 call back even after signing up online and the booking part was closed... like what was the point if even calling me back when I stated I was a new patient wanting help. This is the only place in walking distance of my home that I can get a doctor within my network. PLEASE pay more attention to your potential patients. Im highly upset and unsatisfied. If I had another option I would go anywhere else because why would you not try and actually schedule someone whos called for 3 days but will call them back once to say oh hey the scheduling part is closed so idk why we even called back. I work at a call center doing this exact thing so I know for a fact yall are not doing things as you should and its really messed up. Im very upset. I unfortunately have to keep trying this place despite me trying my best to get an appointment. This is such a messed up place already. I do not look forward to going here. I feel neglected and disgusted by the fact I have to jump through hoops to get a simple annual exam and my back looked at.

Scott is the best most wonderful N.P. At care Resources, he truly is a super star he’s #1 he’s been there for me sense day 1 very nice and professional god bless him🙏 and Ruthie is the sweetest P.C. who’s also been there for me sense the beginning I love them and they truly are a blessing thank you for everything!!🙏

This place, like most state of federal service, is horrible. They take dignity and respect out of the very lives they are supposedly there to assist in times of crisis and need.No warm welcome upon arrival, harsh and cold environment in an already cold world.The only acknowledgment you get is when they are yelling at you from the reception desk, reminding you that they can go 0 to 100 real quick.Mainly managed by Latinx individuals and frequented by other minorities of color. Spanish seems to be the official language of this location.Which seems as when they are conversing amongst them selves they are most happiest.The Case Managers are over worked and underpaid, which explains their relaxed and otherwise nonchalant approach to healthcare and the services they pledge to provide.Phone calls go unanswered and the response time is slow if a reply is even given at all. Very bureaucratic, lots of red tape and hoops to jump through.Overall whatever services are provided, I’m sure is with good intentions but very ineffective. Thank you for your service because you could have been anywhere but you are here serving the community, inefficiently you are here.I

Ari, Christina, and especially Dannette, always keep things flowing smoothly. With individual attention to each patient with their needs with all their dental Care. They work great together, I say that as a person thats been coming here several years(over 7)!! Efficient! Plus the cherry on top is that they really know what theyre doing and of course its always nice to see familiar faces.Danette in dental is really holding down the office with overwhelming work. She is truly efficient and an asset to your organization. But she needs help. Takes longer to check out than time with dental. Dental is lucky to have her. This is not an isolated incident and needs to be resolved.

Not at all satisfied waiting 3 hours for my wife to be seen. The nurse Ruth was very nice. My wife would prefer a female doctor but was seen by Dr. Scott she was in a lot of pain with a migraine headache. And kept having to repeat herself. My wife needs to be seen by a woman as she requested she does not feel comfortable discussing her health issues with a man. Either she is able to see a woman primary care doctor or we will have to go somewhere else.

Hello everyone I’d like to share my experience from this unique place located in Oakland park. First of all my coordinator Max doing amazing job he went above and beyond to satisfy my expectations and leads me through the whole process. Today was the day when I had to draw some blood and nurse Naph did amazing no pain procedure. To let you know I’m overweight 330 lbs man and it’s really hard to find my veins it’s always been hard times for me when I had to do blood work but she got it from the first stick did it quickly and professionally she made my day I was ready for hard times but I can’t be thankful enough for this short height lady. So overall my experience was A+ I’d recommend everyone go head and take care of your problems here you definitely in good hands.Sincerely,Rodi

The entire team has gone out of their way to provide me the best care in the kindest, most considerate way possible. My experience with Ms. King today, was above and beyond. Good Care - without judgement, is very important and that is what can be found here. Ive used both Oakland Park and Miami Biscayne locations and found the service to be great in both locations. Though I prefer Oakland Park because it has a closer knit feeling. Thanks to them for everything!

I am so thankful for the help I have received over the years from them. God bless this organization. 🙏 Thank you.P.S.-Only thing we need to work on is appointment dates for dental. They are very far apart and the treatment is broken down into sections that space the appointments 3 mo from each other. To have your teeth cleaned in 3 separate appointments is a lot. Just saying. But still grateful that I can get it done. I would love for this issue to smooth itself out a little better for patients.

My significant other was trying to go here for emergency dental care and the way they have the system set up is ridiculous! We registered online and he went there and they told him he had to wait for someone to call back to finish the registration. The person called the next day to finish the registration but during the call the agent was trying to get him to sign up for some discount plan. We just explained to her that we want him out of pain first and then we can discuss this plan that they were talking about. Before we finished the call, I asked if he was fully registered. She said yes. My guy shows up on the third day, STILL IN PAIN only for them to tell him that he was not fully registered. I guess since we didn’t want to hear about this discount plan they have she didn’t complete his registration on her side! That is so wrong. Why would you treat a person like this that’s in pain from a toothache! I will be reporting them to the insurance company!
