She was very thorough and detailed and went above and beyond.

I’m not sure where to begin. The experience I had with Creative Love was nothing short of life changing. As a first time surrogate, from start to finish I was given the most incredible experience, it was something I wasn’t even aware could be possible. From the very first call with the agency, Wendy answered every question I had and provided me with information I didn’t know to ask about since I was new to the world of surrogacy and IVF. Wendy is an angel on earth. She pours her heart and soul into every single journey and you can feel it. I never felt like just a number, whenever we talked she asked about my family and remembered their names. Wendy takes the time to get to know you and what you want out of your surrogacy experience. She matched me with the most perfect couple and we connected so well. We had a perfect pregnancy and the most beautiful birth experience where my husband, and the intended parents not only were there during the labor and delivery, but the intended mother was able to deliver her daughter. I carried her baby during the pregnancy, but she was the first person to hold her. Without Creative Love, these incredible people wouldn’t have their beautiful daughter. I am so honored to be a part of their story and none of this would have been possible without Wendy and her team at Creative Love.

My surrogacy journey with Creative Love was perfect. Wendy is extremely helpful and supportive. She helps you every step of the way and is always there when you have a question. When we met Wendy and her company we were ready to give up on the idea of having a family. After listening to many agents and reading the contracts and money amounts that they estimated it was scary. A friend sent us Wendy contact information and we called her, it felt like an Angel had sent her to us. Most of what we did i donot even think I read the agreements because I was so impressed and just wanted to have a family. I let Wendy work her magic, there was times to do things to make sure they were right and not rushing into the wrong personalities and interviewing candidates, making sure candidates we liked were veril and could do what was needed. That took time, but after all was set and ready to go, Wendy guided it and in the end we have a family and a wonderful healthy child. I cannot imagine anyone saying or implying a bad note about Wendy, from my experience we never once had a bad feeling, or any scare about the business of this. I am blessed by GOD that Wendy came into our life. After 8 years we still call each other and follow each other on facebook to see how our kids are growing and achieving things in life. To be a parent and be there to raise a child that I hope when we are old will love us and long to come home and visit us as we age. We gave Wendy a 10k deposit to look for a surrogate and never heard from her again. We never had a candidate to interview or review. There was little to no communication over many months. When we asked for our money back she refused. This was a horrible experience. Other agencies we have contacted do not require a deposit, money is only exchanged when an appropriate candidate is obtained.

Creative Love Egg Donation & Surrogacy is by far the best, hands down. After lots of research for a surrogacy agency in my area, I found Creative Love. I have spoken to a few agencies including creative love when I first started my surrogacy journey. Wendy and I got along great immediately. What can I say... Wendy is amazing! Her attention to details and friendly demeanor is what sets her apart. We met Wendy over two years ago when we were in the process of creating a family. Wendy made it super easy and we were matched with our wonderful surrogate almost immediately. She was always there for us whenever we needed her and answered any questions we had.

Our surrogate was amazing, the Drs at Conceptions FL fantastic, and the team at Holy Cross Hospital NICU beyond wonderful. As a new surrogate to creative love, I’d like to share my experience. I’d called CL just for general answers to hard questions of being a surrogate. I’d left a message and about 2 days later received the return call. Wendy not only answered all of my questions but also encouraged I do more research, even reach out to other surrogates to confirm this is a path I truly wanted to take. She’d given me a week and had called me back to see what I’d had found. Upon a that call, I’d decided it was definitely the path for me. She explained the entire process. And though it didn’t fully resignate at the time, she’s since continued to stand by my side every step of the way to reassure me of the process. It is important to know that though she is the informer is is truly up the surrogate or intended parents to be consistently performing their required actions to move the process along smoothly. I’ve learned Wendy can only move the process along if the homework has been turned in. And be prepared, there’s a lot of it! Medical screening, drug screening, psychological screening, I don’t know how she keeps up with it all! It is also important to trust the process and know the phone calls will be returned in an orderly and timely manner. Every time I’ve called, I have received a call back within 48 hours. And if not, a text saying the call would be returned as soon as possible. Wendy had called me frequently to learn my personality and over the process of building that relationship she’s discovered the perfect intended parents for me. And she was right! We are amazing for each other! If your looking for an agency that is honest, transparent, and to the point, this is the agency for you. There’s no beating around the bush. It’s the type of company that keeps it real while also being caring and considerate. Your not dealing with a huge corporation, instead your working one on one with the same people/person. When you call, you don’t get an automated system. You don’t get press 1 or 2 options. And for me, that’s huge! It makes me feel more welcomed and appreciated. That in itself for me, is worth being patient with this intricate process and the people performing all the behind the doors work.

We had a disgraceful experience with Creative Love. There should be a license for surrogate agencies, as it seems anyone can enter this business without any oversight. We were matched with a 40 year old surrogate, and paid $1,000 for the initial screening at the IVF clinic. This surrogate did not pass the medical screening, and we were advised by the IVF clinic to find another surrogate. We subsequently did not hear from the Agency unless we called her. Calls were not returned in a very timely fashion, and no other surrogate was found. Finding a surrogate is not something to be taken lightly. We are trying to build our family - its the most important priority in my life right now - and we felt no sense of urgency or professionalism from this agency. The reason given for not finding another surrogate was that its hard to find some-one to carry embryos from an older egg (42). This may be true, but was not disclosed up front before our fee was payed to this agency. All around it was a frustrating, disheartening, disappointing, and overall terrible experience. You get 1 out of 5 stars because there was no way to leave 0. You should not be in this business. We changed IVF clinics as they referred this agency, and we felt we could no longer trust them with something as precious as starting our family. Shame on Creative Love for wasting so much of our valuable time, and being a terrible partner in trying to bring our dreams of a family to fruition.

I contacted Creative Love in January and had a very good conversation with the lady I spoke to - she answered all of my questions and didnt rush to get me off the phone. I was looking at a specific donor that was in cycle and wasnt sure she would be doing another cycle. I was asked to call back in March to check-in. I did just that and was told they would check with her and call me back - they never returned that call. I called back 2 more times and each time was told they would check with the donor and call me back - they never did. I called a few more times and left messages and never received a return call. My husband finally called and they returned his message with a text. We spoke back and forth with Gia via texts a few times, then when we requested to speak to her we set up a time and day to call and she didnt show. That was 3 weeks ago and we still have yet to hear from Gia or anyone else from this company.
