I called for the first time trying to make an appointment with Dr. Benjamin. They scheduled my appt. however, one day after I received a call letting me know that the doctor wasnt going to be there. Going forward, I called multiple times to re-schedule the appt. they placed me on hold all the time for 15 and 20 minutes, and never responded. I will definitely look for another GYN because if this is the beginning, I cannot imagine the service inside. I dont think so.

I took my 36 year old daughter to see Dr. Michael Benjamin and I’m so happy that when looking into it I chose his practice. The entire staff was very nice and very respectful. If anybody ever needed a referral, I would refer Dr. Michael Benjamin, 100%!!! Thank you for taking such great care of my daughter.

Would really give 3.5 stars. I found out at 20 weeks my baby was non-viable, and it with the heartbreaking decision to terminate my pregnancy. I do believe that the medical staff themselves were very supportive and comforting as much as they could be for this process. Some of the front desk staff needs better trading customer service, and hospitality. Also, be prepared that even if you have an appointment, you will be there waiting for hours. I wasn’t seeing an actual procedure until six hours after my appointment time. Vitals, labs and administrative things were handled in between, but it is a long wait. I would also recommend that this facility provide actual counseling to their patients and nor just education on the procedure. It would even be a good idea to provide pamphlets and resources for mental health aftercare. I am grateful for facilities like this that still exist to help women especially in this political climate, but understand that there is a high demand because there are so few that offer these services. So minus the wait, so front desk staff, and my own fear and heartbreak with this, I felt taken care of medically.

Staff are not on the same page very unorganized office was told I would receive a call the next business day never received the call I had to go into the office extremely unprofessional of you have other options other than this Drs office please use them

If I could give zero stars I would. If you can, pick another healthcare provider, this OBG/YN office is the most incompetent doctors office I’ve ever been to.When I first called, they said that I had to pay out-of-pocket for Nexplanon, after I checked with my insurance company, it turns out my insurance already sent the Nexplanon and it was free of charge so I had to inform them that I didn’t have to come out of pocket and after I said that the office staff is like: “Oh yeah oh yeah, you’re right “. Then, when I scheduled an appointment they didn’t call me the day before about the appointment and when I called them just to confirm the appointment one person tells me 12:30 the other person tells me 2:30 and she’s like I’m looking at the paper basically telling me I’m wrong and my appointment is for 230. Turns out it was for 1230 OK FineThey then forget to tell me that the doctor is not here today because he’s sick so I show up to the appointment take time off work to show up. I then reschedule because I have no other choice and then once again he is not in this office. Avoid at all cost.

The entire staff, nurses, and doctors are so sweet here and made the whole experience so comfortable for me. I can’t thank these guys enough. If you need a place to go, pick this office. You won’t regret it. Every visit here from the beginning to the follow up visits has been wonderful!

First off this place is AMAZING. Not only are they humane, caring & comforting, but they treat you with respect and professionalism. 10 stars isnt enough! Shout out to Jesse, Julie, & Alex for taking great care of me. These women are golden and amazing humans! Modern day wonderwomen I say. They are very beautiful souls whom do their jobs excellent and go above and beyond. This place is super clean, organized and comfortable. The Dr is nice, and understanding. Great office I highly recommend!!

I would never recommend coming here at all the wait is three hours and they DO NOT tell you that when you make your appointment. It is very greedy and insensitive of the people who run this place to have women wait so long under the conditions they are in, all to try and fit as much people as they can in one day. Very money hungry to take advantage of women on an already sensitive situation. It’s simple if you do not have enough time to service people properly. Do not offer assistance. Several people in the office were upset along with me and only stayed because the deposit is NONREFUNDABLE. I will make several reviews and reports.

Let me start off by saying you will wait in the lobby for at least an hour before they call you to make a payment. After that u will wait another 30 minutes before they call u to the back. The receptionist in the front was not very friendly. They need more training on patience and customer service. As a pregnant woman that is about to experience trauma they should be more kind and nicer to the patients. It seemed as if people were bothering them by their body language everytime u come to the window or when I had a question. It wasn’t all the girls it was only 2 of them. Other than that Everyone else was sooo nice and very kind and professional. The doctors was so amazing. I did not feel anything during or after. I enjoyed my experience here. I had Dr. Rodriguez he was AWESOME. All the ladies in the back were great and made me feel good and was very helpful.

I had a great experience with all staff members. My husband and I thank each one of them for their support and compassion. I had to do this due to no heart beat at 9weeks pregnancy. It was hard but I got the love and care I needed to go through this. One again thank you all 🙏🏼, and stay safe!

Today I went and my anxiety was through the roof . Didn’t take long to go through anything and everyone there was so nice and non judgemental. Mrs. Eileen the counselor was the sweetest and most pleasant women . Thank you love. The doctor was awesome as well. I definitely recommend this business !

Honestly the first day wasn’t too bad. My only issue was I kinda felt judged by the counselor and I also waited almost an hour for the nurse practitioner. Besides that it was as okay. The second day put a sour taste in my mouth. I had an appointment at 8 am and the procedure didn’t begin until after 2. During that time I was not made to feel comfortable at all. I was in so much pain and one of the nurses had the audacity to to tell me, MID CONTRACTION BY THE WAY, to breath and that if I didn’t want to listen it didn’t matter because she was helping me not herself. I felt ignored and not made to feel comfortable at all. I would never recommend this office. The reason I gave 2 stars is because the front desk ladies were amazing and so sweet. Besides them the rest of the staff is horrible!!!

Ima just say this the best clinic ever, it’s been times I just really did not have the money and wanted a abortion so badly before the 10 weeks hit and they help me financially every time. Everyone is so nice and caring. A long wait depending on what you going in for so clear your schedule. I don’t care what nobody say but this the best place to go.

Very insensitive and cold for the counselor/doctor. front desk is okayish but felt really judged when I cried and belittled when I called back for the follow up. there wasn’t any support offered for life/health after the decision. I’m absolutely traumatized from this. I was crying so hard for how hard and aggressive the doctor put the IV in that was the last thing I remembered until I woke up to someone belittling and borderline yelling at me if I understood the follow up instructions. It’s really unnecessary to have mainstream pop radio playing in the procedure room. I think the doctor messed something up internally for me.. considering the circumstances I’d think a clinic like this would be very compassionate, supportive and emotionally available but it shows they’re desensitized. it’s just numbers and money to them

I did not know what to expect going here but the staff here is really kind and considerate. Apart from a bit of waiting in the reception area, I have no complaints. I want to take the time out to acknowledge Eileen who is really good at her job as Director and I guessed her work ethic trickles down to the staff as they were exceptional as well. The procedure was a smooth process and my 3 week follow up was simple - true professionalism; thank you doctor and team during a difficult time in my life. Hopefully this will help another woman with their choice of provider.

I can’t express how amazing this office is! They’re all super nice and considerate of your feelings. They will try to get you in and out as fast as possible but sometimes there is a long wait but it is so worth it. They offered all the help I needed and gave me comfort when I felt nervous. They’re are very helpful when making appointments and considering your availability. They answer all questions very well and are patient with you too. I can’t thank this office enough for all their help.

Amazing staff! Everyone here from front desk to doctor Benjamin, was extremely comforting and sweet.I went in with a lot of anxiety but after filling out my paperwork and talking with with the receptionist and the nurse, I felt at ease by their pleasant and understanding presence. Everyone in the office is understanding of any concerns or discomforts you may have and they go above and beyond to ease them.I even subconsciously remember my procedure while under anesthesia and my body and mind was so at ease and relaxed due to their professionalism and extreme care for my health. Dr. Benjamin is an extremely knowledgeable and precise doctor as well as very kind, I am not usually fond of male doctors, but he was so gentle and compassionate, I didnt feel any embarrassment, pain, or worry.I truly cannot completely express how grateful I am to have come here.

I visited this office 10 years ago. The only face I remember is Dr. Benjamin’s but I remember feeling safe with an all female staff. The office is in a pretty discreet location. I have never seen pr0testers around the office. The nurses were extremely kind and caring. I woke up in a rush to leave and the nurse was extremely helpful even when I didn’t think I needed help. Writing this review to send support to the Doctor and his staff. This is a tough field to be in and I so appreciate your commitment to supporting women and anyone with a uterus.

My appointment time was 9AM and arrived 850AM. Check in via iPad waiting 29 minutes before name called for id and insurance then waiting again for 40min to be called for vitals then a next wait of 40 mins in room waiting to be seen. Unacceptable! This means the practice dont respect your time at all sitting waiting and waiting for what? Then what the point for appointments? Crazy.

Come here. You will feel safe. This office is incredibly busy and you will wait a few hours but it’s worth it. As busy as every staff member was, they answered every single one of my questions and I never felt judgment from them. I did a medical (pill) abortion at 5 weeks and they gave me every piece of information I needed and even gave me helpful tips to get through the process. I’ve been seen here over the course of 2 weeks and it was a smooth process and I never left feeling confused or scared (beyond my normal anxiety).

The service that I receive from this office was excellent the doctor was amazing and the staff was friendly they ensure that I am properly informed about my health and care. I would have no qualms in recommending them to my friends and family thank you guys again.

Staff is rude and insensitive. There is no consideration for patients. As Healthcare workers you would expect them to have some pride in what they do and compassion for all their patients. If thats difficult to accomplish maybe this line of work isnt for you.

Great office great doctor great experience considering this is the only office in county that does late terms at all. Before law changes. Also obgyn. Very professional very quick. Very good prices for what you are getting and the price is very reasonable to me and the quality is great for the price of what you’re paying for them and the cost to get it done in a timely manner

From.Jessica IsaacI want to say this place its a great place this was my first time going through this process I was referred for my doctor to come here when I walked in the door the receptionist which is the lady she greeted me with a pleasant smile and she gave me some documents for me to go ahead and fill out I completed the documents at the same time I had to see a counselor the counselor Miss Irene was so nice and so patient and explained it everything to me from the beginning to the end when it was time for me to do my procedure I was taken into a room I was kind of scared of it but of course it was my first time the nurse that was in there with the doctor was very nice with me shes from New York I forgot her name the doctor who performed the Ivy and me was patient was nice and made me feel comfortable when I got to the recovery room which it seemed like they happened so quick I didnt know where I was at the medication had me hallucinating just a little bit but it was a lady that her to be speaking Creole and she acts one of her nurses to come to me the Haitian lady came and she made me feel so comfortable and held my hands throughout the whole recovery so I could relax and calm down of course I dont borrow any of the patients but she made me feel so comfortable the staff in there are great their patient theyre understanding and theyre not there for the money theyre there to help you and to educate you the the girls behind the counter are very nice in each of them greeted me with respect Dr Benjamin office make me feel comfortable I would refer anyone to that place I didnt feel anything at all whatsoever thank you guys you guys are the best

Staff was super friendly from scheduling my appointment to following through with procedure. I never once felt judged and everyone was super polite. Including the doctor who actually does the procedures. It was also painless. I literally went to sleep, woke up & done. The only negative is it’s extremely cold and the waiting room is small but they move pretty fast. My appointment was for 7 and I was out by 10:30.

In this already difficult enough time for my husband and I experiencing one of our worst moments in life, I had to thank the team that went above and beyond to help us out throughout the 2 days. From Eileen assisting us with our last-minute appointment request due to the upcoming holidays back then and providing us with counselling on top of being sensitive with our situation, to the front desk ladies, doctor and nurses who kept checking on me (I was extremely emotional and afraid on both days given my then-situation). The nurses stood by my side and held my hand, and the doctor gave me the reassurance I needed before I zone out for the procedure. I felt safe. I highly recommend this place; they are one of the best.

First off let me start by saying..this was a very hard and unforeseen time for my husband, family and I. The lady who booked my appt was very nice. The lady who I believe was the counselor was very nice and sensitive to our needs. The sweetest lady was the ultrasound tech. She was so very nice and made me feel the best I could in a situation like this. The doc and nurses were great and made everything they needed to do to me as comfortable as possible. I’m also thankful for the “Private” option I was able to use for my procedure.

If I could give this place zero stars I would. My appointment was for a consultation & I walked in and the waiting room was so full that there was nowhere for me to sit. I signed in on the iPad which told me to wait in my car, they then texted me to come in about 10 minutes later. I stood in front of the window where the extremely unprofessional front desk lady was sitting for about 5 minutes until she actually acknowledged my presence and asked me which procedure I was coming in for in front of the whole waiting room. I didn’t even hear what she said the first 3 times because there’s a glass window with a tiny hole at the bottom. Remember I’m here for a consultation so why are you asking me what I want to do? Shouldn’t I be discussing that with the doctor?? I felt extremely humiliated and she was careless. She then handed me a clipboard of paperwork to fill out when I literally could have just done that while I was waiting in my car.. After I finished filling out the paperwork I waited another 5 minutes crammed between a girl and a couple who were eating chips so loudly and making jokes. I then noticed guy had a water bottle that he was spitting his tobacco dip in and thats when I had enough. I went up to the front desk lady and asked for my ID back and I left and never looked back. Being at that place felt like I was in hell and I would never wish that experience upon my worst enemy nor would I ever trust them with my body. I’ve never felt more afraid and more anxiety in my life than in that place. I left sobbing because this is a sensitive and scary time in my life & being in that place made it even worse. I drove straight to Planned Parenthood and I’m so glad I did because the girls at the front were so kind and extremely professional, I wish I had gone there in the first place.

Amazing experience, all the staff were very kind. had a problem with my prescription and they were able to fix it within 30 minutes after clinic hours. would recommend this practice to anybody.

I just left Dr. Benjamins office. The wait was a little long but everyone was so nice and caring. Jessie did a great job at making me feel comfortable. The receptionists were also very caring and warm. Overall, I had a great experience.

Had to the worst experience ever! I was there to get an already emotional procedure and the 2 of the nurses were rude! Also I understand the policy no eating or drinking but I hadn’t eaten or drink anything since 2 am when I was told to be there at 7am and I didn’t start to get seen till 10am. So yes I had sip of water! However, the nursers that did assisted amongst the Doctor were the a great experience. I’d never recommend this place maybe there sister location.

I’m possibly ready to sue the doctor from the facility, without answers from the company.There’s something physically internally wrong. I feel constant pain in my uterus and no one will answer my calls, so I began the procedure of hiring Miami lawyers.

My experience at this office was phenomenal. Ive been a patient at this location for about 5 years and the staff is always kind and professional. Appointment setting is fast and easy, wait time is not as long, and the doctors and nurse practitioners are great! Its unfortunate that I have to change my doctor because of insurance purposes.

This clinic was highly recommended by a few doctors in Miami. I arrived to this clinic going through the worst moment of my life, knowing at least this was the best way to do not delay the unavoidable. I was afraid, stressed and emotionally unstable; but instead of everything expected I found so much humanity, care and love I am deeply impressed. Understanding the difficult moments you patients are going through while giving the best quality medical care is a rare combination difficult to find. I highly recommend this clinic: the doctors, the nurses and the counselors are a great team.

There are no words to describe how grateful I am for this practice. I unfortunately lost my baby girl at 16.5 weeks. I felt like I was in a nightmare and scared to death. This office made me feel so loved and cared for I am eternally grateful. I ended up having a D&E which was tragic but I would not have been able to do that without their care and compassion to get me through. Eileen was absolutely wonderful and came in the office special for me and was able to talk with me and cry with me. She was incredible. All the doctors including Dr Rodriguez and Dr Benjamin were outstanding. I am a nurse so I am always looking and hoping for caring nurses and Anyel, Zuly, Amparo exceeded all expectations and were truly fabulous. I love you all and am forever grateful for you.

Ive never in my life felt more comfortable with a gynecologist as I did with Dr Michael Benjamin. He gave me some medicine for free and was the most kind doctor Ive ever met. I appreciate it and definitely recommend it 100%. The 40 miles drive really worth it

I got an elective laparoscopic tubal ligation here (female sterilization) in October 2021. I am 33 and child free! They weren’t judgmental, didn’t try to talk me out of it or tell me I would regret it or want kids someday. Didn’t try to give me hoops to jump through. I made the choice, paid for the procedure, and they did the procedure. No run around. I’m so happy I found them!! The staff was also wonderful. Everyone was very nice and thoroughly answered any questions I had during the pre-op visit and right before the procedure itself.

This is not a place for couples. First as my partner and I were looking for a place to go we took a look at the reviews and seeing how many were positive, we decided on this place and went to their website reading the procedure and what can be expected afterward. We made an appointment online and printed the forms from their website in order to fill them out ahead of time, which we did. When we got there, the forms were considered out of date and we had to fill out the forms again. If you are a male, you will be treated only as the wallet. The first acknowledgment I was there was the receptionist asking my partner if I was paying or not. We paid half and half when my partner was called in, I walked with her until they stated I was not allowed in even after my partner asked them to allow me. I understood why they would not allow me at first so that they could ask her questions and see if anyone was pushing her into it. However, after the questions, my partner asked if I could come in and they still told her no. They took an ultrasound along with a photo which I was not permitted to see. The follow up was not any better, again I was not permitted to accompany my partner in order to see how the procedure went. I had to wait in the lobby and receive the new from my partner who was not able to answer questions I had or questions she had thought of because of my questions. The entire time you are there you are treated only as the problem.

Staff was excellent one of the medical assistant that had me get ready in the room was very funny and made me feel cozy. The price was very reasonable they will work with you Overall I’d give a 10 if I could. Also the procedure was quick didn’t feel a thingggg not even a pinch. Great job

Eileen is amazing , she helped me speed up the process thus being overwhelmed and understaffed . She followed up with me ensuring everything went well and I’m beyond grateful ; it’s a busy office but patience is key but most importantly they won’t turn you away and they’ll make sure to treat you as best and fast as they can !

Understaffed is an understatement. I set my appt a week ago, then I got a call saying a had a $150 balance however no one knew what the balance was for. I waited on hold 45 minutes over the phone for them to tell me whenever I come in for my appt they’ll discuss the charges. Once I got to the office they had two ladies at the desk. They were still “too busy” to tell me what the charges were for. I asked her if there was a copay for today’s visit she told me no. After waiting for an hour and a half she calls me back up to let me know I had to pay a $25 co payment. After two hours of waiting to remove my IUD I had enough I had to ask for a refund of my $25 and get out of that office before I let them know what’s really on my mind. They double and triple book. They had patients who signed in after me getting seen before me. NEVER AGAIN WILL I VISIT THAT OFFICE.

Dont go there is suck they dont give prescription I went there to do a pat put it was so painful I cant do it it was waste a time

The staff is not very pleasant. They speak with an attitude and EVERY time I call they just put me on hold and never answer. Worst of all, the day of my surgery, they brought me without saying that I was going into surgery so my parents thought it was just another in and out process like the prior 5 times they called me and sent me back out to the waiting room and then after 20 minutes of me being in there they wouldnt give my mother an update.

This office is amazing! After running around Florida to find a good doctor, this is where we finally went. They were very accommodating to my financial situation. They were sensitive to my pain tolerance as well as emotional

Ive been there twice before last year. I wanted to go back for a quick check up. I was planning on going somewhere thats closer to where I live; but, when I remembered their outstanding service, I dont mind traveling there. I couldnt remember the name of the place. I spent hours to find it and it was definitely worth it. The staff is pleasant and so is the Dr. The only problem is the wait time is a little lengthy, but I dont mind as they provide great service. Ill definitely be there this week.

The doctors and nurses are great! However, the wait time is is TERRIBLE and beyond ridiculous. Been here for a year. Just know if your appointment is at like 1pm, you’ll probably be seen at 2:15pm or later on a slow day. Smh.

This was my 1st time receiving a abortion & I was really really nervous . Im 23 & already had one child, I couldnt really handle another . This doctors office made everything so calm & peaceful for me . I felt nothing .. I was put to sleep & woke up with the procedure finished. I highly recommended Dr. Benjamin for all your needs in dealing with this . Thanks so much again ! I apperciate yall !

Hi Everybody!! This is an amazing clinic... We all care about the dr being good, well all the drs here are great and with years of experiance. The staff is respecfull, attentive, cooperative and very helpfull... The clinic always look spotless.. I would recommen this clinic with my eyes close !!! I love them ...

The staff was really patient with me really helpful and when I went to go do a ultrasound they said my baby was dead In when I got home I started crying 3 days later I had a miscarriage

Ive gotten tramadol after getting a tooth pulled. however, apparently after an abortion, extra strength ibuprofin will suffice (even though the doctor told me i would be getting a script for a narcotic pain killer). they ran my insurance to see if they would cover the ultrasound and the depo shot, and then never told me if they covered either. the lady in the recovery room treated me like a moron for asking if they got it all. told me they suck everything out and why would they miss anything? maybe they would miss something because i read on the paper work given to me that if the abortion failed or wasnt completed that i would have to come back for another one. im also supposed to come back for a 2 week check up that they didnt schedule before i left or even went in for the procedure.the only good thing was that they worked with me on the cost...and then told me to change my original negative review to a positive one.

I had a good experience here & I really appreciate this team for what they do. There is no judgment or unprofessional behavior. Come here and appreciate that these people are here to help YOU, treat you the right way & inform you. Thank you.

I’m so thankful for dr Benjamin and the staff they could’ve easily turned me away because of my health issues but they didn’t they where loving and caring and very understanding even when I was scared they reassured me that everything was going to be ok and it was they deserve more than words for the love and care and even sacrifices that they give out they really treat you like family being that my mom passed away in august of this year Mrs Eileen made me feel like she was still alive through her,her loving and compassionate spirit is everything thank you guys for being yourselfs and for being here for young combative women like me lol

Went today for the first time and loved it,beautiful office, very professional, I got an abortion and was very scared an nervous but they made me feel very comfortable. Appointment was at 7:30am. Left at 2pm. Nurses were wonderful and the place was clean but not going back here.

My girlfriend got a colposcopy here and we really recommend this clinic . Personal is helpful and the doctor answer all my girlfriend questions . He is a really good doctor and allso the rest of the staff great .

Very disappointed in this office and I’m about to make a report. I visited the office in April to get a depo shot and I was billed for services that I didn’t request. I have been trying to get in contact with the office for eight months!!! They keep giving me the run around. I don’t get why it’s so hard for me to resolve a billing issue!!!!
