AHF Wellness Center - Broward

Very nice clinic. The wait wasnt too long (about 30min) and the staff was professional and friendly for the most part (except for the front receptionist. He seemed a little off...). You have to sign up first before you get served. On their website, you receive your results and everything. I would go here again. I recommend. I went at about 2pm on a Tuesday and it wasnt packed (about 4 people were waiting). Visit went by fairly quickly.

I love this clinic. I drive miles to come to this location because it’s clean, the staff are nice and the wait is not long. It’s free and that is such a blessing for those who cannot afford it. The open and closing times are the best around since some people work like me and I come after work. It can be a million people in there it moves extremely fast. I love how fast I get my results and how I don’t feel judged. We all need a safe space to make sure people are up to par with their health. Keep up the good work. No matter where I am if I can make it to this location I will! Thanks so much for everything you guys do!

This is a great clinic. It’s always clean and they get you in and out fairly quickly. I’m usually taken care of by Ivy. She’s AMAZING! She’s so sweet and helpful and will answer any questions you have. She thoroughly explains the process and makes check ups a breeze. Thank you, Ivy!

Had a great experience!Before coming in, I called and didn’t have to wait at all till I was answered and the lady explained everything to me.Friendly staff, only one hour of waiting for a walk in clinic is super good for me!Loved that I got the results online and was sent the prescription to my pharmacy! I was there in the morning around 10 am and it was packed but the line moved pretty fast. If you know what you’re doing, it’s gonna be quick for you. The staff were very nice especially those ladies in the lab room. They were very nice. I had a good experience and thank you

This is my second time going to this location where they decide they are just going to be closed for the day. The last time was because of employee appreciation so they closed at 2pm. Of course there’s no way for me to know that after driving almost an hour to them. Then today, they decide it makes sense to be closed for the whole day because of training. I have never heard of any business let alone a clinic or doctors office that just decides they’ll be closed for the whole day turning away people who are coming in for testing etc because they are “training”. A few hours is understandable. The whole day is ridiculous. Just beware going that you want to call first even if it says they are open. As they might choose to be closed that day.. I don’t ever leave a review but this is honestly not cool.

I got there at 10am and was out the door by 12:15pm. Very smooth and easy process. The establishment was really clean as well which was super important to me. I definitely recommend coming here! & to top it off it’s FREE

GREAT free testing CLINIC #750; mostly busy Get there Early! All staff Are Polite & Helpful as well & the Nursing Assistant/ Phlebotomist JOE Mr. BIG BUT GENTLE was great he was very careful & fast drawing my blood Due to My Little Veins Its difficult to find them sometimes. It’s super awesome that we have a place to get std/meds for free in this area. Tested for everything as well. I also was in here for less than one hour. Awesome service!

The entire staff is very professional! To register is quick and easy, and I have to add Ivy has amazing dexterity in her hands, I did not feel a pinch when she did blood work.

Everyone was very nice, and it is nice to be treated well since you are the patient in need of help. I waited about 20 to 40 minutes as a walk-in. Caring, smiling and laughing is good atmosphere for patients. I would definitely recommend especially with it being free. They are organized, and their check in process is easy.

Renee and Julio were amazing! Renee was so fast and professional. I’m usually a hard stick but she stuck me quick and easy and it was painless! No bruising or scarring after either. Julio was very nice and courteous. He was very knowledgeable and made me feel very comfortable. Honestly the wait wasn’t long either even though I came in the middle of the day. Once they called me the whole process was like 15 minutes. Great location I live in Miami and I drive all the way over here because the experience I have every time I come is super worth it. Front desk people are very nice too! Thank you all for everything

First off this site was so clean in organized everything was quick I basically was in and out, my Testing Technicians which was two females 👩🏽‍🔧👩🏽‍🔧was awesome they made me feel so comfortable and they both had me laughing 😂 I wish I had gotten their name. Overall all the employees was very professional

They started registration earlier than opening hours so that the first patient will start on time. The environs was clean and the staff nice, professional and helpful. My test were quick and painless. I was done in less than half an hour. Excellent service.

I came in 01/25/24 now if Im wrong please by all means correct me because Im trying to figure out why are you guys trying to make me seem very stupid or slow cause I know yall must take my pee and blood and my oral swab to the lab your mean to tell me yall just work that fast and my results came the same dam day now explain this please before I take it to another major level but for the record we all know CLAIRE MARIE RODNEY is NOT SICK!!!

I walked in, around 12:45 pm. I was seen, consulted about PreP, given a rapid HIV tested, had blood drawn, tested for other STIs, given insurance, given my first weeks does of PreP, and back in my car by 2 pm. Best experience with a medical facility Ive ever had. Staff was polite, fun, cheery, respectful of privacy, and knowledgeable. I also love that the test results are shared online, and very quickly. Thank yall.

Overall it was amazing. The team and my experience was phenomenal. I would really recommend it. Everything took about 30 mins since I got there until I left. And I got a lot of very important information. The nurse that talked to me about Prep was amazing! She explain a lot of information I didn’t even know. She made me feel comfortable and feel like she really care about it.

I only rated this one star truly because it’s my first time coming here to get a regular check up recommended from my friend and the staff lady at the front who checks people in (black braids) is already being rude, if you hate your job just quit. She talks about patients in front of you to her coworkers, no sense of professionalism, didn’t even get to be checked in yet, would not recommend they keep her if they want future clients.

I come from NYC where I have attended free clinics and if we was to compare back home should be shut down. Absolutely impressive how clean, well organized and fast I was in and out in 20 min. I love their check-in system. Thank you for this place.

I was referred here by the Florida Health Department, my experience was pleasant, took a total of 2 hours from signing up to getting tested and receiving a consultation for Prep. I love that this place offers free STD HIV testing and treatment. I wanted to give a shout out to Julio and Natalie. 😊Julio was very polite and kind and answered all my questions and as well as Natalie providing my Prep consultation. Would recommend plus hey it’s all free. Regarding prep however it’s advertised as free but there is a catch, if you do have health insurance it isn’t technically free free but it is covered under your health insurance policy so there is no cost to you. Just a heads up on that.

So i recently got tested here for all kinds of things. I usually get bad anxiety when doing test in general so is very very difficult for me to just go because i over think stuff or put things in my head that may not even be there. Anyway from the nurse to the doctor, everyone was very helpful and made me feel 100% much better. I felt respected and treated with a lot of empathy. Yes there was a line but honestly for the amount of people that was there, it moved extremely fast ( took me one hour from the moment i got there to the moment i left).Also the place looks very modern and clean. Results came back in 3 days regardless that it was the day before new years eve.I love the way my doctor explain everything to me and how she got engage with what i was telling her. she explain many things i did not know about prep and other stuff. (idk her name but she is in the first office down the hallway).Overall i recommend coming here.100%

This place is great! All testing is free and the staff is amazing! Mr.Smith, the health counselor made me feel welcomed, very comfortable and safe while walking me through the process and steps! I highly recommend!

This place is great if you need to get accessible testing done as well as they have resources for other things, as they are efficient and quick about delivering results. There can be a wait time depending on the time of day you go but that is to be expected. Unfortunately did not have a great interaction with the phlebotomist, as she did not noticeably change gloves in between patients, which is truly unethical considering the field she works in.

I came to this location everyone was sweet minus this Spanish man that works at this location. I wish I got his name. and there was older lady who was being serviced, and she was blind. The man was told by several people she was blind, and she needs help to walk. She then stated if she cannot walk to me I cannot get her and put down her chair and walked away. His actions was an ethical, and he works in the healthcare with different people, races and disability, and his actions was very disrespectful and he does not deserve to work in the healthcare field. I hope someone is reading this and will take action. His actions got a lot of the patients upset because they couldn’t believe that someone can be so unkind.

This is an amazing center, everyone is so friendly! This is typically a terrifying thing for me but they make the environment very relaxed. They make it an easy environment to relax while waiting. I have gone here for a few years now and they always do a great job at delivering results and taking care of me. I suggest to donate even if it’s free, it’s for a great cause... even five bucks will help them out tremendously, or shop at Out of the Closet to give back to them in some way. Thank goodness we have access to this facility. It’s clean, the staff are informative and informed themselves.

It literally boggles my mind how anyone can rate this place anything less than 5 stars. Sure the waiting times suck, but where else in this country can you receive high quality medical testing and care for FREE (no questions asked)? The staff is phenomenal. From the moment you walk in you are greeted with a smile. You can really tell they genuinely care about their patients and the community. You can even call or text them whenever and theyll get back to you right away...And again: all for free. 5 stars.

I always had a great experience at this place excepting yesterday where instead on going in the morning I decided on getting a test around 3pm. The nurse yielded at me because the I put more pee in the vial and refused to get me a new one so I left without the whole testing done. Very very unprofessional. Not coming back.

I tried to contact someone because I didn’t feel right.. in my visit, the person who collected my urine and drew blood had a patient before me.I watched her use the same gloves that handled his blood work, down to pouring his urine in the toilet- flushing the toilet, handling the doorknob and opening the wrapping to my butterfly needle ALL USING THE SAME GLOVES!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I interrupted her explaining the procedure to me and asked if she can change her gloves and she said she was OFFENDED by my asking her to take PROPER PRECAUTIONS…. She was upset even after I said I didn’t mean to offend, but SHE NEEDED TO CHANGE THE NASTY GLOVES. After her speech on my assumption she wasn’t going to—- CLEARLY because she used the same nasty gloves to open my packaging, she changed the gloves and proceeded with taking my blood. I tried to make small talk and she was wearing her Tshirt with Haitian flag on it and she told me she was born in the US.After taking blood I asked how long I would have to wait for the results and she said 5-7 days..I’ve been to AHF before.. it took 3 days max…Please look into this as she is clearly not hygenic and cautious. Thank you

People just like to leave bad reviews because they are annoying. This place is clean, as efficient as they can be and FREE. So im not sure why people are complaining about a free clinic. Waiting is a small price to pay for your HEALTH. Anyway i would recommend this AHF above others because they seem to be faster and more efficient. I come at opening or right before they close :) appreciate the nice staff

The wait is not as bad as described in other reviews. At least not on the day/time I went. I arrived on a Tuesday morning around 9:40am. There were already a few people waiting. Because of covid the line waited outside and a gentleman came out to get everyone registered, temp checks etc. Registration is done on your phone by scanning a QR code. There were also computers inside i believe people were registering on but I’m sure that’ll extend your wait. Right at 10am they started letting people in by groups of 3. I will say the line started growing about 5 minutes to 10. I was #10 and was seen around 10:20 and out by 10:50. As I was leaving there was no line outside anymore. A few people in the waiting room. That’s it. If I came at 11 I probably could have avoided the wait outside. They were clean, quick and very friendly.

Amazing service and personality. I was beyond nervous to go for my first time but the employees there made me feel confortable with no judgment at all. By far the best doctors visit. The wait wasnt as long as I expected but I would recommend to go when your not in a rush. Nevertheless, the service was fast and efficient. Would definitely recommend!

I am giving this place 3 stars not for the facilities but for the wait times. It’s been 2.5hr and have not yet been seen. Came early. I appreciate that it’s a free service and for that it’s not worth giving them 1 star. I have been to other free clinics and they do make an effort to speed up the process. Seen under 1.5 hrs seems reasonable. Maybe they are underfunded? All the people at the facility are professional and friendly. SILVIA is the best!! But the wait time is what kills it. Wish they would fix that. if you do come, hice yourself 3+ hours to be seen/treated.

Great place to get tested for free. You can choose to just get an HIV test or HIV and STD testing, however that will take longer. I got here around 9:40 and left around 11. I would recommend coming in before they open because when I was leaving the waiting room was already full. The employees are also incredibly nice, as well and made me feel comfortable and normal for being there. I recommend coming early in the morning so you dont have to wait hours to be seen. Dont forget that this place gives free testing so its very easy to see why it gets crowded so fast.

Keyshawn the bulky Female with dreads and nose piercing is very unprofessional and unpleasant, ive been coming here for years for routine testing and NEVER had such an experience here she needs to be retrained or find a different profession especially when your dealing with people from all walks of life!!!!

What an amazing free service, Im ecstatic about my experience here. After a short wait, I was handled by upbeat professionals who where expert at normalizing stuff that is often awkward to discuss. Results were exceedingly fast, free, and I left with pockets full of free condoms.Thank you so much for what you do for South Floridas sexual health, it is very much appreciated!

IVY was amazing! So sweet and professional

Very unpleasant experience. The place is open until 7, walk ins are welcomed as long as they get there 60 minutes prior to closing. I got there about 5 minutes to 6, by the time I was done filling out paper work it was about 6:15. There werent very many people in there once I was done filling out the paperwork. My boyfriend and I were turned away to see the doctor, after waiting quite a bit. They said that they already had people backed up so they wouldnt see us. I am upset because it clearly says online that they will see you as long as youre there by 6. And the woman correceted me to tell me that they will only see for tests, not for the doctor. However it doesnt say that anywhere on their website, so the idea is that as long as you get there in Time youll be fine. I asked the doctor to please make an exception, that this was an emergency and it was very urgent, and she proceeded to tell me that they wouldnt see us until Monday, and it was Friday. It doesnt seem to me like the health of their patients is their main goal here.

Great services that are offered and accurate and fast test results... The wait time is not worth it. I understand the services are free, but the wait times are ridiculously insane and the order to be called is unorganized. Unless you get here right as they open, be prepared to get comfortable and wait a while. I give this place 3 stars, due to the unnecessary amount of time being spent here.

Decent clinic but can the times be updated to include when they’re accepting patients, I went by the seven pm closing time but apparently they stop taking patients at six pm. I was also told they start again tomorrow Friday at 9:30 but if we go according to the time table listed people will lose out on the accurate times to plan their visit

2nd time coming. Place is very professional and quick. Everybody in the facility had uplifting spirits especially Mr. Grachian he made me feel very comfortable and was very positive. Totally recommend this place.

It’s very disrespectful the way this center treat customers. Each time I trying to get a treatment it’s been impossible to get it done. Today I spoke with the office manager her name it’s and apparently there don’t have enough stuff and if I won’t to see a doctor I have to come only during the morning time because there been working the entire day and at night there are alredy tire and there finish at 19:00h and after that hour there don’t want to see any other paciente. Just to confirm that I did a checking at the center at 18:22pm

I arrived at 10:45 was a lot of people but they called everyone’s number in a timely manner. I waited at least an hour and 15 minutes, then I was called to do some bloodwork and cotton swabs. Everything was free however you need to make an account with them and on that account it’ll show you your results when they come in.

You can get some inconsistent and unintentionally wrong information but I just can’t bring myself to give less than 5 stars. This, like my old AHF location 4 hours away, is a GREAT place to get full panel testing with VERY quick results. The staff are wonderfully kind and nonjudgemental. I felt like some of the misinformation I got was due to inexperience/learning curve in one young person and a language barrier in another, but again, I can’t hate on it because human error wasn’t ill intentioned. I rather a couple mistakes in information with someone learning then have someone who’s arrogant, nasty and judgmental like I’ve had with other locations in my early testing days. I’ve seen how rude staff at testing facilities can put someone off on the whole experience and glad to say you won’t find that with AHF. Idk who does their hiring but they def know what’s up because everyone I encountered was a delight. You can tell that each and every staff member is passionate about what they do and I’m beyond grateful for their services. I’ve recommended, in person, my previous location and will continue to recommend this new one I just started going to.

Service is great, modern everything. Computer system notification is also a great thing. What is all this worth if you cannot get in and out on something at the most serious level anywhere near 2 hours? Other AHF locations do not operate like this, and perhaps walk in can be supplemented by responsible appointment making. If there is an app for everywhere else to schedule appointments, this would be the place to have one. People with jobs the same common hours who get a phone call need to be seen immediately. I’ve been going here for years & they are amazing. Everyone is respectful, honest, & so nice. They have upgraded so much and I love it. This is the only place I’ll come to get tested. They make you feel so comfortable and majority of the time they can relate to you which makes the visit worthwhile.

The staff is very professional and the place is run very well. If you plan your visit, its like any other walk-in service. You have to wait your turn. This is a free service so we should be very grateful for its existence.

Establishment is FAST, PROFESSIONAL, CLEAN and respectful. During my first visit, I was seen within 15-30 mins. IN AND OUT!!!Not sure if this makes a difference, it probably does... I arrived there EARLY (10am) About 20 ppl were there before me. However numbers were not called until 10. I was out of there before 11:30am

Great place! Why pay $500+ for lab testing when you can get it here for free. The staff is knowledgeable and friendly. The facility is absolutely beautiful, I wonder how this place can provide all these resources... blows my mind. Needless to say, it’s reassuring to know your status... and at zero cost, there’s no excuse.

Came here and was kindly greeted by a young woman (didnt get her name) and Joseph! Because of the pandemic the clinic is extremely limited in who they can offer services to (more immediate care/urgent necessities, important checkups, etc). After speaking with Joseph, they let my partner and I in to get checked. Overall, extremely clean facilities and practices, social distancing and COVID-19 measures were respected, and most importantly the staff--from regular staff to doctors--were extremely kind, understanding, knowledgeable, informative and comforting. Best part was, it was free! The epitome of what healthcare should look like. Will definitely be coming back to this clinic to regularly get tested, and cant recommend it enough.

Warren was the best help I could get he was very quick at getting me situated because it was my first time here and he made it a more comfortable situation for me given I had no idea what I was doing when I walked in! Very friendly staff and quick service also!

I am appalled !!!! the service was absolutely terrible and the nurses were so rude they definitely need to hire better nurses who actually know how to draw blood instead of jamming my arm! my whole arm is in extreme pain by far the worst clinic i have been too. My arm is all bruised

My experience with this particular center started off really friendly and helpful and I actually enjoyed the staff. After completing all the lab tests. I waited for the call in order to get my results. This is where the problem started they contacted me during my work hours which is fine I managed to try and call back the number several times didnt get any response left a voicemail left an email still no response so now today I get a call about 5:10 p.m. after Ive already called twice earlier and left a message trying to contact the center in regards of my if test resultshere were any when they able to reach anyone. I explained to the clerk that I was on my way and I was coming from North Miami and its also raining now theyre located in fort Lauderdale it takes about 29 minutes to get there,now during bad weather its worse and the time is a little longer I reach to their business at 6:08 and I explained to the gentleman when he explained that I had to be here by 6 that I spoke to the clerk I told her I was on my way. the young man went to consult with the two doctors and they refused to service me despite the distance despite the weather conditions and and the traffic to reach there. He told me I have to try and come back tomorrow and gives me a list of other locations. Really not satisfied and extremely unhappy I came there for a resolution and got turned away due to 8 minutes. Which were out of my control.

I have only been Going to the dental department for about a year. In that time, I have had 2 severe infections brought on by missteps in this office and during my last routine cleaning the hygienist broke one of my back teeth nearly in half! You have no control or say over your treatment and the “doctor” won’t prescribe actual pain medication even when you desperately need it!! She either won’t or can’t do procedures like root canals because I was sent to Nova (a school for dentists) but she wanted me to come back so she could get paid to put on the crown!! It feels like this department at AHF doesn’t really care about patients comfort, wellbeing or speedy recovery time. Preferring instead to drag it out with any quick fix procedure they can do and get paid for. I will NOT go back and urge anyone reading this to skip the daaaayyyysssss of misery I have endured at the hands of this quack and look into a different places (yes, you have options!!!) or just go to Nova on University Dr.!! If you have Ryan White or like insurances, your treatment is also free and much more effective than having someone toy with your health for the almighty dollar. Again, I have ONLY been to the dental department at AHF and can only speak to these horrific experiences. DONT GO HERE!!!!

The staff here was great! Im still here and I recommend you come early because alot of people want their services;p.... Ummmmm oo right the parking, when arriving at the gate. U need to get a ticket from the machine and after u sign in on the computer like the receptionist will tell u to do (quick5 minute process not long at all) then u hand her your license and your parking ticket and she validates it and that way your parking is free. I have an emotional support animal that comes with me everywhere i go and if you do too then yours is welcome too :))))!!! Well after u park u go in u make an account on the computer,then you wait to be called on by number, then you wait in another room,next you go in for a quik interview and a poke then you have to wait for urine and blood donation. And then you leave and you make sure you download this app thats going to be e-mailed to you. Its called Healthvana and all yoir information will be on their from your visit...your test results and your future test results!! And the future test results come in about 14 to 30 days... Something like that. Anyways, i wish u all the very best!

Great place to go to. Its a free service . So waiting for hours is to be seen is not unusual ,. Get there on time dont expect to be there at 6 and expect to see a doctor when they close at 7pm They have to go home too at some point. Couldnt ask for a better place for free . How can people complain about a FREE service! If you want something better then go pay for it, beggars can’t be choosers. It’s always a time versus money situation. Think about that please. At any rate. Service is as expected. When your health and wellness is a concern, a wait time shouldn’t be a concern. Be serious ladies and gentlemen.

What a joke. I realize this is a free service, but really, 2.5-3 hours every time I go. They are slow and don’t have enough staff or parking to accommodate the people that come in. They are doing the community a disservice by having such poor throughput times. I walked out after 2 hours waiting last time rather than wait any longer to get tested.

Walked into three bathrooms not one, but three and neither had soap for my hands you would think a place that deals with these patients would have hand sanitizer and soap all through the bathrooms, that’s not even part of it, we get an estimated wait time of an hour, well 2 hours later I left. I walked around the area to burn time and even grab a bite and they were still not even close to my number. Yes it’s free but that doesn’t mean to tell a customer 1 hour when you know they’ll be there for 3 hours. Not everyone has time to sit around like a dog.

Went here for the Monkey Pox vaccine. The staff here needs to get their act together and lose the attitude. I arrive at opening with about 20 people waiting. It’s been over 2 hours to get a vaccine shot. WHAT A POORLY RUN FACILITY!!!

Love the new easier access building. Very fast and friendly. Last testing accepted is usually at 6pm but if theyre not slammed theyll sometimes take you a little later. :)

The staff take forever to call people. They talk, eat, play around and laugh while the entire lobby is packed with people waiting to get called. It’s disrespectful and even though this is a free testing center, they should be more considerate with the patients that come here.

Nice, clean place with a nice staff. But expect to spend 3+ hours here. I do not understand the wait times or how they do the order, but the reviews about the wait times are not exaggerated and keep that in mind when your here.

I was tested May 20th. I never received my tests or results and called everyday. I left voicemails daily that were ignored. I walked in for them to tell me july 11th that they lost my test results. Horrible customer service. I no longer trust them. How do I know that they didn’t give my results to someone else? NEVER AGAIN

I would give a 5 but the wait time is ridiculous I mean I understand that there is no additional fee(s) for the testing services and they validate your parking but they need to work on the waiting period. Today I waited 2 hours before seen got there today at 1 and left and 330pm

Grateful for this free service but wait times are way too long the line makes you want to turn around and go about your day without getting tested which is just shameful. Free or not 2-3 hour wait is just sad.

Fort Lauderdale Dental office . Poor customer service , I referred two people to get services thru funding source . Bad outcomes , 1. He went there to get Dentures in the final stage never call him o explained to him that they will no terminated the job . 2. She make an appointment , the day the appointment suppose to happened they send her home . No call back to cancel the appointment . Is there a bullet point list or summary someplace about services offered at the Wellness Center? Ive never heard of it and all I see is testing and some education indicated on the website, which turns out to be a CDC web address, not one that belongs to AHF. So whats the deal? Whatever it is Im sure its top notch because AHF is nothing if not a first rate organization but this info gap is odd.

I was surprised at how well AHF is handling the current situation! They’re taking the safety of their patients seriously. I felt safe and welcomed when I went in for my testing!

Last time I went I didn’t wait as long , it’s clean and free I guess

Kendall at the front desk was super friendly. I was there for about two hours but free care was worth the wait so long as you plan accordingly.

The nurse who took my blood wasn’t wearing gloves and poked 3 holes in my arm it even left a bruise. I have not been able to get a hold of anyone to go over my results. This place is so unprofessional. People were walking in and out of the room where they take blood I’m sure they get confused about who’s blood is who because they have so much going on. I’m so disappointed and honestly don’t even trust this place.

Ive been going to AHF Wellness Center for 5 years now. Ive never had a problem with their staff, they are always nice people. I can always get my results on time.

Get there on time and you wont have to complain. Ive been going here for years. Very helpful and friendly staff ALWAYS, I definitely recommend getting here early morning and you should be fine.

They offer a service for FREE that saves lives and protects the public. This service is FREE in a corporate greedy country. How could anyone rate them less than a 5 star.

They have excellent customer service. Everything was quick,fast and done in a timely manner. They are very respectful and discreet. Results return in a week.

I went I was only there for a hour . The people are nice. Clean environment and all services are free and they take walkins . Test results come within 4 days

Took 3 hours to be seen, have been coming here for 2 years and have never waited as long as I did today. The waiting room is also kept as cold as a morgue so your hands and feet are numb by the time youre seen

THEY CLOSE AT 6 NOT 7!!!!!!!! They are rude at the front desk. If the manager sees this I hope that he/she checks the women employee who closes with the gold in her teeth worked on MARCH 27, 2017 AFTER 6 PM! Fire her please! :)

The service is great but the vulgar hip hop music they played in the waiting room is atrocious.

Unless you have 2 hours to spare -maybe more and you dont mind that they dont answer the phone when you are trying to get your test results, try someplace else. They tell you they will post the results online, but they sometimes never get there after 2 weeks. That requires you to slog back in again, take a number, and wait. Tic-toc

Staff were friendly and professional, and I got out of there within 2 hours. This place has good vibe to it, definitely stop by here for your tests.

They close an hour before the website says so don’t waste your time if you’ll be getting there at 530

This place is very professional and has a great atmosphere. But the wait time always sucks, you will wait at least 2 hrs before you are seen.

Since 2016 this is the only place I feel comfortable going to . Place is always clean and they never make you feel uncomfortable.I recommended my family and friends here and they became regulars also .

The wait is ridiculous, it’s really inconsiderate on how slow they are ! Many of us has other things to do & for us to wait for hours to get checked is wrong ! There’s definitely need a change.

I recommend that all young people attend and undergo a test periodically. The professionals take incredible care of you and the truth is it is very fast, at most it is 1 hour. My results were on the same day and the best thing is FREE. If you have doubts about your health or just want to control yourself out of responsibility for yourself and others, do not hesitate to attend ❤️.
