Our family’s go to clinic for all ailments big or small - always reasonable wait time, Dr Zitsbank is generous with her time and we never feel rushed, and she’s extremely knowledgeable and professional . As a Mom of three it really gives me great comfort knowing quality medical help is accessible to us any time.

Kind of pricey if they don’t take your kind of health insurance, but worth it because I was in and out very quickly and everyone was very friendly. Overall, truly great experience here!

Had a medical issue that I needed to have checked before going on a cruise leaving Ft Lauderdale. Found this urgent care location that was close to our hotel. Visited the morning before our cruise departed and was immediately seen by the doctor. The doctor looked at my labs and prescribed and antibiotics which eliminated the infection. My cruise wouldn’t have been as great had I not able to get in and out quickly. Very professional and staff and doctors were very attentive.

I am so happy to find this place. Dr. Zitsbank was very gentle and kind with my daughter, I really appreciate that. The lady on the front desk was nice and helpful. It’s such a relief to get professional medical help with nice service.

I have a primary care physician, however utilize this facility to augment my healthcare needs. The staff is always pleasant and helpful.I cannot say enough about Dr Zhanna Zitsbank, she is extremely knowledgeable, compassionate and professional…I highly recommend this business, and thank them for all that they do.

I had an unpleasant experience with this clinic in 2022. Left them a 2 star honest review. This month I needed some paperwork done by them - came back - instead of apologizing and asking how they can help - Julia DEMANDED in a very rude tone that I delete my original review. After I said no, she kicked me out and I was denied service.Now I understand that businesses can choose who to service and whom to deny - but in my case. My medical papers were ACCEPTED by the receptionist and I was told to come back tomorrow and receive my signed and prepared papers. But instead Julia calls and says I have to delete my original review FIRST before they can proceed working on my stuff. I dont think thats professional or ethical. A review is a review and if you want better reviews you need to do better, not put people in a situation where they have no other option.I ended up going to a different clinic and had to start everything from scratch and pay all the fees (which were not small) and lost 2 weeks of precious time all because Julia would not put a signature on a completed and prepared document that I ALREADY PAID THEM FOR.If someone from management sees this - please contact me, you have my information. I would like to speak about this as well as file a formal complaint against Julia. (Im assuming no one will contact me but if they do I will update this review)

Instant Medical Care is the fastest and best urgent care I have ever been to. I was in and out in less than an hour, and there was 5 patients ahead of me. The staff is professional and works efficiently to the keep patients from waiting too long and thoroughly addresses each patients medical concerns. Very satisfied with my experience.

I am from Canada and have used Urgent Care twice. Both experiences were excellent. The standard of care was fabulous with excellent communication and discussion of treatment options. In one case I got a treatment that is not even offered in Canada. It dramatically improved my condition immediately. This is my go to clinic when I am doing business or vacationing in Fort Lauderdale.

This clinic is amazing! The staff is very friendly and knowledgeable and the Dr. Z. Zitsbank takes her time to explain every detail of your visit. The environment is always welcoming and clean. Nurses are providing very fast service. I have visited them already several times for different reasons and have had wonderful experience every time.This is my clinic of choice.

I had an emergency over a weekend and went in here. I also decided to do my two follow-ups with the same staff because I felt so confident and comfortable in their care. Dr Zhanna is by far one of the best doctors Ive experienced. Her caring manner made me feel so comfortable when I was so freaked out about this particular emergency. The staff is also very good. I actually wouldnt think twice about making this my permanent GP if the insurance wasnt higher.

I walked in once and the atmosphere in there felt really friendly. The nurses and doctors were attentive and caring. The place is very clean. They treated me very professionally, and I would definitely go back whenever I need any more assistance. Congratulations to the staff and their work. Especially to Mrs. Valentina because of her professional care and high standards of training. Also special thanks to Dr. Zhanna who demonstrated a high level of professionalism and care. I felt better after I left the urgent care facility.

They got my wife right in but they didnt accept our insurance so it cost more than I think it should. They were nice overall I suppose. It was a one time thing so hard to tell how good care is. In the end, we felt better that her condition wasnt serious enough to go to hospital, so they saved us a trip to the emergency room.

Without exaggeration this is the best Dr.s office Ive been to in the country. They have treated myself and my family for years, and all the staff there have been more generous and professional than any large or institutional office Ive been to. I had a severe case of food poisoning treated here which was very scary to go through, and they acted fast and took amazing care of me during my time of need. I cannot say in one review how much this office has done for me and my family, and I only wish I could make this team my primary care physicians. I would give this place 10 stars if I could. 100% recommend.

One of the worst Urgent care facility I have ever been to with respect to admin staff . They are clueless about insurance & I was charged upfront for PCR test even though as per my insurance provider , it is covered in insurance. Above all, they havent submitted the claims to my insurance yet.Last 2 weeks have been trying to call them but the staff just put me to indefinite hold & then disconnect when they come to know about an issue. Worst staff I have ever dealt with. Ultimately, had to escalate to my insurance company to intervene. The 2 stars are for the pediatric doctor , she was good.

Excellent service that I haven’t experienced anywhere else. Very clean place. The staff is very friendly and helpful. They took such a good care of my elderly mother. I’m very thankful to Dr. Zitsbank for being very patient with my mom, explaining everything about her problem and finding a right treatment. My mom feels much better. And they prices are good too, which was a big deal for me.

I have visited this clinic on numerous occasions, for different reasons: physician care, labs, immunizations and med spa. I have been very pleased with the atmosphere at the clinic, always prompt service and friendly and caring people. At all times I was able to utilize my insurance policy and get a good deal. I have always found this clinic to be very convenient and welcoming. However, what keeps me coming back and choosing this clinic over the others is physician assistant Zhanna. She has excellent bedside manners and extensive knowledge and expertise. Zhanna is attentive to my concerns, answers all of my questions and makes me feel reassured and at ease.

My family and I had reason to visit Instant Medical Care three times on a recent holiday. On each occasion we were seen quickly, even when there were several other people waiting (who also got seen quickly). The nurses and doctor were sympathetic and knowledgeable, and happy to answer questions. In one instance we needed a follow-up over the phone, which the doctor also took the time to do.

This would have been a 5 star review (general experience was ok, though slightly overpriced) As I was leaving though, the receptionist Julia made an offensive remark about my immigration status in this country which I found disturbing and unprofessional. I will not be coming back.

Very prompt diagnosis after the specialist missed it.We are very happy that we found this urgent care for an urgency situation for my wife. After we had the appointment with the specialist we wanted to have a second opinion.Very compassionate, reliable doctor. After she saw my wife, she referred her to do additional imaging which the specialist didn’t consider necessary. The result from the imaging came in less than an hour. We were surprised since usually urgent cares do not do referrals because they don’t follow you. Here the doctor does follow you, which make us think she cares more.

Very nice and efficient staff. Dr. Zhanna listened and was very knowledgeable. I went later in the day and had no wait time. They take insurance. Very happy I found this walk-in clinic. I will go there again if I need to.

Came to Florida for the boat show and hurt my foot.. I went online and found Instant Medical Care as one of thew closest walk in clinics and I couldnt have been happier with the level of professionalism this clinic had from the wonderful front desk girls to the doctor herself, who took her time with me and really was trying to ease my pain as I felt well taken care of versus some other clinics i have seen in the past. The personal touch is there and thats all I could have asked for that day! Overall, great experience and thats why I took time to write this review.. Thank you to all Instant Medical Care team.

Told me that I had to pay out of pocket for some of the services I needed (xray/ekg) I called my insurance and they said thats wrong Im covered for all of those things at that location and my deductible is paid for the year. Should just have been my co-pay.Seems like something is fishy here. I walked out.....

I was traveling for work and was sick before I left. My doctor told me if things go worse go to an urgent care. This was the closest to my hotel so I just went here. The nurses were very friendly and had great bedside manner. My insurance would not go through because I was out of state, but they were very nice and showed me the screen the insurance company was showing them and provided me with the information I need to get reimbursed. The doctor came right in after about 3 minutes of the nurse. She was very thorough and provided me with a stronger antibiotic. I would definitely recommend this urgent care to anyone that is feeling sick. One thing that is definitely a bonus about this one is that there is only 1 doctor instead of several incompetent doctors that are paid minimum wages and only work part time.

Wow! I wish I could give a 6th star or even a 7th. This place exceeded my expectations time and time again. I originally went in for an examination last Saturday for a wound on my leg that had become progressively worse to the point that I could not walk. Thankfully my fiance kept demanding that I go to an urgent care facility.That is how, by the grace of God I might add, I came to this place.Everyone here has been absolutely spectacular. They diagnosed, incised, cleaned, and treated what turned out to be a very severe infection. I have been having to go back every few days for wound maintenance and monitoring progress of antibiotics. This wound has been a very annoying, inconvenient, and painful experience for both myself and my fiance but the nurses and doctors here couldnt have been more warm, knowledgeable, and accommodating.I even called them when I was changing the dressing on my wound for the first time and the nurse and doctor both walked me through it over the phone and told me that if I felt at all uncomfortable that they would do it for me. Due to the pain I had to rush right over and they saw me immediately and showed me how to painlessly do the process at home.The pricing is totally great for the area and I have paid 5 times more just to receive mediocre care at most other facilities like this Ive gone to across the country. These guys are a true blessing and I am so grateful I to have been in their care.

I came in today because Ive been having a few issues lately and my primary doctor could not get me in until April 17th. Everyone there is very nice and seems to really care about your well being. Dr. Zitsbank listened to all my concerns and asked a lot of important questions and didnt brush my issues off like my primary doctor does. After my blood draw I felt sick and got very shaky, the nurse and receptionist assisted in helping me by getting me chocolate and some water. I would recommend this place and Im so glad I came here instead of my primary doctor.

This place is awesome. The staff is friendly and attentive. I came to Fort Lauderdale on vacation and my insurance sent me here. I had such a great experience, the PA on staff was kind and knowledgeable and saw me within 15 minutes. I definitely recommend this urgent care clinic!

The staff here is incompetent. Ive been dealing with some health issues recently and know my insurance plan like the back of my hand. I was told my visit would be $150.00, which is ridiculous because for urgent cares, I have a $50 copay and then insurance covers 100% of the visit. The girl at the front desk told me I had a deductible. I then explained that Ive met my deductible for the year and the deductible doesnt even apply to urgent cares since insurance covers 100% after the copay. She told me urgent cares have their own deductible. I was not feeling well and was tired of arguing with this idiot so I just paid the $150 and figured I would contact the insurance company for a refund. Once I got into the examining room, I was then told I would owe more money for tests. Are you kidding me?! I wouldnt have even paid the original $150 had I been told this upfront. So I left and basically wasted $150 on nothing.

Avoid this place at all cost. They are the car salesmen of Doctors. Be very aware that if they say you need bloodwork, they will charge you for it but they will not discuss the results with. If you try to call, they insist you come in. Once you go in BAM another office visit charge. Oh and they do not send prescriptions to the pharmacy. So guess what ? If you need to pick up your prescriptions, ANOTHER office fee. Absolutely disgusting.

Absolutely amazing. I was treated so well when I came here for my first visit. The provider is very kind and comforting. I was happy to hear that they take my insurance. I will definitely be coming here for all of my future medical needs.

Why does the website say that the clinic will treat patients 3 months and older? They have absolutely NO pediatric equipment! Also, the telephone number on the website had a constant busy signal - even when we were in the clinic, called them in front of them and no one was on the phones! So, there is no way to make an appointment, which is the first question you are asked upon entering the building.Corporate needs to get their act together!

I am from the state of MI and I came to FL for a vacation. I got very sick and I was having a very hard time breathing and was hyperventilating. I would terrified and in so much pain and couldn’t catch my breath. Dr Zitsbank and her assistants and all her workers were so amazing I wish I can explain my appreciation. They made me feel so comfortable and did everything they could to get me better and treat me properly. 10/10

If I could give 6 stars I would. I was in and out unbelievably fast. I don’t have a doctor but the doctor who took care of me was so amazing, the whole staff was!! I will never go anywhere else. I don’t have insurance and they had no problem with taking cash, and I thought it was very reasonable to terms of price. So glad I finally went!!

Dr Zitsbank is the sweetest and most knowledgable doctor I have ever met. I came in for a minor procedure for something that has had me panicking for days now, Dr Zitsbank saw me and her confidence and clear expertise put me at ease. she treated me quickly (but still thoroughly) the procedure took care of my pain immediately and now I feel great again!

Absolutely incompetent staff. They will STEAL your money. This was an In Network facility for my insurance, and was told that I had to pay the full $300 for the visit, instead of the $40 copay. They then said they would give me the paperwork so I could file it myself (?!?!). Later I find out that I should have not been charged anything except my copay. Now I am out money. Attempted to get a hold of them for 3 mos now and no one will return calls. United Health Care has stepped in too. BEWARE AND DO NOT USE THIS FACILITY

On the last day of our trip, my daughter seemed to get her elbow dislocated. We went to Instant Medical Care. Doctor Huaman gave my daughter a gentle treatment and fixed her arm within seconds. I really appreciate his help.

I went in on 5/31/13 to Instant Medical Care and I had high hopes despite the negative reviews on here. The place was dirty and the staff were cold. I never met a staff member who gave me their name. The doctor I saw was incompetent and useless. I go in for a skin rash and a bad bug bite, (and this urgent care specializes in skin treatment). He touches my legs where the rash is and is completely stumped. He goes away and 5 minutes later, he comes back and says I have no idea what you have. Ive never seen that before so I am going to pass you on to a dermatologist. What a complete joke of a medical office. I will NOT return.

Fyi: Im not a hypochondriac old lady, Im very easygoing, but the attending physician at this facility (a bald middle aged man, who never mentioned his name upon introduction) was awful! Very condescending and indifferent to my questions and concerns. Getting his medical opinion was like pulling teeth. I highly suggest that you avoid this place.

Quality of care is great. However, the billing is a mess. Beware of extra charges. IMC claims that co-pay for In-Network insurance only covers the visit not ANY of the related treatment. Have already wasted a lot of time dealing with insurance company and IMC.

I went to the urgent care because I was very sick, with stuffy nose, headache and the whole nine yards. The PA that saw me was so nice and empathic to me. She diagnosed me with a sinus infection and prescribed a Z-pack. Since I was so sick she actually called the prescription in to my pharmacy, and it was ready by the time I got there, so I skipped the whole hassle of waiting. A few days later I felt so much better, and the infection was gone. I would definitely go back to them if I ever get sick again, just because of how nice and attentive the PA was.

I brought my husband in the having an asthma attack. They got him in a room immediately, gave him the proper meds; set up a breathing treatment machine and stabilized him. We were out within an hour, picked up his meds, of which they found him coupons for the best prices. His last attack EMT took him to the hospital where spent 5 days and got no diagnoses.

I had exactly the same experience described by another reviewer. They collect your copay AFTER you receive service and add a bunch of extra charges. I knew what my copay was, and the front desk insisted I was wrong. Stuck in an argument with extremely unprofessional front desk person and was sick as a dog so I gave up and paid the extra money. I have been dealing with my insurance company to get my money back for months. STAY AWAY!!!!!!!

I moved to Ft. Lauderdale in need of a PCP and I came here on a whim, and I am so glad, no wait time , amazing and accommodating staff!

This is a good little place you need to know about if you are in need of medical attention. The docs and nurses are good folk who will listen to what is on your mind.The service is usually about 10 minutes or so.They will send you on your way a little better than when you walked in. I saw Shay one of the nurses and she was an attentive knowlegeble young lady who cares about her patients!!

I went for a subaceous cyst because they say they specialize in treatment. Dr didnt wear gloves while touching me, didnt know how to treat it, and didnt even know what to call it. Sent me home with a RX and said if it doesnt go away in 48 hours then come back and we will refer you to someone else. WOW!! Staff was rude and highly unprofessional (chowing down on greasy fries while handeling my paperwork and credit card)

Had to get a PPD and a covid test for work, popped in quickly after work. They were super quick and convenient! 5 stars!

Visit clinic today and although Dr Z was not there we had a young but talented and kind doctor who checked on my daughter and made her feel much better and able to enjoy the last days of our vacation. . Thank you for helping her!

I came here to get an x ray of my black eye and the lady at the front had me wait 10 minutes when there was no one else there just to be told by the doctor that they don’t even do facial x rays. It was very obvious I needed an x Ray of my face and the lady at the front should have informed me immediately that they do not perform facial x rays. Complete waste of time don’t even bother coming here.

I was in and out in 30 minutes. The staff is professional, courteous and friendly. By far this was the best experience I ever had at a doctors office.

Went here for a sinus infection for a family member and was directly lied to by staff. They advised that they couldnt take our insurance and that no where else existed in the area that would. We have a top level plan that can be used anywhere and after contacting the insurance company they advised that multiple places were within 3 miles the closest which was 3 minutes away. I dont fault the place for not taking our insurance and cant comment on their medical care but if they are willing to lie to us just to get maximum dollars who knows what they also will be dishonest about.

The most rude and disgusting service!They cheat on the phone!The woman administrator says one thing on the phone, but Julia the administrator says something completely different!They refused to give a child with a disability and acute pain an X-ray!And the doctor actually began to hide behind the police!He kicked us out, called us “stupid”, thinking that we didn’t understand English!Male behavior?We should report him to the police for using obscene language against a disabled child!God is the judge!

Its not a great place at all. We dealt with Dr. Zhanna, the impression was simply terrible. Makes appointments without tests. They came to do tests on their own initiative, so they mixed up the test tubes and took samples for the wrong reasons. A week later we returned to retake the result, but they simply refused to admit us after we waited in the reception area, saying that there was no one to take the test. Although the doctor was there.
