Seen by a PA not MD. Went in sunday but they could not verify if my blue cross blue shields have copay. I ask if veterans are covered they did not give me answer but will check.Here comes monday copay 35$ with blu cross ask if va covers since iam 100% disabled she said no. In other words 1 star for my finger cellulitis consult and for having clean areas.Staff at desk was not a welcoming atmosphere, same with the PA shes ask me why do i have to come here at their urgent care why not at VA Miami. First i simply said near my house. Now i have the final answer otherwise will never come back to this place. My first ever tried urgent care experienced. Not so good.

Dr Anita is the best. She is really nice and knowledgeable. We did our i693 form with her and everything went perfect. Really quick and reliable service. The only thing to improve is one of the receptionists, she is absolutely rude and impossible to talk. If the dr not around she will try to ignore you and treat you very bad so you not call or anything again. We had to be very insistent and call a lot of time until we had lucky and spoke with another person. Hope the dr find good receptionists!!!

I came to this urgent care feeling sick. I was attended immediately, the staff was understanding and caring. I was diagnosed with Type A Flu, and was treated with IV hydration that consists of vitamins to help boost my energy and handle dehydration. Im grateful they were open on a Christmas Day.

This place was a waste of time and money. The PA Aneta Dadasheva was the worst and did not even want to even look at my issue and said she can diagnose a variety of problems being a PA but i knew more about my health issue, she had to look it up on google as i described it but claimed she knew. I came here because of the reviews but I wont make that mistake again. At least this was a good reminder that not every healthcare worker is experienced and cares.

They do not follow their hours of operation. Second time I’ve gone there during their operation hours, and no one was there. I just tested positive for Covid and I my doctor told me to go to urgent care so I could get on paxlovid. 4:30 no one was there hours of operation says they close at 6 PM, even though I am very close to them I will never go there again

Wonderful, caring staff, very efficient and considerate. I recently moved from Up North, and I love my PCP who I’ve had forever. I can’t even tell you how much I was not looking forward to seeing a different doctor since I was feeling so sick. Dr. Aneta was fantastic, so welcoming, and I immediately felt comfortable there. My experience at this facility has been wonderful. A short wait, but I drove 25-30 minutes from downtown Fort Lauderdale area because I did a deep dive on reviews, and every clinic near my house wasn’t what I was looking for. My you, I do not have health insurance right now because of my school graduate program making an error, so I am not covered. I had to find somewhere I could best afford but also trust and feel like I didn’t need another doctor and another payment I do not have. My physician today has been so sweet, she has taken the time to explain everything going on, but also answer all of my questions. Which sadly, is hard to find these days. I always have many questions because I like to know what is going on with my body and I do not want to be confused or ever leave uncertain, because at many walk in clinics prior I have left feeling like I had no certain answers. That is not the case at this facility. The physician I saw to has been so kind, I will continue to drive the far drive to see her. You are saving yourself multiple uncertain clinic trips versus one that has the answers for you. Thank you all so much! :)

The real experience was 10 stars. The clinic is so beautiful, front desk attendant super friendly and the doctor and nurses WOW!!! so loving and caring and took the time to explain (strep throat). We will definitely recommend this Urgent Care to everyone that needs to go get a check up if they are not feeling their best and skip the large hospitals with large waiting lines.I never spent there more then 30 min.Dr Anita is very knowledgeable and so kind, made sure to take the time to call and follow up after each visit. 👍

This urgent care is awesome! Quick, easy and took care of my issue right away. I lost hearing in my right ear, and the nurse and doctor were extremely attentive, caring and genuinely worked to make me feel better and corrected my hearing! Would highly recommend.

At Med Pro, Dr. Dadashev is one of the most efficient, wisest and capable doctors I have had the pleasure to meet in south Florida. The staff, pleasant and polite, the facility, clean and accessible. I would give 6 stars if I could. Medpro doctors are wonderful. I have never waited more than 2 minutes to be seen. The office is clean, the equipment is new. I dont even bother calling my PCP any more. You wont break the bank if you dont have insurance either. Highly recommended.

Medpro urgent care team was very pleasant and understanding of my needs and concerns. I was seen in a timely matte.. My overall experience was excellent from check in, in the room, check out. I was able to receive a visit summary and copy of my prescribed medication. I highly recommend this urgent care for anyone who is not feeling well and needs to see someone within the hour.

Great experience, not alot of people… actually I think I was the only person there when coming in and when I left out there was 1 person waiting (10-11am) The doctor and front desk lady was kind. I usually don’t like going to the doctors with my tattoos out because I feel I will get treated different but they were lovely I will come back any time I’m sick!

This Urgent Care was an excellent experience! The facility is beautiful inside and spotlessly clean! Anita, the Woman who helped me was super helpful! I have had a horrible cough and cold for over a month, she did a chest X-ray to rule out anything more serious than bronchitis; this I found amazing to be done right on spot in the facility. She prescribed exactly what I believe I need to get well! Thank you! I will definitely recommend and use this urgent care again.

The women at the front desk were friendly, and the inside of the building was very clean. Dr. Aneta Dadasheva helped my niece with a sensitive issue; and although the first round of treatment did not work, Dr. Aneta Dadasheva made certain that my niece got the treatment that she needed in the end. It is difficult to find doctors in South Florida who provide the level of professionalism that we received at this location.I would also like to note that there are some reviews on here complaining about being treated by a physicians assistant - anyone who doesnt understand that they are essentially equivalent in an urgent care setting should probably do a little research first!

I can’t speak highly enough about this office. Not only is the Doctor compassionate, knowledgeable and immensely connected to her patients but the office is immaculate, with short wait times and easily accessible. I’m incredibly grateful for her care, which I have received several times.

The staff are very Professional, kind and polite. The service was super quick, I was out of there quicker than I anticipated. I recommend going there if you need urgent care and don’t want to be stuck in the hospital for hours.

First of all it is great to have an urgent care near by, it is very convenient to a family like mine. My son cut his hand and I came home late after work, luckily the place is near and has great evening hours. Place is very clean, spacious and stuff is very professional. Very nice service staff.

I visited this office to discuss a mental health issue with a physician around mid day on weekday. There were no other patients in the waiting room. Due to the nature of my work, which requires me to travel constantly, I do not have a relationship with a primary care physician. I relayed my complaint to the receptionist and produced my ID and insurance card. I have visited other urgent care facilities with this insurance, and as printed on the rear of my card, my urgent care copay is $30. After taking my cards in a back room the receptionist emerged with a paper containing a generic and confusing block of figures and claimed I would have to pay for the visit upfront. Knowing my insurance policy very well I knew this was inaccurate but not wanting a debate, I told her ok I would pay up front. I did so, and was led to the room where the doctor came and rudely asked if I was even sick. I got a very awkward feeling, and quickly realized that the staff was not wanting to see me due to the nature of my illness not being of the urgent type. The doctor chastised me for coming to an urgent care clinic for such a minor issue. While she did eventually provide some treatment, I was left feeling very awkward. After giving it some thought, I realize the reception deceived me about my insurance policy trying to deter me from being seen. I will not be returning to this facility.

I had a terrible Flu while coming back from a week long trip in Spain and needed help fast. As soon as we touched down in Miami on Easter Sunday I called Medpro to see if they could see me within the hour and they said sure. When I arrived the attending Physician was waiting for me and took me in right away. She checked me out and was very nice and professional, she prescribed me a Z-Pack and told me call them if I had any issues. Would highly recommend coming here for urgent care.

I went in having had a bowel resectioning and being Nasicous for days a hard looking women about my age Im 45 hard hearted looked at me like I was trash and I left, give or take she may be 5 years older than me.

The office is wonderful, they are super efficient and the doctor is very thorough and knowledgeable all around. I’ve been here multiple times now and really enjoy being able to come here whatever the case and get taken care of promptly.

Husband had the flu thats been dragging on for over 2 weeks. We went there and they couldnt have been nicer! The physician prescribed medication to alleviate some of his symptoms. Would definitely recommend!

I got referred by my friend to go get tested for COVID-19. I showed up very worried, the nurse which I didn’t get her name was very supportive, she took her time to explaine me everything about it, gave me tips and answer all of my questions. the actual test isn’t pleasant feeling, we got the test done quickly. Before I went Medpro urgent care, I was very concerned about the covid, but since I visit there I feel relieved knowing I got to the right place to get checked. The nurse was very professional, caring and helpful. For any case emergency, god forbid, I know Im in good hands! Thank you again! God bless you!

I went in to get get Covid tested and the woman helping me at the front desk was really rude and it sounded like she hated her life. Two of the staff were not even wearing masks.. that does not make any sense to me, especially during a pandemic.

We showed up at 8:30 so we can get tested for covid there was eight of us in our party they opened at 9 when the girl arrived she took us almost immediately actually before they opened gave us the forms to fill out and took us two at a time everyone checked out fine she was very pleasant and friendly definitely would recommend this place

If you are open at a certain time you should be taking in patience at that time . Period. Says open at 9am but why i wasnt gonna be seen untill after 11 per the secretary around 11. mind you im the only on there. Then as im sitting filling out the paper work i hear her ( secretary) say to someone on the phone 11:30 /11:45 so no you were not open to the public at 9am. Would you like to explain how that works? UNPROFESSIONAL

MedPro URGENT CARE Center is the medical facility to visit for any of your medical needs. While vacationing in Ft. Lauderdale, we were involved in a car accident, reared-ended, and needed immediate medical attention. I “Googled” Urgent Care and MedPro popped up. I called, and the nicest person answered the phone; calmed my anxiety with the calm tone of her voice and said we could come in. Once there, again, her calmness, and understanding helped us relax.The doctor is AMAZINGLY compassionate, and understanding. I was given a thorough examination, and it didn’t cost me an arm and a leg.My husband and I are here on vacation, and I would recommend this medical facility to ANYONE seeking medical attention (you will be doing the same thing I’m doing, writing a review). Hurt my hand really bad, pain is at a 8 or 9 out of 10, I Googled clinics around me and chose this one for the good amount of positive reviews... I checked the time they open (9am) and arrived at 9:20am, only ro find out the DR is late and will be in at around,probably 10am....Im literally driving in pain to the next one...i understand that it happens, but im the one in pain....,in the emergency care field, its unacceptable.

I just went to this clinic and I was denied health services. I am Active duty army and got in a auto accident and they denied providing me services. Spoke with the manager who is also the doctor and was extremely rude, unprofessional and has no clue in how insurances work. DO NOT GO THERE! Terrible service.

The receptionist ignored me when I came in. Another lady walked in from smoking outside and has me give my ID and insurance card. She starts having me fill out paperwork just to inform me as I’m almost done, that my insurance is out of network. I asked if there are any other urgent cares around because I’m from out of town and she said, I honestly have no idea.

It is hard to find competent providers, pleasant staff, professional environment and quick service in one place, that’s what makes this Urgent Care Center different from others.

I’m from Minnesota moved to Florida 2 years ago this urgent care is amazing and the doctor is super helpful and kind

I walked in feeling horrible, and I left with a Z-pak prescription and recommendations for rest for 48 hours. The doctor seemed like she actually cared. I will be back. Thank you, Dr. Dadashev!

Terrible. Entered my insurance id number incorrectly and made me call my insurance provider just to find out they entered it incorrectly and later tell me they dont accept my insurance. It was An hour waste.

Cant say enough about the first rate care I received.From Maya the nurse to Aneta the doctor made me feel that I was their only patient.I needed approval for an operation and one of my test came in under specs,so they took my blood 2 days later and rushed the results back in a view hours,and never even charged extra.Thank You so much .
