Quick Family Urgent Care Davie FL

Absolutely ridiculous, this used to be my primary urgent care clinic that I would use for everything, however, getting a bill from 2 years ago that they are sending to collections without every contacting me by phone or email is ridiculous. When called the receptionist is rude, impatient, and does not listen to anything I had to say and says she will just send it immediately to collections. The letter is threatening and ominous- Im terribly upset to have been treated this way after being a continuous client there for years. We wont be back.

Samantha Simon, Nurse Practitioner is horrible. She spent a total of one minute with me by looking inside my throat and that’s it. I told her I had strep throat but she denied it. I had it 5 months ago with same symptoms but she said no. She didn’t even take enough time to assess me or listen to my symptoms. Instead she dismissed me. I am an RN with 30 years experience so I know my body. She has NO bedside manner whatsoever, doesn’t care about patients, rude and obnoxious and thinks she knows more than you. Charged my insurance $250 for spending one minute with me. That’s outrageous! Samantha Simon should never be a nurse. Don’t go there if you need help because she doesn’t give a damm!! Terrible service. Walked in the door just to get seen for my sinus infection. Showed the offer to the gentleman at the front desk in which he responded first that he didn’t know what I was talking about and second they wouldn’t apply the discount they have on their site! Can’t speak for the people themselves but as a business they don’t even honor their own deals. Also I was a self paying customer and it was my first time visit.

The staff here is always so pleasant and helpful. I’ve been helped on and off for years but had never given them a review. It’s a family ran type location and overall quick service, unless is a really busy day.

I was really impressed with the friendliness and efficiency of the staff at this urgent care center. Bree and Joe were particularly helpful, patient, and reassuring and it’s obvious that they enjoy what they do. I was in a lot of discomfort when I arrived and left soon thereafter very satisfied and relieved. Kudos to the fantastic nurse practitioner who examined me as well and apologies for not having her name. I would absolutely return to this facility. It’s just a nice feeling to find a place like this that helps to resolve your issue in a quick and supportive manner. Thank you!

Best urgent care experience I’ve ever had! I fractured my arm and came here for the first time ever. Let me say, the staff is so sweet and professional. The office was also very clean and comfortable. They made a tough situation feel a lot easier and the whole staff was extremely personable and helpful. They all really worked as a team and it was s very pleasant doctors visit for a very unpleasant moment. This will be the only place I’ll go for urgent care from now on. I went in for a dog bite on my finger yesterday (7-26-23). Christina M.A. was super nice and answered questions that I had and helped with vitals, since I was starting to have pain. Joey M.A. super nice and was help with questions I had about the billing and was super quick with giving a shot. (By the way I dont like shots). Jean N.P. was great super nice and friendly gave me all the information I needed to take care of the dog bite. Place is great I was self paying and it didnt cost much with all the care I got. This will be my new urgent care facility.

Bre was amazing! I wouldnt go anywhere else. She answered every question I had as well as making sure I was fully taken care of throughout my entire visit, checking on me multiple times. I can tell she enjoys her job. I was also impressed by the cleanliness of the clinic. Highly recommended!

I needed a school health entry exam and these people made it happen. I was greeted by Bree, she was very informative and super helpful. The Dr. (sorry forgot the name) was super funny and told us all about his furry daughter Karma. I will definitely return for future needs , also services were cheaper than usual.

Dr. Herrera is an amazing doctor! He has taken care of both my father and my daughter on different occasions where it was more convenient to get into the clinic and have an X ray and physical exam in a quick and easy process than waiting to try and get Appt at primary physicians office OR going to ER. Dr Herrera’s experience, professionalism, and his calm & reassuring manner really make me SO grateful to have this clinic in my backyard. I cannot recommend this facility enough. I myself have used them on multiple occasions for chest infections to ear infections prior to travel and I always feel better and more relaxed after going in. The nurses & staff are all friendly, caring & professional. You could not ask for a better clinic - also I was there recently and Dr Herrera was dealing w an emergency for a patient and while my wait was longer that time I was grateful thinking the patient would be going right into the hospital bc Dr Herrera had called for paramedics. If he cannot treat your emergency- he won’t hesitate to get you or your loved ones the care you need.

The entire process was really quick. The staff was so nice and friendly. They talked me through everything. Christina did an amazing job!! She was very attentive and kind. Thats busy an added bonus to her being great at her job. Sana was very friendly and made me feel very comfortable. Definitely going back for any other medical needs

Went in because I thought I had a sprained ankle and I read online that they have an X-ray machine in house. After the X-ray it turned out I had a fracture. Jean was amazing, they helped me call for XL crutches. They went about and beyond. They even helped me out in a wheel chair into my truck. I highly recommend this Urgent Care Facility it’s unlike any one I have ever been to.

I visited this urgent care for the first time yesterday. This is where my family will be going from now on. Sham helped me at the front desk and was very nice and helpful. Janice got me ready for the doc she was so friendly and efficient. Jean was my doc so smart and caring. Finally Christina got my prescription and it didn’t take 45 minutes like most places. This practice is unique because they actually work as a team. And it’s one stop you don’t need to wait at pharmacy they have what you need right in office it was great !!!!

I am pleased to say that Quick family urgent care is a great clinic for your family. I attended quick family with my daughter and granddaughter for their school physical and Ms.Bree was superb from the time I was signing in till the end of the visit. Bree kept me updated on the wait time and took us once the next room was available. This clinic has a lot to offer with the staff and professional service.

This place was great! I got in and filled out paper work and was taken back to waiting room #2 within 15 minutes and only had to wait there for 10 minutes and then got in a room and was taken care of immediately upon waiting for the doctor. Entire Office staff and the Doctor were all very Caring, Concerned, Kind, and highly professional. Place is very clean. I was out of there just under 2 hours which to me is faster than other doctors offices. I highly recommend coming here if youre feeling sick as I will come here for my needs from now on.

NP Jean, is hands down of favorite care taker at this urgent care. She is so caring and sweet and really goes above and beyond to get you feeling better! Christina MA has a great personality and made me feel comfortable before seeing dr.Jean.

Just finished an exam here after I couldn’t get into any dermatology office quickly.The front desk receptionist was so lovely. Talked to me like a friend. Bree who also helped me along side the doctor was very warm and caring.Dr. A was very Thorough with his exam and explained every single detail of the exam and treatment. He was friendly and made me feel very comfortable.I was able to purchase my antibiotics directly which may have cost more but saved me a trip. It was nicely convient.Only downside was a long wait time but I feel like that’s normal in most urgent care centers.

Quick Family Urgent Care is amazing! We needed covid tests quick and not only were they able to accommodate us, they were kind/clean/and professional. Bree at the front was especially wonderful! She was polite and made sure to accommodate my every need. Never once was she impatient - she was professional and personable. I will be returning and referring others!

Quick Family urgent care is a fantastic facility for your healthcare needs. I am so pleased with the staff as a whole and the providers are super nice . Bre is the one who assist me and it was amazing. I have visited this urgent care center three times in one year. This most recent visit was for my son’s ear infection. The staff and PA were pleasant and thorough. He was prescribed some antibiotic drops which they also had for us to take with us. Well today, it seemed as if he needed something a little stronger so I called and asked for an oral antibiotic for him as he was still having fevers. Bree went above and beyond to assist me. She worked with the PA, Liza, to look up my son’s file, approve, and submit the new RX to my pharmacy. After she called the pharmacy, she called me to follow up and confirm.When you visit urgent care, it’s usually not when you’re feeling your best but the staff at Quick Family Urgent Care makes the experience as wonderful as it can be. Thank you to Bree and her coworkers for the outstanding service and care. So appreciated.

This is my usual urgent care spot. Always an Amazing experience!! Today: Janice was amazing at check in. Joey was our nurse and went above and beyond to take care of us. Trisha was our PA and was very detailed and really cared about our well-being. The entire visit exceeded our expectation. It was quick but covered all the basis. Will definitely be back. Thanks to the wonderful team that helped us today including Christina.

I’ve been going here for years. Always quick and efficient. When you aren’t feeling well, you want to make sure you are going somewhere that the workers treat you with kindness and are efficient. Bree and Christina were awesome. Smiling and welcoming me first thing on a Saturday morning. Very appreciative of their welcoming and kind reception and treatment.

I didn’t like the way I was talked to. I felt like the staff was very rude. I didn’t have a physical copy of my id card but I have a digital copy and I have the group and Id numbers. My phone was about to die and they said they had a charger but never gave it to me? I showed the id card but they said I had to email it to them. I didn’t want to use my email to send it to them, I don’t want to give my information out. The staff says at one point ‘think about what you just said’ insinuating I’m stupid, I’m not stupid I just don’t want to give you my email? I don’t like how they treated me and I did not feel comfortable there

I had a great experience at this urgent care. The process was fast and efficient. The staff was polite. Bree at the front desk was attentive and answered any questions I had regarding my insurance. She was very polite. Overall I greatly recommend this place.

Our family has been going to this Quick Family Urgent Care in Davie for many years. Wed always seen Dr. Ajay Sood; we sincerely consider him to be the absolute best, caring, thorough, compassionate physician we have ever known. We miss him, and I was even uncertain about returning without him being there. However, I recently decided to use their services once again, and I was very glad that I chose to do so!I arrived using crutches for a badly sprained ankle that seemed to be healing awfully slowly. I was grateful to be greeted by Farah and Cristina because although it was busy, they were both very courteous and they made sure everyone was being tended to. While waiting to be seen in an examining room, I was also greeted, updated and assisted by Bree. Bree is a breath of fresh air! She was extremely attentive, reassuring and polite. Also, I cant recall her name, but the Physician Assistant who saw me was patient and insightful. The wait time was lengthy, but it was a busy day. I must mention that this clinic is spotless. At the end of my visit, Bree made sure to assist me with all doors I came across until I reached the parking lot outside. Thank you for the excellent service and for making my visit so remarkable!

Terrible customer service Nurse practitioner rushes you. The staff rude. None in it for taking care of patients in it for money. They do not care.

Breana is amazing! I didn’t catch her last name, but I believe it’s Germain? She’s so easy to talk with and made me feel super comfortable especially when urgent cares can be daunting and exhausting. She explained everything that she was doing while making sure I was okay throughout the entire process. She was quick, efficient and super nice! I hope I don’t have to return to an urgent care but if I do I’m requesting Breana every time!

My go to Urgent Care. Always easy to be seen with minimal wait time and all of the staff is super friendly especially Christina. All the doctors have been very accommodating and really listen without making you feel rushed. I highly recommend them for adults and kids alike.

I was sick on Veterans Day and went into see Liza Guillen. She gave me a thorough exam, diagnosed me, spent time explaining what to do, gave me a sheet to remember everything and sent me on my way with the prescription. In 24 hours, I was feeling better. This is a great office! Wonderful staff and great practice. I’m so grateful for them!

We’ve been coming here as a family for about 7 years since moving to the Davie area for everything from a wrist sprain to spider bites to flu like symptoms, and always appreciate their professionalism, the quality of care, the speed of service, and courteous of the staff.Today Bree checked us in quickly, we were seen almost immediately, an X-ray was taken, and we were consulted by the nurse and doctor.Great fast professional service as usual. This is our “go to” place for immediate health care.

Im posting for my daughter who does not have a google account.Misdiagnosed, Misquoted the Charge and Caused Significant Unneeded PainIf it was possible to give negative or zero stars, this facility would get them. I walked in and was quoted $22 plus the wrong medication that they prescribed. Contrary to the results of the immediate lab test, they misdiagnosed a UTI and prescribed medication including an over the counter medication that they also sold to me. I was told that my cost after insurance would be $22 plus the medication. In reality, I was charged significantly more and even after the insurance company reductions, my cost was still more than triple what was quoted. That would be bad, but it got far worse.After days of not getting relief from the antibiotics I called back and I did not have a UTI. I had a kidney stone that became so painful that it necessitated an emergency room visit. The ER at Memorial West was able to diagnose the kidney stone, but had a proper diagnosis been made (or at least been told this was beyond the clinics capabilities), I would have been much better prepared for the pain with pain killers already prescribed, and knowledge about what was happening. This misdiagnosis caused hours of intense pain that could have at least been partially mitigated had a proper diagnosis been made. Competent physicians immediately recognized that this was not a UTI.Adding further insult to injury, a lab this facility it uses billed over $1,000 for a urinalyses. The insurance company denied this billing and informed me that “balance billing” was illegal and I was not responsible. It is possible that the facility did not know about the billing practices of the lab, but as a patient, I can’t help but wonder.This facility misdiagnosed, misquoted the charge and caused me to endure needless intense pain. I will never return.

Was very impressed with their care and kindness. Haven’t been able to get into my own GP. Decided to go into the urgent care. The ladies I delt with, Bree & Fedline were very helpful and Dr. Sanchez was very easy to talk to ,kind and helpful.

I had to go on Friday 1-27. I checked in with Bree and they called me back within 10 minutes. Medical Technician was fast and efficient. They want above and beyond. Bree even called me the next day to see how I was doing and to make sure that I had received all of the results.Would absolutely recommend.

From the moment I walked in, I was pleasantly greeted by Sham and taken care of. He was very kind and within 10 minutes I was in a room seeing the doctor. Dr. Alessi took the time to listen to all of my concerns and test accordingly for my symptoms. Maria performed the testing. She was very patient, sweet, and helpful. She even went above and beyond and helped me with my health insurance questions. This place is the definition of well rounded individuals that provide you with concrete answers and quality care. Ive been coming here for years. Even during Covid for my Covid testing.. I came in again last week for a lower back issue. I was greeted by Bree at the front desk. She was kind and attentive. The staff is amazing and so helpful and nice. I had an appointment and I was in and out in less than half an hour. They were all very helpful and explained everything thoroughly to me. And the office was very clean and they took covid safety precautions. I have visited many urgent care clinics and this has by far been the best one!

Went in for a PCR rapid test and Farah at the front desk was clear and concise of the process and payment requirements. She was really on top of things. I was assigned to Bree who did my rapid test and again was very thorough and very professional. Both Farah and Bree were just fantastic to guide me through the process. Very professional and accommodating. The test was negative so it made my day.

This is my second time here. Both have been extremely long waits. I’ve been here over 2 hours and have not been seen. Same thing happened last time I came here, although it was this long.Polite staff. Average cleanliness. Dr listened to my concerns the other time I was here (haven’t seen anyone this time). If you find them on-line, don’t waste your time filling out the Patient Portal, I still had to do it when I got there and give them the hard copy.Next time, I’ll go back to Memorial Urgent Care where they at least let you sit in the car and call when it’s your turn.

This urgent care is the best weve been to. The staff is very nice, and Dr. Sood is great. He takes the time to listen, he is great with my daughters, and he explains everything that is going on and what to expect. We are very satisfied with his practice and it is so much better than taking the kids to the ER. Today my daughter had flu like symptoms and we were in and out in less than 30 minutes, and left with our prescription. Thank you!!

Our family has been to Quick Family Urgent Care often in the past two years, and we have only had great experiences. The rapid Covid test results come in 20 minutes, and my kids swear that Bree has magic hands that dont hurt one bit when she administers the test up the nose. If there is a wait at the clinic, they will call you when they are ready for you, so you can go run errands or hang in the meantime. 5 stars for Quick Family Urgent Care, and 5 Stars for Bree!

My most recent visit was exceptional because a young lady there named Brie..I am a retired health care professional and Brie represents what is tops in patient care. She is bright friendly and thoroughly helpful. Brie is a giant asset to this office.

My husband and I have been going to the quick family urgent care for years. They are great! actually until I got Medicare, and even now, the Doctor/owner, are used him as my primary doctor. He was very thorough, Didn’t rush and explained everything in detail sometimes even got my meds there when I was feeling really bad. We recommend it highly.

I always come to Urgent Care for my covid tests. Everyone is always so helpful and I am in and out every time. I got the antibiotics that I needed at the urgent care and they made sure to help as much as possible. Bree was helping me at the front desk and was so kind. 10/10 recommend

Highly recommend. Chose this urgent clinic as opposed to others closer to my house in Sunrise because of the earlier hours of operation. Went in on a Tuesday morning and was greeted with a smile and quickly processed through the paperwork without any issues. Waited in the patients room less than 2 minutes before the doctor came in to see me. Dr. Goodall was professional and knowledgeable, and quick to address the reason for my visit without rushing through onto another task. On my way out the receptionist asked if I needed a note for work, which although I did not need, I did appreciate since generally it is not something thats obtained easily. The clinic also carries some prescriptions in case you need to fill them on the spot. Best of all, two days later I received a check-up call to see how I was doing with a kind reminder to finish my prescription as ordered by the doctor. Very impressed.

Quick family urgent care is the full service walk-in medical center. We go when we are sick and when we are well. Just took my children for a sports physical. They are so thorough and found that my daughter’s vision was not good, even after new glasses. Thank you Christina, Bree and the whole staff for all their hard work and dedication to keeping our community healthy.

It was absolutely amazing. The staff were awesome and the doctor was thorough and great. My daughter got bit in the face by a puppy and she was taken care of so well and it was 30 minutes before closing. I have never been to a better urgent care and I came two years ago from up north in new hampshire. I am just so pleased and I am so blessed they are only a 15 minute drive. Great experience.

This is our second visit to Quick Family Urgent Care 4301 S Flamingo Road Davie Florida. Myself and my Wife Louise first visit was for me and today was for my wife, we are new to the area and needed medical care. My visit was exceptional and today was no different. We were first greeted by Shaam very pleasant.Our Nurse Chritina was so very pleasant and got us to a room and checked in very quickly. My Wife was then treated by Esthet Oyetunji both ladies were very pleasant and professional taking time to listen to our issues and getting to know us. What we use to call a bed side manner. I cant say enough about Christina & Esther you dont always get that level of professionalism today, and when you do it needs to be noted. I went to this clinic for a foot injury. The front desk was helpful, polite, and prompt. The nurses were kind and brought a wheel chair to the car so I could enter the clinic without pain. The staff made sure I was comfortable. An x-ray was taken of my injured area and reviewed by the doctor. The doctor explained how I need to care for the injured foot. He was helpful, knowledgeable, and took time with me. I highly recommend this clinic. I have visited this clinic when sick and also received wonderful care.

When I got sick and couldn’t be able to go to my family doctor, I always will come to quick family urgent care, the staff always friendly especially Bree, she is very efficient and nice . As you know when you don’t feel good, you want people really care about you and make you feel better. I am totally recommend this place for urgent care.

Dr. Alessi asked all the right questions and had a plan for me which started in the office. I was also able to get the meds right there which is great when you are not feeling well. Bree and Janice were great as well. I recommend Quick Family Urgent care highly.

Dr.A is a doctor that listens to you and is thorough. That’s all I ask. Farah takes your vitals and is very nice and listens to you too. Maria is quiet but very helpful too.Overall recommend, considering how bad hospitals are with people right now it’s a good alternative.

My grandfather came to take out his stitches, he is 91 years old. We waited an hour and a half... No hands sanitizer ANYWHERE....they do not wash their hands or clean their rooms. The nurse did not even introduce her self to us. Not a “family” center.... she was very rough with him. I couldn’t even tell you the names to complain about because they did not have any badge or introduced themselves... horrible experience, word to mouth is the most efficient way of marketing and I will never recommend this urgent care to anyone. They did not know my mother is in the medical field so she is very attentive to all details. Time to restructure this clinic. By the way, we called ahead to ensure they did remove stitches and when we got their they acted like it was a burden to do it..... we called for a reason. If it’s called “family care” it should be warm and comforting. Unprofessional staff. Lesson learned!

After 2 weeks and two attempts with a walk in clinic at a drug store, I had one visit here and my symptoms are nearly gone 24 hours later. Great quality care and I would recommend them to anyone. If they did primary care, Id switch my PCP tomorrow but until then, I wont hesitate the minute I start to feel ill to head to Quick Family. Awesome service.

Highly recommend, read why ...is very hard to find a place to see a doc, don’t have to wait, but mostly get a VERY clear explanation of exactly what happened and why I should do what he suggests, get notes on the whole thing and walk out with no doubts nor additional doctors and visits requiredWe started here rushing on a weekend with my little daughter not wanting to spend the weekend in the hospital for a smaller issue that was hurting and start there for the whole weekend. And it was the best thing to do.Then any doubt we have here is we’re we come and he is the only doc that we met, for the whole family, to come when need to see one.I cannot express how different it feels that you do NOT have an abuse of services, time, docs and money for flat, reasonable cost and excellent service getting the best help for most of the usual doc visits u need to have.

Really good experience with this Urgent Care facility. To best describe it in one single word: simple. Called. Excellent person attending the phone (Bri), easy procedures, got two tests right on the spot. Then the best advice a doctor can give you: just rest, and plenty of fluids. Wonderful.

Needed a Rapid PCR for travel and the staff couldn’t have made it any easier. I was a walk in appointment and it was a quick and pleasant experience. Bree administered my test and was super friendly! Thanks to all the staff for making this my go-to urgent care facility!

Went in to get labs done and they called back the next day saying the blood had been contaminated. Came in again and the nurse couldnt find my vein after multiple painful pokes and wanted me to come back tomorrow so someone else could do it since she couldnt. Told her I lived an hour away and she finally went to go find another Doctor. He came in and was very nice but had to dig around for several minutes during the most painful blood draw of my life. Mind you, I donate blood all the time and no one ever has a problem. The next day I woke up with a bruise that covered my whole arm only to get a call a few hours later that they had contaminated my blood AGAIN and that I should come in for the 4th time to get it drawn again. I told them it wasnt worth it anymore and they issued a refund. Would not recommend for labs. Maybe theyre better at other things. Front staff were nice though.

Oh, how I miss Dr. Sood! Yesterday I went to Quick Family, for a follow up, as suggested by Dr. Alessi who saw me 8 days ago. Differently from Dr. Alessi, who was very caring, the nurse practitioner (Kateryn?) that saw me yesterday treated me with sarcasm and disregard. She already got off to a bad start for not having introduced herself. She didnt sit down, instead she stood up by the door, and did not care to listen to me, even though I went back there following the Doctors directions. So upsetting and disappointing. I left the place feeling down. I do want to say that the front desk lady and the triage nurse were super nice. Quick Family used to be our first option for a doctors appointment, and Dr. Sood was one of the most caring doctors that I have ever met. Time to find another walk-in clinic.

Even when the urgent care was busy with other patients, he still took the time to really listen to my medical concerns and questions that I was really worried about. I felt like I’ve been heard and my questions have been answered. He even took his time to give me a very detailed plan for treating my medical issues.I am really grateful for the service I received!

The complete staff is always so pleasant and willing to help. The doctors and PA are also very helpful and professional. I have taken my kids there and myself and never once had a bad experience. To me that says a lot..I would recommend them to everyone.

Bree and Latoya provided exceptional customer service . Everyone in the health industry needs to understand the importance of taking care of patients by making them comfortable while they are being medically evaluated and treated and these two employees deserves more than a five star. 🙏🙏

Family of 3 came in for covid testing. Sham (who works behind the window) couldnt be any nicer. Giving out paperwork, answering phones all at the same time but still able to do what needs to be done.Then there is Janice who gave us all the testing and took our vitals. What a nice and friendly nurse she is. Put my 93 yr old dad at ease. Very nice to talk to. Got our rapid test back almost right away.PCR test results in 2 days.Wasnt crowded when we arrived there.Good urgent care!

Extremely friendly office staff, Christina and Ryan made me feel very comfortable. Will definitely refer this location to anyone who does not like waiting to be attended. I was in and out within 20 minutes with prescriptions in hand.

I visited this urgent care a while ago for a bad cold and the staff was very kind. Breana and the rest of the team made sure I was in and out quickly and with easy medical recommendations to follow and get better.

My family had never used urgent care because we have a family doctor and pediatrician; however when my son came home from college with a severe case of the flu last spring, he needed immediate attention on the weekend. After reading reviews on several facilities, I was most impressed with - and am so glad that I chose - Dr. Soods urgent care. We had to return again this week, another child with the flu ( next year, flu shots!). The office is efficient, everyone is very professional and thorough, and they even called a few days later to see how the patient is doing. Excellent care and great customer service!

These people are great. And the doc knows exactly what hes talking about. I felt comfortable knowing that Im in good reliable hands. Everything was explained to me in depth so I wasnt left with any questions. It all went quick, the wait time was minimal and they have a pharmacy on site so I was able to get my medication right away at an equally affordable price. As a cash paying customer I highly recommend this place.

The best experiance ever. I highly recommend this urgent care. After not being able to get an appointment with my doctor I was reluctant to use an Urgent Care, I am so glad I found this one. Professional from start to finish. The Doctor was amazing and made sure I understood everything that was going on. The front desk was awesome and the nurses were both sensitive and knowledgeable. Even my husband who hates going to the Doctor commented on how amazing this experiance was.

Dr. Lewis is one of the best, he did everything he could to help me to relieve some of the pain I was dealing with. After many restless nights of a continuous dry cough, I decided to start looking into Urgent Care Centers. I decided to go to Quick Family Urgent Care in Davie because of its great reviews. I was in and out within an hour. The staff was friendly and the doctor was very knowledgeable. I told the doctor that I had tried everything under the sun to get rid of this annoying cough. After many days of not sleeping, I was finally able to sleep for more than 30 minute intervals. The doctor prescribed me medication that not only controlled my cough, but made me feel better. I would definitely recommend this clinic! Thank you so much Dr. Salerno and staff!

Update: still leaving the 5 stars but I recommend NEVER SEEING DR. DIANA SUAREZ!!! She has an attitude and is not a very gentle person when it comes to getting a scratched eye checked!I don’t usually write reviews but this place deserves it. I’ve been here many many times and they always know exactly how to treat me. They are extremely kind as well which is important. The doctors have never been wrong with what I have! I’ve been to many urgent cares but this one is my favorite! Preferred over my general doctor

Appalled at how we were treated there tonight. We came in at 7:30pm (they’re open until 8pm) and were greeted by a receptionist who rolled her eyes clearly indicating we were putting her out. My wife had a severe cough but tested NEGATIVE for Covid. We just wanted some treatment for the upper respiratory infection she had. The reception saw how much pain my wife was in from coughing and said sorry - there’s a two hour wait. Then said “we saw our last patient for the day”, and locked the door on us. THERE WAS NOOOO ONE THERE. Disgusting. No wonder they’re going out of business.

Having worked in a rehabilitation clinic and in the hotel industry for the better part of this last decade I can honestly say that Dr. Soods team is one of the best as far as bed side manner is concerned. From the time I walked in until the time I left my concerns were listened to and attended to by the office , nursing staff , and the doctor him self.I have been to chain urgent cares in the past with all the bells and whistles, but Quick Family urgent care as found a new patient in me.

I have been twice and both times were terrific. The wait time is short. The doctors are very knowledgeable. Both doctors did a great job describing what was going on with me as well as both medical and non-medical ways of treating the ailments. I never had the information explained in such a way that I could understand it so well. I highly recommend this practice.

I come here for quick routine lab work or if Im really sick and cant get in to see my GP. Its always quick and easy. Recently I went for a TB test and was seen both times by Bree. I think I collectively spent 30 mins getting my stuff done. By far the most convenient TB test I have taken.

As tourists staying in nearby Hollywood, FL, we were stumped as to what to do when our son came down with an extremely painful case of swimmers ear late on a Saturday night. I Googled urgent care places and found a bunch of pretty negative reviews of nearby hospitals and urgent care clinics. When I found Quick Family Urgent Care, I have to admit, I read the consistently positive reviews with a bit of skepticism. Could these really all be true and legitimate when every other place was so negative? With a sobbing 5 year old, I didnt have a lot of options so when they opened on Sunday morning at 9am, we were there waiting.The staff was friendly and helpful. The facility was clean and bright. The nurse and doctor were kind and efficient. They were able to quickly diagnose my son and give him immediate pain relief with drops in his ear as well as some liquid ibuprofen. Within 40 MINUTES of walking in were were treated and on our way out with prescriptions for a little boy who was already feeling worlds better.There isnt a whole lot worse for a parent than watching your child suffer. Last Sunday morning, this place felt a whole lot like a miracle to me. Thank you!!!

Dr. Ajay Sood was better than my primary doctor, I walked out of there being able to breathe without feeling like I was going to cough up a lung, I was there pass working hours because I was really sick and he was doing everything he could do to have me walk out feeling a little better and staff didnt even have attitudes about it. I appreciate them for helping me that night, I wish he could be my primary instead of just an Urgent care doctor. Id switch to them quick🤗 lol its been a while since Ive been, but they deserve this review. I highly recommend this urgent care facility

I brought my son in because he had a fever of 102 and didnt know what was causing it. The staff was so caring and warm. Got us in quickly and took excellent care of him. The doctor was great and through! So glad I came and well worth the money!

Over 1.5 hour wait to be seen by the doctor/owner of this clinic. The owner then refused to see me or give me a prescription because of verbal exchanges since I was highly upset for the lack of attention by the doctor and no communication of the wait time. He knew the result of my strep throat test when he finally decide to enter the waiting room, but did not give me my prescription after all the waiting I did. He then proceeded to tell me there are other people in worst condition than me so my wait time was justified. I later went to another urgent care and was in and out in 30mins with my prescription and confirmation that I had the strep virus. From the look of other reviews, long wait times is very common at this place. The staff were apologetic and nice. The doctor/owner, on the other hand, is condescending and has the worst attitude. Don’t waste your time at this place like I did.

Ive been here probably 3 times over the last few years. Its not worth trying to get an appt with my primary care doc for a cold or the flu. So I go here instead. I have never had a long wait (less than 20 minutes) and actually have seen the same doc (or nurse practitioner) each time. She was very pleasant, willing to listen and did a great job.

Service has to be excellent for me to take time out of my busy vacation day to write a review . Did my required COVID test before for travelling at the facility and the service was amazing, starting with the two funny, friendly and professional ladies at the front desk,Christina and Bree to the nurse who did the test janice who made me fell at ease .Thanks Guys

We are new to Florida so when we found this Urgent Care close to our home we were excited. They take our insurance and the Doctors are great but our problem is with theyre billing.No one is able to give you a detailed receipt. Something we need for our Florida Blue Insurance. There is a lack of training of the administrative staff. It seems only one person is trained to do this simple process. We have been waiting for days and have to keep calling to try to get this done.Medicalcare is one thing but administration of that care is also important and this business is grossly lacking in that area.

The first visit was great. I went to follow up and arrived at 7:30PM since they were scheduled to close at 8PM. The office was closed with a sign that they had updated the hours to close at 7PM. Keep in mind that I was there a few days earlier. I thought ok they had a problem and returned at 8AM today and was informed that the doctor would not arrive till 9:15. Who opens an Urgent Care at 8 AM without a doctor and has patients wait till 9:15. I informed the lady at the reception desk that the anti-biotics i was taking were not working and that I needed something stronger and her first words is that the doctor needed to see me and that I would have to pay for another visit. I could care less about paying for the visit I just needed a stronger drug to fight off an infection.I had to update everyone. I went back today for the third day trying to get my script updated. I was informed that I was to be denied service by the Urgent Care. I would guess this is to retaliate from my review of the services. The owner would like to keep the reviews positive or he will just deny service. I have never seen a Urgent Care that will deny service from a review. Thank God that I was not having a reaction to something when I walked into the Urgent Care and was turned away by the staff from a note in the system apparently written by the owner. Be careful about picking this Urgent Care for your care since they are worried about reviews and not worried if you are sick

In the chaos of the new years holiday and the new variant, people were swarming any and all possible options for testing. My issue wasnt getting tested. It was getting my teenage daughter her booster so we could get on a plane and go visit colleges in early January. The other obstacle was her terrible, over the top anxiety about getting the shot. Quick Family not only understood our special circumstance but they agreed to come out to my car to administer her booster. Bree our nurse was kind and calming and we out through it. Thanks Bree

Feeling an upper respiratory infection coming on after a sinus infection and 3 days in bed, I decided to try this place out of desperation for some antibiotics. The office is clean, bright, and efficient. They move quickly and get the job done. I was in and out of there with a prescription in hand for an antibiotic in 20 minutes. Dr. Goodall was amazing and I will be back to see her again, as well as recommend her to my friends and family. Bedside manner, attentiveness to my concerns, and efficiency were all excellent in my book.

Waited for two hours and no signs of doctor coming in to visit. The nurses were unhelpful and no one could tell me if i was next or when the doctor would come they all shrugged and said “ i dont know”. I heard the doctor talking with patients and he seems to spend a good amount of time with patients which shows his care but overall not worth the wait. I also heard him yell at the nurses about paperwork wasting more time adding to my extreme wait time. I ended up walking out after two hours of wasted time i would rather go somewhere that actually saw me as a priority. It’s called urgent care for a reason.... not a primary care office . Every patient in there is entitled to quick care and they should be honest with the wait time. I was told 30 mins and that I was “next” , two people that came in after me where taken in before me. Really disappointed and would not recommend rather suffer and be sick.

Not transparent, Unprofessional. I was told my follow up regarding my issue was free. I need to follow up as I was misdiagnosed the first time. The first thing they tell me when I try to come back is it will be a new visit and need to pay all over. After a little back and forth I get transferred where now they offer me a follow up fee. Which is a little less, and a lot back and fourth to get the offer. Based of the misleading and misdiagnosis I will never go back here. And I hope this review will help you to reconsider should you think about choosing this facility for your health. Also my doctor apparently was the owner Dr. Ajay Sood, and for arguments sake I did ask if maybe I could just speak to him on the phone for help just a moment. And the response I received was he only will speak to you if you pay for the visit and he never gets on the phone.

I am from Ohio snd was on vacation and was dealing with breathing issues after contracting Covid 3 weeks prior. The staff was so helpful snd amazing. Doctor ordered Chest X Ray, EKG and bloodwork. All was done in this office. If you love north of Miami and need a Greer urgent care to go to, this is your place. Many thanks to the staff for all their hard work snd for taking care of me. As a nurse I notice more than a non medical person. This place was awesome. The staff was very friendly and professional. The doctor took time to explain every thing to me and was very knowledgeable. They even had my antibiotic on site. The last thing you want to do when your sick is wait in a pharmacy line. I highly recommend this place.

My family has been going to this urgent care center since Dr. Sood opened it many years ago. Sadly Dr. Sood passed about a year ago, to their credit the entire adminstrtive and clincal staff have carried on Dr. Soods tradtion of quick, personalized care. He would be proud of them, in partciular Bree in the front desk who genuinely cares about the patient also nurse particitioner Tracey gives her full attention to the diagnosis. we are very grateful for such great health care in our cooper city backyard!

The doctor is awesome and so are the staff. I dont usually like urgent cares for various reasons, but this one is amazing. I wont go to any other one. They made everything easy and simple and I even had to go back for a new meds and wasnt charged. Very fair..

This location gives out Covid tests. They will make you arrive upon them opening, line up outside in the Florida heat, then not let you know when you’ll get your test. If you’re lucky, you will wait an hour outside until you’re turned away due to not enough tests. If you’re even luckier you’ll wait 3+ hours for a covid test run by an incompetent urgent care. The entire process to get a test at this location is wildly inefficient. This urgent care does not care for your time, therefore they don’t care about you. Do not go here. Do not waste your time at this place. It’s not worth it.•EDIT: We waited for 6+ hours OUTSIDE at this urgent care. Nothing Urgent or “Quick” about this business’ incompetency. This has been hands down the worst experience I’ve ever had at any doctors office or medical facility. I cannot stress this enough, DO NOT GO HERE OR DO BUSINESS WITH THIS URGENT CARE.•EDIT 2: This urgent care said they give out numbers so you know how much time you have. That is semi-true. They give you a sticky note. They do not call out numbers or ask for numbers. YOU DO NOT KNOW WHEN YOUR TEST WILL BE ADMINISTERED. I repeat, this process and facility is inefficient.EDIT 3: when my partner received a positive test (after waiting for 7 hours outside & inside the urgent care) nothing was done to inform us on our next steps. We were charged for an urgent care visit but received 0 info on how to proceed with the positive test. No care was given. When I tired to pay for the test the lady at the front desk refused to take my payment because she perceived me as “rude” and therefore made another associate in the front ring me up. When I complained about the wait time, all they could say is that I would wait 10 hours at the hospital so I should feel okay about waiting 7 hours for a covid test. I cannot stress enough how unprofessional and incompetent this urgent care operation is. Please do not waste your time or money at this place. The lack of respect or care for the patients at this facility is mind boggling.

They were great! From the first phone call to checkout. Efficient, polite, informative and kind. I can’t say enough positive things, about all of them! I hope you don’t need Urgent care, but as my first Urgent care experience, it was fabulous! I highly recommend to friends, family and anyone that asks.

I took my son in for an injury to his wrist during school hours via recommendation of his pediatrician. The staff from beginning to end...reception, Moreen the medical assistant/nurse and Dr Sood were amazing!I have been in emergency rooms wait time is incredulous. I didnt wait long at all and they were all such a caring group of medical staff. Thank you!

I had a pretty good experience. Since I had no insurance the doctor had compassion on me and gave me a discount. What I really like is that there are no surprise costs. They are clearly labeled and the hours are awesome. I was able to scope the place out before work and actually go after.

Yesterday I went to the clinic with my 4 year old son who needed some stitches on his chin. I want to thank all the people in the office for making us feel welcome. Dr. Soot made a fantastic job and treated my crying baby with patience. He was very professional. Thank you Ray Ray! You are incredible with kids!!! Clean, efficient, well run urgent care. Bree did our pcr covid test and was wonderful! She was friendly and answered all of our questions. We highly recommend this place for a quick Covid test.

Best urgent care in Broward, by far. Dr Sood is outstanding, friendly, and highly competent. Never had a long wait time and usually super fast. They can even provide common prescriptions on site, saving a trip to the pharmacy. Highly recommend.

Really great staff. Lady working the front was very helpful in contacting the lab to obtain previous lab results. Dr. Sood was quick and efficient. Just went in for a physical and he was very thorough. Someone made the comment how doctors used to be I appreciate that.

This is by far the best urgent care in south Florida. Dr. Sood is caring and down to earth. He is so easy to speak too and he listens and doesn’t speak over you like other doctors do. He had helped me out soo many times I wish he was my primary care dr. The staff is incredibly friendly and caring as well. If you don’t live nearby, believe me it is worth the drive. I wish I could give negative stars. I plan on reporting this to any and all government agencies possible. I am visiting from Texas for the holidays. My 12 year old daughter got very sick and needed to be rushed to a doctor. She lost all color in her face and was in and out of consciousness. Not being very familiar with the area, we saw the emergency care sign while driving and stopped in. I was panicking when I entered the door and needed help. I explained the situation as fast as I could to the lady behind the desk frantically. Once I finished, she looked at me and said this is not an emergency room!!!!! I didnt have time to argue with her about anything so I picked my daughter up and ran back to the car to find a hospital. I couldnt believe her reaction. Thank God I found a hospital further down the street

I called late in the day and spoke with Bree. She was extremely helpful and said if I can get to the site by closing I would be taken care of ASAP. She was most helpful, courteous and polite and I now an urgent care center I feel comfortable about visiting when necessary! THANKS!!!!

My son needed a simple physical for his job. When we checked in they told us the wait was one hour so we paid the $65.00 fee and waited and waited and waited... The doctor finally saw my son 2 hours and 45 minutes later. All I expected was some professional honesty and courtesy and to be told the true wait time. We could have gone home and come back at the actual time . I am obviously very disappointed in the lack of service and dishonesty. If this were a purchased item, I would ask for my money back.

My child was seen on Monday by Dr Sood. The doctor was kind and knowledgeable though it took us at least 40mins waiting in the room and during which time my child vomited. We got antibiotics and after taking it my child had tummy pain for the next two days. He would even cry during his sleeping. I called in this morning to see if I can consult if this was a side effect of the antibiotics and if I need to treat this with the Doctor however I got rejected. This, has NEVER NEVER NEVER happened with my other doctors. They would give me a follow up check phone two days after the visit. I am currently looking for new place for my child to be checked with tears all over my face. We are travelers and we are here for clinic purpose as my child is a special need child, so I dont know to much about local resources. The doctor is not bad however the service is so slow and disappointing.

I went to this urgent care for excessive coughing. Upon entering the lobby, I almost felt I was in the wrong place. But once I was called to see the doctor which was Dr. A. Sood. Dr. Sood was phenomenal in his explanation of my diagnosis. He explained everything thoroughly even going over the information several times. I went in feeling like a drag with my noise stuffy & and after showing me how to cough & breathe appropriately, I left the office feeling so much better. It was worth my time driving to his office to see him. He is a great doctor who takes pride in his practice and demonstrates a professional caring attitude towards his patients.Techeline M.

This was my first time at Quick urgent care and I had a great experience as soon as I entered Bree helped me she got me in quick for a Covid test and Farah did my daughters vitals she was super sweet and patient this place felt like home !

These people are slow as can be to do anything. They don’t triage based on symptoms. Went in with difficulty breathing and they didn’t even take my copay until after 45 minutes after I gave them all my paperwork. Then I had more people ahead of me (including a drug test) If you need care quick, this is not the pace to go

Had to get a travel Covid test. The clinic was quick, clean and had a very friendly staff. Bree administered my test and she was amazing. A+++++

I would give a 0 if I could HORRIBLE experience was there for 4 hours on a Wednesday afternoon was told it would be 1 hour when I walked in, 2 people in front of me in the waiting room, 3 more came in behind me they were also told 1 hour wait this was at 11:30am ….I left at 3:20 pm NEVER seeing a Dr. ,sat in the exam room for 3 hours NO ONE ever checked on me until 3:00 when the office manager came in and asked me if I could wait another 20 min. after 20 min. STILL no Dr. yet I could hear through their paper thin walls that he had seen several patients in the rooms next to me(and none of them were urgent, as I said the walls are thin!!) On top of all this I got to listen to the Dr. chastise an employee in the hallway about a tetanus shot should have left then !! They also need a good cleaning service Ive seen vets offices that are cleaner

Phenomenal service: incredibly personable and entirely upfront about costs of treatment and alternatives/suggestions, delightfully friendly and the wait times arent bad at all! Pricing was fair, especially considering they accept walk-ins. Fully recommend this site, thank you for your help today!

Have used this urgent care in the past with good results. But I show up there today before 8am, and wait until well after 8am, and there is nobody there to open up for the day. If you cant be up and running by your posted hours, please adjust your hours accordingly.

Been there several times and never had to wait over 15 minutes. Consistently positive experience, excellent bedside manner and office and nursing staff. Staff takes the time to listen and address all medical concerns. Have recommended this practice to many friends and family members.

Well I thought I was going to a great spot until today. Yesterday I went in for my flu shot for school. I ONLY needed a flu shot because I already have all my other vaccines and physical. That was NOT NEEDED. Again I ONLY NEEDED MY FLU SHOT. Yesterday I went there and received my flu shot for 25$ and the person that gave it to me signed my immunization/vaccine form and stamped it in the section FLU SHOT because I didn’t need anything else once again. Well the doctor was supposed to be there when they opened at 9am but the doctor didn’t show up until after 10:45am when I left. So today I went back for a physicians signature on my form stating that the above information was true. The DOCTOR WOULD NOT SIGN MY FORM. He stated they do hundreds of these forms and it comes in a packet. I replied with I already have that part done and only needed the flu shot vaccine. I told him to cross out all the other boxes on the form if that made him feel better. Even tho the boxes are crossed out and the only thing on there was the flu shot part he still would not sign my form stating the above info was true. Which was only the flu shot vaccine. NO WHERE ON THIS FORM STATED ANYTHING ABOUT A PHYSICAL. I did not need a physical to have this form filled out. I’m stuck now. I don’t know what to do. He didn’t wanna hear anything I had to say. Thinking all cases are the same, in my case I didn’t need anything else except the flu shot for school. If you read the entire form that was supposed to be signed he would know that he is signing stating what’s on the form is true. Which was corrrect. Accurate. The flu shot.

I went to this practice sick and left feeling sicker. While I was there I was I was attended to by Rey. He began asking me completely inappropriate questions and and making rude, unnecessary and extremely inappropriate comments. I wanted to quickly leave as I was not feeling well and felt uncomfortable. After contacting Dr. Sood to inform him of the situation that had made me feel so uncomfortable, the Dr. actually defended the employees actions and blatantly stated that I had misconstrued the situation. All I wanted from the Dr. was acknowledgement of the situation and to know that he would address it appropriately, instead he insinuated naivety on my behalf. In short, if youre a woman I wouldnt recommend this office- I would not want anyone to feel as uncomfortable as I did.

Farah was exceptional. This was by miles the best medical experience Ive had anywhere. Came in for a sprained thumb, barely had to wait as a walk-in and it was really quick overall.

Great service and comfort coming into this establishment and getting work done. I also Want to thank breana for making my time there easy and smooth. I’ll definitely recommend for others to come.

Horribly sick about a month ago. Found them online and drove lil further to try it. Received exceptional care from the start! Dr took her time and I had the most accurate diagnosis. Felt much better the next day with the medicines I was prescribed.

Long waiting. Administration a little disorganized. People who arrived after me, entered before. After two hours waiting, I asked what was going on and we were still not registered in the nurses Ipad. They said that my results were going to be ready in 20 min. Is the next evening day, more than 24 hours. And still nothing.

Wow! I had a great experience with Dr. Sood and the staff yesterday. Everyone was extremely friendly and the doctor clearly explained everything to me regarding my diagnosis and treatment. I recommend this urgent care clinic to anyone in need of good, quick medical care!

I was unfortunately sick with COVID and the staff ARNP and especially nurse Bree treated me with such respect and care. I would recommend this urgent care to anyone whose looking for great care and amazing bedside manner.

Used to come here all the time.No Dr. And they charged full price to see a nurse who didn’t know what she was doing.Missed the diagnosis completely and won’t see me again unless I pay. Never coming back

Excellent, quick medical care. I have been here multiple times and have always had a pleasant experience. Dr. Sood is very knowledgable and skilled and always takes his time explaining what is going on. I also appreciate how he treats his patients with respect and is not condecending or hurried during office visits.

I have been to this office few times now since it is very close to my house. The last two times I have experienced a wait time being over 2.5 hours even though the person at he front desk informed me it will take close to 1 hour. I undurstand that it is hard to estimate a waiting time but to underestimate almost triple on both occasions sounds more like a bait and switch. Totally unacceptable especially with sick patients.

I was denied an appointment because I didnt have a copy of my insurance card but I knew my policy number. The front desk turned a way 2 people other than me. Needs an educated staff. I work in the medical field and I will make sure NOT to recommend my patients to this facility.

I was greeted by a very friendly staff member. Her name was Bree and I found her to be very professional and answered all of my questions.She is a credit to your staff.

Dr. Sood really impressed me. I went in with a severe headcold and chest cold, needing to go back to work asap. He gave me a steroid and antibiotic shot then put me on the nebulizer for a solid 15 minutes. He blew me away on two counts, 1. he came in on my second round of using the nebulizer to watch and help me do it right 2. a few days later a dog ate my anibiotics and he gave me a refil without paying for another appointment.Very nice, patient, guy. Deserves Excellent in my book.

Came here today with my 1 year old son. Waited for over 2 hours. Once he was seen, I did not feel confident that he was evaluated properly. I would not recommend bringing children to this clinic.

Service is garbage. I got here at 8:48am to be seen for asthma and it is now 11:41 am and I still haven’t been seen. I’ve been skipped multiple times. Don’t bother to come here cause it seems the front desk is on a different page than the doctor. Left waiting 3 hours for no one to even update me on anything. I don’t know how this place is up and operating when the service and care provided is subpar. Definitely won’t be coming back here

This is the fastest urgent treatment clinic that I’ve ever seen. It actually lives up to its name. The clinic is owned and operated by Dr. Sood, and t’s open 7 days/week.Dr. Sood is very knowledgeable and takes the time to explain your condition, the treatment plan, and the reasons for the steps you need to take (when appropriate). He was able to diagnose an issue with my toe that multiple doctors missed. I always ask for Dr. Sood by name, and feel very comfortable using him when my family physician isn’t available.

Great Urgent Care facility. The Staff and above all Dr. Sood were wonderful. Highly recommend this UC. Dr. Sood reminds me of what doctors use to be like, great bedside manner and total genuine concern for their patients.

Awful!!! This place is just a joke in my opinion. If I could add pictures, I would! I took my 1 1/2 year old son on Friday for a fever and rash. Once we got there it was a little after 8 am and the male receptionist let us all know that the Dr (who is the owner) hasnt even arrived yet and itll be at least an hour. So we waited, Once the Dr FINALLY arrived and came into see him, off the bat he was very cold, and acted as if we were bothering him by being there. He insisted it was strep even though his swab was negative. Then didnt even look at the rash. I kept trying to show him and he said it was strep and scarlatina. Then followed it up with it doesnt matter, same treatment. The following day had to go back and it was a severe case of hand foot mouth. The office girls rocked and probably dont get the recognition they should for running a business for him who does whatever he wants because he OWNS it. Waste of time, but Im sure theyll bill me, dont want to miss out on money. If you do go here, wipe the exam room floor with a wet napkin, GROSS!!! Case closed

Went to get tested for COVID tonight and the line was out the door but the staff was so accommodating and apologetic for the wait which wasn’t their fault to begin with, my test was administered by Brie and she was so upbeat and friendly despite how hard she was working (non-stop) definitely recommend this urgent care!
