Dr.Matturo Hands Down Is The Best! He Shows Genuine Concern About The Wellness And Recovery Of His Patients. I Was Recently Involved In A Car Accident And He Was Able To Provide Me With Transportation Service To And From My Therapy Visits.

Went to Urgent Medical this year a few times. Every time I visited this location. I was seen very fast and the staff is very helpful and knowledgeable. Happy to know I have somewhere to go when I’m feeling under the weather. I would recommend this location to my friends and family.

I was in a 3 way car collision leaving my car totaled and my body feeling the worse. I was referred to Dr. Robert Matturro and I feel like I owe them so much more than leaving a review because this medical center definitely helped me recover rather quickly and I just love how informative they all were! I highly recommend anyone that needs medical attention when it comes to your body adjustments! 😁

Ive been going to this Urgent Care for about two years for various health needs and have always had great experience. Last week, I had a cold that turned into a painful sinus infection, and they got me to see Dr. Solomon immediately. I am always amazed at how quickly I can see the doctor at this location. The cost was a fraction of what I had paid elsewhere, and they sent over my script to Pubix right next door. I picked up 5 minutes later. Friendly and knowledgable staff that seem to really care at very affordable prices. Overall, it was a great experience.

I was rear ended at a stop light and the whip lash left my back and neck beyond stiff and in pain to the point sleeping was almost impossible. Dr. Robert Matturro really had my body feeling back to normal much faster than I thought it would take and I couldn’t be more appreciative for everything that he’s done for me. Very clean place, staff is great, and the customer service was A+. Strongly recommend

I received great care from Urgent Medical Center and received call backs on my medical tests which I appreciated! Staff was knowledgeable and friendly. I happed to go on a non-busy time and there was no wait. So glad I decided to go, instead of worrying about what I have! They listened to my symptoms, provided tests and a treatment plan.

I recently visited the Urgent Medical Center for my bloodtest land physical exam.The staff was incredibly friendly and accomnodating.The waiting area was clean and comfortable and the staff were very patient in explaining tge procedure.Dr Solomon was exceptionally knowledgeable and took time to duscuss my lab results in detail,providing clear and reassuring feedback.I felt confident in their care and would highly recommend the urgent Medical Center to anyone in need of urgent medical attention.

Always my place to go when I feel sick.Dr Solomon, Stephanie, Victoria, Sherell, and Christine all do a great job. Due to me traveling plus having bronchitis, asthma and other issues, they see me all the darn time.Thanks for the prompt service, great customer service and immediate action for solving my issues.

First off I want to say, Carmen the manager is so sweet. I was in pain after hurting my knee, I was afraid and nervous while calling multiple places as I don’t have insurance and I was not planning on checking myself out due to not having the funds to. Carmen answered and helped me, she helped me with affordable prices, it was a moment I felt someone is on the other line who doesn’t even know me but she was concerned about helping me. Carmen also texted me with the address and instructed me on what to do. When I got to the practice the lady in the front was also super nice and already knew who I was, as she mentioned “yes Carmen told me”. It was so nice to see everyone work together to help me. I saw Carmen on her way out to lunch and she grabbed my hand and patted my shoulder and told me don’t worry they will check you soon. I mean this lady shows she is a caring person. Thank you to you all. If you need special care, this is a very helpful, kind and caring place to be seen. ❤️

I spoke with Dr.Solomon over the phone to review some test results and was very rude and not understanding that my father didn’t understand what she meant the first time since English isn’t his native language. Do not recommend for people

Receptionist girl is rude. And made me wait a whole hour just for a blood pressure check. Then put me me in a room and lies and says I left because they all want to run to lunch! This place is a mockery

Tina at the front desk was wonderful. Great personality she check me in right away. Wait time less than 15 minutes.

Went to get my medical clearance for a surgery after a different place canceled on me because their doctor went on vacation. The staff is very nice and attentive. I am terrified of needles and they were so helpful in calming me down and were able to draw blood very easily.

Nice staff but very slow, I was the first patient there and it still took over an hour to be seen

Excellent and friendly service from the front desk and from Dr Solomon. No hassles with insurance, all taken care of.

JUST EXCELLENT: I have been a couple of times in there and I always leave from there with a big smile. All the nurses, the receptionist, the assistants and specially Dr Salomon are extremely professional, polite and educated.Dr Salomon has been taking care of me very well, she listens everything I have to say, she really loves what she does, she is very patient and PROFESSIONAL, kind with all patients and no just that she gave me a call the day after I went to follow my case. Great stuff.They really deserve 5 stars. I completely recommend it

When here for a DOT physical for Broward County Schools the young female doctor was very difficult and disappointing and hold my DOT card & application to start a new job after making me go through hoops with my primary physician and getting document stating that I am in good health and standing she did this it boggles my mind that the Broward school county system is in dire need of drivers to drive, their school buses, and have business like this holding back people who do a job anybody applying for a DOT card please avoid this place at all costs. Thank you that is all.

Went here on a recommendation, glad I did.There are a lot of these offsite urgent clinics and let me tell you this is the best I have been too, hands down, and I’m a picky person at that.Staff is great, Doctor Solomon was terrific.Clean, orderly. I see sone other comments that are negative and with my experience I just can’t see the other positions. I did have to fill a few questioners out, every medical place asks such. I was told up front that there would be a 30-40 minute wait, very acceptable and they had 4 people in waiting room. When my time came I was politely greeted by a medical assistant who was pleasant and inviting.Once in the room I was asked questions about my visit. Saw the Doctor and she was terrific and no doubt knowledgable and a people person, very objective in approach.My family is and was in healthcare and this place is properly run and you can’t get any better. My family uses them as well. Bottom line is why wait in a hospital ( if it’s not a life and death issue ) this is the place for me and my family. Trust and just good business practices here, they did not gouge in price and had a real good approach period.

Brought my sons here a few times and they have always been treated with such professional medical care. The Dr/PA spends so much time with them and at no time at all do we feel rushed. My mom has been here a few years ago and to this day she still talks about the friendliness, professionalism and care she received from the staff and the Drs. Friendly and helpful staff, excellent medical care and easy in and out. Yes, I would highly recommend them!!

Fantastic!!! I dont even go to my family Dr anymore. Dr. Solomon and PA John are awesome at what they do. They ask a ton of questions leaving no stone unturned and explain everything clearly to you. I never wait long and they have helped me every time. 100% worth paying the higher deductible for an urgent care, dont care its about my health not the money, and I feel they care. The staff is awesome too.

Must have been the friendliest staff I have ever had the pleasure of meeting. At the front desk we have Christina, who was able to verify that my insurance was able to be used.(it just started yesterday, lucky me) The nurse Sherial, who was so kind. And lastly we have the PA Natalie, who was able to answer all my questions and shes some light to the issues I was having. Overall, Im very glad that I came hey for my medical needs.

The receptionists were very warm and greeted me very kindly. They helped me fill out the paperwork and such with ease. Doctor Jon (or John, I cant pronounce his last name!) was pretty good, no complaints there. He assessed my condition and explained the procedures as well as the meds he was prescribing well so I knew what to do. Overall very good first time experience, I recommend this facility to anyone who needs to see a doctor soon for any reason!

I went here looking for a low wait time but urgent care - and thats exactly what I got. Dr. Soloman was understanding, easy to talk to and helpful in understanding my condition and how to manage it. The whole team was great and approachable, they even inquired about a doctors note before I even asked. I have a primary doctor but I may consider this practice for any of my medical needs. Very satisfied customer.

I have been coming to this clinic for five years. I found out that Dr. Jon K. could treat me just the same or better than my primary care doctor did so I came here for treatment. I still went to my primary care as required by my health insurance. He always made me feel at ease, with any condition I was being treated for. I am so grateful to have had the opportunity to meet Dr. Jon and am hoping that he will return to the Urgent Medical Center. Please bring him back!

Absolutely amazing. Im writing this review because I feel places that need recognition should receive it. I was in a panic situation that I have an up coming surgery and needed to be medically cleared and after calling more then 15 other places thank God I was able to get it done here and also with a time frame to get my surgery done. I have a liability case and that made things harder but not here The entire experience was exceptional. From the innitnial phone call to checking in. The lady I believe her name was Cristina took care of everything and not only was she helping with the front she also helped in the back. I needed a full clearence blood chest xray ekg and physical. Im sorry I didnt catch the name of the woman who drew my blood and did my ekg but man she was so good and completely professional. Then after the Dr Natalie asked and answered all the questions needed to complete my clearance even knowing there was a short time Frame she assured me everything would get done on time. I was not sure what to expect going to a place like this but I wish my own Dr handled everything like they did. The staff is beyond perfect Thank you for making this experience easy. Finally a great experience in an office environment . 10⭐

I had a horrible pinch in my back and Dr. Matturro helped me out in a matter of days i felt releif couldnt beleive it, I definitely recommend. Quick and easy. Great Urgent care for sure my go to now.

Dr. Solomon is amazing! I would love to make her my primary doctor! Victoria the PA is kind attentive and patient! I recommend everyone to go this location if they are in need of care.

I cant speak as to the doctor at this facility however front staff is poor. Expect to not be acknowledged when you walk in, sign the sign in sheet but dont expect to be taken in the order that your name falls because apparently the ladies upfront dont even look at that. People who come in after will be attended first and they didnt have appointments. After waiting 20 minutes without acknowledgement i left and went to another Urgent Care a block away,

The wait time is a little long, but its understandable. The doctors are great.

There was no line. I will still asked to sit, patiently waited. After the staff was ready to finally help me. I was asked to fill out paperwork, why not do it initially once they seen me enter. Finally got to see the doctor and it seems i was there as a cash cow rather than a patient trying to be given/receive aid.Glad to take my money and quick to dismiss me. I will not be returning. I will advice my friends and family to the same.

Great place. I have been coming here and they are always attentive and still provide fast service. It is an urgent care, but I never feel rushed. Dr Solomon and the PAs are great. Love this place.

Very friendly staff. Ive used their services already several times. Minimal wait time (probably less than 10min without appointment). Minor things (like an ear infection) was diagnosed and treated quickly and accurately. The doctors and PAs are not rushing from one room to another; theyll actually take time to listen to you and will give you a good advice without pushing any particular drug sale - very rare these days. In more serious cases (and I had that too), they would not hesitate sending you to specialist and/or ordering necessary tests. All in all, Id warmly recommend their practice. I would particularly like to thank John - PA (cannot remember the last name).

Absolutely love Dr Solomon and her staff!! They are always helpful and answer every question without rushing you out. Highly recommend this office for anything from physicals to asthma attacks to X-rays.

My daughter had COVID! they treaed her right away! she got a steroid shot and it gave her relief. SHE is well now and I just want to thank the UMC Doctor/Staff for their care.....RL

Best urgent care I have ever been to. The people here are so kind, and I barely had to wait. Also, they treated me so well, I felt better in a couple of days.

Never come here . The wait is way too long. I came with my sick daughter. We waited 1h15 to see the doctor 5 min in a rush. My daughter was exhausted and tired. When asking the staff of a status, they would not even have an update. I would not recommend this place.

Another exceptional visit from start to finish. Clean, professional and polished in every dimension, plus the x-ray tech, Tiana was super fine and great with her young patient.

I must say that the staff here are amazingly friendly, resilient and just great people! I was in a really tough spot and they took care of me, and were genuinely happy to do it. Genuine customer service like this is what we need today! God bless the staff here! 🙏🏽

I showed up with my sick toddler at 3:33pm March 24th, 2018 and the door was locked. The hours on the door states they close at 4pm, so does the information online. The lights were on inside but whoever was in there would not open the door for us. The fact that the purpose of Urgent Care is to provide urgent medical care and this company chose to disregard the need of a potential patient really disgusts me. Do better employees. Youre giving this company a bad reputation by being lazy and inconsiderate.

The service is very professional, I was treated like a patient and not a number, the Doctor has always shown her concern, and care for me, which means a lot, especially when Im in need of professional service and care.

Was told they closed early but time on door says 8pm and right now it’s 7:11pm

Come here !! Do not go to MD now This place has no wait and they actually care about you. Your time and your money. Walked in at 5:15 on a monday. Got my xrays and my rx. By the time i walked next store to publix pharmacy my rx was already in the system. It took less then an hour for all of it👍

I always go here for my medical issues. The staff is Kind , proficient and caring. Didnt feel rushed or like I was troubling anyone.. Dr. Solomon is A Mazing.. Love them.

This place had me waiting for 1 hour just to tell me that they don’t have any male on their . But seriously what kind of medical has only females on their staff?? 🤷🏾‍♂️I wouldn’t recommend this place at all.

Never received the lab results after I went there, I emailed them and I still have not received any messages back, its been two months and they have not called or emailed back, and to top it off they ask for money upfront, which is sketchy since other clinics will provide the service first before charging you. Will not be coming back here.

My wife waited for an hour crying from severe neck pain, only to be told the X-ray machine was not working and to go somewhere else. Is it seriously that difficult to tell someone that from the beginning? Unreal.

Cross this place off the list. Used to be a great place, but no more. Experience started at checkin where it took the clerk 16 minutes to verify that the facility accepted my insurance. I can understand this considering my insurance is a really obscure company called BLUE CROSS BLUE SHIELD. She made no apologies and gave no reason for the delay. She just let me stand there, in the window, for 16 minutes. Oh, she did take a phone call from somebody with a list of questions. Maybe somebody should tell her to deal with the patient in front of her WHO WAS THERE FIRST and tell the phone call to wait until she was finished.Eventually I’m taken into the room to describe my cold/flu symptoms to a nurse. That was fine. I asked how long it would be for the doctor to see me and she said I was next. That the doctor was with a patient, but I was next. So I sat. And I sat. And I sat. Waiting. With all the time I had to think, I remembered the check-in sheet that I signed when I came in. The person before me signed in an hour before me at 10am. It was now past 11:35. I think it is outrageous that an URGENT CARE can’t see two patients in an hour and 35 minutes. I was able to hear the other patient laughing and having a great time in the other room so I’m sure there were no severed limbs or heart attacks happening so I can’t understand how the dr. was not able to pop in… “what’s going on? not feeling well? when did this start? let’s have a feel of your glands. How about this prescription and you can be on your way…”. So disappointing.
