I just needed a tetanus shot, but the staff really went above and beyond. They were very kind from check-in and triage to the exam. I never felt rushed, I felt listened to, and they even offered hugs when I shared what led to needing the tetanus shot. Their kindness was really unexpected and I am so grateful for it! The staff on 9/25 are a really special team. Thank you so very much for a smooth visit, your compassion, and empathy. I highly recommend for your urgent care needs!

I had to bring my elderly father in for a minor cut that would not stop bleeding. I cannot say how pleasant this experience was. From the lovely woman at the front desk that checked us in, to the PA that took us back and handled everything in such an efficient and kind manner. We were finished in record time. No one wants to end up at urgent care after a long day, but I would hands down recommend this urgent care to anyone that needs one. I thank you all for your kindness and consideration and making this experience one of the best I have ever had.

Great customer service and it was such a smooth process especially since I made my appointment online and was able to fill out the questionnaire as well. Once I made it, they had a computer for me to check in and I was able to be seated. Once seen by the PA Celina, she was extremely attentive, listened to my concerns and was extremely thorough with her exam. She made me feel comfortable and offered other recommendations to assist my recovery. I will definitely come back and recommend this location to others.

I didnt feel well and went to this Urgent Care and wait only 5 mins. Dr Celina Costa was very professional warm and empathic! Listening and paying full attention meanwhile I described my symptoms. This is not the first time with her, but I owed her to write a great review as I forgot to do it for my previous visit. Best urgent care Ive been too in South Florida. Staff were helpful and nice. The PA Celina was fantastic. Couldnt ask for anything more from an urgent care.

Making an appointment was super easy online. The process and communication were great. The day of my appointment the team was pleasant and efficient. The provider who saw me was very nice, did a great job of explaining what was going on and how the medication she prescribed should help. I’m glad I chose UrgentMed Plantation!

This place is great! I made an appt same day and was able to see the doctor. She was kind, listened to my symptoms and got me treatment. 24 hours later I’m feeling better than I did yesterday.

Highly, highly recommend this place. This is the best Urgent Cares I have ever went to. When my father, Gejza, suddenly fell ill and was showing us alarming symptoms while we were on vacation; my mother and I were both extremely concerned. We drove him to this Urgent Care and it couldnt have been more satisfied with the visit. When we described his symptoms to Doctor Celina Costa; she took us in with extreme precaution and a very high level of expertise. I have never seen my father in greater hands than hers. The entire staff, from the ladies working at the front desk, to the Physician assistants were all extremely helpful, knowledgeable, and professional. The doctors attitude was uplifting, even if it was the worst case scenario. You could tell she immediately took my father in as a concerned doctor, one who is willing to help in any way she could. And she helped my father and my family immensely. We cannot thank this urgent care, and wonderful Dr. Celina Costa enough for her hard work and dedicated mind to medicine. Great, kind, friendly staff! I went there in abdominal pain and everyone was so empathetic. I was seen by Dr. Costa. She is extremely knowledgeable and has great bedside manners. I really appreciate her explaining everything to me so clearly. Although she prescribed me meds for my pain, she offered to further assist me if the pain persists so I wasn’t left on my own with no solution. Thank you! I wish I remembered the names of all the ladies that helped me yesterday. Thank you all for everything. I really appreciate your service and well wishes!!!

My entire experience at Urgent Med in Plantation was excellent!! The front desk staff was very welcoming and efficient. I was taken in rather quickly by the nurse for my vitals. Celina Costa PA was spot on with her diagnosis and treatment plan. She was highly professional, very knowledgeable, very friendly, and explained everything in detail. I will definitely come back to Urgent Med with any medical issue. If could give a rating of 10 stars I would.

Had this lingering dry cough for over a week now. Something didn’t seem right as the pain from coughing became accompanied by back pain, and body aches. Was able to schedule quickly and was seen by Celina.Extremely warm, knowledgeable, and caring. She listened to all of my complains, and there was no sense of rushing. Upon checkout it was discovered that I had bronchitis and first stanches of pneumonia. Thanks to the very caring staff today. Would 10/10 recommend going here.

This office is amazing!! I would rather pay a higher co-pay here than see my primary doctor. I have been coming here for over 4 years. The staff is amazing, I am always in and out so quickly. They are so kind from the front counter to the nurses and doctors. So amazing!!! I would highly recommend them!!

Scheduled an appointment online, filled out forms online, was seen within 30 minutes! Fast and efficient way to see a provider! What a great experience! The PA was super! The front desk and office staff were very welcoming and got things done quickly! Would recommend if you need an Urgent Care that cannot be handled through telehealth!

I can’t stress enough about how good is this place! The staff is so helpful and friendly, they’re the sweetest. If you need to get the medical examination for your green card I recommend coming here, they’re all really helpful and professional.

I unfortunately was out walking my Chinese Powered Puff dog and he was attacked by two unsupervised dogs. I evidently was bit in the chaos. It wasnt a large bite, but it started getting infected. I went to urgent care for treatment. Reception quickly acknowledged me and directed me how to check in. The triage nurse was very professional, attentive and thorough. Nurse Rodrick (I believe his name was) was excellent giving me my shot and I didnt feel a thing. ♥️ NP Prim Lundy was very thorough in examing my issue and gave me great suggestions in lowering my cholesterol. Prescribed me my medication, and provided me a discount card for my meds. I would recommend highly.

We had a terrific experience in this place, the Nurse Reham Saleh did not care at all. I explained the pain and the situation that I was going through. I was having a lot of nauseas and she didn’t want to prescribe anything for the pain and the nauseas. I asked for a referral and she refuse to give it to me, instead she wanted to me to to the ER where she knew that is very expensive, I ended up going home with pain and nauseas and they just charged me for a visits and didn’t do anything. She looked like she didn’t care at all. It was very frustrating for me because I can not afford a ER bill. She did not show empathy at all. Please do not go to this place if you don’t want to just lose your money.

I have used this Urgent Med location several times. I enjoyed the caring nature of the staff. The PA took the time to thoroughly explain test results and even called after visit to ensure I was OK.

Again…. They are fantastic! I would rather see them than my own doctor. The staff is friendly, the place is super clean. I get treated quickly and I trust the doctors and nurse practitioners. They are on top of training and medical knowledge. I highly recommend them.

My husband had a hard time breathing and this was our first time to urgent med.  Selena and the front office staff are AMAZING!!!  Selena was so helpful, caring and truly cared about helping my husband.I highly recommend them!!!

Dr. Celina Costa was so kind and easy to talk to. The whole office was friendly and pleasant to engage with. You most often go to the doctors when you’re at your worst so it makes a huge difference to feel at ease. Highly recommend!

I was really disappointed with this experience. It was my first time at this location. The place was dirty, we waited for almost two hours even though there were only two people ahead of us, and they did not have any rapid flu tests. We were made aware that they were short staffed, and everyone working there was lovely and friendly, but I was very put off by the uncleanliness and extended wait time. Looks like their floor tiles haven’t been replaced since 1970. I willNot be returning, as all other Urgent Cares seem to be modern, clean, well supplied, and tolerable wait times.

Urgent Med is an excellent urgent care facility. The PA, Brittany, has good experience and is excellent help. I’ve used this office for about 10-12 yrs and have had excellent care. My recent visit was for foot injury. Their radiologist reported no broken bones but I actually had two fractured metatarsals. I’ll keep using this facility for wounds and respiratory problems but ER for potential breaks. Still love Urgent Med for the many years of excellent care.

I was suffering from a sore throat, cough, runny nose, and headache. It was very simple to make an appointment on the website. Upon arrival the check-in process was very simple. I was seen by PA Brittany her bedside manners were fantastic. If I ever had to return to the urgent care I would want to see her every time.

From the front desk to the doctors, everyone was more than professional, considerate and amazing. I recommend the facility on every level.

I went to Urgent Med on Cleary Road for the first time and i have to say they are so professional, friendly and truly show that they care about your concern.I would not hesitate to recommend someone to this branch they are great.

The staff were all pleasant and diagnosed me right away. The PA & nurse on staff are very knowledgeable and made the visit go smoothly.

I was sent to this location from a job position I applied for, to obtain a chest Xray and physical.I got there at 11 am on a Sunday June 9th 2024. I was aware this location would open at 11am on Sunday. I arrived early to be there by 11am. I finished the check in process by 11:08 am. The Medical staff had already arrived and unlocked the front door for myself and one other gentlemen. The Medical person that was there apologized and ask us to wait a moment while the front dest receptionist arrived. In the meantime people were coming in and checking in and still the front desk person had not arrived. This front desk person held up this entire operation. This person should be fired for shutting down and backing up the entire operation and flow of this Urgent care. Once she came in she did not even apologize for holding everything up. She was half an hour late to start business. Maybe you should advertise that you open at 11:30 am to accommodate her schedule. What kind of way is this to run a medical facility? Half of the front area lights were not even turned on. Are you guys going out of business? Who is the person in charge of overseeing this location? Someone is not paying attention. The Medical staff were there before 11am and did the best they could. I have no complaints about the medical staff, they did their jobs. But, how do you allow a front desk receptionist to shut down your operation and hold everything up? No, I would not recommend this location.

My entire experience here was very positive. It was very easy to get an appointment and I was seeing at the appointment time. Celina Costa , The provider that saw me was very thorough, congenial, and professional. I highly recommend them.

Everything was fine with my appt. Attentive staff; but maybe short-staffed. I signed up at 4pm for a 6pm appt using the app. I arrived on time with flu-like symptoms. I had to wait til 6:48 to me called back. 2 people were ahead of me… the person before me had a 5:30 appt. They had one nurse who had to do rays on a patient, so no one available to do intake until they were available.I am grateful for the care I received once called for care. Compassionate care here at Urgent Med.

I waited for an hour to be seen with 1 person in the lobby. I told the doctor I felt very sick and that I had more than just a cold. He insisted that is all it was and despite me suggesting to do a chest xray for bronchitis he rushed me out of there and told me I was going to be fine because they clearly wanted to finish and go home.Turns out I’ve had the worst bronchitis of my life for 9 days and counting and this was the second doctor to miss it out of laziness!

Talk about professional! 75$ co pay with my insurance. Doctor Prem Lund is very professional and diagnosed perfectly. Also gave me some good advice for sleep, really went above and beyond. Pharmacy had my medicine ready in 10 minutes. Thank you again!

I moved to Florida from Missouri where I had been seen occasionally in urgent care, but never had I ever had an experience like the one I had at UrgentMed Plantation. I got in almost instantly and was seen by a doctor. My whole visit took only an hour. Awesome place.

I was in and out in under 45 minutes. The staff was very friendly and communicated to me I would be seen by the doctor. This is my first time visiting an urgent Med Center just for a minor injury that I sustained. If in the future that I do need to using urgentmed I would definitely come back to this one just based off of the customer service I received alone.

A Happy Home in the work placeFrom time to time we all have issues arise. Normally I would go to Baptist at sawgrass & WAIT. A review online from a happy mother caught my eye in regards to her sons ear ache; so I headed over.The staff were all super outstanding here. No kidding, I mean it. Went there on a Saturday afternoon for an open cut on the finger. The PA Assistant was wonderful She explained what she was going to do. Whlie cleaning my finger she kept inquiring if I was ok due to possible pain during the cleaning process. There after she explained the aftercare instructions. I usually dont go to any urgent care facilities, but if needed again I know where to go. The entire staff wonderful. Need more health care facilities like this. Keep up the good work in the community.

Excellent urgent care, made a same day appointment, they took me in 5 minutes after I arrived. The nurse and doctor are so friendly and professional. I had a great experience at this urgent care center. The PA, Prem was professional and respectful. The medical assistant/nurse was a nice young gentleman who was also very professional and respectful. The receptionist was an older hispanic woman and she was very nice and accommodating. You can tell that she really works hard and cares for all of her patients. I would highly recommend this facility. Thank you guys for treating me when I was very sick.

I set up an appointment and completed all paperwork before I arrived. The staff was friendly and welcoming. The nurse was kind, professional and put you right at ease. The Doctor was easy to talk to and made me feel very comfortable right away. My wife drove me to this facility in October of 2022, fearing that I had contracted Covid, since I had a low grade fever, the entire weekend that seemed to be getting worse. The on-duty Medical Technician took my vitals and asked me to take a seat in an examination room alone after discovering that I had an extremely low blood pressure and a low grade fever. While sitting in the examination room on an examination table, I passed out and discovered that I had fallen off of the examination table and hit my head on the floor of their examination room, causing me to be unconscious! I was never treated for a possible concussion, by either their staff or the Plantation Fire Rescue Unit. I then spent 4 days n the hospital!Ever since I fell in the Urgent Care Facility, I have had headaches that don’t stop! I can or can’t recommend this facility for treatment, since I was never treated by its staff, other that first aid. After 19 months of calling every single month since October 2022, I finally received a call from the owner of the clinic, who asked what happened to me and what were my injuries. I can’t believe it has taken this long finally for him to finally get it touch with me. If it has taken this long to receive a call from the owner, you have to ask yourself what kind of timely care are you gong to receive from this Urgent Care Facility! If I were you I would find a different Urgent Care Facility!

I went in tonight to get some sutures removed. Everyone was extremely friendly, and I am very happy that I came here for care. The office is very clean, the receptionist was very kind, the young gentleman that did my intake was very nice, and the doctor that removed my sutures was awesome. Office staff really made me feel comfortable when I wasn’t well didn’t make me feel like I just another patient walking in with another virus or germs . PA was pleasant and down to earth and really listened to me .In the past I’ve always gone to an MD Now they made it so easy I made an appointment online during work and was checked in right away . I’ve been here virtually couple times, or just to get checked for Covid and all staff has on different days have been great . My experience in person was even better, despite them being behind which they apologized for and I was still out in a reasonable amount of time. I really hope the staff doesn’t change they are really awesome!

I am encouraged to share, because the physician we saw, (Dr. Prem), was amazing! I don’t think I’ve ever come across a better bedside manner. He explained everything very clearly and spoke to my child directly in a sweet, respectful way. He made sure she knew he was interested, listening, and taking her seriously. His assistant was also very kind. She actually carried my seven year old back to the room after her x-rays!!! Even the staff up front were helpful. Check in was quick and they apologized for the wait. They even brought us water bottles. All together, they have a truly Incredible staff.

Front desk staff was pleasant and helpful regarding paperwork to be completed. Triage nurse was friendly and expedient. PA was knowledgeable and empathetic. Visit went well. Nurse gave me a steroid shot in the right buttocks which I barely felt at all.

There was a bit of a wait but I understand why now. The nurse who did the intake and the doctor really took their time with me, were very thorough with me and even wrote down all the supplements and medications that I needed to take to feel better from this covid. I would highly recommend

Roger and Prim were very attentive and detailed throughout the entirety of the process, there was a bit of a wait, however I did not have an appointment. I did not account for the wait in my rating because patient care is most important to me and both of these gentlemen were spot on in making sure I was taken care of.

Dr. Celina was wonderful! Right from the start she figured what was wrong with me and ran test to confirm and form an action plan. She took the time to explain everything thoroughly that was to follow and provided exceptional care. Definitely will come back yo this location because of her care.

UrgentMed is the place I go when I have some health issues. I can have an appointment the same day and the most important, they care for the patients.

It was very easy to make an appointment online. Once there the office was vey clean and the staff was great from the front desk to the triage to the doctor. This is my 2nd time at the office and the doctor is extremely nice does a great job of explaining everything.

I decided, three days after stubbing my toe into a bookcase, because of the swelling, light discoloration and unsubsiding pain that I would go and get an xray of my foot. Within 5 minutes, I had an appointment the very next morning. After getting my vitals, I saw the PA who examined my foot and ordered an xray. Sure enough it was clearly broken, then wrapped with the explanation as to why it should be done a particular way, ordered a post op shoe for keeping it safe and I was on my way. Everything was so smooth, from scheduling, check in which they called me by name, care from both the staff and the physicians assistant. The offices are clean and well kept. The staff is super friendly and hospitable. The care I received was impeccable. Thank you to all.

Even though I wasnt feeling well, the staff at UrgentMed treated me well. The MA that did my Flu, strep and Covid test was bubbly and very professional at the same time. It made the swabs in my nose and throat not so bad. I would definitely recommend.

The medical assistant and PA whom I saw had excellent bedside manners and interacted professionally with me as a patient clearly explaining next steps, my symptoms and recommended medication along with course of action to get better. However the nurses or administrators who greeted you at the front office to check you in were also professional and pleasant

Booked appt online for 2PM today last night.I had no wait once I arrived at the clinic. Everyone was kind and considerate. The nurse and PA explained everything in detail and spent a good amount of time with me. This is now my go to place for urgent care!

I had a scheduled appointment for 10am, I waited 2 hours for the receptionist to get back to me with how much i’d end up paying. People walking in kept leaving because of the wait time. Do not go here, your appointment will not matter.

I actually cannot believe the 5 star service I got here. Roger was my nurse and Dr. Prem was my doctor. They patiently helped me, made sure I understood what they were saying, and were overall so incredibly kind. I felt safe and well taken care of.

I love that this UrgentMed close by and near our new home! Unbelievably awesome, kind and caring service from everyone at this location. I haven’t been feeling well for over a month. It’s been a rough week for me. I went to another urgent care prior to this one, about a week ago, and decided to visit this one because I wasn’t getting any better. Whoever the physician was that attended me, I love her spirit. I feel bad for not remembering her name but I wish more healthcare providers were half the person she is. She lifted my spirits and helped more than she knows.

All the staff is excellent with a very friendly and professional treatment. The doctor has a lot of empathy, conveys confidence, and knows what she is doing.

I had a great experience at UrgentMed with Dr. Celina Costa and her student Logan. They diagnosed my issue and got me out the door and sent the prescription for my meds electronically in under 20 minutes! I love that I was able to make an an appointment online and fill out all my paperwork online as well. The medical assistant and front desk customer service were both sweet as well. I would highly recommend this location if you have an urgent medical need. Easily the best experience I’ve ever had at an urgent care and with my insurance the visit was cheaper than going to my PCP!

Hands down the best experience Ive had with a medical institution. Made an appointment online and was immediately contacted to work out insurance issue. Decided to just pay myself and work the insurance claim later - they called the insurance company and worked things out - all this before my appointment. Showed up a little early and they were all ready for me. Was seen immediately upon walking in by a nurse to take all my vitals, then waited only 5 minutes until I was seen by the doctor/PA. Fastest, most customer-oriented visit EVER.

This was great for my special needs son.Everything was smooth especially since I did all the paperwork online before coming to the appointment. Staff and doctor were great. My son was diagnosed and we got meds sent to pharmacy quickly. I will be using them again as needed in future.

11/10 experience here! The staff was so friendly and the environment was very positive. I saw P.A. Celina Costa and her med student. They treated me like family and were very accommodating with additional requests for insurance purposes.

Friendly staff, walked in there was no wait. It took longer to fill out the paperwork then anything. The nurse that took my vitals was very sweet. I saw the PA who was awesome, she explained everything called my Scripps into my pharmacy and off I went. I was in and out within 45 minutes.

The attention during my first walk in and the follow up appointment a week late, was a breeze. Everyone was very professional and effective. Dr. C. Costa gave me the correct prescription for my issue which has improved my health to 90%.

Slowwwww. Was there for 2hrs 45min and left without getting results of chest xray, but could not wait anymore.

I received exactly the level of care I’d hoped for. Roger, the MA, as well as Dr Coles were kind and professional. Dr Coles “heard” me and assessed my situation thoughtfully before prescribing an appropriate treatment. My PCP was not able to offer me an in-person visit (only telemed) and therefore unable to properly assess my condition. I was very happy to be able to arrange a same day visit at UrgentMed.

I had a body-wracking cough and congestion. I went to UrgentMed and received excellent care. They prescribed a cough medicine that gave me the relief I desperately needed.

I went to urgentmed on 10/10/22 around 6:45pm. All the staff, and nurses was very professional and helpful especially the P.A. Celina. She was very nice and kind. I was in a lot of pain and she called the next day to make sure I was okay. This was the best service I had in years.

This was one of the nicest urgent cares I’ve ever been too. The receptionist ladies were wonderful and the PA Dr. Celina Costa I think? Nicest lady on earth and super knowledgeable. She even cracked jokes! If it were up to me, I’d make her my permanent doctor. 10/10 would recommend if you need a quick fix or some advice on a medical issue.

Had to rush my daughter here as she fell down a couple of stairs. The staff was very friendly & accommodating, environment was very clean. However, I give it 4 stars because of the wait which was like 40 minutes. There was only one PA seeing everyone. With that said, the PA Selena was extremely nice and thorough with my 2yo. She even called to check up on her. I would definitely go back!

Do not make an appointment to this place is ran like a 3 world country free clinic.I’ve been waiting for 1:30hrs for a COVID test after making an appointment for 9:00am. They have only one person attending 25+ cars, there is no organization no numbers no sense of who is next. Whoever is running this place needs to be fire.

Took my seven year old son to UrgentMed. Everyone from the staff up front, the nurse, the doctor all were kind, friendly and patient. They made my son feel very comfortable and were so kind to him. They were thorough and professional. Great experience, thank you!

I received unpleasant treatment, and they wanted to charge me a $150 copay. my insurance has a compensation of only $25, which I have been with for more than 6 years and this has never happened to me. After waiting 2 hours with a medical emergency, I called my insurance and when I called, they rectified their mistake, but I had already decided to go to another place which only charged me the correct $25 and I didnt have to wait!

I was pleasantly surprised 😮 how easy the check-in process was and enjoyed the email capabilities that allow me to submit my form rather than having to print out a document. Conviently it was fortunate for me and the location was also near. The nurse was alert and informed as well as the medical technician was clear/ detailed. 👍

I took my 2.5 years old son to this location and was impressed about how clean and friendly staff they have. I took him twice for different concerns and Celina Costa saw him, she is the sweetest, caring and most patient person I’ve ever dealt with, she explained everything and was so clear and sweet with my son, so nice with us…that’s why we came back and asked for her. The medication she prescribed was effective and helped my son get better. The only thing is the waiting time, it takes about 1 hr to get attended but believe me it’s worth it.

It is best to book an appointment here because they are busy! I booked an appointment for same-day, within the hour. The PA Costa was kind, attentive, and caring. She listened and restated concerns. She brought me a satisfactory solution for my issue. Make sure you wear a mask!

Dr. Howeedy Ahmed is absolutely AMAZING. I have been dealing with some health issues and no one would listen. He immediately ran some test because he knew what I was describing meant some serious issues. I am so happy I now have a diagnosis to look after my health and I am forever grateful to him for really showing concern. I highly Recommend him should anyone have some issues and is feeling unheard. Short wait. Staff nice and helpful. PA sweet and informative.

I went with a toe problem that the VA couldnt take care of. Diagnosed it in minutes. Got a shot of antibiotics and pills for the infection and I am on the mend. Dont remember the PAs name but she was great. Do not, I repeat do not go to Baptist Health. They are the absolute worst.

The office staff was very kind and attentive. Dr Lund was equally kind and attentive to my issues. Exam was thorough. Overall a great experience even though I felt terrible.

The nurse (young, light skin, light hair color), that took care of me was very very nice and made me feel very comfortable with everything I needed to get done, specially my X-Ray and shot. I hate getting shots, but I needed it for the pain. The doctor was good to me, he listened to all my needs. The wait was no longer than 12 minutes.Thank you to everyone that works there!

The staff is friendly except for front desk. Front desk is kinda pushy and rude. I went in for a pre employment drug test the the medical staff in the back are super nice but the front desk was super rude. This one lady(didn’t get her name) took my paper work and information like she didn’t want to be there and was just doing whatever. She may have had a bad day who knows but horrible first impression. Medical staff are amazing though and super friendly.

Upon arrival at the clinic I was greeted with welcoming and pleasant smiles by the front office employees. The nurse whose name I forgot was exceptional and very friendly and professional se reminded me of a favorite niece. Dr Penu was an Angel his bedside manners was very professional but at the same time friendly and comforting something that most doctors don’t have anymore. This is my second time here and will highly recommend the services at this location. I go out of my way just to come to this location. My only fault is I wish they had a private practice ❤️❤️❤️❤️
