Laura has been my provider for years, and I was thrilled to follow her to HerMD. The space is gorgeous, front office staff is friendly and helpful, and Laura is incredibly caring and thorough during our appointments. Ive never felt rushed, and have been able to get in touch via phone for questions. I highly recommend HerMD to anyone in the Nashville area.

Teri Greer was amazing! She showed me kindness and understanding. She takes the time to listen to her patients. I had a bad experience at my previous GYN office so I was a little hesitant but Teri restored my faith in the experience. Thank you. All the staff I encountered was wonderful

Great experience from the moment I walked through the door into the luxurious spa like setting. During my first 1 hour appointment I had more answers than I’ve received over the past 2 years. Laura was knowledgeable and empathetic, while quickly establishing a path forward and giving me hope that my issues are correctable. Highly recommend to any women who has been struggling to find someone who will advocate for them as they go through hormonal shifts.

Wow, just wow. Appointment at 2pm and I’m on my way home at 3! In that hour I was respected, cared for and had my questions answered. Laura made me feel at ease and all staff were very helpful and professional. Thank you as I’m coming from a Doctor I have been with for a decade. I could no longer be made to wait up to 2+ hours in an uncomfortable waiting room only to sit in a gown for another hour after that! Enough was enough. So happy I found HerMD and Laura Reviere.

I would follow Karen Medeiros (RN) to the ends of the earth! Karen is the best injector in Nashville and when she told me she moved her practice to HerMD, I drove to the location to see her - I didnt know that HerMD was an entire womens health facility! I found my new OBGYN that day in office and have since had multiple appointments with the staff there for my feminine health and they are all so amazing (and the office is so cute and comforting)! I see Dr Siarezi for my OBGYN needs and she is super friendly and professional as well. 10/10 would recommend to any of my female friends

Brooke Faught used to treat me over at WISH and is incredible, helped me get lots of my quality of life back after a surgery (at a different clinic/dr) gone wrong. However, I met Laura at her old practice during an emergency appointment and followed her over to HerMD. She really took the time to get to know me and my history. We did labs and even though they came back in the normal range we were able to conclude a diagnosis with my history as well as current symptoms. At my follow up she again took great care and time with me! I’ve been looking for an answer since i was a senior in high school and it feels like we have finally found it. The atmosphere at the clinic itself is unlike any other i’ve been in. Very comfortable and welcoming, makes you feel at ease. Overall staffing is also very kind and helpful, always in a good mood! Would highly recommend it here!

My first appointment and I loved it. Everyone so friendly and helpful. Teri is a fellow breast cancer survivor which was all the better. So happy I made the switch to HerMD.

This was the best gyno experience Ive ever had. Ive been to numerous doctors (from moving around a lot) and Ive had several bad experiences so I was anxious about finding a new doctor near Nashville, so Im so happy I found HerMD - I had Laura Reviere who is absolutely incredible. She made me feel so comfortable and is the first person Ive had who didnt try to push the pill on me or judge for using natural birth control. I felt so relieved after my appointment and will definitely be back. Highly recommend!

I loved my experience at HerMD in Franklin! I felt the staff was friendly and the environment was incredibly upscale and comfortable. I felt like Laura listened and heard my issues and had the perfect treatment plan created specifically for me.

I recently had a very negative experience. I made an appointment to have a shot given that had been given before. I had to wait two weeks to get in. It is a 45 minute drive for me and when I got there they told me that they wouldnt provide the shot until I had labs drawn. I asked why no one called me to tell me that because in the two weeks I waited, I could have gotten the labs drawn so the shot could be given. No explanation except poor practice management. My prior physician left the practice so perhaps they just dont have decent management. Regardless, I wont be going back.

This is hands down the best experience I have ever had at a GYN! It is the type of place that if I moved, Id travel hours to see. The experience is next level: I was seen almost immediately, I was not rushed, the gowns are actually comfy and cute. I felt seen, heard and valued as a woman. The team was very knowledgable. Just wow. 10/10 Recommend.

Ive been looking for a new Dr for ages and have not had any luck. This was a treat. The office is lovely. It is easily accessed from I-65. Everyone was really nice. They communicate very well and worked with me to focus on my needs within their abilities.

This was hands down the best medical experience I’ve had in 20 years. Laurie was present and kind and listened to me. She explained everything thoroughly without talking down to me. I have been seeing Laurie Tompkins for many years who I highly recommend. She is very personable as well as professional and knowledgeable. She has recently joined HerMD which I recently visited for the first time. It’s a beautiful facility offering a wide variety of services.

Dr Montville is literally the nicest and most caring human you will ever meet. I’ve been seeing her for years and glad I have been. She saved my life after some major complications stemming from my last child birth experience 2.5 years ago. I had to have two emergency surgeries. After the first didn’t go as planned, she can in on her own time (not on call) to perform the second one. This is the kind of person and physician she is. I will follow her wherever she goes. The team at HerMD is also fantastic. So friendly, professional and personable. The location is gorgeous and welcoming.

Dr Montville is AMAZING! Kind, knowledgeable, smart, personable, professional, has great time management for scheduling!! I just love her. I would follow her anywhere. The other staff, Kim was very kind, helpful, and professional with handling all my appointment and product needs! I was not able to catch the other sweet ladies name. She held my baby while I filled out paperwork and was so helpful with my kids!! This made the experience so valuable for me!!

Driving to work a couple weeks ago I cried and felt like I was on an emotional roller coaster. Yes! menopause, it hit and hit hard. Not only did I have a wonderful visit with Terri the nurse practitioner she guided me through my hormone therapy. I feel relaxed, calm, and like myself again. I highly recommend Her MD. I owe them more than a good review 💜

From the moment you walk in you know this place is special! Kim is the sweetest at the front desk! The whole aesthetic is light, airy, and so clean. It’s simply a beautiful office! I see Terri and she is wonderful!! They are able to take more time in an apt and really listen! I am so glad to be at a place that can focus more on my stage of life post babies AND I know I will always get to see my provider since they do not deliver babies anymore.

Such a great experience. I was very nervous about my appointment due to some abnormal test results I received from my primary doctor. Teri Greer made me feel heard. She told me all of the possible scenarios, but was very calming and helped me not stress about my condition. She really put me at ease. Terri is amazing and I would highly recommend!!!

I am a patient of Laurie Tompkins. I followed Laurie to HerMD from Urology Associates. Im driving 100 miles round trip to the HerMD location because of Lauries excellent care. I had my first appointment at HerMD on October 16. The facility is very comfortable and welcoming. My check-in process was easy. The ladies at the front desk were super nice and cheerful. And, Lauries nurse was very sweet and friendly.I had made my October appointment in August. Also, in August, I had filled out and faxed the medical release paperwork to HerMD for my medical records to be retrieved from Urology Associates. I even called HerMD to verify that it was received. However, during my HerMD visit with Laurie, she did not have my records to refer back to during my visit. I feel like Laurie having my past records would have made for a better visit; as there were some past details I couldnt even remember.Upon checkout, I was asked to sign a second medical release form. Why? I really didnt understand the reason given. I left with my first impression lacking confidence in some of the support procedures.Edit…I received a call from someone (I don’t recall her name) at HerMD. She stated that HerMD NOW has my past records from Urology Associates; however, she blamed UA for not sending them before. She stated it was ultimately my responsibility to get my records from UA; even though I followed directions from HerMD to send them my medical records release form. As I stated in original post, I called HerMD to make sure my release form was received. I even volunteered to get my own records from UA. I was assured that HerMD would get them. I asked why no one reached out to let me know that the records weren’t obtained. I was told it was not feasible for HerMD to reach out to 500+ patients coming into their practice and also support current patients. Not once did this person acknowledge that HerMD dropped the ball. Bottom line, HerMD could have hired someone temporarily to make this transition smooth for the incoming providers and patients following these providers.

When it comes to allopathic medicine the patriarchal regime shows women how much of an afterthought our health issues are. Meanwhile we suffer, a lot of times in silence… our voices sequestered & we are told to just ‘deal with it’. Or worse our suffering is downplayed as IF we are being theatrical or overreacting. Often leaving us to have to exhaust our already overly taxed bodies, going through the gamut of the maze of biomedicine’s assembly line of doors in hopes of finding a Doctor who will validate our symptoms and align us access to necessary medical help.After utilizing the NAMS physician directory, in search for a North American Menopause Society certified fellow I was pleasantly surprised to find one of my former gynecologists working in a place called HerMD. Hmmm, I thought, THAT’S where she went! As her former group wouldn’t provide me with any forwarding information as to where my Doctor went after she had left that practice. I scheduled my appointment easily online, the only caveat was that it was 7mo’s out. Being her former patient I know how amazing she is, so honestly that didn’t strike me to be much of a surprise.When I entered the “clinic” it was liken to entering a spa. Tastefully appointed and a feeling of being at home, you can definitely tell there was nothing staunch and stuffy about this place. My wait was swift and the treatment room was part casual lounge and part clinical. This place is definitely designed by women. I was delighted to be reunited with my Doctor and she actually remembered me even though it had been a few years since we last saw one another. It was as if we were hanging out and catching up but I could pick her vast intelligence to dispel so many rumors that the 2002 WHI Study on Hormone Therapy mislead the world at large to falsely “believe” about the safety of hormone therapy. Not only did I leave feeling heard and validated, I also left with the necessary hormones that will make this transition somewhat more bearable. I didn’t once have to pull out any of the literature I brought in with me, in preparation to defend peer-reviewed case-studies proving the efficacy of MHT/HRT for the multiple symptoms I am experiencing.At HerMD it doesn’t even stop there. They have a menu of medical aesthetic services, lasers and facials to boot. A place where you can address your insides while tending to polish the package the rest of the world sees. This is going to be a great relationship. I hope my Doctor plans on parking it here, as I am still blown away that this place even exists! We’ve come a LONG way gals!!!

The whole experience with HerMD in Franklin TN from start to finish has been amazing. I was a new patient and met with Terri Greer. She was fantastic! She listened to all of my concerns and helped me sort through which options would be best for me. She spent over an hour with me and never once did I feel rushed or that she needed to get to the next appointment. She talked with me like a friend and never down to me if I had questions. I am so happy that I chose to go with HerMD and cannot recommend them enough!

I gave one star because I’ve tried for three days to call and make an appointment. NO one answers the phone(except the billing dept). You are directed to leave a message. I’ve left two messages without a call back and was promised by the billing department that someone would call me back by the end of the day. No call was received.My NP is absolutely wonderful. However, this new practice she’s moved to is a disappointment and is very frustrating!

I went to Laurie Tompkins here because I had gone to her off and on throughout the years in various offices. She and I talked about the fact that I was paying cash because my insurance did not cover this office so she said that she would renew my compounded prescription as she had initially prescribed it. Apparently she forgot about this and prescribed me only one months worth at the same $65.00 price that it would cost if she had given me for 3 months. She knows her stuff but follow up patient care is virtually non-existent! When the pharmacist called to see if she could make it for 90 days prescription so it would save me money, they flat-out refused! I feel like I have wasted my time and money

I just love everything about HerMD! The office is so girly, pretty and welcoming. Terri Greer NP is warm and caring. She always makes me feel comfortable and is extremely knowledgeable in anything and everything female! Karen Medieros RN has mad injector skills and always makes me look and feel beautiful. I’ve been a patient of one of the providers for over 15 years, always with excellent care, until now since she moved to HerMD.I received a prescription with no instructions on the dosage, I called the pharmacy for clarification they said they filled exactly as phoned in, not to take it and call the Dr.Fast forward a week later, I still have not received a call back from the Dr or anyone even after repeated calls, and left messages, to the office.The response I receive from the people answering the phone, which isn’t even at the location of the office, they are very busy and overwhelmed with patients. Well I’m busy too and should not have to call every few days, for over a week, to get important questions answered.If they are this busy they don’t need new clients, so if you want quality care this is not the place, sadly.EDIT: They just responded to this review with call us. That is a joke! That is the problem, no one answers or returns messages.

Karen Medeiros is fantastic. I have done SkinPen and Emsculpt Neo treatments with her at HerMD Berry Farms. She is truly invested in your needs and your story/journey outside of the clinic. I love her recommendations and always enjoy an opportunity to hang with her. Karen is an expert who knows her stuff, and she makes sure you are comfortable from start to finish.

Go see Karen for your injectable needs! I was prompted to get lip filler done by Karen after I saw pictures of the amazing work she did on her other clients. The treatment was virtually painless, and Karen demonstrated clear skill and immense knowledge in her craft. Karen listened to all of my needs in safe and comfortable environment. I cant wait to see Karen again for my next injection!

I had the best dermaplane and hydro facial with Skylar / I drove in from Indianapolis and had some extra free time when I was in town for work. That evening I went out with a college friend that night and everyone commented on my glowing skin and definitely not “ my age “! Skylar is gentle knowledgeable and sweet! Definitely recommend !
