I recently had an vain procedure with Dr. Theresa Soto and I highly recommend her! From the moment I walked into her office, I felt welcomed and comfortable. Dr. Soto took the time to listen to my concerns and thoroughly explained the treatment options available to me.Her level of expertise in vein care is truly impressive, and she made me feel confident about the procedures we discussed. I appreciated her gentle approach and the care she took throughout the entire process. The staff was also friendly and professional, unfortunately I can remember every ones name, but her team making the experience even better.Thanks everyone.

Dr. Soto and her experienced team are wonderful, they take the time to care. They were well organized and explained each step of the process for the care of my varicose veins. The experience was seamless, healing time took a few weeks. I was up and working the same day after the procedure wearing my compression hosiery. Part of the reason I came to Vein Restoration is because you advertise treating Restless Legs. I told 3 different people about my restless legs and I was totally ignored - they all acted as though they never heard me speak. Yes, I have another issue which you seem to have explained and explained the treatment. However, the most important thing to me is getting restless legs taken care of and for ignoring that I give 3 stars.

The level of care and professionalism is more than a 5 star. I would give them a 10 if it where available. Every person from the physician Doctor Theresa M. Soto down to the front desk where amazing. I would highly recommend this office.

I didn’t know what to expect during my initial appointment and I was extremely nervous. Dr. Soto explained the process thoroughly and made sure I was comfortable during all visits. She truly cares about her patients and I’m so grateful for the referral. Way to go Dr. Soto and Team!

Great staff. Very friendly, efficient and professional. Didn’t have to wait long for my appointment despite them being busy. I haven’t had treatment yet but my consultation was informative and even more in depth than my visits with another vein clinic.

August 15, at 3:45 I had an appointment with Dr. Soto at the Center for Vein Restoration. How delightful it was. I dont think I have had a doctor appointment like that for some time.The Ultra-Sound Tech- Rachel was wonderful. She was so kind and thorough. My previous test with another center was not that thorough at all. It made me wonder if they even did their job.Rachel was so nice I really didnt want to go to the next room.The nurse Anabel was also so nice! She had some questions and told me that Dr. Soto would be in soon. Dr. Soto was in right away. Dr. Soto told me that the problem in my left leg was not a vein problem. She asked me some questions and helped me see that it could be other problems including Rheumatoid arthritis. She also gave me a referral.I will recommend Dr. Soto and the Center to my friends who have vein problems.It was the best experience I have had in a long time.Sincerely,Mary Ann Thornburg

I had a pleasant experience with my appointment at the Center for Vein Restoration. The office staff were very professional and respectful. My appointment was handled within a reasonable required wait time and the doctor was punctual. The most important of all, the doctor at this facility ( Dr Soto) was very through and trustworthy. I did NOT feel like I was being pushed to have an ablation or a procedure done, just to charge the insurance and make money. Unfortunately another vascular practice in Fredericksburg seemed to push more to make numerous unnecessary appointments and even made recommendations for treatments I found excessive. They pressured me like used car sale people. This led me to seek a second and third opinion. This practice however was professional, answered my questions, and put me at ease. I can highly recommend them to whoever is looking for a knowledgeable and trustworthy vascular clinic.

First I would like to say that EVERYONE at this office is so kind! Dr. Soto does an amazing job and treats her patients respectfully. I ESPECIALLY want to give Kathie Boyd, who does the sclerotherapy, a mention. It is very rare that someone takes care of others the way Kathie took care of me. She communicates, is compassionate, and amazing at her job. I would joke that my legs looked like the walking dead with how many veins I had after my 2 recent pregnancy’s, but Kathie used precision and patience and now I feel so much more confident with my legs. I want to leave a HUGE thank you to everyone at the Fredericksburg location. I have never been to a more caring office than yours!

I was apprehensive about Vein Restoration, what it was exactly, the whole scary ordeal. From the moment I walked in, I became calm. Still had questions, but the receptionist eased my nerves. Rachel came out smiling, which further eased my anticipation. During the scan we talked, laughed, and shared our experiences. The time for me passed quickly. Then I saw Annabell. She asked me questions, measured my legs, then in came Dr. Soto. I was by this time immediately calm and she gave me hope and encouragement that everything oils be all right. This is a procedure, not surgery. No more stripping of theveins. This will be an outpatient ablation. My blood will flow better, I will be able to walk without fatigue, I can exercise again, I can still drive. The whole team was wonderful, right down to the lady who checked me out. Everything was explained so I could understand, and I asked questions. It was a GREAT experience.

It is with great pleasure that I recommend this office. As a care taker for my 88 year mother, I have had my share of doctors visits. Without a doubt, this practice stands above others in their personal attention and professional care of my mother. Dr. Sotos personal attention, the staffs cordial reception, the sonogram techs thorough exam, and Dr Shaws and attending nurses tentative examination, review and counsel were without par. A sign of a well run and professional practice, the entire staff worked in harmony, without delay to the patient and ensuring that not one detail was missed. We went from waiting area, to the sonogram room to the doctors office not feeling that we werehurried along but feeling that we were in the hands of highly capable professionals who took the time to listen and provide not just care, but the healing words that my mom needed to hear. Came out of the visit loving the experience and loving the people at this office. For all of the above, I highly recommend Dr. Soto and her staff for your care.

Dr. Theresa Soto is a great vein restoration doctor. The blood in my leg wasnt going in the right direction. My whole leg and foot was swelling up and hurting me really bad. After going to Dr. Soto for treatments and getting the right equipment she had ordered for me.I feel a 💯 percent better. Thank you Dr. Theresa Soto for caring and taking great care of me. I truly love the fact that they deleted my comment about how badly this Dr. treated me. Was so completely rude didn’t even see or treat me, he kept sucking his teeth and rolling his eyes at me. I even reported him to the board because I’ve never been so disrespected by a doctor before all because I needed to have pain management, and this Doctor just immediately changed his whole demeanor, and then began talking to me about what medication is I was on, kept cutting me off, kept interrupting, kept sucking his teeth after every “okay” he would say. I walked out of there CRYING.

My doctor suggested I see a vein specialist. This vein specialist called me the same day and setup and appointment. Before my appointment they sent me a text to fill out the paperwork, which I did. On the day of my appointment I got there, they checked me in, they called my name, got to the room, the lady told me what was going to go on and everything went smooth. When she was done, she told me I was going to be seen by the nurse then the doctor. The nurse came to me, went in the next room and she explained everything that was going to happen and it went so smooth. She answered all my questions and then the doctor came in. The doctor gave me the results of the test and I was on my way. I have to say this was the best doctor appointment/tests I have ever had. They were so professional and really cared about me. I would highly recommend this group to anyone. The doctor I saw was Dr. Soto.

Dr. Soto is the most caring and loving doctor, she not only treats you as a patient, but truly cares about you as a friend!!!! The staff is very friendly and professional as well. I always look forward to my visits.

I was very impressed with CVR from the moment I walked in until the appointment ended. They are very thorough in wanting to make correct diagnoses by, first, scanning the veins to tell which ones are affected. Dr. Sotos staff took their time with me and loaded me up with a lot of information. I was also given a folder with helpful information as to my diagnoses and the procedures Dr. Soto will be performing next month (Jan 2023). Dr. Soto also took her time to explain things. She ordered me 2 pair of compression stockings, ordered leg pumps that, when I asked, I will have to use for the rest of my life, and she gave me a months worth of a medication called Vasculera. Before I left, I was able to make follow-up appointments as well as appointments for the 2 procedures Dr. Soto will be performing. I didnt receive all this attention, orders for compression socks/stockings, or leg pumps as well as a lot of appointments to address everything at another vein place I went to. I definitely want to give CVR an A+ rating.

My wife booked this appointment after searching for a lymphedema specialist. She has a less common form of lymphedema affecting her face. When we arrived my wife explained this to the nurse.A few moments later the doctor came in (and by came in, we mean barely opened the door and stood there) and was very condescending towards wife who has already very self conscious and has been passed around to multiple doctors without receiving any help.I can understand that you only specialize in lymphedema of the legs, however that should be clearly indicated on your website. There was also no reason to treat us so rudely when we needed help.Perhaps consider adding For Legs to the name of your practice as the venolymphatic system runs throughout the body.

I am relatively new to the area and new to dealing with vein problems…so I wasn’t sure what to expect. First, the staff was incredible! Pleasant, kind, genuine…always a plus. The ultrasound scan was pretty easy, the technician was patient in answering my questions and the medical assistant was detailed in explaining everything to me. Dr Soto was also patient with my concerns and questions.Though my symptoms weren’t totally explained by their findings, they are going to correct one area (yay!!!) and I’ve been referred to a different specialist, for a scan higher in my groin area. Here’s to relief and future answers!

Dr. Soto and all staff were very nice, welcoming, and professional from walking in the door to leaving. I was being tested to rule out possible circulation or clot problem but also suffer with terrible low back pain. My ultrasound technician was Bridget. Bridget was so understanding, compassionate, and showed nothing but patience when I had to take numerous breaks during the testing and tried to make me as comfortable as possible. Bridget gets an A+ as an ultrasound technician and as a caring individual. I would definitely use Dr. Soto and staff should I need her services in the future.

Doctor Soto and the staff explained the procedure and made me feel comfortable at all times. I have not had any issues after the surgery and my next follow up visit will be in one year.

The staff was very friendly. What struck my husband and myself was that the doctor came out to greet me and then took me into a private area to discuss the reasons that I came to see her. She did a quick assessment, then stated to me what test needed to be done. I was then escorted back to the waiting room by the doctor.I saw the doctor again, to discuss a treatment plan based on the test results. I would recommend this Vein Restoration to anyone.

As much as I dread the treatments for my chronic issue, I must share that Dr. Soto along with her team have been nothing but comforting to me. Ashley and Kaitlyn who are the first people I see as I walk in the door have welcomed me with smiles everytime. They have been extremely accommodating and are determined to make my office visits a pleasant one. Due to some billing issues predisposed by my insurance, Kaitlyn has been diligent in resolving these and has been 100% successful. I look forward to seeing the same faces, Stephen and Tas and Kathy who are Dr. Sotos assistants. Ultra sound technician, equipment prep, the ever helpful stress ball providers, I feel they tolerate me because of my ridiculous fears of the injections, but regardless I put my faith in these guys and they keep me calm. Now, last but certainly not least Dr. Soto, is genuinely a kind human being. She knows my anxiety levels and talks me through the procedures. Shes honest and will not disappoint. Dr. Soto is confident in her work and I am assured that my life will be better because of it. Thanks so much for all that you do.

After making appointment, confirming insurance with call center member Daisy I was denied coverage after completing my appointment. No one felt the need to inform me before going thru screening process and nurse consult. Very unprofessional way to operate an office or business. I will NOT be recommending this business to anyone!

Dr. Soto did a wonderful job on my legs. I’m 37 and had painful varicose veins on both legs, so I decided to make an appointment with CVR and am so happy I did. The procedures weren’t painful, didn’t take long and recovery wasn’t bad at all. My awful varicose veins are completely gone and I don’t have the pain, swelling, burning, itching or stinging that I used to have with them. Definitely recommend Dr. Soto!!!

I had no idea what to expect when I came in but from the moment I got there until I left, I was well cared for and had answers to a problem I was dealing with. I got screening done and saw doctor. I wasnt very happy with what I was hearing. So I decided to get a second opinion. I called the medical record department and asked what is the fastest way to send my record to the new doctors office? The lady at the medical record department said that fastest way is to go to that clinic and sign the release form. So I went there on Thursday and sign the release form. The following Monday,I called medical recorddepartment and told the lady that I have an appointment with new doctor on Thursday, could you send my medical record right away? She said, I am sending it right now, they will get your record before your appointment. Dont worry. On Thursday when I got to the new doctors office, the doctor said he hasnt received my record from previous doctor. I was very upset that Center for Vein Restoration people didnt seem to care very much about people want to get a second opinion or there is no urgency to help with patient. Everybody has right to get a second or third opinion. It is your health and you are the only person should be in charge of your health.

Went in for obvious varicose veins and they told me everything was fine. No treatment options. Nothing. Just sent me away with a bill for nothing. In addition, they advertise free consultations but they charged my insurance and then billed me an additional 70 bucks. Apparently, there is a narrow range of vein services they can provide.

A very special thanks to your team of Specialist to include the concierge, intake staff, lab tech, nurse assistants and doctors. I have been suffering with lymphatic issues for over 20 years! It has been overwhelming but I finally did some research to get the answers I needed. I now have a device to help me with my lymphedema! Praise God! I truly adore this staff.

This people will charge you for breathe inside of their facilities,I was charged twice on one visit one for a ultrasound the doctor insists than I needed “that finally I was not in needed because was nothing wrong with me”and after for the doctor tells me the results of that ultrasound in the same day,definitely will not tells you that on your “free” consultation,I was charged almost $500 after what my insurance pay for nothing, I will NOT recommend anyone this “business” stay away from them if you want a crystal clear doctors appointment.

My father was treated here and the hospital (where he is at right now as I am typing this) has requested information yet 7 days later no information has been passed on.
