This is the worst medical office I’ve ever been in. Staff is very unhelpful and rude. Especially the front desk staff. I had my appointment at 850 walked in at 850 and waited for her to check in another pt by the time it was my turn it was 855 and they said they may no longer be able to see me for my appointment because it was passed my check in time. I also tried coming in last week for a urine sample drop off it was 450 the office closes at 5. They said they could no longer assist me because all the MA’s went home. I guess time restraints only matter when it’s most convenient for the office staff.

I rarely, if ever write reviews. If I could give this place a negative I would! My initial appointment was more than one year out. I have been rescheduled twice, before I have even stepped foot in the place! Each time I have been rescheduled it has been die to a nurse practitioner being sick and the next available appointment was 5months out, the second time they tried rescheduling me to another 3months out! Each time they call the very week of your appointment. Each time I take time off work to accommodate appointments that never happen. Womens healthcare is in the name of this establishment and I seriously doubt the level of care is taken seriously. Stay clear, the staff will simply read you with the repeated line of I do apologize. Stay clear!

The systems at the doctors office are very outdated. Its disappointing that in this century, they still cannot use an online system and can not resort to sending documents via email, which they struggle to manage efficiently. New patient registration is extremely difficult. I had to wait six months for this appointment, and now I am waiting an additional month because they failed to send the necessary documentation and information. My new appointment will be a phone consultation instead of an in-person, which is unfortunate. This is very disappointed.

This is one of the worst experiences I have had. I took off time from work for this appointment. My first time going to the gynecologist. I booked an appointment 2 months in advance. My appointment is for 3:20 I arrive at 2:55 25 minutes early with my all my paperwork filled out. The receptionist goes to the back then comes out and tells me they have to reschedule my appointment because I needed to be there by 2:50 and Marineh Ventresca is running late. If she wasn’t running late they would have taken me. Now I have to book another appointment and take more time off from work.

This place used to be good but now it’s awful, very poor management and can be a danger to women’s health. I never received a reminder for my first scheduled appointment, so I missed it. I then waited 4 months for a new appointment and the day before my new appointment, they called to cancel, stating they had no availability for another 4 months! I then asked for a different more basic appointment and was told to wait another 2 months with no option to be on a cancellation list. You can’t get preventative care here. The scheduler ended up suggesting I go to a free clinic sooner. If you care about your health, don’t go here.

Avoid this place! Very poor customer service. I arrived 12 minutes late. I had to drive in to Fresno for my appointment and I live 30 minutes away. They canceled my appointment. NO ONE was sitting in the waiting room, but I was told they had other patients scheduled. With office staff like this, who knows what the medical staff is like.. Plus, you never see the same PA. How can one feel you are being treated correctly and being heard when you never see the same person twice. This place is a joke.

Dr Mason himself is an amazing dr based off the 1 time I got to meet him. however the office staff is horrible...... I can never get someone to answer the phone. If i didnt live up in the foothills i feel it would be easier to walk into the office to make them answer what questions I may have or to make an appointment.

HORRIBLE! HORRIBLE! HORRIBLE!!! DONT waste your time . I waited 3 hours to get a Pap SMEAR !! She took 5 mins and left . , lack of medical knowledge, I was rescheduled 3xs this year . HORRIBLE !! If you care about your health look else where and find a caring doctor . I will never go back to this place.again. This place needs to be shut down

I never leave negative reviews. But this office is awful! They are extremely hard to get in touch with. Scheduled my annual exam a year out. Went to go in for my appointment and the front office tells me it’s been cancelled and someone tried to call me 4 and 1 day ago (no record of any phone calls from them in a year on my phone) asked them to check their call logs because my number was never called. All she kept saying was that this was the right number in the chart, but wouldn’t check call logs. then told me to reschedule it’s another 6 months out even with having extreme endometriosis pains. This is on top of bad experiences with NPs or Drs not calling back to go over test results, fill Rxs, etc. I’ve only gone there 1 year and had multiple bad experiences. Forcing me to not trust their office and go elsewhere.

This is the second time my appointment was rescheduled and the next appointment is far out I have been waiting since May to see someone about my problems but it had to be cancel due to being 5 minutes late from arrival time and my paperwork wasn’t filled out. I never even received my paperwork. And there’s not many recommended obgyn in the area so I’m stuck

The last two pap smear appointments Ive had, at the end of both the NP says Ill call you to review the results within a week of them being on MyChart, no matter if they are negative or positive. Well, in October, they were positive and I REALLY needed to have questions answered, but no one was calling me as promised. I followed up myself with the office and they said someone would call me back - well they scheduled it as a telehealth appointment and BILLED ME FOR IT! Which resulted in lost time three way calling both them and my insurance and forcing them to work it out on their own.Fast forward to this past May when I had another pap and was told again Ill call you to review the results within a week of them being on MyChart, no matter if they are negative or positive. Here it is a month later and I realized that I hadnt gotten a call. When I called today to inquire as to why I havent been called yet, they said your result was negative, so we didnt call but sent a letter, did you get it? and I said Im not sure, I was expecting a call so I wasnt looking for a letter. Im now waiting on the call back I was promised a month ago.Advice to patients: DONT GO HERE IF YOU CARE ABOUT YOUR HEALTH OR HAVE HEALTH ISSUES THAT YOU NEED TO GET RESOLVED, YOU ARE JUST A $$$$$ TO THEM.Advice to healthcare providers: CALL THE PATIENT IF YOU PROMISE THEM A CALL! ITS NOT THAT DIFFICULT TO EITHER CALL OR NOT PROMISE A CALL!!!!!!

This place was a waste of my time. I’ve had 3 appointments with them and now i can’t get in contact with them at all. I was supposed to get a hysterosalpingogram at a hospital but had to leave due to being misinformed by the doctor here. For my first appointment the doctor told me to get an ultrasound which had to be redone because the technicians reviewing it didn’t agree on what they had seen.

I made an appointment with this provider back in March and was scheduled for a May appointment. Since then, I was canceled/rescheduled three times. So much wasted time! Very disappointing for a place that was highly recommended.

Wont waste my time on a doctor who doesnt value my time. Rescheduled 2xs now before even my first visit due to scheduling errors. Cancelled my appt. and called my primary to redirect.

Terrible, after being put on hold multiple times I finally had to tell them I was at work and cannot keep holding they called me back to set an appointment qith a provider I did not want to see, when I told them I wanted a different provider they asked why and I let them know o was not comfortable with a male and would prefer a female they had to ask if I was allowed to switch to which the answer was no but I could talk to the NP because theyre female. I declined since I did not have a good experience with them before.

I don’t understand the negative reviews. I’ve come here for all three of my pregnancies which include two losses and every single time they get you in right away and are very informative. Dr Mason, his nurse practitioners, medical assistants, and the front office staff they all are great and very friendly. Highly recommend!

So far I love this clinic. Thorough and informative every step of the way. Just the way healthcare should be.

I never write reviews unless I feel like I have too and I honestly felt the need ! I went into this office expecting a long wait time. But honestly I was seen at a good time. the Nurse Rebecca was very helpful and understanding. I have always had issues and was never actually tested for anything a lot of doctors iv had in the past always just assumed my issues. Not Rebecca she is like dont worry we are going to take care of you and get down to the bottom of this. Literally made my whole week, to know that they care enough to do over and above to find out whats going on with me. I feel like a big weight has been lifted off my shoulder. Literally crying writing this review. all the staff including front and check out were amazing with me.

So I gave myself the weekend to calm down before making this review. I was a past patient to this office years ago and even had an IUD placed here, despite some issues, I liked my Dr. Life happens, insurance changes, and its been a few years since Ive been there. I was told Im a new patient again, no problem. My appointment time is 3:20pm. So I arrive at 3:05, 15 mins before my scheduled time, with my new patient paperwork completely filled out and am told I have to reschedule because I didnt show up at 2:50.... As a past patient I really wanted to give this office a 2nd chance its been years, maybe things have changed but this office gave me the same issue as I had in the past. THIER time is more important then your time. If they wanted me there at 2:50 they should have scheduled me at that time. I work in medical and I get its Friday and everyone just wants to go home, but its clear their policys arent for the patients its for the staffs convenience, what office denies a patient who is early with paperwork completed. I wanna be a patient to an office I feel cares for me. So I will never be returning to let them waste my time ever again. I hope this warning helps someone else as I wish I had read the more recent reviews who basically say the same thing.

Wasn’t allowed to see the first ultrasound with my wife. I left the house a couple minutes after she did but ended up hitting way more traffic. I couldn’t be with her due to policy. If she goes back no one is allowed in.

I read some of the comments left before me and was nervous to join my wife. We were coming in on late notice and emotionally warn out. Our NP, Brittney, was professional yet extremely personal and kind. She helped us understand what we were dealing with and gave us both words of encouragement and concrete steps to get better. I cannot encourage you more to give CVWHA a chance. We did not experience any of the issues I read about in the negative reviews in either of our visits. We will be recommending for sure.

The staff itself is kind enough but they have struggled with staying on the same page for our appointments and due dates. Throughout my girlfriends pregnancy our due date changed more then a hand full of times. Dr Mason told us one thing and the staff and nurses said another even though he told us every visit that he would update her file so this could be corrected….that never happened. Due to this our C-Section was rescheduled multiple times and we had to correct the staff on the due date multiple times as well citing what the Doctor had told us. We ended up delivering early without the C-Section on the day we were scheduled a OB appointment. We were unable to get a hold of staff to cancel our appointment so we left a voicemail. Only for them to call a few days later asking to reschedule and to change our C-Section date yet again and saying we must have called the wrong number because they never received the voicemail. For the follow up OB appointment after our baby was born the nurse was unaware that we ended up delivering the baby without a C-Section even after we spoke to staff to update them but the nurse proceeded to look for the C Section stitches which she obviously would never find. She was so surprised by this that she did not look at my girlfriends private parts even after a vaginal birth. The staff is nice and welcoming but they struggle to all be on the same page and when little detail get missed regarding health that can be a scary thing .

Somehow, my previous review has been removed. Not surprised. Dr. Mason is a huge fraud. Ridiculous man who failed to tell me of my sons birth defect after the anatomy scan. When I was very much surprised to learn of the defect 4 weeks later from Pam, she told me to google it and acted so uncomfortable as I understandably bawled my eyes out. Dr. Mason even forgot why I had to schedule the birth of my child at my 30 week appointment.He is really good at convincing you he cares, but he actually does not. This office has traumatized me and has permanently affected the trust I put in healthcare professionals.This office has never even so much as apologized for their HUGE mistake.

As of 05/17/2024 per out of office message at the business, this office is open M-Th 7:30am - 6:00pm and closed on Fridays and weekend. Their website does not list the hours (as far as I can see)

Had my first appointment this morning and had a great experience. I am a new patient and I was in and out, including paperwork, in less than an hour. I saw Gisele Thissen, FNP and she was amazing! Very kind and caring. Lori the MA was also great. She was friendly, quick and professional.The receptionist was incredibly friendly and gave me new paperwork since I forgot mine at home. She remembered me, despite a full waiting room, as I was leaving the appointment and said goodbye to me by name.Great experience, I will definitely be back next year!

This place is ridiculous. Turned away my daughter for her new patient appointment because she showed up early 10 minutes early rather than the 20 minutes they require-mind you her new patient paperwork was complete in hand! Last time I refer anyone to this place! Sometimes your policies, practice and lack of customer service and care for a patient make a good doctor look bad!

Extremely friendly and personable staff!! Everyone was welcoming, professional, and efficient. The office is extremely clean and clearly upgraded with the technology necessary to streamline many procedures deemed necessary by your physician which is a plus in my opinion. The only downside is if you have a large vehicle. Parking is limited to compact cars but there are no laws that say you cannot still park. If you have a compact vehicle, make sure to drive that one unless your a rebel like me! Lol ;0) I would highly recommend this doctor and office.

I’m so disappointed with the customer service here. My appointment time was at 11:20 and they told me I was suppose to be there at 10:50 and had to print out my own papers before coming. Not only did I have to pull my baby out of school but I had to wait 3 months for this appointment. I would never recommend this place to anyone else. Also I feel racially discriminated against by staff.

Dr. Mason is very professional and very pleasant. He has a great personality and makes me feel calm and relaxed. He is so easy to talk to and takes the time to answer my questions and he explains the procedure before he proceeds. Im a retired RN and I can say that Dr. Mason is one of the best OBGYN doctors I have met and I am so pleased he is my doctor.

I saw Kelli Nowak today and she was amazing. Answered all my questions and read my chart before coming in, a breath of fresh air from my last ob office. Looking forward to continuing my prenatal care with her and Dr Ikedilo!Edit to add another updated review: This office has been amazing to me! I had a few hiccups with my ob transfer of care, but with the help of Shiree and Office Manager, Ingrid, I was able to be accepted as a new patient and I couldn’t be happier! My experience with this office so far has been one of genuine care and great attention to detail. I’m excited to be their patient for my pregnancy! Thank you to Dr Ikeldio, Kelli Nowak, Ingrid Singh and Shiree for everything that they have done for me so far!

Called to schedule an appointment and made sure they accepted my health insurance. I waited 3 months for this appointment and they called me the morning before to let me know that they accepted one out of the two health insurances I had. They were cancelling my appointment although my first insurance covered the entire visit. The women on the phone was rude. Refused to let me talk to anyone else.

Do NOT go here if you want to receive timely medical care or want to see people who are invested in your medical health. I have been a patient for 2 years - thankfully, I haven’t needed anything major UNTIL this past July when I got an IUD replaced. They scheduled me a month past when I was supposed to have it removed, despite calling a month prior to the date needing to have it removed..citing they were “busy” okay. Fine. I wait a month for an appointment only to find out I’m not even seeing the doctor, but the nurse practitioner. Personally, I would have preferred to wait to see the doctor for a medical procedure such as this. But they didn’t give me that option. They place the IUD, & tell me to come back a week later..I go to schedule and the front desk receptionist tells me that they have no appointments that soon because again, they’re too “busy” okay? So she schedules me 3 days after the IUD for an ultrasound. I show up and the tech tells me she doesn’t know why the scheduled me because they normally don’t do until 2-3 weeks after the IUD is placed. Well, that would be because your office doesn’t seem to be in tune with that information. Flash forward a week after the ultrasound and no one calls me..despite the tech informing me it will only be till the following Monday to receive the results. I called them today (exactly one week after ultrasound) to find out the doctor has not even reviewed them and direct quote from reception: “the doctor is in today, I’ll leave a note on your account but can’t ensure when you’ll receive a call back” this is literally my health! I have a foreign object in my body that I’m waiting on confirmation from their doctors office is where it is supposed to be. They are not professional, not timely, and have made this entire experience way more stressful then it should be. They are rated 2.5 stars for a reason. Save your time, energy, and sanity by scheduling at the local planned parenthood instead - at least you’ll actually get an appointment within days..not weeks/months.

After my first appointment with Dr Ikedilo, I can confidently say that she is a respectful, knowledgeable & pleasant doctor. She also listens to the patient, so an interchange develops between doctor & patient. I highly recommend her to anyone who is looking for a gynecologist.

Dr. Ikedilo, Kelly (PA), and Dr. Ikedilos NP are all 5 star worthy. This review is for the office as a whole. I completed all of my OB care here because the VA does not have their own OB department and outsources into the community. As a healthcare professional, and an individual to whom kindness and respect are important, I was routinely disappointed by how rude many of the other staff members were. Professionalism is seriously lacking; well, that and basic kindness. There are a couple people who stood out for their kindness but that was rare. Its sad to attend appointments that are meant to be joyful for most and leave feeling disrespected and like they cant wait to get you in and out. I cant tell you how many times I received serious attitude from staff members who attempted to blame me when someone in the office didnt collect the right information or go about a process correctly. Their customer service and telephone etiquette could use polishing. I understand they may be the recipients of some unpleasant pregnant patients, but its not right to treat everyone like theyre at fault. I will say I stuck it out because I really like the providers.

Terrible, one receptionist has the worst tone of voice and speaks in a deeming and condescending way. They shove all these pre-screening options at you without telling you what exactly they are. Mis-wrote my screening lab order and ended with a huge bill that isn’t covered by insurance, and instead of helping they just told me to call the rep. They don’t remember you or read your file. They are not big fans of women wanting to do “natural” pregnancies, I had to explain my preferred choices every time I went in. I just went to my last appointment, Dr. running behind, past me off to someone else and then after sitting in the room for a while had to leave because I had another appointment. In fair disclosure, I’m not the best “patient” because I don’t just shut up and let them do whatever they want, I ask questions and decline many unnecessary “protocol”, which they probably don’t like. I tried switching offices and they took the max amount of time to fax paperwork and by the time the new doctor got my file they couldn’t take me. Not a pleasant experience.

Definitely will not be going back here. They never, ever answer their phone and it takes months if you need to reschedule an apt. They are very inconsiderate of your time and the staff is pretty rude. Went with them my whole pregnancy and they seemed so rushed to get me out of the office. They would stand up and leave as I still was asking them questions. Now I tried to call and cancel two appointments and they didn’t answer for a whole week. And now I have a bill in the mail for missing my appointments! Will never be going back to them!

If youre Asian, beware.. I was hoping to get transferred here due to good reviews about the doctors. But the medical assistants there are just terrible! The lady I spoke with, Lisa made me wait and told me theyre waiting on my medical records before I can be seen. I contacted my old place and they told me that they faxed my medical records already but CVWHA claimed that they didnt receive anything. This happened multiple times. Somehow theyre able to identify my husbands full name. I asked how did they know but Lisa refused to tell me. I kept having to called these two places to see whats going on. One day, I called CVWHA and the lady told me that they received my paperwork and waiting for doctor to look over them before they can schedule me an appointment. So the next day, I decided to call them again, medical record lady Mariam was giving me attitude and said she didnt receive anything. I started to get frustrated. So I went into my old doc and got a copy of my medical records and handed to CVWHA in person. Front desk lady said shell give it to Dr. Ikedilo to view it before I can be seen. I was waiting patiently for almost a week and decided to call and see how much longer is it going to take. I was then told by Lisa that they still need to forward my records to the other office located on Palm since thats where Dr. Ikedilo was. Wow, could have told me that when I came to drop off my medical records! Lisa told me shell call me back. After 5 minutes of waiting, she called and said that the doctor wont take me. I asked her why and she couldnt give me a clear answer. What a waste of my time! I could have meet other doctor who actually cares about my pregnancy. I have wasted my time calling and running around trying to get them my medical records. I’ve never experienced such racial discrimination! If youre Asian, dont even consider going there. Its not worth the emotional disturbance that youll experience. Youll want to complain about the service. Usually I dont take take my time to write reviews but this is way too much.

This place sucks my wife got referred her because her doctor retired and this place is ridiculous you have to arrive 30 minutes before your appointment and when you do you still have to wait after your appointment time because there not ready like why make her go in early then makes no sense and I also on get why are they in the kid business but they don’t want kids in the office they act like it’s so easy to get a babysitter or pay someone at that to babysit your kid I had to leave work early so many times so my wife can make her appointment because we have no one to watch our daughter it’s not like there going pay me for the rest of the hours I miss smh beware all those that go make sure this is your first kid because they don’t give rats butt that have other kids because you can’t bring them with you or after birth you can’t even bring your new born in either it’s sad idk how they are still in business

I had some issues/concerns with my treatment and the clinic in the past, but after bringing them up to the staff my concerns/questions were promptly addressed. My apprehensions were eased and I feel comfortable now to say I will be going into labor feeling confident about choosing CVWHA for my prenatal care. The one con was that during COVID the clinic doesnt allow husband/partners in the appointments, unless it’s an ultrasound, but I’m told that will change as soon as things ease up more for clinics/medical facilities. I do appreciate the prompt call back and attentiveness to my concerns, that goes a long way during pregnancy.

Horrible Experience. My Dr. referred me to Dr Mason for a biopsy. The staff did not call to schedule my appointment, they sent it in the mail which is okay. When I called to reschedule for a time that works for me everything seemed fine. When I showed up for my appointment the lady who had rescheduled me never entered in on their side so I was sent away. I rescheduled again which at this point was already 2 months from when I was originally scheduled, 2 hours before my new appointment I got a call that Dr. Mason got called in for another patient and they need to reschedule me again! On top of that they dont know when they will reschedule me yet.....they will let me know....NO THANK YOU!! As a patient I would like to know my health is a priority to my heath care provider...that is not the experience I have had here. Of course this is not to say Dr. Mason is not a good Dr....that I never got the opportunity to find out.

I had a great experience with this clinic durring my pregnancy and after delivery. Dr. Ikedilo and her NP are great listeners and are good with answering all questions and concerns. The other staff there were very nice as well and always helpfull. The waiting time is very short and even if it takes longer than expected, the staff will make sure you are aware of the possible waiting time.

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE. I was discharged from the ER with an ovarian cyst and PID. The ER told me to follow up with an obgyn. I called this place to make an appointment. The receptionist WAS HORRIBLE. She literally made me cry. I told her I wasn’t feeling well and I wanted to schedule and appointment. She told me to go to my primary care physician. Why would there be an obgyn if a primary care physician could do just as well? She didn’t want to schedule an appointment for me when I didn’t have my medical records in hand from the ER. How can a doctor refuse care when someone is sick? I am in pain, I’m nauseous, I’m dizzy, from my ovarian cyst and you don’t want to help me? Why be rude and sassy to me? Get a different job if you hate helping people so much. You’re in the wrong profession.

Dr. Mason is Amazing. There has never been a Doctor that has spent that much time explaining every detail to the exam, treatment etc. He is professional, kind, and absolutely brilliant. So happy that he is my Doctor!

Treated my wife terribly, you wait an hour and they only see you for 2 minutes and rush out of the room before you can ask questions. She had serious complications and the doctor ignored it and wrote in her notes that she was completely fine after bringing it up to her. Worst office we have ever been to by a big margin.

Do NOT go here. Had my baby last year and just found out from my primary physician i have been severely anemic since month 6 of pregnancy and CVWH failed to tell me. My birthing experience was equally as bad as my postpartum experience considering no one told me my daughter was flipped and i would have to have a c-section. Since i was anemic, i bled too much and was passed out when my daughter was born. Horrible experience and horrible care from this office. Go anywhere else.

Kind, gentle natured and a calming presence, I am pleased I finally found an OBGYN that makes me feel safe, listened to, but also calms my anxiety. I have had some very condescending doctors in the past but she is helpful while disarming.

Quick check in. Didnt wait too long to be seen. Dr Ikedilo is very patient, listens well and explains clearly being sure to answer all questions. Feels very patient centered. The office does seem busy, but seems to run efficiently.

Dr. Mason has earned my respect and trust. His staff is friendly and competent. He made me comfortable on my first visit. He made me laugh.

Dr. Ikedilo made my pregnancy and post-partum experience comforting and easy! I had many concerns and questions throughout my pregnancy and Dr always got back to me in a timely manner. She is friendly and her positive energy shows that she genuinely enjoys her line of work!

Dr Mason was extremely engaged and he made me feel welcome like he has known me as his patient forever! Excellent bedside manner, personality and a very caring man.

Most incompetent staff ever. Doctors don’t care about their patients. Takes forever to book an appointment, even for existing patients. Sometimes you’ll have to wait over a month to be seen. They clearly value profit over their patient’s health. They have way too many patients. Do not go here.

This is my second visit and I have waited for over 40 minutes each visit! I had to reach out to the labs for my own test results! My test result were available 2-days later but they never followed up until I did and I didn’t get my results until 2-weeks later! I would not recommend this place! I’m literally writing this review while I’m waiting! My appt was an hour ago!

Unfortunately, zero stars isnt possible.My primary doctor referred me here. I missed the initial phone call from them so I called back and was placed on hold for 15 minutes. I hung up because I work Monday-Friday and I cannot spend 15 minutes on hold. Not off to a good start. I called again late afternoon to schedule and was immediately placed on hold for at least 15 minutes. I hung up again because its obvious they are too busy for another patient. My primary is referring me to a different doctor. I cant afford to wait 30 minutes to schedule an appointment.

Dr. Ikedilo and the Sonographer, whose name I, regrettably, didnt write down, are the absolute best. I am thankful for finally finding an office where I know I wont be given a fix-all and shooed away. They are knowledgeable, caring, and, most importantly for me, thorough. I have peace of mind going to Dr. Ikedilo because I know Ill be taken care of and all my questions answered and she will put her expertise to work. Dr. Ikedilo is a needle in a haystack and I am so thankful to call her my Doctor. Thank you Dr. Ikedilo! Thank you Sonographer, maam! You ladies are awesome!

Dr. Adana Ikedilo made my pregnancy and post-partum so comforting and easy. Cant write enough about this awesome doctor. The best real human care that you cant get anywhere, She is very friendly and confident and was genuinely caring for me as patient. The staff are super nice and knowlegble in everyway; especially Lori !!!Amazing center, Amazing Service. Simply the Best.

She’s the best, I’m a FTM she makes if comfortable to ask the “silly “ questions about pregnancy. Any concerns I have she addresses and really puts my mind at ease and makes sure you and your baby are healthy and strong.

Gisele Thissen, the Nurse Practitioner, is so AWESOME! She is very professional, straight forward, sweet, funny, and reliable when it comes to information. She made me feel very comfortable as a new patient. I would recommend this office, their doctors, nurse practitioners, and overall staff!

Almost 20 minutes on hold, and then they cant even accommodate my needs. Switching OBGYN needless to say. I dont pay so much for health insurance to receive such mediocre customer service. Completely dissatisfied, only wish my rating could be ZERO stars.

Worst of the worst when dealing to fill out paper work thanks to them I lost my job for not having my paper work done. They really need to hire more people or a better person that fast enough to get all paperwork done. However, doctors are so friendly but because the issue of paper work I will be looking elsewhere

Ive had no problems, only helpfulness. They take all precautions when caring for me. Dr. Ikedilo and Rupi are very sweet, the ultrasound lady is witty, and the scheudling staff has been kind. (Cant say anything about other Doctors) My only concern is who will be around to deliver my baby at Christmas-time, and I wish the doctors delivered out of Saint Agnes (instead of just Clovis Communty).

Met my primary doctor who referred me to a gynecologist. My doctor told me when they find a gynecologist, that place will call me. It was this place that called me. The lady only asked me for a day that will work for me. I told her as soon as possible and she told me Jan 5th. I was given no specific time and the lady told me they will mail me a day and time. This phone call was made at the end of November. Weeks go by, a month go by. I cant call them bc I still dont have any mail and I have no idea what the place is called. Just two days ago, I received an AUTOMATED voice message telling me to come in at 2 pm on Jan 5th. Nothing else. I went in today, arrived at 155, and Im told Im late and will need to reschedule. The lady at the front, Teng Cha, had the nerve to tell me my appt time was actually at 150 and that I shouldve been there 30 mins before. Let me remind you, the voice message did not say anything about being there early nor did it say my appt time is 150. In the end, I was really upset. I tried to ask them to accomodate to my needs bc its been over a month since I waited. They told me I needed to reschedule regardless. I showed them the voice message I received. It was a failure on their workers part and the voice message (one of the workers had the audacity to say shes a patient there and the message she receives is not like that. Im sorry everything worked out for you, but thats not the voice message I got. I told them they need to change or make sure their voice message is correct). Worst customer service Ive ever received in my life. Ive never had to write a review. This is my first time. Im really upset I took time out of my day from work to come. Theyre basically telling me I need to take another day off to come in again. My day, my work hours, not theirs. I understand youre busy yourself. You have protocols to follow. But if you will do your job correctly, I will not be here. And please be more accomodating and considerate. Now I have to wait for another month thanks to your poor and inefficient customer work.You know its poor customer service when the lady who rescheduled me just sat there after handing me the papers. She did not reiterate the day and time or tell me the rescheduling is complete. She simply sat there and turned away. Please hire new receptionists or do something differently for the sake of your company and clients.I havent met the actual doctor. Im sure shell be great. Its just the staff and the customer service given.

I have tried to call them starting from 8:00 this morning (when they open). It is now almost 9:00 and I am still being sent directly to voicemail even though it says in the message to call monday through friday from 8-5. I have had this issue many times with this office, in addition to horrible customer service. They are rude to their patients, inconsiderate of their time, and inattentive even when you finally make contact. If you want a positive experience where you feel cared for and consistent service I do not recommend Women’s Health Center.

The staff isnt that friendly but the nurse practitioner is wonderful!! Theyre not very good about confirming appointments or telling you when an appointment is canceled. but the nurse practitioner is amazing and its very much worth the wait.

Aweful experience. Truly disappointing that I cant get any help here. It took over 2 months to get an initial appointment. Now its taking 3 months to get the results of my tests to make a treatment plan even though I am having severe intermittent pain, Im still waiting. They also want to charge me for my results on my tests that they have still not gone over with me.They dont care about my health as a woman or giving me tx options in a timely manor.

I had several terrible experiences here, but I kept giving them the benefit of the doubt for some reason. Most recently, I went to get checked for a UTI due to symptoms I was having. They told me I didn’t have one, and literally rushed me out of the office. They also told me they were going to give me a call a few days later with more conclusive results (never received that call.) so I go on like I don’t have a UTI. I was still having issues so I became concerned it was something more serious was going on. I went to a different (and WAAAAAAY better) doctor who tested me and guess what?! It was a UTI. So thanks a lot, CVWHA!!!! I just lived 6 weeks with a UTI thanks to you. This place is terrible. And the front desk staff is so rude. I could make this review even longer but I’ll stop here. PLEASE- don’t waste your time here!!!

The entire staff was very friendly and helpful. Dr. Ikedio listened to my reasons for coming in and took care of me. I am looking forward to my next appointment.

Dr. Bosch is the best! She is very supportive and takes her time listening to all of your concerns. She’s knowledgeable, confident and she really cares.

Hard to call and speak to someone. Your on hold for a long time. The person who handles Disability does not return any phone calls. Regardless if it is urgent or not she doesnt not return any calls.

Our insurer is a small company but contracts with a large PPO that has Dr. Mason listed as in network. But Masons office claimed he is out of network even though hes listed online as being in network. I asked the office staff to simply call our insurer to confirm this.The office staff refused ... wouldnt even make one simple phone call for a patient. Time to find a different doctors office.

The doctor understood and answered my questions with clarity, something many other doctors, all male, have been unable to do. I am relieved and happy about my appt.

Doctor Mason a sincere individual and him and his team are amazing. I would love to recommend his office to everyone who is needing a compassionate OBGYN office.

Awful Awful Awful. Wait times are ridiculous and the doctor sees you for 2 minutes then rushes out of the room before you can ask questions. Front desk staff are all terrible people who are incredibly rude. Definitely go anywhere but here.

I started seeing Dr. ikedilo and I would highly recommend. She’s very proactive, attentive, helpful and friendly! Also, the staff at this location have been helpful and always return calls and answer my questions.

I had a very similar experience the office staff was wonderful over the phone yet when I needed them to work with my schedule suddenly their attitudes changed. I was rescheduled three times and just decided to go with a new doctor.

Dr mason was kind. He explained what he was gonna do Before he. Tried to do it. I have to say. I am one of his patients they would recommend him to all my female friends

I had a new patient appt this morning and waited over an hour for the Nurse practitioner, I couldn’t get in to see Dr Bosch she was booked for months, anyway I felt the time spent waiting was in called for I also work forMyself and had to go see a client and left the room before seeing the NP checked in and then wait d in the room for 40 mins

It makes me sad that other people have had such poor experiences here! I’ve always had good experiences. I’ve seen multiple NPs under Dr. Ikadelo and I liked them all.

I love it here! Everyone is very helpful and Dr. Ikedilo is really nice and easy to talk to about my pregnancy concerns.

First time Ive been in this place, and I got a very, very rude nurse and the worst ever!!!Front desk was ok. The female doctor was great.

This place is amazing. Best NP who take time to answer all your questions and make you feel comfortable. Back office is also great, always answer my call quickly and apt easy to get in. So happy I have found this place.

I was seen by Dr. Bosch and nurse practicioner Lisa Lopez for my pregnancy and was extremely satisfied. They answered all of my questions and never failed to acknowledge my concerns.
