Staff was amazing. Both appointments. Waiting time was good too. Both i was there for 2-2.5hours. I had a crossword book to entertain myself. Went by fast for me. But overall, clean, respectful, and feeling safe too. Ill say it again, the staff was amazing ❤️ thank you for everything. Now time to heal lol

The wait time for this place is pretty much disrespectful. They tell you that you could be there all day and you absolutely are. The waiting room is always so filled to the max with other pregnant women who have also been there all day. It felt like a form of torture by the end. No cell phones allowed and you’re not allowed to be outside so you’re literally just sitting there praying your name gets called next but it doesn’t. My first appointment , the day of the ultra sound I was there almost 3 hours (30 minutes of that time was being seen, the other 2 1/2 hrs were sitting in the waiting room). The day of my procedure My appointment was scheduled for 1pm I was finally finished at 540, and only about 40 minutes of my time there was being seen by the RN or Doctor, the other 4 hours was sitting in the waiting room (this is no exaggeration). I did give 3 stars because the nurses were very kind and friendly. The Female doctor that performed my procedure was very kind, gentle, and seemed to really care about my feelings and level of comfort. Rather it was just a gentle hand on my knee as the nurse attempted to find a vein or just kindly talking me through each step of the procedure the Female doctor made it hard to continue being angry with the amount of time I had been there. Thank you so much for being there today :)

This place is incredible! The staff takes their time to explain things so you understand. They know exactly what they are doing. They make you feel comfortable and truly cared for. I am very picky about doctors too. But this place made everything a breeze. Truly had no problems. Highly recommend for whatever services you need!

I have been to planned parenthood and here and this was by far the worst one. If I knew that one of the employees at this place was as rude and nasty as I thought I would have waited a month and went to planned parenthood. I asked the doctor was I going to get low mild or knocked out before the procedure she was going to give me in my arm and she didn’t know what I was talking about. I remembered the procedure at planned parent hood and felt fine after 30 minutes but at this place I didn’t feel ok for for about 24 hours. I couldn’t remember the procedure at all. The lady that put the medicine in my vain didn’t even know if it was the vain that she was about to poke me with. I felt really uncomfortable. It’s already bad enough to go into a place like that but with rude employees and not knowing what’s really about to happen and knowing if there going to have to stick me multiple times was just a really bad experience for me. I would not recommend this place!

I called them in order to schedule an ultrasound to check the placement of my IUD and I hung up in tears. I was passed on the phone to somebody who was very rude and talked down to me like I was stupid. Im concerned about my IUD placement and just want to make sure it was in the right place without getting a pelvic exam unless it was absolutely necessary.I told her that I cant feel the strings on my IUD, and she told me that Im not supposed to feel the strings. I told her straight up that contradicts everything other doctors have told me, reading online, and friends with IUDs. She refused to acknowledge what I said. She just told me that since SHE never got a follow up exam for her IUDs then I should just go back to the doctor I had it inserted in. (Which defeats the purpose of my phone call, since my doctor does not have an Ultrasound machine)Ive never felt so disrespected of my own personal health and feelings. Im not one to write reviews all the time but this interaction has left me shaken to my core. All I want is to get the help that I need and that Im comfortable with, why does it have to be so hard? Im sure theres wonderful doctors and staff here that work hard and respect their patients, but I will not be going there if thats how some people want to talk to their patients.

So yes they were nice however I had the surgical procedure done and a week later I went in complaining of pain and they did an ultrasound stating that everything looked really good and nothing was wrong. Here I now am over a month later still having pain and testing positive seen my OBGYN and had to have blood tests and an ultrasound where they found I have retained pregnancy tissue with blood flow and now have to take the pill in hopes this will rid it and if it doesn’t could have to have surgery…again!!! The whole reason I had the surgical was so that I didn’t have to go through this and yet here I am. They tell you there is a chance of tissue being left over but this has never happened here and then for me to go back a week later and they do an ultrasound and tell me nothing about this tissue my OBGYN just found is ridiculous this should have been seen!! Now I’m having to relive a moment that was a difficult one. ThanksUpdate: ended up having to have surgery again to have this retained product removed and had to be started on an antibiotic prior to the surgery due to the retained product causing me to be ill.

HIGHLY HIGHLY RECOMMEND . They are very professional from the young women who answers the phone , to the lady who takes your blood , to the doctor . They make sure you understand everything before the procedure and the procedure is super quick. If you decide to go this route of pro choice this is the best place to go if in the area Ms Michelle was a blessing loved her also

Over all the place felt welcoming and comforting, had a nice staff until the Ultrasound Technician i felt was being condescending with me and told me I’m 18-19weeks meanwhile proir to this U/S, I’ve been told from two other women that I’m only 12 weeks. I don’t understand how i can be 12 weeks and literally just 4 days later get told I’m 18. Then when i wanted one of the women at the front desk who happen to be a nurse, to explain to my significant other what was told to me, i see behind the nurse through this glass picture frame, the ultrasound tech signaling the nurse telling her to get ME out there and kept waving her arms at the door!! And told my business to everyone and i then felt so uncomfortable and judged. Meanwhile i was not starting any kind of fuss!!! I was being polite due to me being really upset inside holding it in because i just drove almost 2 hrs to this place to get told that all of a sudden they won’t do my procedure and would have to drive to Orlando.

This center is horrible the way I was treated from their ultra sound tech. As I was getting my ultra sound done the tech was very rude to me. She announced my personal business to the entire staff when she found out how many weeks I was. Also one of the nurses Working in the office had their child in the office witch I think is very unnecessary. I felt like I had no privacy nor respect in my case. I will never go back to the center for any reasons even for a check up!! Also the ultra sound tech would not allow me to take a piece of paper that was copied because it had prices of different offices listed. The referred me all the way to Orlando and their ultra sound tech read my ultrasound wrong witch she said I was 21 weeks but really 23 I had the same ultra sound done the very next day! I wasnt highly disappointed and would never recommend any women to go to the womens health center of Gainesville!

I would like to take the time to thank this clinic for making me feel comfortable and safe throughout my visit, as well as afterwards. The ultrasound tech was my favorite part. She treated me as her own and took the best care of me. She eased my mind about the process and gave a contact number in case of emergencies. I could not have wished for a better experience. To tell the truth, I wish my own medical doctors took the same time and dedication that the doctors at All Womens Health Center of Gainesville did. Thank you to the employees that game me the support and confidence I needed to get through this difficult time.

I have used this center for my well woman care for over ten years and they are a group of kind, compassionate ladies. The facilities arent top of the line but that part matters less to me than the warmth and understanding they convey with each individual. They have confirmed all 4 of my pregnancies and never offered me services I didnt ask about. so much love to this. place.

I just wanted to point out how special was my experience with this facility. I brought a friend in for care and the staff and the doctor were great. They answered all questions. They were very very Patient and supportive..Everything went smoothly

Great staff, very friendly. Thank you all for giving me a choice. I will forever be grateful for their care while I was there. You guys deserve 10 stars. Great place to choose ladies, I highly recommend All Womens Health Center.

This is the only place I will ever come to for help. I always had a wonderful, comfortable experience. The staff is amazing and very concerned about the patient. All needs are met and handled with care and lots of support.

All I can say is that the staff care for you, you dont have to feel scared going into whatever you may have to, the people who work there are compassionate people, Im lucky to have experienced such a comforting place for such a scary situation I was in. Thank you for taking care of me.❤(And the animal crackers lol)

The nurse that did my sono was extremely kind & thoroughly answered all of my questions. This procedure was an extremely difficult thing for me to do but every person I came in contact with, from my initial phone call to helping me to my car, made me more comfortable.

I was very pleased with my procedure and the amazing and caring staff.I felt like my mother was inside each and every woman I came in contact with.I was so comfortable..

They are so amazing. Very helpful and kind. Answered all my questions and made sure I was well informed of all my options from birth control after to all the risks. Wonderful place despite the situation and wonderful people!!!

I got an SURGICAL ABORTION on Aug 30, 2016.. They said I was 7 weeks from the sonogram they took.. I left there bleeding and hurting. They had me start birth control pills... Went to get a pap from my primary doctor to find out I was still pregnant and was in fact 9 weeks... I call them and told them, at first they tried to deny my visit but I told them I have my sonogram and discharge papers from then, THEN THEY FOUND MY CHART... they said only way I get a refund was if I sign a document stating I wont follow up wit any claims against them... That emotional distress and physical pain for no reason... But my lawyer working on everything now...

The doctors service was great. The black lady helped me physically & emontionally a lot. She was so compasionate. She played a vital role in reducing my nervousness.

Everyone at the clinic was very nice to me. After they explained everything to me I wasnt as nervous as I was when I first got there.

Clean and respectful, the staff and the doctor were very understanding and accommodating.

I took a friend here and was very impressed with the staff and doctor!

The staff and employees made my experience very easy and enjoyable.

Nice and clean with a friendly supportive staff.

I just hope to never return.
