I am so thankful to have Dr. Stewart as my obgyn. If I knew this office was here with him in Gainesville as a doctor years ago, I would have switch quickly. It is so hard to find and have a doctor that cares, listens, and applies skillful knowledge and practicality to each client. If you are a woman reading this review in need of a doctor that will take care of you and hear your concerns, please switch to Doctor David Stewart. You will be glad you did. Humbly submitted. I had an amazing experience with Dr.Boucher. Went in for my paps , but still addressed some concerns and she took so much time to speak to me and address my questions and concerns. I didn’t feel rushed AT ALL. I could tell she really cares about her patients. The 4th year med student who was with her was also lovely. Overall had a great experience and would be back again.

Clean and safe environment with an amazing staff. Every encounter, from checking in to the actual procedure went smoothly and everyone is kind. The doctor did not make me feel rushed and took his time to explain any questions or concerns I had.

Horrible experience. My appt was at 12:30, I got there at 12:00 to do my new patient paperwork. Was told as soon as I walked up “oh, you’re early really early” I sat down and filled out my paperwork I finished at 12:17, and waited until she got off the phone to turn my paperwork in. 2 other patients checked in after me and after I turned in my paperwork. 1 of them got called back and I got called to grab my ID from the front. I waited and the other patient who also came in after me got called back. Then another patient who wasn’t even in the lobby got called back. She was already in a room and they stated loud enough her appt was at 1pm. Again mine was at 12:30. I waited until 1:06 when more people started showing up to finally just walk out. Told them to just cancel my appt for 12:30. And all I got as I walked out was “oh, sorry about that” don’t go here unless you have time to waste. Also don’t show up early, cause they’ll take later appointments first. Completely wasted my time. And an appointment I really needed.

After waiting for a month to attend my scheduled appointment, I received a phone call the morning of, that it was being canceled due to ‘scheduling errors’. Even after confirming my attendance via text messaging the night before. I was told the next available appointment would be a month later to see anyone. If you are in need of care, do not visit this place. The staff is rude, incompetent, and a waste of time.

Its Been over a year since I was here , But yet this facility deservers nothing, Although they claim there a teaching hospital they are Horrible !Am going to cut straight to the chase please DO NOT BELIEVE THEM WHEN THEY RESPOND IN COMMENTS THAT THEY ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR HOSPITAL STAF ITS PUBLIC RECORD THEY ARE LEASED ON THE THIRD FLOOR FOR OB & DELIVERY BEST BELIEVE THEY ARE RESPONSIBLE AND ON PAYROLL FOR EACH AND EVERY STAFF ON THE THIRD FLOOR !I was there back in October on a scheduled c-section the OR was the most unsterilized place Ive ever been doctors walking in and out with out gloves nurses touching you with out gloves students butchering you like if there was no tomorrow My son had to be taken to another hospital because they yes the owners of the 3 floors women group of north florida did not have adécuate Equipment for a new born baby ! Please stay away from this place there are more places that will take any insurance and actually care !The doctor didn’t even care to see me after my c section not once ever though they were the reason My baby had a problem they delayed my c section almost 4 hours !!!!!Dont dismiss my review by saying the hospital will appreciate your feedback because I know and so do You that the Third Floor OB & DELIVERY IS UNDER CONTRACT LEASED TO WOMENS GROUP OF NORTH FLORID LLC !

I went there today for my first appointment and there will not be a next time. Dr Erich was extremely impersonal and acted like he had no time for me. At the end there was not a lick of everything looks fine, do you have any questions or concerns. Just a you’ll get your result in 7-10 days, bye. The nurse and staff were friendly, the building inside is falling apart

First time in this practice since I recently relocated to the area so I was hesitant a bit. Due to an ER follow-up, I had to make an appointment with this new practice. The lady who took my vitals was great and my overall takeaway was the professionalism of the provider who saw me that day Victoria Barnes, MD. She was a breath of fresh air, was able to answer all my questions, and was just very attentive and easy to have a conversation with. She takes the 5 stars and the 10/10 for her amazing care. Finally, my only negative is getting them on the phone sometimes it was a headache to reach them to make an appointment for my follow up and the parking situation was inconvenient other than that. Dr. Victoria Barnes gets all the praise! Thank you again for the amazing visit and care.

I drove an hour to this hospital for every appointment because I didn’t like any of the hospitals in my area. I have 0 regrets about that decision, every time I’m in the area I am filled with fond memories of my whole experience being pregnant and delivering for the first time. I loved that it was mostly women that worked here, my reservation with the two hospitals closest to me is that the main doctor was male. Almost everyone I interacted with during each appointment was friendly, supportive, and professional. The only person I had a slightly negative experience with was a phlebotomist that got frustrated with my veins lol. When I went into labor and delivery, every nurse asked me if I needed anything EVERY time they entered the room. The delivery room and the room they put me in after delivering were really nice, they resembled a moderate hotel. The only real negative remark that I have is that I asked to not be administered anything aside from pitocin and the epidural, but when another nurse came in for her shift, that got lost in translation and they put some kind of painkiller in my IV when they had to adjust my epidural. Aside from that, everything was great, and I’d highly recommend women’s group north FL to anyone in search of an OB

Went in for an iud removal that I assumed would turn out to be surgery since Ive had 4 consults in the past that havent been able to remove it, but a couple minutes in they were able to remove it without any issues!

Very frustrating to get someone to answer your calls. High call volume and no availability for such a large practice. I’ve been a patient for over 2 years and this is how we get treated. Doctor are great but office staff is unprofessional

I was referred to womens group of North Florida by my regular Dr due to an issue with my cervix. It was a stat referral and Dr. Stewart was the only Dr that was availableI was scared to go in but I did anyway cause I need to know whats goin on (polyp)He explained to my fiance and I what he was going to do so I got ready and he starts to retrieve the polyp and I hurt so much I was crying and practically screaming it hurt so badHe stopped and apologized so much and says that he can retrieve it another way so we all were in agreement with doing it surgicallyHe has a caring heart, beside manner is awesome, takes his time to explain whats goin on and what the next steps areI will keep goin back to himThank you so much Dr. Stewart for being the Dr you are

If I could give you advice, just go somewhere else unless you’re stuck like me because of insurance.. just be aware went for testing, never got tested they forgot.. go back for my testing and they said they didn’t schedule it and had me scheduled for something unrelated to my issues. 4 months shyer waiting to get in, I drive another HOUR + Drive and was told again the appointment wasn’t scheduled correctly…. After speaking with the office manager to make sure this didn’t happen again…. lol hopeless staff. Office is nasty and rude too. The doctors didn’t even give my results to my requested STI/STD testing and told me they weren’t back after a month.. called again 2 weeks later and they told me they didn’t even send it for screening. The only reason they get a 2 star is because of my last visit. The two doctors I saw Karen Harris and Magidenk were the best staff I’ve ever encountered in the entire office and went above and beyond to finally make my appointment happen. After breaking down and crying feeling hopeless as I’ve been trying to fight with this office for nearly a year in total. Thank you to them and them onlyyyyy

Extremely hard to get ahold of anyone. When they do answer you get transferred to someone else who isn’t even there. The availability for making an appointment is difficult and extremely frustrating.

Fiancé is two weeks overdue. Was scheduled for an induction 3 days ago, keep getting the run around, can’t get ahold of the midwife for 3 days. Staff is extremely rude. I would steer clear. This is a headache.

The ultrasound lady(I forgot her name, sorry!) Was super exciting and fun which lade me feel at ease. The nurse Pam treated me very well and kept me calm during the blood draw and Delaney was kind and caring and informative. Everything went super well and for everything I was there for we got out in an exceptionally great time frame!

I’ve taken the time and considered leaving this review and I’m gonna go straight to the point. I came here to see my second pregnancy the residents on site as long with the doctor are very unprofessional and very rude except one or two given the nature of the practice is not normal to be on a strict schedule and they will have you only for 30 minutes regardless if you have questions or you have any concerns that you want to have an explicit conversation about Decor strictly by a schedule, the day of my scheduled C-section came and I was scheduled to go into the OR at 2 o’clock in the afternoon and they ended up putting me in the OR around 4 PM which I think they gave me some complications that I had to deal with the OR I will not go into details as it’s a very personal matter there was one doctor in the OR along with a few on residence operating on me and they butchered mean like if I was some type of animal my C-section scar is a horrible and disgusting I was sedated and I could feel them pulling so hard and pressing so hard on my belly like if I was some sort of animal, and the hospital is the most disgusting unsterilized place that you could ever be in. doctors were walking in and out the or without gloves touching everything without gloves touching me without gloves that’s like a third world police hospital in the third floor which is the maternity wing. They’re not up-to-date with technology as though how are you with hand written response nurses will examine you without gloves please if you care for the health of your own, and for the health of your unborn child, do not come to this place this place is horrible

My appointment with Dr. karen harris got no where . my voice wasn’t heard and i left unsatisfied and untreated. My health concerns were completely ignored. They would rather perform unnecessary test rather than listen to the patient. I am not confident that my pregnancy would be treated in the manner that it should and will be looking for another doctor. The receptionist and other staff was pleasant though and they even allowed me to vent to them about my concerns.

I love Dr. Stewarts office and staff. Dr. Stewart has been my doctor for all of my pregnancies and i love that he is straight forward and doesnt sugar coat but with a wonderful bedside manner. His staff is always welcoming and informed and do their best to help you with your needs. Rhonda and Lisa are absolutely great and i wouldnt want any other team by my side through pregnancy.

Have been a patient of Dr. David Stewart for over 25 years. Had my second child under his care. Professional, honest care the whole time. Very pleased with his staff and office as a whole.

I would not recommend this hospital to anyone the doctors and nurses in postpartum on every shift have different opinions and are very rude they are only going by the book and not by the baby this hospital sucks we will not be coming back! The neonatal nurse was the worst and I will be seeking legal advice from my lawyer about this nurse!!!!! She had my wife so upset. She almost went into a panic attack. The only reason I am leaving one star is because the doctors and nurses in labor and delivery were awesome.

The only reason I’m giving it one star is because the nurse was amazing and was the only one who helped me survive this horrendous visit. The resident and doctor (Dr. Stewart), however, were very unprofessional and lacked empathy. Did not even seem prepared or address my needs/concerns. Didn’t even communicate what they were doing throughout the procedure unless I asked them, which I feel is essential for any exam, especially one this “personal”. He also communicated to the resident on procedures throughout the entire examination and acted like I was not there throughout most of it. I might as well been a dummy being used in a med school lab. Worst experience that I’ve ever had in a doctor’s office. The front office employee also relayed the wrong information to me prior to my appointment, which was very important information for this particular appointment and I emphasized that with her on the phone prior to the appointment. Needless to say, I will be contacting my PCP for a referral elsewhere.

I cant say enough about how I love the doctors and residents at this practice! I feel like they really listen to my concerns and take the extra time to make sure I fully understand what weve talked about. The nurses were especially great at making me feel comfortable and at ease. The only downside is the appointment wait times, which I totally get because Im seeing both a resident and a faculty member. But I guess Im getting to see two doctors for the price of one so Im not complaining :) Overall wonderful people and a practice that I recommend to all of my friends!

I mostly se Marlene and she is great! I have recently had to visit with Dr. Cotter and, even though I’m not a fan of doctors or seeing a new one, he was great too. I really like how thorough and down to earth the staff is. I arrive on time for my appointments and have never had to wait to be seen past my scheduled time. They are definitely efficient with their time without sacrificing the quality of care or information you receive.

Dr.Ayoung wasn’t good to me. She didn’t care about why I was there, talk to me about what’s going on. Showed little to nun of worry. She was in a rush to get in and get out. As I was talking with her she was walking out the room. I had a lot of questions for her because of what’s going on and only got to ask one question and was not even answered. The nurses were very very helpful just not Ayoung. I called back the next day to ask the nurse more questions.Wish she had more care for her patientsOffice in lake city.Gainesville I have little to no complaints. They have always been good. Been seeing them for 4 years and delivered 2 babies and they have always been amazing. But I moved and my favorite nurse moved so I decided to try lake city out.

Absolutely horrible people. I drive over an hour to go here because I live in a rural area and they’re one of the few who takes my insurance. They’re on the very top floor of the hospital and you have to park in the garage, then you take an elevator to the top floor. Well today the elevators were shut down, and I had to walk really far down another hallway to find another elevator, then when I got off the elevator I went down the wrong way of the floor because it was all backwards. Because of this, I was only 10 minutes late and told that I need yo reschedule my appointment. It’s not my fault that the elevators were shut down, so because of that you can’t give a TEN MINUTE grace period? How completely horrible and uncaring of them. I have been suffering for 2 years and was hoping to get some answers and help but instead I need to start all over again and find a new OBGYN. Save yourself from here anyways. I’ve seen a few of their “doctors in training” and all of them have said completely different things and none of them seem to be confident in what they say. If you want REAL care, find someone more experienced. They are completely unprofessional. Absolutely disgusting to turn someone away for 10 minutes that wasn’t even my fault. Compassion and understanding are definitely lacking here and that’s something you would want your doctor to have. They don’t have it. Shameful.

Everyone Ive came into contact with at this office is extremely compassionate. I am extremely satisfied with the whole team. Dr Thomas made us feel our concerns were addressed and taken seriously. Jennifer the triage nurse has helped me on numerous occasions over the phone, always putting all of worries at ease and handling every call like I was a VIP. Being pregnant and hormonal and high risk can be very scary, but they make you feel like you are their top priority. I wish I could remember my ultrasound techs name, because she deserves a big shout out too!!! I highly recommend this office!

I’ve been trying to schedule with them since the beginning of the year, they have VERY LIMITED appointments for new patients. For example, I called in Jan 2023 and the only times they had openings for new patient appointments was in April at a time I couldn’t go bc of work responsibilities. The only thing they offered is that I “keep calling back daily to see if anyone canceled” … I called back a few times In February and March and got the same responses. Called back today and they were booked out until August for new patient appointments. It seems like they dont have enough time set or interest for new patients. Will look for a different gynecologist now.

Impossible to make an appointment in this place. I have called twice they transferred me to someone else and the call drops, you call back and no one answers.

Extremely impressed and satisfied with the care I received from Dr Thomas and his staff. I have never felt like a doctor listened to me as much as Dr Thomas did. He made me feel safe and comfortable and understood. The only complaint I have is the difficulty of parking and finding which entrance of the hospital to use. Make sure you get there at least 30 minutes early to park and make it inside.

I was seen by Dr. wykoff at this office on more than one occasion and he even did surgery where he removed endometriosis. I went back in not even a year later in excruciating pain where he then gaslit me and told me he wouldn’t do surgery again and that there’s no way it grew back after he did surgery on me. Try to just throw more medications at me. Not even a month later I was seen by a different Dr somewhere else one who LISTENED to me. Where he then scheduled me for surgery not even a week later. In surgery I was on the verge of stage 3 endometriosis and had a cyst the size of a large orange removed off of my right ovary, which was pinned down causing excruciating pain. Dr. Wykoff let his ego get in the way of my proper care, and his surgical skills obviously did me no good to have to need surgery barely 10 months after he did so.

The only reason this rating is a one star is because the nurses and front office staff are amazing and friendly. The last two visits I have had at this office have been horrible. The new doctors that are at this practice now don’t seem to care about you as a patient. I have been going to this office since 2015 and they were all great back then. The staff and providers. BUT these last two visits I have seen 2 different providers and they both were horrible and made me feel rushed. This last visit with Dr. Stewart was the worst. He came walking in for my visit and opens the door to call a nurse in while I’m only covered up by a napkin on the table. At this exact moment is when he feels the need to ask me why I am there, with the door open for whoever wants to be included on my visit apparently. Then as I’m getting setup for my gyn procedure, all exposed, he takes a phone call. After my procedure is done he starts walking out, opens the door and asks me “are there any questions?” Once again with the door open! I felt completely disrespected and not cared for at all. I had a lot more questions to ask, but had no time or privacy to even ask them. I will be looking for another practice for my health care needs.

As far as Dr Boucher goes, she’s amazing. She listens and actually takes into consideration everything you tell her. I have had such a wonderful experience with her and her nurses.As for the people who are supposed to fill you in on the fine details that the doc doesn’t have time for. I took off a star. I wasn’t aware that my pre-op appointment would take multiple hour and was uniformed of all of the specific details. No one told us that North Florida was a pay up front hospital, so essentially there was major sticker shock.Overall the experience has been great and I will see Doctor Boucher forever.

I was very nervous when I first arrived. The staff and Dr Cotter made me feel comfortable and relaxed. I never felt a thing. He had explained the process to me at my first appointment. As a woman we all get nervous going to an Ob/Gyn. I would highly recommend Dr Cotter to anyone looking for a good doctor. Ill be going only to him for womanly needs.

Dr Boucher is amazing throughout my entire pregnancy she was there.. She made sure i was Okay and let along after i delivered she checked to make sure if I needed Anything for myself and/or the baby she would help any way possible. It felt like like family..Her nurses and staff was amazing as well..

An incredible patient experience! I was in so much pain and got turned away from several other “women-centered” offices. Completely shut down. But when Ms. Tara answered the phone she actually cared-she listened and found a way to get me seen by the right doctor, and Dr. Cotter was exactly the same. Took the time to listen and talk through all my issues and get to the problem together. He was kind and patient-the entire staff was not only excellent at their jobs, but caring and kind. Very appreciative.

Dr Thomas is quite literally the best ob I’ve ever had. His bed side manners are impeccable and his team of staff are so friendly and kind they make sure you feel comfortable. You really have to be a special person to be able to make women feel safe and secure and this man and his team did just that. I can not praise them more highly.

Dr. Stewart is amazing! He has delivered two of my children so far, soon to be a third. He is always so professional and proactive with his care. I highly recommend him and his staff! Rhonda and Lisa are amazing as well, they work together to make the best team!

Only saw MD Boucher for my one week postpartum followup. She was excellent and very patient. She ensured that all of my questions were answered, addresses my lactation concerns and spoke on birth control options. At my 6 week appointment I plan to get an IUD and she eased my fears about it. I am really looking forward to it. Very professional and sweet OB.MD Foda was my primary abd he was always punctual, reassuring and patient. I never had to wait at the office. They always brought me right back to pee in a cup and placed me in room. He always answered my questions through the patient portal quickly as well.MD Montalvo I saw a few times and she too was extremely professional and thorough. A lab value was overlooked and she personally called me over the weekend to give me further instruction.Lastly, MD Thomas was very knowledgeable and punctual as well.Overall, you cannot go wrong if you choose any of the providers. The office provides excellent care and I have given birth to two surrogate children under the care of this group. Even though I recently completed my 4th and last pregnancy I wouldnt recommend any other OB in town. Short wait time, caring staff and amazing providers. Tell your family and friends about them! They are the best!

Dr. Cotter was extremely attentive and took the time to listen and ask questions. I am a 51 year old gyn patient. He seemed concerned and immediately addressed my issue. Gentle and kind, down to earth! Staff is amazing! Marlene is also amazing! She has been my daughters midwife for 10 years!

The staff were cold and unfriendly. None of the women at the desk made eye contact with me. They ignored me while I stood at the desk awaiting assistance. They were talking together about non-work topics. I waited well past my appointment time before seeing the Dr. The Dr never introduced himself. My interaction with the Dr was 10 min or less, but I was there for 1 hr and 15 min. The building entrance was poorly lit and unwelcoming.

Dr. Cotter was very nice and informative. It has been many years since I had seen a male gynecologist and was not sure about it, but Dr Cotter made me feel very comfortable and he understood my hormone issues and gave me several options of treatment. I would recommend him!

They’re great! I moved here around my 20th week of pregnancy and I was well taken care of. I am a high risk pregnancy so I was nervous with obviously not knowing the area. Jennifer is the nurse there and she is super attentive and a quick responder. I really love it here!

Doctor Foda is absolutely AMAZING!!! He is so caring and actually takes the time to sit down and listen to what you have to say. He genuinely cares about all of his patients, and I have felt that way about him since he delivered my oldest little boy 7 years ago. He always goes above and beyond and I would highly recommend him to a friend or family member.

Dr Cotter and all the staff are wonderful!! Dr Boucher is AMAZING!! Dr Montalvo is GREAT!! Dr Stewart is AWESOME!! Dr Foda was GREAT!! We LOVE Dr Mercado!! The nurses are AWESOME!! Miss Lisa, (sonogram tech) is THE BEST!! The front desk people are AWESOME!! If Ive left anyone out, we LOVE YOU AS WELL!! youre AMAZING!! Great place great Drs.

Dr. Cotter @ Gainesville OBGYN is an awesome doctor! He is amazing! I’m so grateful I found him when I had a miscarriage and I’ve continued to see him. He is warm, welcoming, understanding, helpful, and sympathetic. He listens, explains things well, and finds out what is wrong or what you need. I would not recommend any other doctor or leave him for my care!

Dr. Cotter was fantastic. He made me feel at ease and was generally caring about my condition. He is knowledgeable and took time to talk to me and never made me feel like he was in a hurry. I appreciate his bedside manner and feel like I found someone I can trust to handle my care from now on.

Dr. Boucher was absolutely amazing. The doctors and anesthesiologist were sooo attentive. During my recovery, every single Nurse was friendly. I was very nervous about my procedure and they made it very pleasant.

Dr. Stewart is responsible for saving my son and giving me more time with my daughter. He went above and beyond. I started contracting at 4 months along. My old doctor refused to try any treatments because it was so early. It was such a blessing I met him at the hospital. He asked if I wanted to try to save him. He gave me medications to try to stop contracting and put me on strict bedrest. My son came at 36 weeks bc he had tried everything we could.With my daughter, at 12 weeks along we found out she had Turners Syndrome. She had a 1% chance of survival. He sent me to specialist after specialist. They told me to abort after every weeks measurement of the amount of fluid. I do not believe in abortion. I came back to Dr. Stewart. He told me to just go to him every week and we will just look for a heartbeat. No disheartening appointments, week after week. He even went as far as praying with me, as we have the same faith. I did lose her at 22 weeks but his support meant the world. I cannot say how much he truly cares about his patients. He is truly doing what God made him for.

Dr. Boucher is very professional but also makes you feel very comfortable. She takes time to listen to your problems and concerns and makes sure you feel like you are being heard and she makes sure to answer all your questions. She does not make you feel rushed and her office staff is also friendly and welcoming. Would definitely recommend her.

Dr Stewart and his team are amazing. His nurse Rhonda is very detail oriented and remembers you by name she has held my hand through many procedures and sat with me in my time of loss.The main thing that sets them apart is that you always see your provider at other clinics in the area you see a different Dr. at every visit which isn’t ideal for those who are pregnant or have chronic issues.you won’t experience the trouble of calling for an appointment simply to be told there’s no availability for months which also is a major plus and they’re open during the lunch hour which is a major plus for those who work.From the moment you walk in the door your treated like a guest the office is very clean and all covid protocols are followed. What’s even better they’re located in the hospital near the labor until which is a plus for those who are pregnant(that’s not me thank God) lolThey also have several providers in clinic so if you’d prefer a female you can have that as well. There’s no need to schedule an appointment for ultrasounds or worry about leaving the office to have labs or imaging done they do it all right there in i office who can ask for a better deal?In closing there so many other great things that I didn’t have space to mention hereJust give them a call you won’t be sorry you did

Dr Boucher is a wonderful doctor! She takes the time to listen to you and explains things thoroughly. She was very supportive of my birth plan and continues with excellent care even postpartum. She listens to you and really allows you to make the educated decision.

Ms. Karen Harris was awesome & she didn’t make me feel uncomfortable at all. She answered all my questions & listened to all my concerns. She was friendly & very professional ❤️. However when I arrived to my appointment the lady that was working the front desk didn’t acknowledge me at all, she didn’t even look my way nor did she speak. I signed in then I went to have a seat until I was called in the back for my appointment.

Worst service imaginable. Incompetent receptionist staff. Admitted to forgetting to schedule ultrasound for scheduled ultrasound appointment - showed up to be told ultrasound tech was unavailable for what was strictly an ultrasound appointment, so, 45 minute drive was for nothing. Pelvic exam was mentioned but never performed by 7 month mark - no pap smear, no nothing. Was told all debts for lab work was settled to be billed a month later by Lab Corp and for a cost never discussed. After severing ties due to having lost all confidence in the establishment, they refuse to answer calls. Tried twice a day during business hours multiple days, left messages - nothing. Finally called over and over and over and over again until they decided to answer and transfer me to a machine. Expecting more of the same. Theyre holding on to money prepaid under our account. Not even worried about it, just want to not have to deal with them again. But hey, thats the Womens Group of North Florida, I guess?

Doctor Rivera-Montalvo communicated extremely well with my wife from first visit to surgery.. Possible complications, anesthesia , The office staff has been fantastic from the Technicians to the personnel scheduling the surgery. Hospital nurses were very kind and caring. My wife was very satisfied with Doctor Riveras honesty regarding her pain and condition. Would i recommend Dr, Rivera-Montalvo? Absolutely, we already have. The score from us is a 10.

First time at the Womens Group of North Florida. The front desk staff were very professional and helpful to answer questions. Dr. Stewart was very direct, professional and answered my questions and concerns. He took the time to explain options and bedside manner of care was professional.

Dr Michael Cotter is ahhhmmazing! Very professional & witty at the same time to make you feel comfortable! I feel very safe with Dr Cotter as well. I have been seeing him since year of 2000! You wont be dissapointed if you choose Dr Cotter! Thank you for always taking good care of me Doc! ❤️

Dr. Cotter is the absolute best!! Almost like family!! He’s stern but patient and kind and he makes sure he covers everything before you leave out of the exam room!! The whole entire office is awesome

Nurses are rude to the fathers; doctors don’t care for the fathers opinions. Yes it’s a women center but doesn’t mean once a child is born that a father has no say.1.Dr.Hatfield didn’t even check up on us when we had to have an emergency surgery. And that was our doctor, we were tugged around by like four different doctors and our nurses “had” to be constantly changed. They mis medicated my partner by saying they gave her an Oxymoron but it was a Percocet.2. When we came in to get checked for an emergency, the nurse had came out and asked (me the dad) if I was with some random person and wheeled to the back. They thought it was my partner who was clearly bleeding and wasn’t in a wheelchair. We had to wait 30mins to be checked, if they had waited any longer we would’ve lost our baby. This is unacceptable for a place that is constantly “under construction” if you got money to build. Then you got money to pay people who actually care.-100/10I would not bring your partner here to have a baby or have your child come here.

I had a doctors appointment 2 weeks ago, both the doctor & nurse who helped me were very Magnificent!! Welp I just found out I’m pregnant 1 week ago & have been trying to schedule another appointment, told I would receive a call back in 48-72 hours. Now today it’s been a week still NO call back! So I call again & i’m told I’ll be transferred & was sent to voicemail. I don’t know if I should continue trying.

I have a nexplanon imbedded in my muscle (not their fault). I’ve seen doctors here for months trying to get it out, each one telling me the same thing about needing general surgery to remove it. But before they send me to someone for surgery, they try to get out it out themselves and failed. I then wait for a call from the place who is suppose to have my referral but never got it. I called the number I was given by North Fl to check on my referral and that’s when the guy on the other end tells me they don’t do that surgery here??? Instead of trying to find someone else to take my referral, they try to get me to have another appointment with a different doctor to feel my arm when I live far away and thought I already had a referral for surgery; afterall they already dug in my arm unsuccessfully. Now I’m waiting to see if another place will take my referral.

Dr. Boucher and her team including sonographer Lisa Bryant, the resident, nurse and receptionists all advocated for me and worked to get me the urgent attention I needed. I am deeply thankful to have found a team I trust. I wish I could name everyone who worked with me during my appointment— they all have earned my deep gratitude.

Jane Houston is the best! She takes times to listen and makes you feel important. Her values are evident and she is always willing to make time for her patients.

Lake City OBGYN is a true blessing to me. I love the professionalism, kindness and compassion that is given to their patients. Dr. Foda is amazing as well as all of the nurses! I felt very cared for and comfortable with each and every one of them! 10 stars!

Dr. Maritza Rivera Montalvo is excellent. She answers all of my questions. The front desk staff are friendly, helpful and always welcome me warmly. It is easy to make appointments and access their online portal.

I never had a bad experience with the office in Lake City or Gainesville. The staff and doctors there was awesome. Dr. Boucher I love her I she was the best OB doctor I ever had. If I was having another I would definitely go back to this office. Also at the High Risk office in North Florida in Gainesville the doctor (Dr. Freed) there was awesome I cant spell her name but her and her team are great.

I came here to get my birth control out - first he wasn’t like other dr who tried to talk to me intogetting on another birth control. He is such a fun doctor and made me feel real comfortable which I LOVED. He is now going to be my OBGYN.

Staff was friendly and accommodated all we needed. They were quick no long wait time for anything. I really felt herd by doctor Montalvo Rivera and she answered all my questions. She was very informative and didn’t make me feel rushed. 10/10 would recommend!

I was told to show up at 8:30 a.m. for a 9 a.m. appointment. I reached the parking lot before 8:30, but I got lost following the confusing signage. At 8:37, realizing I needed help figuring out what building I needed, I called the office. I explained I was on site in the parking lot, but the signs for women’s health seemed to lead to a facilities/operations building. The receptionist and I figured out where I was in the lot, and the receptionist told me I was at the right building but just on the wrong side of it. Fine, ok, she starts guiding me towards the right side of the building, then tells me as she does so, “yeah but if you aren’t up here in 4 minutes we’re rescheduling your appointment.”I was extremely confused, considering I was properly on site, and still before my 9 a.m. appointment, just LOST dus to their confusing signs. She informed me 8:45 was my grace period for a 9 a.m. appointment for my paperwork. I still do not understand why I wouldn’t be allowed to fill that paperwork out at my appointment since I was literally there.She told me at 8:42 she was rescheduling. I pointed out I still had a few minutes, and the receptionist sounded extremely annoyed that I was stubbornly trying to make it. I didn’t make it, by the time I parked and made it up to the fifth floor it was 8:50, which was *still 10 minutes before my appointment.* The receptionist said I would not be seen and I’d have to be rescheduled. I refused to reschedule and left.So apparently I got to arrange to take time off work this morning solely to drive 20 minutes around a parking lot for no reason, despite being on site and on the phone with the office seeking help.And then they still called and left me a freaking voicemail this afternoon to inform me their records showed I missed my 9 a.m. appointment and its very important that I keep my appointment and reschedule??? As if I wasn’t LITERALLY THERE trying my best to make it there and be seen?I will not reschedule with this office. I don’t want to deal with an office that has so little understanding for someone who is literally present and just lost when my appointment time still hadn’t even started.

Dr. Stewart is a great doctor. He listens and he doesnt rush through the appointment. I dont usually like male OBGYNs but he is great one

Dr. Stewart is a warmly empathic physician who makes it a point not to inflict either physical or psychological pain in the practice of his specialty. He takes as much time as needed to reassure a patient about to undergo a gynecological procedure, thus engaging her in a mutual decision-making process based on trust.

Great practice, never have to wait very long and emails are answered within 24 hours. Everyone is friendly and helpful.

I was a new patient and the care of this facility was horrible. Not only did the resident that saw me 50 minutes after my scheduled appointment tell me that I didnt have something that I have formerly been diagnosed with, but also had ver unsanitary rooms.

I’m very sorry I ever came into this office. From the time we walked in, the office ladies were very rude and unprofessional. Save yourself the trouble and make an appointment somewhere you actually feel appreciated during this amazing time in your life.

I have tried to schedule an appointment multiple times. I keep being told I can get scheduled when the scheduler calls me. When I ask when that might be I was told whenever they have time. That was 2 weeks ago and I still have not received a call.
