NTMC Health Complete Care

I had an appointment with Dr. Webb today, and I did not have to wait long once I got there to be seen! His nurse Jennifer is always so kind and professional! She has the perfect personality and attitude and the sense of genuinely caring! When Dr. Webb came in he is always so professional. He ask me questions about my problems and really listens to me and makes me feel comfortable! I have been to see them several times and it is always the same! No matter how I feel when I get there I always feel cared for and pleasant when I leave!

Our experience at NTMC was amazing!!! It was very clean, the staff was very nice. They got all 3 of my boys in and out. The pediatrician Dr k. was amazing as well as the nurse who gave my 5 year old shots. We definitely be going back and would recommend them to anyone who has children. My husband has also gotten seen there and was very pleased with his care as well.

My daughter has had a positive experience with all the PA’s in the pediatric office. They all seem knowledgeable and skilled whether it has been for a sick or well visit. They give compassionate, kind care while taking the time to listen to my concerns. Very impressed with the efficiency of the lab.

Scheduling is easy with the ladies up front. The clinic is clean and Grant always takes great care of our kids. He takes the time to listen, he considers all avenues of treatment before just prescribing something. He always talks to the kids and makes them feel like the are a part of taking care of their health. He’s overall a great dr and an all around great guy. Thanks for bringing him back to the clinic where our kids can get greatCare!

Its clean. Quiet. Short wait. Dont mind the wait especially when they play Disney movies in the waiting room. She was very kind to my kid. Answered all of my questions & concerns. Very quick & thorough visit.

My entire family and I have been patients of this clinic for years. They can always get us in quickly when one of our kids surprisingly gets ill. The CNAs, nurses, and all staff are always so friendly. We have seen multiple nurse practitioners through our time there, but our favorite is Rachel Varghese. She is always so thorough and makes my kids feel comfortable. She is such a caring provider.We have also had the new pediatrician, Dr. Kannamphuza, examine our kiddos. He is what I wish every pediatrician was like! Just so sweet, caring, and really tries to build a relationship with his patients.

Today was my first appointment here and unfortunately I had a migraine when I walked in the door everyone was extremely friendly extremely helpful and extremely understanding I felt listened to and I felt heard which is very unusual in a medical facility anymore I highly highly recommend this place especially for anyone that wants to be actively involved in their own care and wants a doctor and staff that listens to you..

First time there to see Dr Jeremy Rinner and we had a great experience! He took the time to explain any concerns we had. My 4 year old is shy and everyone there was so good with him ❤️. We will definitely be back!

I had a great experience with Dr. Zaira Jorai- Khan. She made me feel seen and heard. I wish I could remember the nurse who helped me as she was informative and kind. I left the appointment feeling more knowledgeable and will be a returning patient here.

We have been taking our toddler to NTMC Pediatrics for 2 years now and have had a great experience thus far! Rachel Varghese is who he sees for routine checkups and she is very kind, knowledgeable, thorough, very understanding (takes her time to listen to our concerns and meets us there) and down to earth! So thankful for her care for our son!

Dr. Rinner is awesome you can tell he loves his patients and all about babies! Very informative and will listen to any of your needs or concerns.

I had my cesarean section at this hospital,the post-operative period was bad, the hospital had no hot water for 2 days and I couldnt take a shower. I was supposed to be discharged 2 days after the surgery in the morning and the doctor simply didnt show up in the morning and I had to stay longer in the hospital.

I met dr. Rinner when I delivered at NTMC as the peds doctor that cares for the babies in the nursery, and he is now my childres pediatrician. My experience has been amazing with him. He really makes for feel comfortable, heard and not like just another patient

We love NTMC - we have had nothing but great experiences! Dr.Kannampuzha, is also really great, He took the time to explain any concerns we had and answered all of our questions. We love having him as our pedi!

My experience with NTMC it was very good. The staff was nice and Dr Grant is a very good doctor, he is Hands-On and explains what hes doing and what is going on with you. I would recommend all of the above to anyone that needed good care.

I had a great experience at NTMC Primary Care Clinic yesterday! The facility was spotless and sanitary. The atmosphere was calming with beautiful artwork everywhere. The staff was prompt, friendly and had all information which I previously provided electronically. The FNP, Grant Webb, was very friendly and knowledgeable about my health needs. He took the time necessary to help me feel confident that I was in good hands. I couldn’t ask for better care. I will definitely recommend NTMC to friends and neighbors.

Grant Webb provides the absolute best care! Im always anxious going to the Dr but he takes time to explain in detail making me comfortable and I always feel better after my appointment knowing I have a provider that truly cares about his patients. I recommend 100%!!!

I had a great experience. I got right in on the same day. I saw Dr. Lauren Taylor. I was very impressed with the entire staff. They were all very nice and very professional.

They made me feel very comfortable. The pap smears are never fun but they made it bareable and quick. Would definitely recommend to anyone.

I absolutely recommend the clinic is great. Grant is wonderful and informative and Cricket took blood with the first stick and I didn’t feel it..my veins blow up and have had trouble giving blood..but Cricket made it bearable..a sweet lady

The experience my wife & I had today at the North Texas Medical Center Primary Care Clinic in Gainesville was extraordinary. From the time we booked our appts. until we received our new patient complementary bag of goods at departure, we received the utmost professional, thorough and kind treatment. The clinic setting is clean and comfortable with appealing artwork. Our nurse was friendly and personable. Our FNP Grant Webb spent over an hour with us and was top notch. He was also very personable, sharp and observant. We were blown away at his knowledge and professionalism. I can’t remember the last time we’ve been this refreshed and excited meeting with a 1st class primary care provider in an obviously well run clinic setting. I love this doctors office Especially since Jeremy replace the prior doctor. He is so good with kids! I live in Oklahoma and wanted to venture out of Oklahoma to find a good Dr to deliver my baby.As soon as I walked in I felt welcomed the people up front was nice and polite.When I get to the back and see the Dr I was like wow she listened to what I had to say and asked me questions I really like Dr Elizabeth Newman she made me fill like I was a person and not just agreeing with me to get me out I would definitely recommend her to my family and friends.I give 5 stars because I have never had a Oklahoma Dr treat me the way she did I’m glad she is my Dr and she will take good care of me and my unborn baby thank you Dr Newman

Everyone was great. Dr. Newman was awesome. My only issue was when trying to take blood she was unable to take it.

Thankful for the NTMC staff, and for Kathy!! I was really nervous trying to find an OB/Midwife for this pregnancy, since my last one is in a different town. But I am secure and happy with my decision- Kathy is so kind, and does everything she can to make sure I’m confident and comfortable. Highly recommend!!

This was my first visit with Dr. Newman and it did not disappoint!I transferred care mid pregnancy, from a doctor I did not trust, at all, so I came in with a bit of hesitation/caution.From the minute we walked in there (my kids and I), the office staff made us feel welcomed. Her medical assistant Gissel is AMAZING ! And then Dr Newman is so chill, just the right amount of hands-on, listens to you, and also very knowledgeable, but not in a “Im better than you” kind of way.I felt immediate peace tp the possibility of delivering a baby with them.Thank you!

Kathy ellis is absolutely the best..she was very thorough and it was very easy to talk to her. She was compassionate and caring..I had alot if questions and she took her time and answered all of them..I would definitely refer anyone to her..and her staff was very pleasant and knowledgeable..

Kathy Ellis is such a great doctor. She is very general and warm with her words and demonstrates great character! The staff is also wonderful! I’m really glad I found her to be the one who will deliver our baby.

Took my daughter in with a bad cough and congestion. Whatever “doctor” seen her said it was a cold and didn’t test her for anything and sent us home. 5 days later it gets worse, so we take her to the ER to find out she has RSV. Would highly NOT recommend multiple horrible experiences, just plain lazy

From Dr. Newman to the front desk, everyone was absolutely lovely. I had a hard time finding a doctor until today. They were quick, funny, and very honest with me. I felt heard and I cant wait to go back.The only way they could improve was giving slightly clearer instructions when leaving. However, that really could have been me. My pregnancy brain has been so bad.

Couldnt have asked for a better experience! Everyone was so nice and they went way above and beyond to get my insurance mess figured out so I could keep my appointment. Mr. Grant Webb was great, as was his assistants. Ive been nothing but super impressed with every visit to NTMC. Awesome staff! 😃

I love this office for my kids . The doctors here make you feel so comfortable and down to earth .Its not like those offices where your there for an unknown amount of wasted time , you get in and get out in less then an hour. Crowding was not an issue they separate the office into 2 waiting areas one for sick and the other for healthy. They are fantastic, quick and easy at the from desk .I wouldnt take my kids no where else, I can say I love my doctor ❤ and very glad to have her .TRACY WANG👩‍⚕️💜I love her , never be afraid to ask questions, she makes you feel so comfortable.

The services that I received from NTMC Health Complete Care were fast, friendly, and very efficient! Their nurse practitioner, Lauren Taylor is excellent and the staff ensured that I was properly informed about my health and care. I would have no qualms in recommending them to friendly and friends. New facility, very clean and comfy, spacious waiting room.

The entire staff at NTMC is beyond amazing. They are so kind and patient and they really listen. They don’t rush thru your appointment, and they really take their time to get to know their patients. I highly recommend them for children and adults!

He was a nice doctor everyone at office was great!

Had my appointment set, showed up 5 minutes early to fill out necessary paperwork. Was treated respectfully by the wonderful ladies working up front. Before I could finish my paperwork I was called for my appointment. Dr. Buckley was great and saw to my concerns.Ive read some negative comments and they are bogus in my opinion. Some people go into places with their self-entitled attitude and think people working hard to accommodate them need to bow down. Just remember, these people work really hard for YOU. So check yourself before you talk trash on respectable people.

Highly recommend! The staff is amazing. Ms. Kathy (midwife) is such a beautiful soul! She delivered my son almost 2 years ago, asked about him, and looked at pictures with me. She truly cares!

Dr Grant Webb is one of the Kindest, most knowledgeable people I know. He listens, he cares and hell help you. My 83 year old father and myself will go nowhere else. The staff is wonderful. I am always treated very respectful and kind.

As a first time mom I am so thankful to have Dr. Newman and her nurse Gisselle taking care of my daughter they went above and beyond when I brought my little girl in for jaundice they did everything in their power to help get my baby healthy as quick as possible. I was so nervous and scared and Gisselle really made me feel heard and at ease she did more than I could have hoped for always being there to answer my questions and make me feel better. I’m so thankful and lucky to have ended up with these two💙 Also my pregnancy could not have been better with Dr. Kahn by my side! This hospital has amazing staff! I am so thankful!

NTMC Womens Care staff are very professional and caring. They are all very knowledgeable in their respective areas, and go above and beyond to make clients feel an inviting experience. Every question I had regarding my care was answered, and I can say with confidence that I will utilize the services of this clinic going forward.

I have always been happy with all of the medical assistance that I received. Both my husband and I have received excellent care. I have always been treated as if I was the only patient. If it wasnt for Dr. Ko my husband would have died. Thank you for the Doctors that have come and gone. I really like my nurse practitioner Rachel Lawrence, she listens to me and asks all the right questions. She cares. Thank you Rachel.

Despite the negative reviews my husband and I had good visit. The front desk was helpful and are affordable for those who do not have insurance. My husbands doctor was great. He listened to my husband and even helped look up a cheaper price for his medication. He is very nice, cool Doctor. We will continue to go here.

It’s always anxiety producing to try to find a new doctor. I needed to find someplace closer to home. Great staff and physician! Efficient, professional and knowledgeable. Highly recommend Dr Buckley and his team.

Given the fact that issues had arose only .5 hour before the appointment and no symptoms where present feel the doctor did the very best he could! Have always had above and beyond the best experience and care for me and my son could have asked for!! Both the clinic and the hospital excellent and the hospital ICU staff just wonderful as well!!!! What else can I add?

Dr. Newman has been a God send. She takes the time to listen to you and listens to your feed back on any medications that may not be working. She walks with you through health care experience.

I was able to get a same day appointment, I was called in within five minutes, got examined by the OBGYN and she was so nice and thorough and professional. Generally these kind of visits can be uncomfortable but I was at ease. Definitely will continue coming here. I was in and out within 30 minutes. Thank you!

Nurses and staff were sweet and straight to the point in helping me and getting me what I need. 10/10 servis and the woman who worked with me were patent and very helpful.

Dont know why my previous review isnt listed, maybe cause it was a bad one. I am a 62 yr old woman and went in with chest pain. Did not take me back, instead it took 30 min. To check in, another hour to get hooked up to ekg machine and blood draw. Another 30 for xray. Also covid test. Another hour and a half before dr. Came in, told me all was good. But, another hour and a half for blood results. During all this waiting, had to use restroom immediately. Another 30 min. Patient portal a problem, called and emailed, no response. NEVER got a call with results of covid. I called for records and had to ask her, she said It was negative. Very pleasant.

Ive been going here along with my children for years now. 12 years actually. I love the staff. Everyone works together and gets the job done. I know even the front staff has improved. They are timely even when u know they are busy. I would recommend the clinic to any and everyone.

This is my primary care physicians office and I am greatly pleased by the service that I received both from my primary care physician Rachel Lawrence and by Cooke County medical staff.The people in this office do more than just take care of business, they personally care about the people that come in.I am greatly pleased by the service that I receive and by the care that is given to me by Rachel Lawrence. I had a hysterectomy from Dr. Khan and she is awesome! I had major complications, so it was a challenge for everyone to get me through it and she did amazing work. I drive from Wichita Falls to see her because she is worth it! Highly recommended!

I never had such a HORRIBLE DOCTOR. Never will I ever recommend Dr Khan. I never receive any call backs and when trying to make a appointment due to me having to go to the ER I get told oh I’ll mark it down and she’ll decide if you need an appointment. Not even a call back like she said she would. I wish I could give a 0 star

My visit was very good the nurse and doctor really nice, and took the time to listen, and check me out. And a lady named Robin helped me out by giving me directions on the phone and staying with me for I am from another town, due do road construction there so I would not be late, i appreciate them all and am feeling better. Was waiting in the waiting room with my son while a family member took another child into the drs room and they began giving me looks like I shouldnt be there and were being rude about me just waiting for my family to come out just because I was the only one waiting, was debating on taking my son here for appointments but not with how they treat people. Need better trained front desk staff.

My daughter had been sick running fevers up to 103 starting to get to where she refused to eat and was vomiting A LOT. She’s 7 months old so I made an appointment that Monday with Rachael, we normally see a different doctor there but he was unavailable, so I took what they had to get her seen because I knew she needed treatment. So I told her my concerns, my husband was there as well, and she just nodded with her eyes closed and said oh she has flu face and sent her on her way and called in tamiflu. She DID NOT test her or anything she DID NOT listen to my concerns I mentioned possibly RSV and flu the way she was acting, my 2 year old has had Rsv so I knew what to look for, but she just said she has flu face and that was it. Luckily that didn’t sit right with me so first thing the next day I took her to urgent care and they heard rattling at the base of her lungs and they did test her for RSV, Strep and flu and all were negative. So I was furious at that point. But with the sounds in her lungS they send us to cook children’s hospital in Fort Worth. They treated her for a bad ear infection with iv antibiotics on her left ear and dehydration with fluids for about 24 hours and Bronchiolitis . She did also wind up needing oxygen because her stats dropped. She was admitted to the children’s hospital for treatment. So luckily I listen to my gut and knew that wasn’t right or it would of been way worse with as dehydrated as she was and her oxygen levels plus the bad ear infection.We normally see Jeremy and he is GREAT, he’s he only one here I recommend he’s a nurse practitioner. But I DO NOT recommend Racheal.

Grant is always very informative and you can tell he is very passionate about what he does. Thank you for caring so much.

The phone hours are listed but it will not give you extension to call and set appointments or talk to staff to get refill on medication.this is a problem that needs addressing. Other than that the staff are nice and seem to care about you 🤗😁 no insurance $85 doctor visit.

Always have issues with front desk staff. They all give different times for walkins. I took my son in on Tuesday 12/11 and they prescribed something for strep throat. When I went in to the pharmacy and they didnt call it in. Called them on 12/12 with no answer. Called today 12/13 they finally answered, I was told they didnt call it in cause his strep test was negative, even though the doctor we saw said all my sons symptoms were of strep. Ive had issues before but this was the last straw my son hasnt been able to go back to school cause he isnt getting better. I would rather drive down to Carrollton to his old pedi.

HorribleThey give u the run around over everythingRobin will tell u to do one thing and u will do it and then the nurse in back will say no thats not correct you need to call back up front and do this! They do whatever they can just to get you off the phone and not the persons problem at the timeWent in for dr app cause new obgyn cause dr currier retiring and dr moss couldnt look up previous medications dr currier had been prescribing me cause they said hes old school and only does paper not in computer. The new dr moss gave me completely different meds and said itll be okay. Then I confronted and said no this isnt right gave print out from cvs and said well u gotta make app and see dr currier. I said okay then robin said no just send in prescription refill request and it should be just fine. This is after she asked someone. Nothing happened I called talked to robin and she said its okay its okay the nurse should call u at end of day sending in ur scripts;) well no o e didI called said I had to talk to nurse and nurse told me that I need to call upfront and make appointments after yesterday robin not setting appointment up with me after I asked her are u sure I do not need to see dr currier. She said no. Well I guess now no one knows anything and robin isnt there but Im sure she is. How ridiculous!

I would like to thank Rachel Lawrence for making me fill very comfortable on our first meeting.i could tell she is fulfilling her calling.Mrs Lawrence really showed she cares about your health.she didnt waste time she hooked me up with the best Specialist .i cant thank her enough.

I love the doctor I see but some can be rude. I went in with migraine today felt horrible plus I have issues speaking between my lupus fog, fibro fog, sjogrens fog, eds fog and medicines i wonder how I function yet the nurse was yelling at me cause i said i drank my migraine medicine! Wtheck! Seriously! She said there isnt any liquid migraine medicine.I answered no theyre pills and she said maybe you drink a little water with your medicine but you dont drink them! And made a are you stupidface at me. I was so upset i wanted to cry! Felt humiliated the tone and comments out of her mouth!

Tried to call and schedule a new patient appointment, on hold for 10 minutes and then I hear someone pick up the phone and immediately place it back on the hook, call disconnected. Nice to know this place cares about new patients, clearly.

We were very pleased with the care and service from Dr. Buckley and his staff.

Dr. Jorai-Khan is thorough, thoughtful, and patient. She listened to my concerns, gave me recommendations, and put me at ease.

The staff was really helpful and kind. The Dr was very professional. I took my mom here and the whole family is going to start coming here.

You never see the same doctor. They are very young and rude. They talk down to you and if you ask questions and it upsets them to be questioned. I called Medicaid to complain about the 2 doctors I had a problem with and when they found out They tried to cancelme

Racheal Varghese is one of the worst medical professionals I had the displeasure of dealing with. She was short, didnt listen to anything I said, and basically rushed me out the door.Why is she working there? Deplorable, unprofessional, uncaring excuse of a medical professional.

Ok i called at 8:50 am to check and see if my appointment was at 9:00 am and was kept on hold for six minutes then was told i was late i had to reschedule some rude rude front desk lady said now i have to reschedule because i was late for one thing i live a block away didnt get a reminder call now i have to get another appointment for next monday.......

I have to go in and see Jeremy Rinner when I need a cortisone shot and hes been a life saver. I dont have insurance so Im cash pay and more than once they helped me by splitting the payment for my visit. Thanks

No actual Doctors here. Only practitioners. Made an appointment and they switched it up so I got stuck seeing the same lady who didn’t listen last week. If they spent a little time trying to help instead of pushing through patients it would make a huge difference.

Show up on time and wait 30 to 40 mins before called back and then wait 15 to 20 mins before being seen. This has happened to my wife nearly every visit.

There horrible I pay way to much money for a appointment ($170)and all they did was just telling me stuff that I can look up on my phone and expect me to come back another time and pay another $170 again.
