I have been having such a horrible experience with this office trying to get my medical records released and sent to a new doctor. Time is of the essence due to a procedure that I need to have. After signing the release form, I was told all my records would be faxed over to the new doctor. I waited a week and was told by my new doctor no records were ever sent. Sending the records is pretty much the click of a button, yet no one has done it. I’ve left countless messages where no one gets back to me. Yesterday, I received a call back and was told they were being sent now (yesterday). I called my new doctor and they never received the records. I called again today and was told the same thing. And the records were not sent. It’s extremely frustrating and I wouldn’t with this on anyone.

When making this appointment, I included that I was looking for help dx pelvic floor dysfunction as per recommendation by my dietitian. after an 1.5 hour wait in the waiting room, I was brought into the office for my exam. My history was taken and then a PA came in to see me. I specifically chose this doctor as he bio states she has special experience in this area. While in the office, I was given a complete exam by her PA as well as an internal sonogram by the ultrasound technician. When the doctors assistant brought me in to de-brief me on my appointment I realized that I would not be seeing a doctor at all. At no time during the 1.5 hours I was in the waiting room, as well as when I finally sat down with the PA, did anyone finally tell me that I would not be seen by an actual doctor, let alone the specific doctor I came to see. Apparently she only sees pregnant patients on fridays. This is absolute mis-representation and unquestionably disrespectful to the patients in this practice. I am humiliated and embarrassed that I didnt think to question it sooner and allowed someone else to internally examine me without questioning whether or not they were trained to do it or had any specialty in what I was specifically there for, which was an assessment for pelvic floor dysfunction. This was further confirmed when I checked out and the front desk told me that they bill through the doctor which is why her name is listed on zoc doc. Horrible experience. Speak up for yourselves ladies! I didnt and I feel like an idiot. I do not recommend this practice or the unethical operations provided.

Everyone seems friendly. Nice atmosphere. Kind doctors. The doctor I saw on this day seemed to be helpful with my concerns. I see a different doctor each time I go so I dont even remember. Very systematic office. The only complaint I had was that the wait to be seen by the doctor was too long. I was there almost an hour and a half. Also, there was a miscommunication between the doctor and the medical assistant so I was waiting extra time for something that couldve been done earlier and faster. The ultrasound tech was friendly and seemed competent at first but the room was freezing and she took forever doing my routine ultrasound. Overall I would go back again but would ask them to make some adjustments when I go so I can be 100%comfortable.

I didn’t even get to go to the appointment because the receptionist was such a nightmare. I booked on Zocdoc for an appointment in the city and tried to confirm. The receptionist was incredibly rude when I told her I would like to schedule an appointment and proceeded to hang up. I will never recommend this place to anyone strictly because of the customer service.

So my first visit to this facility was yesterday and I am in love. The front staff is amazing there energy is addicting and I love them ! The doctors energy was also amazing and I am happy to be seeing here as my OB from now on . The office itself is just amazing . Super pleased with this facility and my daughter Emily loves it there too

I saw some negative reviews which made me a little bit nervous but I have decided to give this office a shot. My appointment time was at 4:20 PM I arrived by 3:45 PM although I was a new patient I waited no longer than 15 minutes. The doctor was very sweet and nice. You didn’t feel rushed during the appointment but overall I had a great visit and I look forward to seeing her soon.

Very nice staff, a little bit of a wait time. What I do find uncomfortable is that I never see the same doctor twice so I have to always introduce my history to someone new. On the upside I haven’t had a bad experience with any of the doctors that have seen me. Overall I am content & will recommend this office.

Went for my first annual visit with them. Dr. Culotta was on maternity leave, so I was a little disappointed. But the Nurse Practitioner I saw was so sweet, gentle, and efficient. Whole exam took 3 minutes tops. Filling out forms on the iPad took another 10-15 maybe. My longest wait was because they couldnt find my folder briefly (it was given to another doctor). But everything seemed to work out fine. They called in my Rx that day. Office is pink pink pink and calm paintings of women and beach scenes. Very peaceful environment. Thanks everyone!

I give 5 stars because Dr. Culotta is amazing! Im a new patient and she was very thorough and took my complaints seriously. If it wasnt for her expertise, I would still be seeing a nurse practitioner at amother practice and my issues would continue to go undetected. The wait was lengthy the 1st visit, but youre getting the best care. I highly recommend her!

Was really looking forward to my first appointment with this office given all the great reviews. I scheduled online with Dr. Culotta. I get there and the front office staff tells me that Im seeing a PA and not the doctor. Explained I made the appointment with the Dr and asked how come there wasnt any communication that it changed before I showed up to the appointment. I completely respect PAs but for my first appointment here I really wanted to see the doctor. After waiting 40 min to finally get called, I asked how much longer the wait would be from this point on. They said about another 30 minutes. I wound up leaving. I felt blind sided to start off and now to wait this long I didnt feel like this was the right place for me. Front staff was really nice.

Very compassionate OBGYN. Would give her a 5 star. But I do feel the office can be more accommodating- so far as snacks and drinks (water/ tea). I felt nauseous when waiting and there wasn’t anything around to eat. Also I feel that the nurse that does the vitals can be more friendly. I also feel that the office should have a nutritionist to assist with making dietary decisions and picking prenatal vitamins.

Dr. Culotta is an amazing doctor. She listens to the patient, very considerate, and professional. She makes me feel very comfortable. She always has a smile and never rushes appointments. She is definitely a 5 star doctor!

Well first of all my name is Yeni Castellanos Im using my husbands phone I just couldnt wait to write what Im thinking ...because Its weird to see all this good reviews about Dr. Culotta. Im 4 months pregnant and I havent seen her yet. I had been bleeding a lot with blood clots and besides that I have another problem which I told the physician assistants since the beginning and still they dont know if i have a cyst or a prolapsed bladder. ( I say they because its always a different one) Today I went again to the lake success office and the P. A. didnt think it was necessary to see me!! That I could get check on my next appointment...All I know is that this thing is getting bigger and Im still waiting for an answer. Lets see what happens in the next weeks maybe Im lucky enough to see the Dr. or at least know what i have...

This was my first visit to Dr. Culotta after being with a different group for past 20 years. Dr. Culotta was extremely professional, courteous and efficient. She has a great bedside manner and the staff was very friendly and helpful!

Dr Culoltta is a great doctor. She takes her time with me , listens and answers all my questions. I feel extremely comfortable with her and the office staff. Highly recommend the Garden City office !!!

The manager is really sweet and always willing to answer my questions and to help me with information. Dr Culotta is great, I just met her last week, and she was very helpful and gave me tips and very good information, very friendly and nice doctor.

Visit was good. Wait time was about 20 mins. I requested Dr Culotta but they had me see an NP once there. It wasnt a big deal but it would have been nice to make me aware of the change when I got there.

Always love seeing Dr. Culotta. She is an amazing doctor. My only problem was waiting to get a sonogram done. Literally waited an hour to get it done. Other than that I still love this place.

Dr. Culotta is very sweet. She listened to everything and does not make you feel rushed. She explained everything to me in detail and made me feel comfortable.
