My first visit. From checking in to getting my blood drawn, the staff was very nice and professional. The location is also convenient.Great experience!

Total Men is great for general annual physicals but not for ongoing monthly care. It’s a task every month when I need a refill and often go without my prescription (usually have a refill appointment a week prior to my last dose age). It takes days to get a prescription rerouted to a different pharmacy because they’re out of stock and when I call to get an update there is never a consistent answer. Apparently the days of having my own prescription which I paid for so I can take it wherever I can get it filled is not a viable option.Just be leery if you’re needing continuous care.

I had a good experience at TMPC. The staff was friendly, and I didn’t have to wait long. Dr. Taylor was attentive and explained everything clearly. I felt well cared for and highly recommend this office!

Unfortunately my first experience did not go well. I had set up an appointment online over a week ago and specified I wanted to check my testosterone level. I had set it up at 12pm. A day before I received check-in paperwork by email. I filled it out and again specified in comments check testosterone levels and also check the box for testosterone. Walked in to this location around 11:30am and gave them my name. The receptionist mentioned they tried calling me, which was literally 2 minutes before I walked in. That they could only do the testosterone test before 11am because of insurance purposes. They were nice about it but I was disappointed because I had been waiting over a week for this appointment and really wanted to get it done.There should’ve been a review of my appointment a few days before, for someone to see what I wanted to get done. They would’ve called me a few days before to adjust my appointment for this. But unfortunately this did not happen and now I have to find another place to get my testosterone checked. Very disappointing, first impressions are everything!

Today was my first visit with this clinic. They will for sure be my new primary clinic. All the staff were just amazing and friendly. Overall awesome experience and will definitely be my go to.

Just ok. Went for an annual. Didnt ask a lot of questions about my existing conditions or history. Cant help with my sleep apnea prescriptions. Got my blood work done.

I like the ability to go to any one of their many locations. I’ve been to the Kyle, San Marcos, New Braunfels and Cedar Park Texas. The staff is always courteous and professional. 👍🏻

Not a big going to the doctor guy. But once I heard about Total Men’s Primary Care I thought I needed to go and would give it a shot. Absolutely amazing experience, from the start of booking an appointment all the way to the end. It was nice to go in there ask questions, bounce ideas off the staff and not worry about what they might say or think. Overall great experience and won’t be waiting another 16 years between doctor’s appointments again.

I came in for an Antigen test today. First of all, it was extremely easy to get an appointment. I came in a little early for my appointment so I waited in their very nice waiting room complete with coffee, sodas, Gatorade, snacks, and a ruku. The ended up getting me in just a couple minutes before my appointment time. Of course the test was extremely uncomfortable, but the kind nurse got it out of the way as fast as he could. My test results were out in 14 minutes!I was a little confused by the Mens aspect of it. I suppose for normal appointments it is for men only with only men nurses and doctors. But for covid related tests they will see women (such as myself) and children. The front desk receptionist was also a woman. I only state this for people also confused about if it is 100% men.I would recommend this location to anyone needing a covid test for sure.

I showed up early for my appointment, they got me in quickly, were extremely kind and informative, changed my mind about receiving blood work once I was in, they got right on it and I had my results the next day. Best experience I have had at a Dr’s office in forever !! I do not know a man that would not enjoy this type of clinic !!

I needed to start getting an annual check up again since everything has re-opened after Covid. The staff was friendly and helpful. They did a great job drawing my blood, which can be difficult for me sometimes and they addressed everything I put in my intake form. All around quick and easy.

I love the soba noodle、 Its amazing I get it everytime! I would recommend it to anyone to try this out!The sushi is always fresh and tasty, especially the salmon and tuna yellow tail. Absolutely amazing experience!!! I brought my father in law in and we both were treated with the utmost respect and care! I believe it was Melissa, Tammy, and Jay who worked with us, all absolutely fantastic! Treated us like family!! The provider, Eric, was so thoughtful and kind! After being a patient of the Low T Center for over 5 years it was a nice change to visit Total Men’s. I had been going to Baylor Scott & White for many years, but they have a revolving door of doctors. That wasnt too bad until they started charging us just to meet our new doctor each time. Very glad I found Total Mens Primary Care. I went for an annual checkup and dont have a single complaint about the visit. Everyone was friendly and helpful.

Went in for a rapid COVID test today. Very easy to schedule appointment online, quick sign in when showing up. They actually let you load pictures of ID and insurance card instead of manually filling out all the forms. Definitely speeds things up at check-in.I was early for my appointment, only about a two minute wait and I was called back. Was out the door in about the same time, before my appointment was even supposed to start. Can’t say enough about the painless process.Got results back in about half an hour, if that, with good news to make it even better. Definitely recommend if needing to get tested. I will surely return for future normal doctor visits as well after this experience.

Went in for a quick Covid test for international travel. It was easy to schedule online and I was in and out in less than 10 minutes. Staff was great. This is not my usual location but it is convenient to be able to go to one of many locations around Austin. I always get top notch medical care at Total Mens and this location was no different.

I came in today for a Covid-19 test at Total Men’s Care. The facility is very clean and the staff is all so pleasant! They sent me all of the information and paperwork to fill out prior to arrival, which made it easy to limit my time there. I was immediately greeted by the front desk staff, and felt very comfortable. They have a nicely stocked waiting area with coffee and different bagged snacks, but honestly, they were so fast that I didn’t have time to have anything. The gentleman who did my nasal swab was very professional and super quick about it. Nothing about having it done is fun, but he did a great job. I had the results by secure text within 30 minutes.Hopefully I won’t have to get this done again down the road but if I do, I know where I will go. Thank you, and safe safe and healthy!

I have been to most Total Men’s location and this one is by far my favorite.As soon as I walk in Jae will great me with a big smile and proceed to check me in. Thereafter, Tammy or Mellisa will kindly call my name and process with the screening before I ge to see Eric. Tammy and Mellisa are kind and friendly; they make me feel at ease.Eric is very knowledgeable and listens patiently and makes his recommendation based on my health needs.I greatly appreciate everyone that makes this place welcoming and I highly recommend this office.

Fast, friendly, safe. This is one of the best places to go in town to get a rapid antigen. It’s so efficient. Scheduling is a breeze, their website is easy to use, the staff are warm and welcoming. The whole procedure is super quick. They now have you wait in the car before (reduces exposures) and text you the result after. The waiting room usually has drinks and snacks but you’ll be in and out so fast, you probably won’t even have time to grab one!

I have never been to a doctors office where I actually got in early instead of waiting forever. Everyone was extremely pleasant and the appointment went very smoothly.

I never would have thought to go to this clinic if it weren’t for a recommendation of a friend, another woman. I needed to get a quick Covid test completed and she recommended them and I’m glad I signed up! Easy to make an appointment online and do all of your paperwork ahead of time, including your ID and insurance information. Then I walked in for my appointment (I was 20 minutes early) they took me right back I was in an out in four minutes flat. Very efficient, very professional, very pleasant. Great experience!

Had my first visit today for my annual physical. The experience was great. Staff was very professional, kind, and experienced. My blood draw was pleasant and completed in a timely manner. The overseeing doctor was very quick and covered all the basis thoroughly. I especially like that the new patient information was done with a keyboard and monitor. That saved so much time as opposed to filling in the blanks on six pages of new patient forms. The staff was very accommodating, and provided drinks and snacks while you wait or on your way out. (Very beneficial if you need to fast for blood work.) I really enjoyed my experience, and will continue to go back.

Went in for a rapid COVID test. Making an appointment and filling out the information was easy. I was taken to the exam room promptly and I was out in 5 minutes. No issues with insurance or billing, which is a coin toss these days.I got my test results via text in like 15 minutes.Added bonus: they have a nice waiting room with great beverages and snacks!

Why did I wait so long to give them an opportunity? One stop shop! From scheduling and new patient onboarding with Jae...to having blood withdrawn onsite perfectly by the nurse Tammy or Melissa, to having an annual exam from Dr. Magallenes, who still has a passion for providing care. Grateful for this Total Men’s Health division in Georgetown. I’m from out of town and needed to get a rapid Covid test, and this place was recommended to me by friends. It was a great experience. I didn’t have an appointment, so I walked in right at 2:00pm to sign up. I was seen 5-10min later (even though they said it might be 30min wait), and then got my results within 15min. It was very efficient. The facility was clean (I still waited outside, instead of the waiting room), and the staff / doctors were very kind and professional. Really recommend this spot.

Great staff here! Walked in and was greeted immediately, checked in and sat in the waiting area where they have drinks and snacks available. Taken back in just a few minutes and had a great doc help me out today with my first ever nose swab. Simple and easy and just had to wait a few minutes for results, before getting a nice steroid shot for my allergies. Recommend 100%

I arrived on time for a 12:50 pm appointment. I was seated and seen within 5-7 mins. My flu shot was administered painlessly and my COVID test was also handled well. The staff on hand were friendly and quick. An all around great job and I thank you guys for that.

This office made everything from scheduling to paperwork incredibly easy on their part. If youre looking for a more efficient and friendly medical office - check here first! I cant speak to the mens specific aspect, but I was looking for an office that did rapid Covid testing and they were close -and billed insurance (they conveniently show what insurance they take on their site). I spent all of 10 minutes in the office and received the results via text. The waiting room was stocked with drinks and snacks and very clean. It was also small, because they dont make you wait :)

I had a great first experience at Total Men’s. First off, it was really easy to schedule an appointment online. Once I got there everything was quick and smooth. I did do my new patient paperwork ahead of time, which was available online. Everything was clean and neat, the nurse and the doctor were both awesome and made the visit very enjoyable. I was totally blown away by the service and my entire medical appointment. The entire staff was so nice and friendly. My wait was 5 minutes. The waiting area was incredible! All nice new furniture with flat screen TVs. It was loaded with sodas, drinks, chips and many other items all complimentary. I had never seen that before. The staff was great! Scheduled an appointment for a covid test after being exposed to someone who tested positive. Availability was good with this facility. I arrived a few minutes early for the appointment, and was checked in by the receptionist. After about a 2 minute wait I was called in for the test. The staff was very friendly, and the facility was very clean. They got me in and out in less than 10 minutes which is what I was looking for when I made the appointment. The test results were securely texted to me in about 30 minutes. Overall this was a great experience. I would recommend them without hesitation. Now I need to check out the website to see what other services they may offer.

I went this afternoon to get a rapid covid test as we have family coming in to town. The process was seamless from check in to check out. They take most major insurance providers. The facility was very clean and the staff was accommodating and professional. They have an easy to use scheduling program on their website. The entire visit took less than 10 minutes with results reported within 30 minutes. I highly recommend them.

I uploaded all documents needed online and they had me inside in a couple minutes. Very nice, clean place that makes you feel comfortable. Dr. Eric is very easy to talk to and he listens to your concerns.

I had a great experience with Total Men’s Primary Care. I was referred by a friend. It was a fast and easy process to book an appointment online and register via a text link. They sent text reminders and my checkin literally took less than a minute. I only waited a few minutes in the waiting room (where they had free drinks and snacks!) before they took me to a private room and I was early for my appointment. I needed a COVID-19 test and I was in and out for the entire appointment in less than 10 minutes and had my results in less than a half hour! The staff was nice, attentive and very friendly. The clinic was very clean. I highly recommend using Total Men’s Primary Care!

What a great place. As a new patient the registering is computerized simple and short. Extremely clean and welcoming.I never had to wait long before being taken to the examination room where the doctor met me a few minutes later. She was very friendly and presented a professionalism that I had not seen in any other medical facility before.Would I recommend the place, Heck Yea I would.

My wife and I needed a COVID test to attend a concert at an Austin venue. This was a very frustrating expectation for us. But we had heard that Total Men’s provided the rapid test. I found the online scheduling to be very easy to use, and they had many convenient appointment times available in the next couple of days. They stayed in touch by text and email to ensure we knew when our appointment was and how to get to their office. The reception was great and the nurse staff were pleasant. They got back to me with results within 30 minutes, ahead of their 45 minute promise. And to beat all, they texted me a secure link to the document of test results. Amazing experience!!! I may change my primary care soon.

We needed a rapid COVID test performed and I am happy we went to this clinic! The process was quick and there was great communication throughout the process. The employee who performed the test was friendly and personable! We got a text for the results in a timely manner and we had a follow-up text to ensure we received everything we needed! I’ve been going to Total Men’s PCP for a few months now. I started TRT and every time I go in there everyone is very nice. Getting labs taken or routine injections is virtually painless.

I was able to book a rapid Covid test the same day after a prior appointment was cancelled elsewhere. They bumped up the appointment time of my friend that was with me as well, so that we did not have to come back a second time. I received my results within 10 minutes. Fast, easy and the visit was billed to my insurance. There is a 20.00 one time admin fee which they explained upfront.

Couldn’t get into my primary care doctor before the end of year, so I thought I’d give these guys a try. Very easy to make an appointment and be seen for my annual. Pleasant experience all in all. Very professional staff and made me feel comfortable. The doctor was not rushed and easy to talk too.

Id been going here for years and recently needed a Covid test after a business trip. I had used their website previously to schedule a test but this time it wouldnt open the link to schedule the test. I called them and explained the issue and that I needed a test as I had all the symptoms. The girl on the phone stated that it was against company policy for staff to schedule tests. Once again, I explained that I tried but couldnt get it to work. She was steadfast that she would not help me. Unbelievable. So their policies are more important than helping a patient? Never again.

Super pleased with the experience here. Was incredibly easy to obtain an appointment. Check in was efficient, and there was hardly any wait. Felt heard by the provider, communication was clear, and follow up was set. Thorough visit without feeling rushed or delayed in any way. All in all, a nice clinic to have locally.

Getting in for a Covid test was super convenient over here! All you have to do is sign in on a form, wait a moment for your appointment to be called, do the nasal swab and you are out! I got my results within 30 minutes of the test being administered along with a report to show work! Very helpful and the facility is very clean!

Quick appointment times. Went for Medicare Wellness check. All sign-in documents done online, so check in was very quick, even for a new patient. New patient exam, so quick history interview, then normal physical including bloodwork. Asked about prior colonoscopy / prostate exams, set up referral very quickly. Overall, good experience, friendly and professional staff.

This place is amazing! A friend recommended that I give Total Men’s Primary Care a try and I am so glad I did. Initially I wasn’t sure what to expect based off of the name but once I arrived I instantly felt like I made the right choice. Everyone was so friendly, and welcoming. Total Men’s Primary Care employees are extremely professional and friendly. I was attended to with hardly any wait. And the best part is that I had to get Covid tested for work and I didn’t have to swab my own nose! The medical personnel was quick and gentle as he could be. I absolutely recommend them.

My husband was tested positive today, and I needed to be tested as well. The clinic has many spots available, is clean, the staff was friendly and informative. The testing was fast and precise. All the instructions were clear abs I got my results within 30min.

Went in on appointment for concerns over groin pain. The attending physician did not inspect the area and simply advised an ultrasound. After a weeks wait to get the ultrasound, the physician then advised me via message that no follow up was needed. Despite me still being now 2 weeks in discomfort. Another week of discomfort before the problem thankfully went away on its own. Go anywhere else to be actually treated like a person rather than a statistic.

No, I would not recommend this place. I went there to seek medical assistance. The person that greats you is not pleasant AT ALL. They was to call in medication to the pharmacy and give me a referral. They didn’t do either I called and said “wTF”? I Did a report with the customer service number that was escalated It’s been a couple weeks now. No one has contacted me. They still have not called in my medication. They still haven’t did my referrals. That happily took my money and that’s literally all that happened there. They did nothing that they weee suppose to do. And did nothing he said he was going to do. They literally did nothing. STILL DONT HAVE NEDS. STILL HAVENT BEEN CONTCATRD STILL MOTHING AT ALL. DONT WASTE YOUR TINE AND MONEY.

After not being able to book a rapid COVID test anywhere, I found this place thankfully. I went in and took a rapid COVID test here, and the process was super quick and easy. The staff was very nice and efficient, and I got my results back within an hour. I highly recommend this clinic!

I hadn’t been to a doctor in a while and I’m getting to the age where I should be getting checkups. I heard about TotalMens and booked an appointment online. It was so easy that I’m excited to have such a no nonsense way to keep my health in check. Everyone was friendly, the blood draw guy was so good I barely knew he was doing it they got me in and out and the waiting area was stocked with Starbucks and snacks. I have no doubt that this will be my go to place for any health concerns I might have.

I needed to get a Covid test and I was in and out with my (negative!) results in 25 minutes. The facility felt SO clean, unlike a lot of clinics I’ve visited, and they even had a waiting room with an assortment of beverages and snacks. I drove up from Austin, and it was worth the trip.

Front office didn’t know what they were doing. Came in for a physical they said they took my insurance. And everything was good came in for my follow up they told me I owe them $200 due to them not being my primary..

I was a first timer at the clinic…and all the paperwork came through a QR code which made it super easy to fill out. I came in for a rapid test. Before I checked in I had tried Scott and White, CVS, Walgreens and the curative testing center. No one had test available until 2 or 3 days later. A colleague recommended the location and as a last resort…I tried my luck!! Lucky me the test was available and they billed my insurance. The Doctor was a amazing and the facility was very modern. I will return in the future and the experience was very satisfying. Don’t miss out on this gem!!

Had an appointment with Total Mens Primary Care today. Was my first visit, and the staff was very pleasant and handled my visit very well. Im not a fan of doctors visits but they made the visit as pleasant as possible. They also do a very good job at collecting all info needed up front before arriving so the visit doesnt take longer than needed filling out forms.

Walked in at 9 am and had an appointment scheduled for 10:30 the very same morning. Check-in took less than 5 minutes and was paperless. Had been traveling and I work in healthcare so they needed a rapid test, made a same day appointment walked in everyone was super nice and everything was clean! Was taken back super quickly and then waited for results. They made the terrible experience of getting your nostril assaulted super quick and bearable! The whole thing took no more than 30mins highly recommend!

I’ve been to total men’s primary care in Georgetown twice over the past 6 months for a rapid test following exposure to COVID. Booking an appointment is easy; the staff is super nice; wait time was minimal; the waiting room is stocked with treats and drinks and everything is run very efficiently!

Had an amazing experience at total men’s today! Me and my soon too be husband went in to get our covid tests done for our honeymoon cruise on Monday and we were in and out in minutes!! They were super nice and very efficient and got our results back quickly!

I have been at this location 2 times for care. The staff is the friendliest, most welcoming I have ever dealt with. The office is clean and the waiting area is so comfortable from drinks, snacks to the comfortable chairs. The staff really do care about their patients needs and health. Don’t let the name fool you. The staff and providers are kind and competent, but not very good at what they do. I visited the office twice for my annual exam and a follow up. The first visit was fine, but the second was a terrible experience. No one remembered me nor were the reasons for my visit captured in the medical record. They were late for my appointment. The PA pushed drugs repeatedly for just-elevated cholesterol despite me explaining from the first that my visit was part of my effort to manage it with diet. The nurse tried five times to take blood on my second visit until they tried to refer me to a local lab that has terrible reviews online. They couldn’t get the referral paperwork right and offered no guidance about getting the lab work done apart from calling the lab’s phone number. If you have a cold, I’m sure this office would be fine. If you’re looking for a provider who can be a partner in good health, keep looking.

Needed to see a doctor yesterday. Tried a minor emergency clinic first but they weren’t able to help me with my issue. They referred me to Primary Men’s Care. They got me in in less than 30 minutes. Very nice staff and completely helpful. I highly recommend them.

Went for a rapid Covid test. Super fast and easy. Walked in, checked in, and was seen immediately. Whole process took about 2 minutes from walk in to walk out. Even saw me 15 minutes earlier than my appointment time.

I came to get my whole family rapid tested and was really impressed at how easy and quick the process was. I was a little nervous at first with the fact that getting swabbed up the nose is not pleasant especially for kids but surprisingly we all thought it was ticklish. My children, 5 and 6 years old, actually giggled and we were relieved that the experience wasn’t frightful at all for them. Results came in pretty fast that same day.

Yes, you can be a female and visit Total Men’s 😅 - just for COVID testing, of course. I searched other providers to schedule testing but everyone was booked for at least a week. My friend mentioned that she goes to Total Men’s for COVID testing and I was shocked! Lol. But it was simple to schedule an appointment online and complete registration. I walked in during my appointment time and was ready to be seen since I completed paperwork before the appointment. Five swabs later, I was done and received my results within 30 minutes! I highly recommend Total Men’s! Great staff and snacks 😋.

Honestly, this place was unbelievably professional and offered such an easy and swift experience. We were asked to sign in, give our insurance cards and within 20-25 minutes, both my partner and I were out of there with results in hand. I 100%% highly recommend. Came in for COVID testing. I like how quickly I was seen even if it’s my first time here. I think checking in online made the process smoother. Went for my second COVID test with Total Mens. It was super easy and simple to book online, I was able to make an appointment for the next morning. They cover a wide range of insurances, since my insurance is in-network I didnt have to pay anything out of pocket or a copay for my COVID tests. I also referred my cousin here for his COVID test. This doctors office is like flying private vs flying South West. You will feel like a VIP and can grab a haircut and Sushi after your doctors visit. Inside has TV with sports, snacks and drinks - awesome paint job on the walls. And the doctors listen well. Looking forward to the IV therapy they will be offering soon.

Just went here today,07/13/2021, for a second covid test to get back to work. Made an appointment the day before because next care by harbor freight is a nightmare to deal with. Arrived 10 minutes early,did the paperwork before hand and got checked in, maybe sat down 2 minutes before they called me back. Did the swab an left, didnt even waste 10 minutes of my time. Got the results 30 minutes later by text with a link to results. Round rock location off 45 is good as well.

I had to get a COVID swab test for work and made an appointment at Total Mens Primary Care in Georgetown. The friendly staff got me in and out quickly. Negative test results but positive review of the office. Two thumbs up!

The receptionist behind the desk was very nice and very patient answering the questions thrown at her. Very professional. As for the testing process, it would be nice if there was more explanation/conversation on what to expect with the test. A short paragraph to read over while you wait. Instead of opening the pack, shoving it up your nose, and treating you as a number and not a person.
