We had a great experience with the Fertility Institute of Hawaii. Everyone was very kind, we got answers quickly and appointments were scheduled promptly. They were accommodating with our schedule and the wait times were very reasonable at each appointment. I can’t recommend them enough.

They, and God, gave us our family. Our daughter is 2 months old now! Ive been wanting to write this post for a long time because I want others to know how great they are.I am forever greatful to these kind people. We had such a positive experience. I remember crying right there in the exam room with Dr. Goulet when they gave me my graduation gift. It isnt always easy, but they made it as warm and heartfelt as possible. My husband and I felt cared for in such a full way. I was nervous and scared and they were there for me. We are planning for a second child and Im so sad that we are living out of state now, I will miss this wonderful group. They are doing such great work, I highly recommend. If your in Hawaii, count yourself in good hands!

My husband and I cannot say enough great things about Dr. Goulet at The Fertility Institute of Hawaii! After two unexplained miscarriages and an ectopic pregnancy, we were referred to her care. She is an absolute blessing to the field and hopeful mamas struggling to conceive or remain pregnant. Dr. Goulet is naturally warm and empathetic- which after traumatic events is something I value more than anything in a doctor! She is thorough and takes the time to respond to any and all the questions.We also cannot say enough positive things about The Fertility Institute of Hawaii as an organization! We experienced nothing but top-notch care here. There were so many small things that made me feel like a patient rather than a transaction. From the smiles we were greeted with from all staff members to the goody bag at graduation, they make you feel loved! The receptionist also became familiar with me and would instantly check me in before I even made it to the front desk. When it comes to anxiety ridden healthcare visits, its the small things that separate average from exceptional and this institute is exceptional!While it is a milestone for my husband and I to have graduated from FIH, we will miss Dr. Goulet so much! We worked with Dr Emily Goulet this year after being unsuccessful trying to conceiving due to my PCOS condition.Dr Goulet and her amazing team helped us successfully get pregnant on our first IUI this May. We have just graduated from their facility with a so far healthy pregnancy at 9 weeks.They were very accommodating with my husband’s deployment schedule and we were able to use frozen specimens for our IUI. Both myself and my husband had great experiences every time we visited the office and the communication was amazing through the whole process.Dr Goulet made me feel seen and validated which in my experience has been rare in woman’s health! She gave us the best care from the start to graduating today!We are so excited and thankful to Dr Goulet and the FIH team for making our dreams come to true. Im so happy we started our fertility journey with Dr. Goulet and the team at Fertility Institute. Most OBs will have you wait a year of trying before getting you your fertility info - not the Fertility Institute. They were ready to have me prepared and knowledgeable about my body simply because I was ready to reach out and ask.It was always a friendly, welcoming visit - never with crowded or loud waiting area and always with kind staff. I especially loved the opportunity to have early ultrasounds of baby at 6, 7, and 9 weeks - you dont get that at a regular OB. It totally takes the first trimester worry away. Everything was easy with Dr. Goulet in our appointments. I felt actually listened to and guided towards decisions best for me and baby. She also has info about OBs in the area when you are ready to graduate from the Fertility Institute to a traditional OB setting.

The moment I walked into her office her smiles brights up my day. Even when I’m tired from my noc shift and she makes it a wonderful day. I am happy and blessed to have Dr. Emily Goulet to be my provider with fertility. She has help me find a hematologist for my hemoglobin to getting infusion to getting all the meds I need to get it started for me to start a family. She even did my surgery to remove polyps and scar tissue and it was a painless procedure. This is the Doctor that cares for me. Today was my IUI transfer day and I am hoping for a positive! If it doesn’t go that way I am always there to have Doctor Goulet guide me because of my 30 years of my life she has put a stop on my irregular periods and figure out what’s wrong with my cycle. I’ve been to other gynecologists but this Doctor she listens and she got to my problem. I use to bleed from two weeks to three weeks and some months I don’t have a period and after the surgery my cycle is less cramping, no more heavy and no more irregular periods. Thank you Doctor Goulet for helping me relieve that stress off my shoulder. I can say this, you are more than a 100 percent Doctor. You are 110 perfect and always treat me with kindness and great patient care. You are a an angel sent to help us fertility women have a family without worrying about when are we ever going to have a baby! Your magical hands and smile will bring joy to any Ohana! Dr. Emily Goulet is a master fertility specialist of the highest possible level!! Through her care, we achieved a successful pregnancy! We consider ourselves extremely lucky to have had her as our doctor! She is kind, gentle, and easy to feel comfortable with! FIH provided us with the best care and experience we could have imagined! Not only did Dr. Goulet provide outstanding fertility care she also personally provided guidance on how to navigate the cost of our 2 IVF cycles and multiple IUI cycles through her vast knowledge of insurance companies and what they may or may not cover. We found her guidance extremely helpful that resulted in our ability to afford 2 IVF treatments with success! Additionally, FIH provided the services of a Japanese coordinator named Michiko who made the whole journey possible! Michiko provided so much translation, guidance, and advice that kept us very informed and at ease. Michiko is the best!!! If you are Japanese, request Michiko if you can!!!!

FIH has been a pleasure to work with. My IVF Coordinator is friendly, professional, knowledgeable, communicative, quick to respond, and always on top of things. She has done her best to make me feel comfortable and guide me as I begin my IVF journey.Unfortunately, I don’t have a success story to share (yet), but I’m sure my results are not due to the clinic’s competence. There are some variables that are out of their control.My doctor has been amazing though. I could not have asked for better patient care. She has taken the time to show up for every one of my appointments, to answer all of my questions, to personally call me, and to adjust my protocol as needed. She has the best bedside manner of any doctor I’ve ever met. I trust her 1,000% and I know that if *anyone* can help me add a baby to my family in the future, it will be her! :)A big thank you to the front desk staff for always being so warm, welcoming & accommodating too. No one in this office is ever rude. They’ve all been so sweet to me from the beginning. Fertility struggles can be emotional, and sometimes it’s hard to contain those emotions - so I really appreciate the way they try to put you at ease.

After spending over seven months at another fertility treatment facility with repeated failed results, my husband and I sought treatment at Fertility Institute of Hawaii. We immediately received excellent customer service and quality care from Dr. Goulet and her team. Not only did Dr. Goulet take time to review and personalize our care, but we were pregnant within two months of starting treatment with her! My husband and I will truly miss Dr. Goulet! I highly recommend FIH to anyone seeking a stress free fertility process.

Fertility Institute of Hawaii was the best fertility clinic I’ve ever been to.They care about patients. I always loved getting warm welcome by receptionists.Before going to FIH, we were always told that we have “unexplained infertility”, but during treatment with Dr. Goulet, she did thorough diagnostic works and she was able to find more about our issues.Also, I can’t thank enough for phlebotomist zoe who cleared my fear of needle pokes. I got blood drawn by zoe dozens of times in the past years, and she was always so nice and she always hit a vein so smooth and quick.Sadly we had to move out of Hawaii, but I really wish i could stay in Hawaii a little longer and continue fertility treatment with Dr. Goulet and her team.

I just want to say thank you to Dr. Goulet for showing the utmost care and attention to me and my husband during our fertility journey. She is kind, attentive, and over all an amazing person and doctor. Because of Dr. Goulet and the team at Fertility Institute of Hawaii we have our amazing son that we can’t imagine our lives without. IVF is a long and stressful process but having a doctor like her made me feel like better days were just around the corner & better days did come. She was the first doctor to give me an actual diagnosis of my PCOS which is something I’ve been struggling with for what seems like forever. She didn’t only diagnose me but did something about it which is the most important. We are forever grateful!

Update: changing my review from one star to 3 because they have become much more responsive. Still have not had my first appointment but it is scheduled. Will update again after the appointment.They never answer their phone. They don’t answer there text messege service, or will answer once, asking a question then stop responding . I just want to make a new patient appointment without it being such a hassle. I will change my review if/when I get a new patient appointment based on how it goes .

Highly recommend. I have worked with Dr. Goulet and Myra, my IVF coordinator, for over a year, and they are responsive, compassionate, careful, never rush you, and always explain what’s happening clearly so that you’re never overwhelmed or confused. I can’t thank them enough ❤️

My husband and I came to this clinic after trying to conceive for 2 years unsuccessfully and I also wanted assistance with my menstrual cycle since it was in short terms, out of hand. When I set my first appointment, they asked me which provider I wanted to be seen by and I decided on Dr. Emily Goulet based of the information about her and my instincts. Picking Dr. Goulet was the best decision. I have been seen by many providers for years for help but have always been told that everything was fine when I knew something was wrong. Dr. Goulet was the first provider who actually dug deep to figure out my situation and discovered so much. It was at this clinic I was finally diagnosed with PCOS (which I suspected since I was in college, I am now in my early 30s). It was at this clinic I discovered I had genetic disorders and my thyroid was elevated. It took 3 rounds of IUI, the first two were done by the other residents there but the third time was done by Dr. Goulet herself and that was the successful one. Not only is she great at her job but you can see her genuine love for her work. Because of her, I no longer have a horrible menstrual cycle and I was able to conceive. I recently gave birth to a beautiful baby girl. I will forever be grateful to her for the freedom she provided me.

Dr. John Fraterrelli and his team were supportive and encouraging every step of the way. He is an amazing, caring person with the best bedside manners I’ve ever come across. Thank you for the exceptional care you have given us over the past few months.

I saw Dr. Goulet after a traumatic experience at another facility. Her and the team are amazing. They made me feel so comfortable and talked me through everything that was happening during all of my appointments. if you’re on the fence would 100% recommend getting a consult.

I started my fertility journey with Dr Goulet in 2020. She has been an excellent resource, advocate, and physician. She helped us through difficulty decisions and provided the professional guidance when needed. In the end she didn’t give up on us and we are expecting. From the start to the day of releasing me to my OB, the staff with the top knotch knowledge of everything about fertility was very pleasant, they did not waste my time with every visit. Dr. Karmon and her staff is the number 1 real deal here on oahu. I do not regret changing my treatment with this facility. From the front desk to the phlebotomist, you just feel the welcome and support in every step of the way. Definitely recommended this facility to people just like me.

I loved my experience here! Dr Goulet was absolutely amazing 🤩. My first pregnancy Ive lost and was so devastated but her and the team was so patient with me, they listened and was very informative. They reassured me that it’s still possible to have a baby. Literally 3 months later I am pregnant again with no complications, happy as ever! I encourage anyone visit this office. The staff is wonderful.

We just celebrated the birth of our son, who was conceived thanks to Fertility Institute of Hawaii and Dr. Goulet. Wed had a frustrating unexplained infertility journey complicated by two cross-country moves and the pandemic. We were so thankful that FIH was willing to work with us to establish care even before we moved, so that we wouldnt have yet another prolonged interruption in our care with referrals, etc.Then, we found the whole experience much more personalized, friendly, CARING, than any we had experienced before. We planned one final IUI before proceeding with IVF once insurance kicked in and we reached the 5 yr mark (same month). The IUI process was much more closely monitored and supported than any of our others, and Im certain this played a role in the successful outcome. IUIs had felt almost like (very expensive!) throw away procedural steps in our previous clinics. Ultimately, our time with FIH and Dr. Goulet was very short, but our lives have been forever changed and we couldnt be more thankful.

From my mid-30s, I spent 10 years trying to adopt as a single woman. I found myself aging out of the international program that gave me the best chance for a match. Then the pandemic happened and borders closed. Starting my infertility journey in my mid-40s was daunting. I knew the odds were not in my favor. I specifically chose Dr. Goulet because, as a single mother herself, she could understand my perspective and challenges. I also knew this process would take time. It was a gamble but I used that time to really listen to my body and to get as healthy as I could for baby. I worked hard and there were lots of bumps and sadness with each cycle that followed, but I learned from each of them. Switched to donor egg, which was the right treatment choice for me over the donor embryos. Pregnant from my first transfer, which was a very happy surprise! A supportive provider makes all the difference. Dr. Goulet backed my choices from the very start and, with each cycle, she kept me going, even as she was nearing the birth of her 2nd child. My IVF coordinator Alyssa was a joy to have on board. She made me feel much more relaxed and at ease, carefully explaining procedures and next steps. I’m very thankful to the embryology team as well. They are the unspoken heroes who tended to my little-one-on-board and are keeping watch over my other two embryos. I hope to try for my second about a year or so after this one is born. None of this would be possible without Dr. Goulet and her team!

Trying to get pregnant is a beautiful experience but its also extremely trying, all emotions are felt. Having an amazing team guiding you, as we found out, is of immeasurably valuable. We were so very grateful to have had Dr. Goulet and Jenna be a part of our little fertility team on our road to getting pregnant. We have recently been blessed and are now graduated from the fertility institute but we miss them already!

Dr. John is very experienced great doctor. I trust him 100%. All the stuff in this clinic are nice. Surgery team was just perfect. They work accurately professionally, I was really comfortable through all the procedures. Especially my coordinator Aki was amazing. She is always there for me, explain things since the day one. She responds immediately always helping me. Without her I didn’t do IVF treatment twice for sure. Because of her I’d never been nervous or worried, I really enjoyed this experience. I truly appreciate Aki is my coordinator.

I cant thank Dr. Karmon and the wonderful staff enough for helping us complete our family. Infertility was the hardest journey Ive ever been through. There were times I felt defeated and unsure but Dr. Karmon always made me feel like we were in this together and if one thing didnt work she had a plan for the next. Dr. Fraterelli and his staff were fantastic throughout our entire journey. During our initial consult, Dr. Fraterelli talked about the spectrum of treatment options, and I was so relieved that IVF was not the first treatment recommended, as I was not sure how I felt about the procedure. A common misconception is that if you are receiving care for infertility, it must be IVF, but Dr. Fraterelli educated us on different treatment options, and he made us feel comfortable about our decisions. Each cycle, our treatment was refined and evaluated until we discovered the treatment combination that ended up in a successful pregnancy.Everyone at the Fertility Institute of Hawaii is committed to an excellent patient experience, and it shows in the level of care from everyone. The nurse practitioners are fantastic providers, never made me feel rushed, and took time to thoroughly answer questions. The medical assistants were always there to guide me through my appointment so that I was never lost. The front desk representatives were always kind and patient during check-in and scheduling. The phlebotomists were so gentle and friendly, especially for someone like me with stubborn rolling veins. The efficient use of technology with the secure app provides top notch response times to patients. One noticeable practice is that payment is never discussed or collected at the front desk, but rather privately and with utmost sensitivity, and that really proved to me that patient care is the priority.After 4 previous pregnancy losses, I had my last appointment today with the Fertility Institute of Hawaii because I am in my 8th week of pregnancy. It was bittersweet because I have come to love the team there, but I am so hopeful to move onto my next chapter in this pregnancy. Thank you, Fertility Institute, for the impact you bring to Hawaii families! I am forever grateful!

I did 2 IUIs with this clinic & could not be happier. Our time with the clinic was short, but I will never forget the amazing doctors & nurses. I unfortunately moved from Hawaii before baby girl was born, but I have this incredible staff to thank for getting her here. I could not recommend FIH enough!

I recommend the Fertility Institute of Hawaii; especially Dr.Goulet and my IVF Coordinator, Taylor, 100%!! I had a really challenging journey with infertility and had been with another agency and felt mistreated, uncared for and hopeless.When I came to the fertility institute of hawaii and met with Dr Goulet she immediately made me feel cared for and hopeful. She stood by me through every step of the way. Dr.Goulet and staff celebrated with me and grieved with me. Always so supportive when I would call scared, even moving my appointment up to an earlier date to ease my fears. My dreams have come true because of Dr. Goulet and my IVFC Taylor. I am forever grateful! They are angels! I’m not sure I could have done this without them! Although my infertility was an extremely emotional experience, Dr. Goulet and Taylor supported me and cared for me, they are amazing!The facility is clean and very pleasant to be in. All of my procedures were professional and made as comfortable as possible. Staff is all very friendly and efficient.I still can’t believe we made it here, that I get to be a Mama. Unfortunately, I was NOT one of the lucky ones who had a good experience here. I felt like me and my husband were treated like a number not a true patient. To avoid ruining their stats, I wasn’t even offered a second IVF cycle, but to utilize a donor egg right away (note this was my very FIRST ever IVF cycle, I wasn’t even given the option to try IUI). Can you imagine being told that your embryo was terminated and then being told you should opt to use a donor egg in the same sentence? It was heartbreaking and confusing at the same time. We weren’t given the care that we thought we would during this emotionally and physically draining process. I’m pretty sure we may have had the same nurse twice out of the dozens of times we had to go into the office. And even with the financial side of things, just passed off to the third-party insurance that they utilized and am still being billed to this day (more than a year later). When asked for help with this, they just provided a number to text which basically just led me to the generic website. Again, my experience is different from others as I know some friends who have had better care here with Dr. Goulet, but I thought it only right to share another viewpoint. Also, I believe she was going through her own issues at the time because she didn’t seem very invested in our journey. But again, this is just from our experience.If you do decide to go here, make sure you’re armed with your questions and have your ducks in a row. They will not help you with figuring things out. Know your rights and what you’re covered by.

Dr. Goulet expertly guided me through my fertility treatments, and eventually through my IVF process. She showed up to each appointment as a caring, knowledgeable, professional and exceeded my expectations with the support she provided to my husband myself. She made herself available when I needed her, and provided genuine empathy and skillful guidance, ensuring I had the care and resources I needed. I would highly recommend Dr. Goulet to anyone seeking top of the line fertility services and treatment.

Highly recommend FIH. Its texting/communications system is the best I have experienced at a health facility. I am able to text any questions or concerns and receive a reply quickly. The phlebotomist, Zoe, is wonderful and sent me lab results as promised when I requested any. I was treated by Dr. Goulet and am incredibly happy with her care. My first couple appointments were virtual which was convenient because I live on the Big Island. My husband and I appreciate Dr. Goulets caring nature and her guidance throughout our fertility journey. Dr. Goulet is knowledgeable, patient, compassionate and kind. I loved being under Dr. Goulet’s care. I was previously under her care at a women’s clinic and was extremely sad when she left. She was so compassionate and empathetic, traits you definitely need from a Dr. when going through infertility. When I was ready to continue my fertility journey elsewhere, I decided to look up a couple of fertility clinics on island and I came across a FaceBook post from FIH, welcoming their newest addition, Dr. Goulet! I scheduled an appointment as soon as I could. I was also blessed to have Alyssa as my coordinator. Every appointment was informative where all questions were answered and all worries were soothed. I probably had the silliest questions but they were nonetheless answered. Not only that but they made me feel like they were my coaches as well as my cheerleaders, guiding me and rooting for me. Outstanding clinic, well maintained facility, and an amazing staff. Our experience has been nothing but excellent from start to finish. We are first timers to this whole process and as we should, were very nervous. FIH reassured us every step of the way. They were able to be professional and friendly at the same time. If I had a question, they had an answer. If I had an appointment, they were on time and prepared. They made us feel comfortable and we highly recommend Dr.Frattarelli and his staff. We would highly recommend Dr. Goulet and our IVF coordinator Silivia M. They were honest with our options, expectations, and provided high quality care. Our coordinator Silivia was extremely responsive for everything we needed , which we were probably more needy than most patients b/c we did a Co-IVF procedure. This procedure is expectedly expensive, but from the care and guidance that we got from Dr. Goulet and the FIH team was above expectations.The front desk is always acknowledging us and making sure that our parking was validated. The blood lab tech was always pleasant and timely. The waiting area, although sometimes overflowing into the hallway is clean and comfortable and we never had to wait too long. When it came to our fertility journey, we had a lot of unexpected hurdles pop up but none the less we were grateful to Dr. Goulet b/c she is a very good communicator and guided us through to making necessary decisions which ultimately helped us to become pregnant! The procedure rooms and after procedure care was also a high quality experience. We just wanted to take to time to give them a shout out b/c they deserve it!

This transfer was one of the most nerve wracking things I have ever experienced. A year ago I had a miscarriage from a transfer and changed everything for me. This year I changed a lot of how I approached this transfer; being mindful, truly taking it easy, and getting my priorities straight. I had Anissa with me along the way this time and truly am grateful for her guidance, support, and calming energy.All of the staff truly made my time with FIH truly amazing, they feel like family there. Emily at the front desk, and Zoey the phlebotomist are examples of the people who know your name and greet you and check in. Its a wonderful environment.The most wonderful news of all of this is I am nearing the end of my first trimester with my little bean and have the opportunity to graduate from FIH and move on to my OBGYN. I am just so thankful for Dr. Frattarelli encouraging us to take a chance on our little mosaic embryo... Just so grateful.

My words cannot express how much gratitude and love I share with the FIH and all of the staff members that I came into contact with, especially Dr. Karmon! Since our first virtual meeting to my last ultrasound with her she made me feel beyond comfortable to be in her care. She was always informative with any questions that my husband and I had. She made me feel like I was her one and only priority when I came in for appointments. When we plan on expanding our family in the future we have already let her know that we will be back and requesting her. This review is based on our experience with Dr. Karmon. My husband and I feel the standard of care Dr. Karmon provides is inadequate. We also feel that she lacks general compassion and empathy. We had multiple failed treatments and losses when in Dr. Kamron’s care. She nor the clinic EVER reached out to check on us after or to plan the next steps. It was as if we were ghosted by her and the clinic. This was extremely upsetting for us to see that she had such little care for us, her patients. What a difference a 2 min call from her would have made while we were grieving our losses. We heard nothing until we could call and request a next step meeting.We also found her difficult to trust, as she contradicted herself often. This made us very uneasy. We wondered if she had really spent time reviewing our charts before our appointments or just quickly glanced at them when she entered our room. We think this because she would say something one visit and do the exact opposite the next visit.My husband and I are very hurt by Dr. Karmon actions. Infertility is a difficult process to go through, and we wanted a doctor who would care for us as patients and as people. We deserve a doctor who would WANT to call and check up on us after a loss.It is very painful for us to write this, but today is the last day of National Infertility Awareness Week and we feel like this is important for others to know. We are not the only people in the infertility community who has had similar experiences with Dr. Karmon. We know several others have also switched clinics because of the lack of compassion and/or knowledge Dr. Karmon offers. We feel like other people in the infertility community deserve to know about our negative experiences with Dr. Kamron so they can avoid having the same experience we did.

This is my second time working with The Fertility Institute to get pregnant. I was diagnosed with PCOS a little over 2 years ago. I knew I had wanted a family for a long time but had trouble conceiving. I was so grateful that Dr. Karmon and her staff were able to figure out why I was having issues and that they were very patient and encouraging in the process of helping me to conceive. Because of their persistence and help, I was able to have my son (now 19 months) and am currently pregnant with my second child.Having our son was one of the greatest joys in our lives. Again, we have another little one on the way because of their help. We are forever grateful that The Fertility Institute of Hawaii was able to give us that chance to create our family.

From start to finish we had a wonderful experience with Dr. Karmon, Silivia (our IVF coordinator), and all of the staff at Fertility Institute of Hawaii. We rarely waited longer than 15 minutes for an appointment, most medication, bloodwork and testing was handled on site. We are expecting a baby from our first cycle.

I absolutely loved doing my fertility treatment here! The staff are wonderful and honest people. You can tell they love what they do and enjoy helping people on their journey to having a baby. They actually listen to your concerns and walk you through everything to help you better understand.I have to post my experience because I have a hard time believing the negative reviews.We tried for one year on our own, then were referred to the Fertility Institute of Hawaii. After the initial testing my fiance and I did, we had a consultation with Dr. Frattarelli. He thoroughly explained our results, especially my diagnosis of PCOS. He even explained that my case was not severe and he had high hopes for me; we had a good chance of getting pregnant with hcg cycles. He showed compassion and understanding for our journey.I had Lyndsey as my practioner, and she is equally amazing. She guided me and treated me through our 5 hcg cycles, and we finally had a positive pregnancy test! Unfortunately, during the ultrasound I was informed it was considered an early miscarriage. I was devastated. The facility is very upfront about costs and how much to expect to invest in trying to get pregnant. We were going through financial issues at that time so I decided to take a month break from the cycles. She was very understanding and explained that because of the miscarriage, we had a fertile window and to not stop trying while we took a break. She was right! I got pregnant 6 weeks after our miscarriage and had a healthy baby girl!They are not all about getting your money. People need to understand that A LOT of time and effort goes into fertility treatments from the patients as well as from the facility! They work tirelessly to help those of us that want a baby.Highly recommend Dr. Frattarelli and his staff for your fertility wants and needs!

Please if you’re thinking to come here please DO NOT! You will not be treated properly, more stress was thrown at us than ever done to help us! Very sad to treat patients at a fertility clinic the way they do! Unbelievable treatment from scheduling appointments in wrong offices multiple times to wanting multiple tela visits via FaceTime but also many of those were canceled to basically nothing was ever done to help me and my husband. We endured a tremendous amount of stress from this so called business! Do not come I know it’s hard to find anyone in HawAii but this place is not the place to go. If I could leave zero stars that would be our rating they don’t even deserve a star. #huge disappointment and a waste of our time which is very important to us. As our time is ticking away….

10/10 HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!The entire staff is the nicest, friendliest and sweetest bunch! Best service I have ever gotten. If they also had an OBGYN clinic I can gurantee you, Id be going to them! I cant thank them enough for all they did for my husband and I.

Dr. Karmon and staff took really great care of us. All throughout our journey, they were there with us helping us through. We always felt well informed and at ease. During the hardest times, they really helped us through emotionally and medically. The staff was always so patient with my incessant phone calls and questions. There were countless occasions where Dr. Karmon took time out of her busy schedule multiple times to reach out and reassure me about the process and other things going on. I would give ten stars if I could and highly recommend Dr. Karmon.

Fertility Institute of Hawaii has done a great job managing our medical care and administration thus far. We really appreciate the fast response and immediate service from the billing dept - Aneesa and Melissa have been very helpful. Communication with the whole team has been immediate and often on weekends. They really are a dedicated team here.

Dr. Karmon was my doctor and Taylor was my IVF coordinator. Both were awesome and committed to giving my husband and I our best chance of conceiving. I am now 8 weeks pregnant and so grateful for their efforts. I felt they were both genuine in their joy for us. I hope to return to this clinic for our 2nd child. I highly recommend them.

I came into Dr. Fratarellis office 1 year after doing fertility treatments with my OB/gyn. Nothing was working so I decided we needed to see a specialist. When you first make an appointment, you meet with either Dr. Fratarelli or Dr. Karmon. My husband and I met with Dr. Fratarelli and our first meeting was extremely informative. He took his time to explain what our process may look like, our chance of likely conceiving, what tests needed to be done etc. 10 months after, we are now pregnant and were so grateful to the staff and Dr. Fratarelli for their care. I would highly recommend anyone looking for a fertility specialist to make an appointment with Dr. Fratarelli! There are no words to express how thankful we are for their help, youll just have to experience it for yourself.

Dr. Frattarelli and the entire team should be proud of the service they provide to our community. We visited for an IVF consultation and were immediately presented options, costs and answers to each and every question. There was never a sense of urgency and we were introduced to an amazing IVF liaison, Myra (thank you).The entire process was flexible, professional and impressive. The process behind the scenes at home has its ups and downs but their team reminds us constantly of the end goal with a smile every visit.The appointment times are accurate within 15 minutes, in our experience, which is impressive for any medical office. We were immediately seen most of the time. I only mention this as it was honestly a breath of fresh air compared to prior experiences with other medical offices.We are now in the early stages of a successful IVF and are excited we found their office. We’ll be back.

The staff at the Fertility Clinic of Hawaii are truly nice and caring individuals. They were always very supportive and positive. I felt comfortable going there and had full confidence in them that I would get pregnant.

Giant thank you to coordinator Tamara and the entire team at FIH for helping us with family balancing from overseas. The communication was the best Ive experienced from a medical institute, as well as the effort and timeliness put into everything. We were working with Fertility Institute of Hawaii for our second child after successfully conceiving our first child with them. We couldnt be more pleased with the compassion, service, and knowledge imparted by everyone in this office. Also, we conceived on the first round of IUI this time! Thank you!

I write this with the utmost joy. Dr. Frattarelli is a gift from god. He helped my wife and I to create a miracle that we have been trying to do for 5 years with no luck. Most of it was just bad timing and because im an infantryman in the army didnt help either. We have gone to Christmas parties and see other people with children and it was very hard to be around them. So when we went to FIH, they paid great attention and they took great care of us. Our guide, Jea doesnt get enough credit for what she does. She has been with us through the entire process, answering questions after questions with no delay. There is nothing that I could ever do repay them for what they have done for us and I truly, truly appreciate everything they do.

We’ve been trying for a child for nearly two years. We went through the fertility testing process at the local hospital over a year ago but due to Covid, IUI and/or IVF were pushed back. Last year we finally did two rounds of IUI and were grateful at the compassion, care, and consciousness of the staff at FIH. Fast forward to 2021 and we’re in the process of IVF now since the IUI rounds were unsuccessful. My egg retrieval was yesterday and everyone was just incredible. They took especially good care of me and didn’t seem to mind going above and beyond since I’m currently in a wheelchair due to a broken leg. The procedure itself was relatively quick, fairly painless, and their selection of juice boxes and snacks for afterwards were on point!! Thank you to the team at FIH; we can’t wait for our transfer and hopefully our little miracle one day!

Edit:To further why you should avoid this facility.Dr. Fraterreli responded that the insurance company dictates what is billed. This is completely false and inaccurate. I reached out to my insurance company and I was told that this clinic submitted a charge that costs more than just a televisit and they have no control over what the clinic charges. In addition, I should not have to pay for a useless call where none of my questions were answered. I submitted all the paperwork and all the tests I was told to take and submit. I cant help if the doctor is unqualified to answer basic fertility questions on all the tests Ive submitted.BEWARE of the scams at this facility.I had a so-called consultation televisit and it was a complete scam for the Fertility Institute of Hawaii to make a bunch of money.I spent about 20 mins with the NP and I was asked the same questions as the ones I had already submitted on the forms prior to this consultation. It was a redundancy and a waste of my time.Then I spoke to Dr. Frattarelli for about 15 minutes and I got zero questions answered. In the middle of the call with Dr. Frattarelli, I called out this consultation provided no value.In addition, I specifically asked about the unresponsive communication from this clinic, and I was reassured me that everything gets answered within 24 hours. I mentioned to Dr. Frattarelli this is not the case. I asked some follow up questions via email and its been 6 days and no response.In addition, I was told by my insurance company that I was overcharged by this facility and I informed them of this scam.tl:dr; This is how they will rip you off, the doctor will hop into a call with you for 10-15 mins, tell you, you need another visit, does not answer any of your questions and then overcharge you for a full in-person visit even though its a video call.There are other facilities on the island, dont come here!
