I have been a client for exactly one year now and I feel Revibe has been helpful to me as I get up in age. The staff is 100 percent professional especially Devin who gave me the follow up since my last visit. He was pleasant to talk to, he listened to my questions and gave me helpful advice going forward.

I love this place. Dr. Chrysler greats you with a wonderful smile and heartfelt hello. You can really feel she cares about her patients. The entire staff at the clinic are encouraging and helpful. Today I had my blood drawn and not only was my nurse gentle and caring. She also sang a bit. Wonderful visit.

The customer service experience at the Revibe Mens Clinic is phenomenal. The staff are all extremely knowledgeable, professional and responsive and the providers are down-to-earth and extremely easy to talk with. Although Ive only been a patient there for a few months, its been an outstanding experience as compared to a couple of different offices that I met with while shopping around the Honolulu area. Dr Richard Ares was very helpful with information he provided excellent customer Service and answered all of our questions. Gregory Castillo patient care Coordinator provided excellent customer service he had a warm welcoming and positive attitude and he helped us set up our Ongoing Health plan. These guys are really professional, answer all my questions, and they do a great job of monitoring my health. When my medication needed adjustment they made prompt adjustments for me. Definitely recommend.

Revibe clinic has made me feel extremely comfortable and welcomed in their clinic. The clinic name may say “men” this is definitely an inclusive office. I’ve felt extremely comfortable enrolling in their weight loss program. The consultation was extremely informative and no pressure to enroll in the program. I had inquired at a few clinics and my experience with the staff by phone and in person has been amazing. Especially Jonathan has been so attentive to every question and has helped at every step. Scheduling appointments, picking up medication, and interacting with the front desk staff has also been a breeze. I’m a 33 yo male, a construction worker. As I was a new male to this clinic I was very surprised how well this clinic looked very clean and professional.But after my consultation and being advised that of 3 options I went with the pill recommendation. I was on these pills for 6 months or so. I was told it would boost everything from my stamina to performance but to no avail it didnt work. So they up my dose and it still didnt work. I told them after every visit the pills arent working so they up my dose more.they said that my testosterone is good but I didnt feel any better.Now that I told them it isnt working they want to try the shots, which is so expensive for me.They say its Grauntee to work but it seems they want you to keep paying for more treatment. Nothing but failure from these guys.I went to my urologist at straub and he told me that these small little clinics are shams.Do not waste your time or money on these guys youll be disappointed and out of alot of money.They say GRAUNTEE BUT ITS ALL JUST A SHAM. THEY CANT GRAUNTEE ANYTJING BECAUSE THEY WANT TOU TO KEEP PAYING FOR THINGS THAT DONT WORK

My recent visit/appointment with the phlebotomist was excellent. I was greeted my John who was very cheerful and get me right in to my treatment room with a glass of water. The phlebotomist, I don’t remember her name, was very patient in answering all my questions, explaining the procedure of the blood drain and ensured I was comfortable throughout the entire process. The folks here at Revibe have provided great care. I reached out not knowing much about different treatments offered, and by the time I left, and after thoroughly going over everything with me, I was ultimately able to find a treatment suitable for myself. These guys are great!!!!!! Even though this is a men’s clinic, they are rebranding and seeing women. I was referred by my landlord who lost 40lbs. They got me in right away with no hassle! I filled out a questionnaire, spoke to the PA about my width loss goals and hurdles, and then I got signed up right away. Highly recommend.

BUT....I recently referred my a female friend of mine to check these guys out as they now advertise a version of Ozempic for men or women who want to lose weight. My friend has been on the their semaglutide plan for 3 months and her weight reduction really shows! She is very happy with this clinics service as well. Worth giving them a try.

His staff know me when I walk in the door and treat me throughout the service obtained as a friend. The results of the treatment have been better than expected. Sometimes when you consider this kind of treatment, a person can be quite skeptical. Theres certainly no need in this case. The practice is very professionally run office very clean and results are as certain as you want them to be.

DO NOT GO TO THIS CLINIC!!! Aloha everyone I am writing this to discourage you if you are considering to participate in Testosterone treatment plan. In all appearances the Clinic seems to be all about to help make a better you. Do not be fooled. They tie you into an expensive treatment contract and clearly mention you may cancel at anytime with no repercussions. This is untrue. Several months had gone by and I started getting side effects...it started with tingling numbing sensations to my fingertips..than to my toes..than one day full blown numbness to the left side of my body..it scared me enough to go to the Emergency Room. A huge bill despite insurance. Several days later I went to see my doctor who informed me to get off the Testosterone plan. I went back to the clinic...informed them of the side effects and mentioned what my Doctor said.....and the employee basically said shes a woman doctor she has no idea what shes talking about and women doctors tend to discourage our clinic. The employee wen ton to say you should take a little break from the shots but strongly suggested I continue despite my side effects. I took several days to consider both recommendations. My primary doctor has my health in mind so I decided to go with her advice. I wrote an email to cancel the treatment plan and now the Clinic has threatened to get a collections agency on me. Believe me. DO not go here! They only care about money...they are not in the business of caring about your personal health.

I have been going to Universal Mens Clinic since they started five years ago and have been overall satisfied with their support and help. There have been times twhen there were some sudden changes that came about, but throughout the process I have always been able to talk and work things out with them. Jonathan and Justin and the HNL office staff have always gone out of their way to work with me and keep me coming back. I dont know about the head management but at least the people who are on the ground serving local patients do their best to keep patients satisfied.

I suffered two knee injuries and had a long recovery ahead. I saw Dr. Arakawa and began my treatment to try to strengthen my bones. Eventually my knees recovered and I walk normally and run. Im practicing to run the Honolulu Marathon this year.Also, I have lost a lot of weight and my blood pressure is lower, I have no issues with cholesterol or blood sugar. Im a very happy customer. 🌝
