I recently had the overwhelming pleasure of visiting NP Tondra Robinson at Just Divine medicine and MediSpa and I must say, it was a truly exceptional experience! From the moment I walked in, I was treated with warmth and professionalism by the entire staff. The office was immaculate, modern, and tastefully decorated, making me feel at ease and confident in the care I was about to receive.Ms.Robinson was absolutely outstanding! She took the time to listen attentively to my concerns, explained everything in a clear and concise manner, and made me feel like I was the only patient that mattered. Her bedside manner was impeccable, and I appreciated the extra time she took to answer all my questions and address any worries I had.The entire visit, from check-in to check-out, was seamless and efficient. I was seen promptly at my scheduled appointment time, and the staff were all very friendly and courteous. The facility was spotless, and I appreciated the extra touches, such as complimentary water and Wi-Fi.Overall, I would highly recommend Ms. Robinson and Just Divine MediClinic to anyone seeking top-notch medical care. Its clear that they prioritize their patients comfort, dignity, and well-being above all else. I feel grateful to have found such a wonderful healthcare provider and look forward to my next visit!

I would give more than 5 stars if I could. Nurse Practitioner Tondra Robinon performed my VA Disability exam here and I am so grateful. She was very patient, did not rush the appointment (like most medical professionals do during these disability exams), and she took the time to explain the process. She did not interrupt me and answered all of my husbands questions. She spent about 45 minutes to an hour with me and was extremely thorough. Most appointments like this are done in less than 20 minutes. I have been going to QTC VA Disability exams for the last 10 years and never had someone explain how the results of the exam are viewed by the VA among other things like she did. She asked me questions I didnt even think to bring up myself. This made a difference in my disability case because my rating finally went up. I believe this is because she was so diligent, thorough, and really cared about my health issues. The office was very clean and inviting. The staff was kind and even let me stay for my appointment even though I was almost 40 minutes late. I wish veterans had more access to examiners like Tondra. I am so blessed to have finally found a medical professional that cares so much about veterans and their battles. This clinic offers more than just disability exams so I will be going back to this clinic for any issue I have outside VA disability as well.

They provided me with high quality service. The shot that I received for my arthritis gave me relief for a couple of days. The staff members are professional and accommodating. It would recommend anyone to this place for service.
