Ive had several visits with Nurse Practitioner Nikki Smart. Shes been very knowledgeable as far as healthcare and showed much concern for my medical needs. Her health care business, employees including herself are very sympathetic and understanding to my needs and also was able to help me decide what would be the best idea for me? I am very disappointed with the Smart Choice Clinic. I was referred to the clinic and was impressed with my initial visit. The young lady who assisted me was great. I received the Semaglutide Shot along with B12/Lipo the first week. I paid over $500. for the blood work and 6 weeks worth of shots. My insurance provider sent me an additional bill for $150. that was charged to Nikki for a service I didnt receive and I paid $89 for the blood work. I did not mind paying for any service I received. However, within 6 weeks, I only lost 3 pounds. I followed a proper diet and exercised regularly. I never met Nikki or received any consultation from her. Lastly, I tried Semaglutide shots from another company and successfully lost weight before. After a year off, I decided to try it again and was referred here. The results were no where near the previous results and I dont understand why. Very disappointed.

My sister had purchased a small rosewood scented box 30 years ago. It is still very fragrant with sandalwood. I looked up the company and sure enough they are still selling those rosewood scented boxes. I purchased one. As the company is in Australia and Im in California I expected a long turn around time. I was wrong. I received my box very quickly. I loved it so much I purchased 3 more each with different scents.

Honestly this needs to be 10 stars. Great customer service, Professional, clean. I came for my well woman exam. And left out with my B12 shot, waist trainer and more. I will be coming back every week for my B12 shot plus the IV Drip for my vitamins. I love the staff plus Ms. Nicki was awesome. I love everything this place.

As a medical professional myself, I was beyond pleased with the professionalism and attention they gave. From the front desk to the care everything exceeded my expectations. Nikki smart the NP answered all of my questions and even asked questions I never thought to ask about my care. My Vitamin D has been critically low for years but she prescribed me some and it has since improved my over all energy! She even called to make sure I was still taking them and to see how the care was. I highly recommend this clinic and have since been back for other emergency care needs.

My visit was quick but efficient. Both ladies, Ms. Maritza and Nurse Smart, were very nice and personable. I went in to discuss my blood pressure being elevated and she explained everything in detail to ensure I understood what I needed to do at home. She also prescribed a low dosage and wasn’t quick to give me anything. I’ll definitely be returning for services.

I was running late due to the weather being bad. Any other doctors office wouldve made me reschedule, but not here I was still worked in to be seen. I am grateful for that. The environment is very clean and welcoming. Nurse Nikki is patient, understanding, down to earth, and will listen to your concerns. From the beginning to the end of my visit I was very pleased with Nurse Nikki and staff. She has then called and checked on me side bar to see how I was during with a new medication I am trying. What?? I never had that happen before :). You cant go wrong with coming here. Trust me!!!!!!

I absolutely love this clinic. I went for my annual physical. Nurse Smart was so patient and answered all of my questions and concerns.. the office staff is so friendly I really felt like I was with family. I tend to shy away from doctors visits, but i will definitely be back its not often you find the friendliness and professionalism in one place.

Great Business they helped me get booked with a Last minute appointment. It was ugent. The staff made me feel comfortable over the phone prior to coming to the clinic. They answered all my questions and I had a whole lot of them. Do yourself a favor and at least check them out. The facility is nice too. Its super clean. Professional environment.

Words can’t express how pleased I was with my visits to this clinic. The competence, patience, cleanliness, kindness, and flexibility is unmatched. I live 30-40 min away, but will make this drive bc of the great care I have received.
