Dr. Lin is the best doctor that I have ever worked with, in terms of professionalism, subject matter expertise, and empathy. We are blessed to have him and his team to support our IVF journey. I can tell that he really cares about us and definitely doesn’t treat patients like numbers. A few things that I would like to call out about Dr. Lin.1. Empower us to make informed decisions and never leave questions unanswered2. Always perform ultrasounds and give phone calls on his own3. Great bedside manner4. Reassuring and make us feel that we are in good hands (we really are)5. Punctual for apptsIt’s so magical to see an embryo photo turning into a baby on our arms. We really appreciate all the care and support that Dr. Lin and his team has provided to us!

Choosing Dr. Lin and his staff to go through our IVF journey with was the best decision we have ever made. Dr. Lin is the most kind, patient, and supportive doctor we have had the pleasure to work with. We were able to see Dr. Lin for every single ultrasound and he personally called us throughout the process to provide us with updates. He and his staff were easily reached via their mobile app in which he often responded even after hours. He has a true talent for explaining the IVF process in a way that was easily digestible and his bedside manner is impeccable. When facing obstacles during our journey, Dr. Lin helped us to feel empowered to make decisions that would help us to make our dream of having a family come true. He was open and willing to hear out any concerns we had or suggest further testing that could be done. In terms of the office, the clinic itself is beautifully designed and we were always seen promptly and efficiently which is important with IVF as you have many appointments. I truly cannot recommend Dr. Lin and his staff more.

I had a new patient consult with Dr. Kaing recently. She was very informative and thorough. She took the time to answer all questions and did not rush me. She’s an amazing doctor and her level of patient care is exceptional! Everyone I interacted with at FCOC is great and would recommend.

Dr. Kaing and her staff are the absolute best at this stuff. This company goes above and beyond for patient care and comfort. Im sure there are many nice doctors who practice fertility. Go see Drm Kaing and youll understand why shes the best. State of the art facility, genuine and highly intelligent front staff and nursing, top of the rank web platform and communication access. The best!

This is an overdue review. Im nearing week 35 of pregnancy. Last year, Dr. Lin, Dr. Kaing, and their incredibly organized and compassionate team performed just one retrieval round and one implantation attempt. This team knows what they are doing.I didnt expect to, but I cried when we said goodbye at our last appointment. I felt they respected and believed in our future child before we did. Everything felt theoretical to me (hello 5AA embryo) until our last day.Our goal in using IVF -- tho things like needles and doc visits in general used to make me recoil -- was the genetic testing in both embryo selection and carrier screening. In short, I admit that I was scared to become a special needs parent (I read the book Far From the Tree!). We might still of course -- even with modern medicine, one cannot fully eliminate the risks and certainly not psychological epigenetics. But I feel the route we took substantially reduced the possibility. After all, none of us has the option to live life without any room for challenges, growth and faith.May you also have a similar experience cushioned with care, expertise, and hope.

I have nothing but high praise for Dr. Lin and his office. Dr. Lin shows so much care to his patients in EVERY interaction. You will be truly in good and thoughtful hands if you go with Dr. Lin. He listens to you and really looks into your unique situation before providing any guidance. He and his team are class.

We decided to go to Dr. Lin for one last IVF try in early 2020. We had already spent a fortune at another IVF clinic and been disappointed with the experience and results. Dr. Lin is a genius. He is also thoughtful, patient and affordable. But, most importantly he is truly an IVF mastermind. We opted for mini IVF and unlike our prior experience, the Dr. visits were few and short— with almost no wait time in his office for each appointment. We became pregnant right away with a euploid embryo and our perfect baby boy was born on January 26, 2021. We can’t thank Dr. Lin enough for his brilliant mind and taking his time to get our IVF protocol just right, resulting in our baby boy.

Just want to share with you some joy that have blessed our lives during this crazy times of a world pandemic. Taylor Van Ngo, our daughter was born on 6/8/20. There are no word to describe our happiness. It’s been a long journey and we finally made it . Thank you Dr. Lin amazing work & all that you have done for us. I really miss seeing you at our appointments. You are truly the kindest doctor I have ever worked with. What I love most vast Knowledge & compassions in guiding me thru this process. Your encouragement & positive out look is what keep me going. Thank you for telling me not to be discouraged & always hoping for the very best outcome . Now we have our 1st born daughter & my life is complete.

You cannot go wrong with Dr. Wayne Lin! If you read this note in your initial research on picking an IVF clinic, you have very good luck because this note can save you a lot of effort AND MONEY! We wasted more than $150K in other clinics and experienced very chaotic management and medical experiences, so unfortunately we are confident to say we are very experienced in the IVF + Egg Donation + Surrogacy cycles. I may sound being paid to write the review, but I am not!For most clinics, you may blame the doctors because you will feel their treatment plans/attitudes may cause the failures. However, with Dr. Lin, you will blame your luck. Even though we are not having a successful baby yet, this is how I feel. Per Dr. Lins words, by doing everything right, we will have good outcomes. That is actually the confidence you should have when you pick your clinic and doctors.Dr. Lin always organized every treatment plan very well. No matter what type of questions you may want to ask, the smart one or the easy one, he will be really patient to go through every detail with you. Not like some arrogant doctors act very busy (true, most doctors are very busy) when you visit their office, you will feel like being taken care of in this office by any staff because that is how we feel!For most clinics, you will meet the doctor ONLY in the initial consultation because they want to have you as their patient. After that, you will see the doctor only when something is VERY wrong or very disappointed. Not like other clinics, Dr. Lin will appear during all your visits and he might be the actual one who examines you during your office visit.One more important thing is about the cost, AKA money. Most clinics will TRY the cycles before they have expected results. Most doctors do NOT care about the money, and they can make more money on your attempts. The tries are very expensive and sometimes you will not have the chance to try it again. Unlike others, Dr. Lin will help you make sure you checked all the possible outliers and confidently move forward with your cases. Without transferring my case to FCOC, I may already lose one of my embryos by allowing another doctor try the frozen embryo transfer (FET) because my surrogate has three big endometrial polyps which that doctor did not even notice.All the expenses will be doubled, tripled, etc when the doctors are not confident to move forward. For more details about my previous experiences, I decided to put them in a YouTube video to help other intended parents avoid those failures in their process.Overall, I do not want to talk about too many failed experiences related to other clinics in this review. I will definitely recommend this clinic to all my friends who need IVF. Most clinics will try these IVF/transplant cycles before the results are certain. Most doctors dont care about money, they can make more money with your repeated attempts. Its very expensive to try, and sometimes you wont get the chance to try again. Unlike others, Dr. Lin will help you ensure you check all possible factors that could lead to failure and move forward with your case with confidence. If my case had not been referred to Dr. Lin at FCOC, I might have lost one of my embryos by allowing another doctor to try a frozen embryo transfer (FET)! Because my surrogate had three large endometrial polyps and that doctor didn’t even notice it.When doctors do not conduct detailed pre-examinations, all costs may double, triple, etc. Regarding more of my previous failures, I decided to put them in a YouTube video to help other expectant parents avoid these missteps in their process.Overall, I dont want to talk too much about the failed experiences associated with other clinics in this review. If my friends need to recommend an IVF clinic, then I will definitely recommend this to all my friends. Just to qualify the bad staff you have in your office, I was calling to make an appointment with my wife, the ladies did not want to speak Spanish to me and if they did, they told me that they would call back to confirm my appointment and they never did... we decided to go to another specialist... we didnt even have the pleasure of meeting the doctor. (How bad that staff)👎🏼

The staff is not friendly, they never called me back. I made my appointment online and they didnt approve it. I went in person and they are not at all professional. Nor do they help, what a shame that Dr. Wayne Lin has such bad office staff.
