From the moment I arrived, she took the time to thoroughly understand my medical history and individual needs, which made me feel super valued and cared for.The treatment itself was stellar in a calming atmosphere and she expertly guided me through the process. I left feeling relaxed and rejuvenated, and I truly appreciated the attentive approach. I highly recommend her to anyone seeking quality acupuncture services. I can’t wait for my next session!

This was my first introduction to acupuncture nearly 9 months ago and Ive been coming back ever since. Danas holistic and personalized approach is nurturing and effective. She is extremely knowledgeable, especially in the realm of womens reproductive health, and takes ample time to listen and get to know you. In addition to being a highly skilled and diligent practitioner, she is a lovely person with compassion and a great sense of humor. I not only leave feeling the needle nirvana, but feeling emotionally supported.I also appreciate the ease of booking appointments, with a full calendar view and the ability to book myself on her website.

Dana is great. I was able to make a same day appointment and she was very considerate and compassionate. This was the first time I’ve done acupuncture and I was trying to induce labor to avoid being induced at the hospital. I had two sessions and went in to labor a day or two after the second session. No idea whether acupuncture helped or not but it was nice going in and talking to Dana. Little mini therapy session with my needles.

Dana at Awaken Acupuncture is an excellent practitioner of Chinese medicine. She looks at the patient with fresh eyes at each meeting while applying your individual history to the situation. After each session, I feel a positive shift in my health and her excellent skills in diagnostics are enhanced by her knowledge of Chinese herbs. I highly recommend Dana. Dana is an incredible practitioner. She listens and address concerns. I have found that acupuncture has been super helpful for perimenopausal symptoms. Her intuitive ability to get to the root of the issue is second to none!

What a delightful experience in every way. Between being incredibly kind & caring, listening to my experiences & then pinpointing areas to focus on, providing some of the best naps ever, & somehow always remembering everything we had discussed throughout the many weeks, Dana is a gem.

Dana has helped me now with several health issues. I first went to see her after the death of my mother as I thought it would be good to shake up my mental space a little to get things moving after months of grieving. It was my first time doing acupuncture, and I absolutely noticed a difference after the first few treatments. I have since gone back for minor things here and there and also for herbs for minor infections. Dana listens and is honest about the space that acupuncture occupies in the range of medical treatments available. Shes super fun to talk with besides. The prices for treatment are totally reasonable as well!

Dana Carruth is amazing! Her understanding personality helps to relax her patients before treatment. She has a great understand of the human body and how she can best help each patient. I have seen her for several years now. I see her for specific problems as well as a healthy tune up to keep my body functioning properly. I used to get a horrible cough, but seeing Dana has changed that, I never get a cough with a cold now.

Dana has such a loving and caring nature. I felt like she addressed all my concerns. Her needling was so gentle and I felt like I was floating off the table by the time she came back in to remove the needles. I highly recommend her services!

This lady is super sweet and really cares about her patients. Ive only been to her twice, but both times she take the time to inquire about our health and how youve been feeling. This is the first acupuncturist Ive been to and was worried because Ive heard horror stories about bad practices. Im happy to say this is not one of them.I have titanium rods in my back from corrective scoliosis surgery. In the past year Ive been experiences an incredible amount of neck pain and discomfort. Both times Ive went in for treatment I feel relief. Not to mention I become in this relaxed state. I know Im relaxed because I fall asleep, which I never do unless Im laying in bed.

Dana has been helpful to me in so many situations - tendonitis, weight management, pain management, relaxation and stress management. Highly recommend!
