REACH Medical

REACH is a really amazing place. Ive been through a lot when it comes to doctors and medicine in general; they make me feel heard and they are the least judgmental people Ive dealt with on my journey within the medical community, which is saying a lot. More places like this should exist, as well as the people who work in them. Most doctors today are all caution, no compassion, and care only about getting you in and out in within the 15 minute time frame youre allotted, leaving many patients left untreated or under treated. That is not the experience you will have here. They actually seem to care about the patients, not just the paycheck.

Reach Medical is absolutely AMAZING. Everyone in their office, from the receptionists to the nurses to the doctors, is caring, professional and empathetic. They truly care about their patients, and that’s not the typical standard of care these days, in my experience. I cannot recommend them any higher. Thank you!

Ive been using this practice for about 7 years. The maintenance people I work with are awesome. But its a couple ladies in the office that really stand out. You dont meet too many medical professionals anymore that really make a patient feel like they care about them personally. But there are a couple really great ones in this office that remind me being a good human toward a human hasnt disappeared.

My husband was sent there to get a shot and the lady that answered the phone was very unprofessional and rude she did not try to have any remorse of my husband’s disability. She was very short and rude if you do not have the capability of understanding addicts and having some compassion well I guess you were at the wrong job take a look in the mirror every day before you go into that job because no one is perfect, just because people use drugs and drink alcohol to excessive that doesn’t mean that they are not human treat people the way you want to be treated. That’s why I give this place one star maybe management should listen to conversations their staff are having with patients .

I want to start by saying that Reach Medical is truly setting the bar for addiction services. They treat me with respect, dignity, compassion and empathy. For the first time in my life, Im treated as a person by an addiction services center. Reach truly understands addiction/recovery and all that goes with it, including relapse. Ive never been criticized by them, only embraced and encouraged to keep on the right path. Theyve gone above and beyond to help me continue in my recovery. They dont judge me for my past. I feel that other states could benefit greatly if they used reach medical as an example and implemented their practices as their own!

Their website says they accept all insurance, and my insurance provider United Healthcare says that they are an in network provider. Turns out this is a complete lie. Would not recommend. Front desk gave me attitude and literally told me to change health insurance, as if that makes sense. How about just be honest with what insurance you accept. If you dont accept United, then dont mess up their system by saying that you are in network when you really arent.

Good place right here. They got amazing doctors there and best part is I can do my apts right over the phone

This place is absolutely wonderful & has saved my life on multiple occasions. Samara is the best & has been my PCP for years , couldn’t recommend this place enough. I’ve been treated with nothing but kindness and respect.

In my opinion Reach medical is something that every community. In order to face the now you must recover from the past and Reach make it easier to face that approach. They have given me my life back and have shown me that no matter where I have been there is always going to be a place that welcomes you. They never judge nor do they preach. The fact that they are here for me even if I was to choose to go backwards in my recovery means a great deal to me. Thanks so much for life again! May the good lord bless the entire Reach community.

I have gone through reach for over 2 years now I went through an extremely bad domestic violence situation where all of my medications were destroyed my other doctor seen and replaced all of them they had gotten pictures and two different police statements because the first one was not good enough and it needed to say the amount that was missing and how many so I got that police report and then again after two and a half years of going through you guys you just said oh go to the hospital after the hospital turned me away without helping me you guys left me with an extreme withdrawal and have failed to help me in any way because of your new policy well when somebody has two different police statements and have gone through such a traumatic situation you think that you guys would help it in the least bit not only that your reception is extremely extremely rude half the time the nurses are rude most of the time and are extremely unhelpful when it comes to anxiety issues and everything else I have never had a problem until now other than with the rude comments and things like that this is an extremely serious situation you cant even email me back after a week of dealing with this yet even the pharmacy had tried to contact you and tell you this medication needed to be replaced and you still are refusing to even contact anybody back I think this is absolutey wrong and since I have no other way of contacting anybody I have to leave a nasty review the doctors are usually absolutely amazing but to the board of the directors I am absolutely disappointed that you cant even reach out to somebody who has gone to you guys for years not only that you have helped many of my friends and family members that I have recommended I could list 20 names that I recommended to this place I have always been nice this is the first issue Ive ever had with you or my medication and I cannot believe how I am being treated

Theres not enough words to describe what these wonderful people have done for me. The Doctors, the Nurses,the receptionists ALL work together and make a Team that is A+++!!They are caring, kind and gentle. They are patient and are there whenever you need them, ready to help! I dont know where I would be right now without them!

I have never encountered a more compassionate, caring, and loving medical office ever in my 45 years of life. This is how American medicine should be practiced, only in doing so, practices shouldn’t have to beg to get resources.Reach Medical Ithaca, NY-> they made me feel as though I someone on my side since the first day I walked in.

I love the staff their amazing and willing to due whatevwe they seem necessary or most beneficial to their clients. They treat you like family not just another paycheck they have personal experiences with addiction and sobriety they listen to what you have to say and take things into consideration bc as they say we know our bodies better then anyone and what works or doesnt for us

I have to say that this office is the most down to earth, easy going, and understanding group of doctors, and nurses. They have helped me so much, I pray that our LORD and Savior bless these people, in their place of work and at home. LORD I pray that If any are lost that you shine your light in the midst of their path, and LORD I pray that anyone who may read this, if they are lost, that this note intrigues them and they find a King James Bible. You are LORD God who can do all things, in Jesus sweet and glorious name, AMEN.

Dr Judy Griffin had been working with my daughter and Reach for some time....Recently a tragedy had befallen our family with her passing. Dr Judy had been the most profession, medically and as a huge helper/confidant/friend in her darkest hours...my family and myself had been given tremendous relief due to the Drs care, judgement and insight...she had lifted some of the darkness which had been cast upon my daughters struggles...I will always remember the best medial helper she encountered in the plethora army of hospital/doctors and staff which unfortunately she expirerenced in the uncertain waters in that she found herself sinking in...god bless her -integrity and human care...thanks for it all...her father

They are the best! Never had people at a Drs office care so much for pretty much a stranger... They have been great! I recommend this place to anyone and everyone! They actually care about HELPING people not judging people. Thanks REACH for being so GREAT! 😄

I have never met a group of people who go above and beyond to help someone in my condition. They actually listen instead of seeing $$$ like other health providers. Without them I wouldnt know where I would be. Thank you for all your hard work.!!!

I have been seeing my doctor her for 2 years an i have to say she is the best doctor ive ever seen in the last 20 years she truly is amazing an wonderful an truly is here for me no matter what an the staff an nurses are amazing an i love them all an they love me .best doctors office ever..

Giving everyone who wants it 12-16 mg of Suboxone is harm reduction. Giving everyone who wants it 24 mg of Suboxone is thumbing your nose at the establishment.

Awesome staff that cares about the patients and doesn’t look at them in some inhumane way !!!!
