Place was kinda run down and a bit on the jank side but the testing lab was very fast. I think I was only in there maybe 10 minutes start to finish. They were super relaxed and make sure I understood the rules before testing. Tara was the one who took care of me and she was very kind.

Went for blood draw and I was scared and tine and Marisha were great to work with and nice

I barely felt the needle go in!Marisha and Tera helped me out. They were very polite and friendly, even though I forgot to drink water the first time so my veins were too small to actually draw from. It was a good experience. If I need to get my blood drawn again, Ill definitely remember this place.

I went to get tested for a urine sample, and I must say Marisha was incredibly helpful. She patiently answered all my questions, . Once inside, the process was fast and easy. Overall, it was a smooth and efficient experience, with a friendly staff but a big thanks to Marishas assistance.

I had a great experience at the receptionist desk and with the service in the back I was there for maximum 10 minutes the guy I believe his name was Cameron he helped me on both sides he took my paper and got my test done 10/10 would come back to that lab for any further testing he even showed me how I could get my blood work done to check up on my health really nice guy 15/10 service

Had an appointment for fingerprinting at 9:50, walked in and was seen right away. Literally took all of 10 mins and walked out. How amazing it is when service is provided to such a high degree. David was extremely courteous and professional as well!! Highly recommended!!!!

Had some confusion about needing to register before getting fingerprinted. The people working were very patient and helpful. Helped me get registered really quickly then got finger printed and was on my way in about 30 or less. Really awesome service. Thank you!

I had to go get my fingerprints taken for a volunteer position and my tech was super friendly and helpful when there was an issue with my registration and payment. I truly appreciated him being so patient and kind getting everything worked out for me.

The location is off Broadway - parking is limited. Quick service. When I came for a walk in pre-screened drug screen, front desk was not immediately available however after 5 minutes front desk personnel came from back and took care of the people waiting expeditiously! I was in and out! 4/5 stars BC of location ONLY! They also serve those who NEED STD testing and fingerprints

Amazing staff. One lady went crazy on the employees and she was handled in a really professional manner. A lady was mad she had to be watched for a pee test even though it’s mandatory. They didn’t raise their voices while trying to calm down this lady that was going off, props to the staff for having to deal with that and keeping it cool 👍

Amazing I Was Treated Very Kindly And The Process Wasn’t Long At All

Went in for my fingerprints for my Missouri real estate license. My appointment was for 11 o’clock, I arrived five minutes before, was greeted by two very friendly people, had a great and competent fingerprint technician! I’m already back in my car and ready to go home at 11:06 AM!

Maybe its normally fine. But I went through a fairly detailed process to get registered online and set an appointment. I got a confirmation email. I showed up and their system was down without any notification, warning, or request to reschedule. I had to drive to another city and wait in line.

I come to test smartly labs bi-monthly. The staff here is always super helpful. The enviroment is very clean and I never have to wait long. Two Fridays ago I had car trouble and arrived at the close of business and they waited for me and replaced my sweat patch with no problems. There are other labs closer to me but I prefer this one because of the friendly enviroment and professionalism I encounter at every visit.

Disappointing COVID protocols. I came to this location for two screenings several days apart and was helped by two different employees. Both male employees chose to wear their masks below their nose for the entire encounters. It was really uncomfortable and not an environment where sanitary or highly trusted testing should take place.
