Staff was very friendly and fast. I scheduled an appointment and went in the middle of the day so there was only one other people in the office. Wait time in my circumstances was spectacular. Your mileage might vary.

This was hands down the best experience, the entire staff was completely understanding and so so helpful to me in this awful time I’m going through currently, than with dna test stuff too all the extra stress. I would recommend to anyone needing Their services, very kind quick to the point lady’s very respectful and helpful 10/10 no doubt!

Such a kind and caring staff. Had to reschedule an appointment that initially was not at their location and they were able to squeeze in my appointment last minute before the end of their day. Was so gracious about it and made sure that we were able to take care of everything. Very conversational, genuine, and just knowing that there are people like that in clinical/medical work is the most reassuring thing.

We have worked with Test Smartly Labs for a few years now and have always been satisfied with them and the services they offer. They are knowledgeable about their testing procedures and the ever changing trends. They are easy to work with and their communication is excellent. They have also worked with us to help streamline our referral process and we couldnt been more pleased.

Andrea Franco was so great to me ! She came into my job I WAS SO NERVOUS about getting my vaccinations for work but she was calm and gentle with everything she did for me... She made me feel comfortable throughout the time we had with each other. She definitely could tell I was nervous but she is great at what she does so THANK YOU SO MUCH ANDREA!!

Jacinda is an absolute LIFESAVER! People often miss my veins and leave bruises when doing blood work as they are small and roll, but she has been the BEST! I would give Jacinda a raise to compensate for her miraculous skills. My arms would be much happier if every nurse had her talent!

Went for BMP . When I went insidewas greeted with a smile from the receptionist who also drew my blood . Steady flow of customers and everyone was taken care of quickly and efficiently. The woman who drew my blood was very good and wonderfully pleasant to talk to- Very rare and much appreciated as get nervous during blood draws . Will definately be back!!

Probably the best lab I’ve ever used for background and drug test screening. Andrea takes care of me whenever I have to use their services. She is awesome! Very customer service and detail oriented. She does a great job of explaining everything and getting the results in by the deadline required. Andrea and all the staff at this location are the best!

Very pleasant staff. Anytime I have to go in for a screening for my job, this is the lab I request regardless of where the job may be located. Theres never a long wait as the staff is so very fast and efficient. The last young lady that helped me out met every category, kudos to Miss Andrea. Thank you for making my visit so pleasant

I love this place. I don’t have to be on Time as it’s open all day to walk in and they always get me right in. Andrea and Quierra are total day brighteners. They are always smiling and always entertaining. Today I got the added bonus if meeting Lexi (Andrea’s gorgeous daughter) who was very outgoing and also full of smiles. Thank you ladies for always making it a fun!!!

I went to get fingerprinted as I had to for my new job, and I didn’t know what to expect. The experience was awesome, I just walked in (no appointment) and the staff got me fingerprinted fast. I had this girl named Abbie and she was so nice and fast. 10/10 experience

Super friendly and fun staff even though we had to wait a while. Their system didnt recognize my boyfriends two last names so we had to call the main office and get it sorted. We got there about 15 minutes before the appointment and waited 20 minutes before he actually got in. Make sure to input your middle name if you have two last names, and their system doesnt recognize hyphens. Hopefully could save someone else some time! Other than that, it smells super good in the lobby and its clean. Id recommend!

The person in charge of the TSA Precheck told us It would take 1 hour to squeeze us in between appointments, and after almost 3 hours of asking why was it taking way longer he made up a history about the system malfunctioning, we saw him passing more than 10 people while we were there and he never told us he was having issues, they ladies on the front desk were very embarrassed and they didnt know what to say but sorry.He had an attitude since early morning and he kept us waiting on purpose.

I was seen very quickly for a walk in appointment however the staff was incredibly rude. One lady with curly hair in scrubs specifically said “take her to the back and shoot her in the arm” pretty unprofessional, incredibly rude, and completely inaccurate. Would not recommend.

It was quick and fast . Andrea was excellent she had a great attitude easy to talk to she was very informational got the test done very quick and affectionate just all in general it was one of the best experiences I’ve had and she is a phenomenal worker

I went to get some fingerprints done today and I have to give big kudos to the staff. The receptionist was great and DAVID was awesome. I was in and out in less than 10 minutes. Great customer service, too!!!

DONT (please) do not have your paternity test done by Test Smartly Labs if the parents are minors. It has not been a good experience, still waiting on test results 8 business days later at the time I wanted to do a review. By phone, in person and website it is 2-5 business days for results. I did my research looking at other options and read the positive reviews on their site. Nothing could have prepared me for the true realty of working with them. There was a problem accepting payment even though the site gave options. Then the lack of communication and mis-communication coming from the lab to the office staff that trickled over from the staff to me. Contact came from my end to find out there was a problem in the first place and each time afterwards, my side did the leg work to get information pushed through that they already had. In total 3 calls were made for a status just to find out their was multiple internal mis-steps., with no estimated time of resolution given. We are helping them get on the ball because there is delays with communication and action. As of today 8/18 there were 3 extra trips to the testing location to help them straighten things out internally. Today, the call dispatch/call center representative that says she was a Supervisor tried to assist but I could tell she was trying but couldnt get a hold of the testing location (I was told) and doing what she could which is why I drove to the testing location for the third and final time. The office rep called the Supervisor so that we were all on the same page about the so called missing information and she was made aware of my presence in the office. They already had the information, it was never sent, shake my head. Me showing up was so if replacement documentation was needed I was ready to support making it happen. It gets worse, a copy of the results were suppose to go to each parents email address listed. They sent results to the WRONG email address for the mother even though it was confirmed multiple times! Based off the dates on the test results page, we should have had results last Wednesday 8/11 with notary, instead of today 8/20.

I needed a simple drug screen for my conversion from a temp to a permanent employee. Being only my second drug screen in my life, I really didnt know exactly what to expect. I called before I left work and asked if I needed an appointment and was told by a very curt lady to just walk in. I asked what time they closed and she said 5. When I walked in the door at about 4:30 a young lady was sweeping the floor. She asked if she could help me and I told her I was there for a drug screen. She immediately said, Do you have to go now? and I responded I am going to try. She said, If you dont have to go right now you might as well just come back tomorrow, because if you cant go enough I have to give you three hours. I said how much do I need to go and she said about 2.5 shot glasses. I was a little concerned then and hesitated, because at 70 years old you never know. The young man behind the desk was very pleasant and asked if I wanted some water and I got a glass of water and sat down. I drank a couple of cups of water and waited about 45 minutes. The young man said he was staying late and another person came in at 5:00. Anyway, after all of that it turned out that I only needed a small amount because mine was just a quick test, which the young lady never attempted to find out. She was so rude. My husband told the young man behind the window that she needed an attitude adjustment and the young man, who was very friendly and helpful, said she had had a rough day, and that they had been working with her. Not an excuse.

I missed my scheduled appointment time so I had to wait I didnt mind kinda expected it 🤷 had a good chat with a friendly funny dude. The best thing was tho, there crisp, uv light filtered, perfectly cold water. This water tasted as if from the melted snow caps of the great tndra mountains it was an honor.

Andrea the lab manager was so nice when I checked in for an employer drug screen. The process was really quick, in and out, and my employer was able to receive my drug screen results the day of my screening. I highly recommend this location for any screenings!

Quick friendly service! I was there less than 15 mins in and out. And the guy that does the finger printing was FAST and efficient, he was quicker than the machine was thinking.

Amazing staff, quick and organized service! I was running late for my screening and they even took the time to call and reopen my appointment so I didn’t have to reschedule!! It made a huge difference in an already hectic day!! 👍🏽👍🏽 Really great experience!

Most staff is very friendly and eager to help. I had to have lab work done and it was close to the end of the day when I arrived. I have consistently had the same labs done every month and on this particular day I had a younger lady who was so disrespectful and rude to me I was appalled. I called and filed a grievance with the corporate office. Now I call before I go to make sure I dont have to deal with this specific young lady.

Recently I was on a road trip and came through, during which I started feeling weak and general fatigued, I called my primary care physician who suggested that I go to an urgent care place, while at urgent care , it was suggested I have labs drawn and they could be sent to my primary care physician. The sweetest young lady came in to draw them and I was a bundle of nerves, she got me talking about my hometown and had the labs drawn before I knew it...she was awesome!!! When I arrived home I went to see my primary care physician and he had my results my sugar and sodium were both low but the lab technician was awesome, I didnt even know that the labs could be mailed, but she assured me and I left the office with the assurance that my doctor would have them when I got home!!

Andrea was so nice and polite she did everything well and by the book, she was so professional and she needs a raise. I would recommend this place for anyone she was so nice

This was the only draw station close enough to do on my lunch hour (because they close at 5pm) so I went today. The woman I spoke with on the phone about apt vs walk in was very nice, and confirmed for me they were open over lunch. I arrived and was promptly addressed, and was kindly asked if a student could sit in for the blood draw. I DO NOT DO WELL WITH BLOOD DRAWS AND TOLD HIM I WOULD NOT BE A GUINEA PIG, but that student could watch. Upon waiting a bit, the same young man who checked me in called me back and informed me he would be doing my blood draw. I assumed he knew what he was doing, but then he informed me its easy to learn, I watched YouTube videos to practice up, not that I dont know what Im doing... I asked that he poke me once, and that I dont do well with digging around a lot. He had trouble finding the vein that ALL lab techs use for my pregnancy blood draws, poked, prodded, and I told him that was enough. He proceeded to trying my other arm, with another easy to find vein (not putting bandage on my R arm after removing needle), and was unsuccessful yet again getting my vein 1st try, so he dug around again... I told him to stop, and I left without getting my time sensitive genetic testing done for my unborn child. I will NEVER return to this place, nor will I allow students to watch, as I feel he was also learning and just decided to draw my blood because of my wait time. He CLEARLY wasnt experienced enough for someone like me, who does NOT do well with any type of needles or blood work. I left crying and upset that I wasted my whole lunch hour and still didnt the blood drawn I needed to have tested. I will not have to go to another location one day this week, and miss more time off work I dont have to spare.

This location was open on a holiday and snow storm. Super fast and convenient.

During a pandemic, they are not requiring people coming in to wear masks. The nurses were not wearing masks or gloves. And the nurse that took my used specimen jar was not wearing gloves. Disgusting, unprofessional.
