I recently visited Fort Sanders OBGYN for a doctors appointment and had an excellent experience. The clinic was well-organized, and the staff was friendly and efficient. Dr. Margaret was punctual, attentive, and thoroughly professional. She took the time to listen to my concerns and provided clear and helpful explanations. I felt well-cared for and confident in the treatment plan. I highly recommend Ford Sanders OBGYN for anyone seeking quality medical care.

Was my first visit and a first ever pregnancy visit. They were very patient, and explained everything as they went during scan to testing to seeing the nurse prac. They had very useful information and walked me pretty much visit by visit so i knew what to expect. They were awesome! They were definitely busy but never made you feel rushed in any way.

Noticeably understaffed. Doctors are not on the same page & felt very rushed each visit. One doctor in specific has to work on her bedside manner, very off putting! Having our first child & the experience was not made easier by this group. The check out clerk who tells how smooth her pregnancy was the last straw, totally inappropriate. I recommend going elsewhere.

Dr. Many and her nurse were very kind and approachable. I was able to get an appointment in an incredibly timely fashion. My original GYN retired, and I’m so thankful to have found Dr. Many who was suggested by a physician friend who sees her as well.

Im newly pregnant, this is my first pregnancy Ill be able to take to term. Dr. Tanya is amazing!!! Made me feel so comforted and eased my worries! Their services from receptionists and nurses have always been good! Ive been going there for a few years for just checkups before I found out I was pregnant. Highly recommend them to anyone!!!

Dr. Moffat, nurses and front desk are absolutely wonderful. Highly recommend Dr. Moffat for your prenatal and postpartum care/yearly OBGYN visits. She is very kind and good at what she does!

Dr. Broady and his nurse are top notch! They are compassionate, thorough in reading my history, and have consistently provided very good and educated answers to my questions. Highly recommend this group!

Dr. Elizabeth Altizer was my on call doctor when I delivered and she was amazing! Delivering a baby is an intense experience but she approached my delivery with confidence and care. My family is so grateful!But I also need to mention the wonderful office in general-,the front desk staff, nurses/MAs, NPs, and other physicians in the group as well! Thank you

I highly recommend going to another office.I was referred by my primary care doctor due to ovarian cysts that were causing me pain. I was referred in January and they couldnt get me in until April. I figured this must be an amazing doctor if there is such a wait, so I waited.The day of my appointment arrived. I showed up early to be respectful of their time and do any paperwork. I ended up waiting over an hour PAST my scheduled appointment time to be seen.I saw Dr. Altizer. Her demeanor was not warm or welcoming. She spoke to me as if I was beneath her and seemed annoyed with me. She made me feel silly for even being there - like my cysts were clearly no big deal (I was sent by my primary physician because he wanted an expert opinion, I didnt just make this up). The appointment was maybe 10 or 15 minutes. Definitely not worth the wait.She wanted to see me again for another ultrasound, but I called and canceled it right when I got home. I cant imagine going back into that office ever again. The front office was wonderful, but experience was terrible.Id recommend finding someone who values your health and makes you feel comfortable. This is not the place.

I have been a patient for over 2 decades. I have always received excellent care! I’ve delivered 2 babies and couldn’t imagine going anywhere else. They have some of the best OBs: Dr. Moffat (I can’t say enough good things about this woman!), Dr. Beaudrot (super kind and an amazing surgeon!), Dr. Christiansen (extremely compassionate and reassuring; understands a patient’s perspective!), and Dr. Broady are my favorites. They also have amazing NPs: Stephanie and Tanya are the best! While I received amazing and potentially life saving care from Dr. Altizer, I do think her compassion and bed side manner is lacking.

HIGHLY RECOMMEND FINDING A DIFFERENT OBGYN. Every single time I am scheduled here I’m waiting OVER AN HOUR to see a doctor for less than 10 minutes. They have a bad over scheduling problem. It gets insanely old having to set aside at least 2-3 hours for what should took an hour tops. I would switch in a heartbeat if I could, I waited too long into my pregnancy. But I can promise after this baby I will do everything in my power to avoid this place.

Love the staff. They are well organized, have testing and some imaging in office, get you in and out quickly. The providers are knowledgeable and friendly. I recommend seeing this group.

Dr. Moffat was great. She listened to my concerns and I felt comfortable with her.It was my first visit and I will definitely be going back to her.

I only gave one star because this review wont post if none are selected. Dr. Mabe downplayed my issues every visit that I had with him. He told me that my symptoms were not severe enough to warrant a surgery that would confirm endometriosis and that a D&C was not for me because I wasnt old enough. I explicitly explained to this man that I have been seeking help for this issue for years and that I couldnt get the pain and symptoms to stop, or figure out what the root of the issue was. I had previously had ultrasounds and blood work done. ( I eventually found a doctor that listened, did the surgery, and confirmed that in I fact DO have endometriosis as well as doing a D&C that absolutely DID relieve my symptoms). Dr. Mabe has zero bedside manner. He is condescending and arrogant. He doesnt take the time to listen nor does he offer a solution. If I had to sum up the visits I had with him I would say they were dismissive and pointless. I basically went in to his office to be told by him that I was imagine things. Honestly, Im surprised he doesnt try to diagnose his patients with hysteria like its 1827.

Dr. Margaret Beaudreaux lied to my face and told me there was no way to know if I was in menopause because I was 53 years old and still bleeding periodically. After finding a wonderful gynecologist in Oak Ridge a few months later, they drew blood and told me that I was POST menopausal. All Dr. Beaudreaux needed to do was draw blood and this could have been resolved much earlier. The care that I received from this place is TERRIBLE. Please go elsewhere!!!!!

Friendly staff, short wait time! However, if you do not have an appointment with a Dr. None of your questions or concerns get answered. They were not even sure if they did water birthing anymore, so I myself had to call labor and delivery at the hospital and it is confirmed they no longer offer this. The 3 people that were the most helpful were Dr. Moffat and Dr. Christensen and the ultra sound tech who was amazing Cynthia.

First time patient. Loved the text before you arrive to complete check in beforehand. Wait time was minimal!Everyone was very nice and accommodating!However, my doctor Elizabeth was incredible!!! Very down to earth, upfront and to the point but in a good way! I can’t say that enough! She has earned a patient for life 💜

I’ve loved being a patient. Everyone is always so kind. I had my baby back in October and Dr. Saunders was my on call doctor that day. She was amazing and completely put my mind at ease being diagnosed at 38 weeks with Preclampsia. I’m very thankful I was placed with her.

I am so grateful for Dr. Brandt! I came in to get a pap and mentioned to her that I dont have a primary doctor. She offered to run some labs for me just to double check everything was alright. Im so grateful she did that! I learned from those labs that I needed to see a specialist ASAP. Dr. Brandt literally saved my life. If she hadnt ran those labs, eventually I would have been in a dire, potentially life-threatening situation because of what was going on in my body. Thank you Dr. Brandt and Fort Sanders OBGYN!

I saw Dr. Moffat for a follow up at the 19th St office for the first time since I usually go to the West office. Even though the office was full, the service was super fast. Friendly staff!

Dr. Altizer was very knowledgeable and kind during my visit. She made me feel heard and talked me through all of my concerns 🩷 I left feeling great about my visit with her.

Very friendly staff all around! I appreciated that they helped me speed my appointment along so I could get back to work on time.

Had such a great experience at my first OB appointment. I transferred over from Tenova and it made the world of a difference. The nurse who gave the ultrasound so was nice and caring, and the next woman who went over my health history was so sweet, calm and detailed! I would recommend Fort Sanders to anyone.

Fort Sanders OBGYN has worked with me since last year through some incredibly tough situations. Their doctors and staff have been so professional and thoughtful. I highly recommend.

I have been SO impressed with the staff at Fort Sanders. From office staff to nurses, to the doctors, everyone has been so friendly and welcoming. I did not have that experience with my first pregnancy, and after having a miscarriage, they have been SO thorough with my third pregnancy and putting my mind at ease. I cannot recommend them enough!

I had a great experience! Check in was smooth even with multiple people checking in around the same time as me. The nurse who took me back was very kind! I saw Dr. Moffat and she made me feel very comfortable and gave me reassurance every step of the way. As someone with Pcos I felt very heard by her. Will absolutely recommend to anyone!

My experience was great .They are very careing and friendly.They make you feel at ease to tell them any problems or issues you have .They tell you everything step by step and take time to listen and answer any questions you have. They are thorough .I would definitely recommend them to anyone.

I’m very happy with the care I received throughout my pregnancy with this practice. It’s a group so I saw different doctors throughout, but they were all equally great as well as the midwife, Shannon. Dr. Beaudrot helped me with two kidney infections. Dr. Brandt did my C-section and tubal removal and everything went smoothly. I will continue to go here for all of my gynecology needs.

Dr Moffat is the kindest, most genuinely caring Dr I have ever been too! She has been with me through miscarriage, miracle pregnancies, birth & beyond. She listens, seeks to work with you to help, & is always a pleasure to be around. Who looks forward to a PAP? I do! I get to talk to Dr Moffat :) Been seeing her for 15 or so years & couldn’t be happier

Dr.Brandt was so kind and made sure to address any of my concerns! Her nurse as well as the lady whom took me back was excellent as well! I will say the checkout staff wasn’t very friendly but the doctors and nurses make up for it!

I had a wonderful experience at this office. Dr. Broady and his assistant was an excellent team. He took the time to explain my well being in detail. He is very knowledgeable and understanding. Finally found a doctor that actually seems to care about their patients health. I definitely recommend this office.

Dr. Haney-Weaver was very down to earth and she explained everything so well. She is always very thorough and takes time to listen to your concerns and answer any questions. I never feel rushed. I would definitely recommend her! Her nurse was awesome too.

Rude receptionist. Didn’t even finish the phone call to make an appointment because of the attitude given to me. Felt unwelcomed without even stepping into the building.

I had not seen a gynecologist in 15 years so I was not looking forward to it. But every single person I encountered during my appointment was so pleasant and friendly. Dr. Brody was so kind and took his time to answer all my questions!

Everyone has been friendly and when we had a pregnancy concern Dr. Haney Weaver spent a lot of time us. You do see every doctor/provider in the office so it is different for each visit. This is our first pregnancy and we actually haven’t cared for that aspect, but we had no way of knowing we would have a preference. We did reach out to speak with the office manager and never received a call back. There is no patient portal. They did not do fetal heart tones at my last visit which surprised me since this was my 20 week visit (we had 20wk anatomy scan with high risk 5 days prior to this visit- where I was released back to regular OB).

It was my first time here as my old gyn office closed and Dr. Brandt was wonderful! She was very accommodating and took my concerns seriously. Everyone was kind and made my experience there a good one!

I was nervous going in for a test and Jordan completely put me at ease. She answered all of my questions and never made me feel like she was rushing to get to the next patient. Great experience.

Very efficient! I was in and out quickly for my annual exam. The people are very nice and helpful.

Shannon was absolutely precious! She was so informative and gentle. I definitely recommend!

Had horrible hormonal imbalance. I saw Dr. Moffat and she recommended treat which changed my whole life!! It was wonderful to be heard and also treated with something that actually works!!

Dr, Mynatt was extremely knowledgeable, she had a pleasant personality, and made my experience less stressful. I would highly recommend her for anyone seeking derives that are rendered from her profession.

Treated with respect and kindness. Dr Saunders was amazing, she did my hysterectomy and I feel great! No problems or post opp issues.

I have been coming to this office/practice for years and have always loved my experiences. But was seen recently for some unexpected issues and was scheduled to be worked in that very day, the wait was not long, I was treated kind & with compassion and by very knowledgeable staff might I add. I saw Dr. Haney-Weaver and she was so thorough with my case and she was so kind, she took her time with me and explained everything so thorough. She answered all my questions and never seemed rushed even though it’s a busy office. Thank you to everyone for all that you did to make my appointment a good experience.

Most pleasant appointment I could ask for. The sweet girl that performed the ultrasound was more than kind, offering explanations and just being so sweet. Wish I would’ve caught her name and hope we get her in the future. New to this whole thing so I was confused when we didn’t see the OBGYN we were scheduled to see, but the nurse midwife was very kind and attentive and quick to answer any questions.

These people don’t care about your time. They overschedule patients, because they don’t want any chance of idle time for their NP (and lost revenue), so you have to site for 2h+ for an appointment that should’ve taken 30 minutes.Try a birthing center/midwife.

The service was very quick, professional, and efficient. I absolutely love the environment, its very calm and peaceful. Unlike most offices that are extremely chaotic. I felt comfortable and confident in the Healthcare team especially when it came to my questions and concerns. Definitely would recommend!

I have had nothing but good experiences with Fort Sanders OBGYN. Dr. Altizer really listened to my concerns about my birth control and offered several resources and information to help me make the right decision for my body. It is nice to find doctors who listen and really seem to care about me and my health. Downtown office has a parking garage so call ahead of time for the info and avoid paying for parking around the medical center.

I have been going to the downtown office for several years and have always been very satisfied. I love the staff from the radiology techs to the Providers.I recently delivered my second child with Dr Many. Words cannot describe how patient and kind she was. A true pleasure to work with. From the first time I met her she listened to my concerns and was willing to work with me to have a Vbac instead of a repeat csection.My second experience having a baby was so much better than my first. Large in part due to Dr Many and her caring staff. I would recommend her to anyone.

Currently 36 weeks pregnant with my first baby and I couldn’t be happier with fort sanders! The entire staff is very professional, helpful, knowledgeable and especially friendly. Appointments are typically very quick and easy even on the busier days. Highly recommend!!

I only have good things to say about this group. I had to switch doctors last year due to mine retiring. There was a mess up on scheduling last year that caused me issues with insurance coverage and after talking to the office manager they fixed it on their end and I didnt have to pay the bill that I was sent. The office staff and doctors are nice. The facility is clean and conveniently located.

Dr Beaudrot was professional, friendly, timely and thorough with my annual exam. Explained everything being done and what to expect. Refreshing to have an appointment lasting less than hour!

I was absolutely blown away by the level of care I received! I admit that the phone calls were so brisk that I wasnt sure if I wouldve kept the appt once I got there. It largely depended on if they remained that way when I checked in. BUT the Reception people were pleasant & available for questions. Then my nurse was so relatable. When I shared that my anxiety was high, she immediately reassured me, was extra patient & so kind and didnt rush me at all (a lot of other clinics want you in & out quickly). The Dr was just as amazing! She patiently explained everything, kept the atmosphere light and comfortable. Overall, the experience squashed my anxiety and I dont dread the next appointment!

Highly recommend fort sanders. The staff is very helpful and nice. Very respectful, when you have questions or any concerns they are sure that they give the best answer possible and very good at explaining things. Will definitely be using them again with my next child.

I came in to see Dr. Many after being referred by my physician. I am so thankful for her. She handled my anxiety better than anyone ever has! She stuck with me when I panicked and never made me feel rushed or pressured. Ive never had a doctor who was able to comfort me the way she and her nurse did! I appreciate it more than I can say!

Staff and Dr. Boudreaux are friendly, professional and make sure you get in and out in a timely fashion.

Doctor and nurse were great. However the wait was ridiculous. They were about 1.5 hours behind.

The staff was so friendly! It was my first time going to this location and was nervous! However, right away I was welcomed! I was given all my information and given time for questions. The ultrasound technician made sure to explain everything so I could understand! Can’t wait for my next appointment!

The entire staff was very friendly from the appointment process, finding the office and being seen. The doctor was so nice and made sure all concerned were addressed and everything was taken care of in my first visit. The office appearance was open, great lighting, clean and the flow was amazing.

I love the nurses and doctors at Fort Sanders and have delivered 2 babies with them! My only complaint is you are always are waiting for at least a half an hour to be pulled back even if you’re the first appointment then get to do it again after your ultrasound or just waiting for the doctor. Just always expect to be there at least an hour for any appointment. Other than that I highly recommend them.

I love, love, love Dr. Broadly! I see him once a year but always feel like he knows / remembers everything about me. He also takes his time with me and makes sure were both on the same page in terms of a roadmap towards continued good health.Hes a great doctor with a warm, welcoming staff!!I highly, happily and voluntarily recommend Fort Sanders OBGYN.

I honestly just think that they are burning their staff out and because of it their medical professionals and admin team are not able to think holistically, treat patients like humans, answer questions effectively, or have a tone that isnt judgemental or angry. I would not recommend prenatal care here to anyone. The exception is the ultrasound tech (I think her name is audrey) who has been nothing but kind and professional! She makes a nerve wracking experience peaceful and fun!

Clean, fast, efficient, caring and passionate about my concerns Dr Moffat was amazing. I’ve been a patient at this practice for 15 and worked closely with most of the Doctor’s they are all amazing!

Excellent communication and care for the patient. I was having a problem with a nonstop bleeding and as I called they immediately found a way to see me the same day regardless of how busy the office was. Since then I have been in communication with the nurse daily.

Ive been going to fort Sanders OBGYN for 8 years now and see Dr. Moffett. Im very satisfied with the level of service I receive.

This has not been my favorite OB experience. It is very cookie cutter and assembly line type treatment that has made me feel somewhat neglected and not listened to. Several appointments are actually 3 in 1 and they whip you around in and out of both exam and waiting rooms. I have never seen the same provider twice and when I do see the provider they are generally rushed, out of breathe, barely poke their head in and ask, Any questions, concerns? No? Awesome lets just get you out of here. Without even pausing to let me ask my questions. And then I feel like I have received annoyance and exasperation when I do try to get them to pause long enough to vocalize my concerns. This is on trend with how a lot of medicine is going and I dont think it is the safest practice for patients and forces patients to have to become bolder and bolder self-advocates.

I absolutely love this practice!!! All the staff are nice and encouraging. All the Doctors and NPs are great but my favorite is Dr Moffat hands down. She is compassionate and cares about her patients. Thank you so much for all you do!!

I love this office! I never have to wait, the staff is friendly and I love Dr. Haney-Weaver. She always listens and takes time to catch up with me at every appointment. The mammogram department is also wonderful and makes you feel perfectly at ease.

Dr. Christainsen is amazing! She makes me feel heard! The women at the front desk tho have always had an attitude whenever I have tried to schedule an appointment.

Absolutely amazing workers. Makes you feel like family. They make it possibly to work with your schedule. Seen them for my entire pregnancy and every doctor was amazing. Was lucky to have Haney Weaver deliver my boy on 12/28 and forever grateful for the amazing staff! 5 stars everyday.

Everyone was so nice!! I voiced my concerns about my family history and I felt like they really took that into consideration. The front desk, nurses, and Dr Christiansen were wonderful! They made me feel very welcome. The nurse and Dr read over my forms with me and asked additional questions to make sure they understood everything as well.

The OBGYN was kind, through, and confirmed that the current needs an overhaul. She completely believes in treating the whole person and not masking the symptoms.She’s a good doctor. The phlebotomist was EXCELLENT.overall my wait time reasonable. Good service. Good visit.

It was my first time seeing Dr. Christiansen, and she made me feel super comfortable. She read over my intake forms with me, answered multiple questions of mine, and never made me feel rushed. She was very professional and yet warm. She let me know a number of services that she could provide if I ever wanted them, and she also gave me some insight into what would be covered by insurance when we were scheduling my next appointment in a year. I left the office feeling SO much lighter having asked questions and found somebody who was so personable and knowledgeable. I feel very lucky!

My first visit with Dr. Haney-Weaver was a great experience. She addressed my concerns, wasnt rushed, and made me feel comfortable. Everything ran on time and each member of the staff was friendly and professional.

I have seen 2 doctors at this practice and they are both wonderful. I appreciate having options of female doctors as well as male.

Clean, Caring, Friendly & Professional. Ive been going to Fort Sanders for almost 9 years now and I dont think I can say Ive had a bad experience or visit. Id recommend this facility to everyone.

Dr Altizer was so informative and took the time to explain everything. It’s always nice to see doctors that aren’t in a rush and really care about their patients. I will be back to see her!

I’m posting a 3 STAR review based on my first phone call scheduling an appointment this morning. She never said her name but oh boy was she very unpleasant and not professional to talk with. Seemed as if she hates her 9-5 front desk job so she’s answers the phone in a un-approachable attitude to stir you away. I will change my review when my actual appointment comes hopefully it will be better then the woman that answered the phone. Unpopular opinion:: It’s not that hard to put on a fake energetic customer service voice. I hope she has a better day!

Dr Laura Moffett listens and really cares about her patients. I have the utmost trust and confidence in her! The staff are welcoming and professional. Fort Sanders OBGYN is the best!

This doctors office works very efficiently and the nurses and my doctor (Dr Moffat) are very caring and personable. The only downside is the parking in the Ft Sanders hospital location. Great practice!!

Have always had a great experience here! Just gave birth about a month ago and received the best prenatal and postnatal care! Would highly recommend Fort Sanders OBGYN to anyone!

My experience so far has been wonderful! The Staff is full of pleasant individuals who are very understanding towards a new mother!

Walking into a waiting room bursting with people I did not have high hopes and actually considered canceling. I didnt not and am glad I didnt. The wait was not long. The nurse was a pleasure. The doctor took the time to get to know me before my exam. He was calm and kind and made me feel heard. I was impressed and pleased.

I recently changed doctors and am a new patient at Fort Sanders obgyn. The attention to care is 5 star from the desk staff to the nurses to my doctor.Highly highly recommend this practice.

Had to come back and edit this post. I absolutely loved this office in 2021 when I saw them during my pregnancy. At that time I had private insurance through my employer and amerigroup as a secondary. I called today to make an appt for my regular pap and when I told them I no longer have my private insurance I was told they can no longer see me because they do not take my amerigroup. However, it is the exact same tenncare they took when it was secondary to my primary private insurance. I understand practices have times when they stop taking new tenncare patients, but as an established patient I think that it is bogus I now have to change. Super inconvenient for me, and I am bummed because I truly loved Dr. Christiansen. However, I will not return even when I change insurance because that is just not acceptable to treat your established patients that way.

Great, quick service. But could’ve used more details on the product I received.

I would give 5 but the lady that did my mammogram was not overly friendly and maybe she was having a bad day but sometimes you need to remember that you are dealing with nervous ladies. I have never had problems before, but other then that it was exceptional service. Love Dr. Moffat!

Been a patient here for many years. Started seeing DR Sandi for menopausal symptoms and she has kept me healthy and on the right track with hormone replacement therapy. She is very personable and cares about her patients. Answers all your questions and concerns. I also get my annual exam and mammogram here every year. Very convenient and staff is always professional and welcoming. I currently live out of state and still come here for my annual check up every year. They are top knotch! 🙂

Fort Sanders OBGYN is the absolute best!! Dr Ellen Moffat is incredibly personable. Never rushes and gives you all the time you need. I’ve been going to her for years and HIGHLY recommend that anyone looking for a new OBGYN contact her practice!

I have been going to Fort Sanders OB/GYN for 30 years. Professional doctors and staff has kept me coming here this long.

Working in the medical field I realize what a busy time of year it is. I was seen and taken care of by Dr. Haney-Weaver and staff in a kind and timely manner without feeling rushed. It is hard to start with a new doctor and this is just my second appointment, but I am very pleased with Dr. Haney-Weaver!

The place was clean, with plenty of seating in the waiting areas. The front desk staff were kind and very accommodating, and so were the nurses. Dr. Beaudrot listened to and answered all my questions with patience; she made me feel comfortable and calm. I had an overall pleasant experience as a new patient. Thank you.

I have been a patient at this practice for over 25 years. They cared for me during 3 long years of infertility with incredible kindness and grace - and then through both of my pregnancies. I have been blessed to have many fantastic nurses, friendly and efficient office staff, and the best doctors around!! I would trust no one else with my ob/gyn care. I am now a patient of Dr. Haney-Weaver and I can highly recommend her as a caring, thoughtful, and thorough physician! 5 Stars is not enough!!!

Dr. Broady is hands down an incredible doctor and human being. He has incredible bedside manner, patience and empathy on any concerns. He does not slap prescriptions on problems and likes to find the root cause instead of treating every case the same. Thank you so much! His nurse is also incredible and very personable

This was my first visit with Dr Beaudrot and she was absolutely amazing. She was very easy to speak with, and very nice. She also described things very well. The office staff was very pleasant and I was seen right away.

If you want more one on one care, I do not recommend going to this OB office. Throughout my whole pregnancy I was passed along from doctor to doctor unable to make a true relationship with any of them. When I had an issue it was pushed to the side as if it was not important. I ended up crying my eyes out at a visit and finally someone listened to me!My actual doctor to deliver my baby was Dr. Shine. She has horrible bedside manner. Treated my husband and I awful. She came in that morning telling my husband to get out of the room, I told her that he could stay as he knows everything about me anyways; she then stated that if he wouldn’t leave she had other women she could go induce and could make me the last on the list. She broke my water without explaining what she was doing then was going to insert a internal contraction monitor which would have made me bed bound. I didn’t even have an epidural at this point. I ended up having an emergency c-section. I never saw the doctor after this surgery, the nurse ended up telling me what went wrong. I am thankful that my baby was healthy and okay! I just wish we were treated differently since we were new to the experience.I will never use this OB office again. Respect your patients and take the time to explain what you are doing especially to new parents that are going in scared and anxious.The labor and postpartum staff were amazing! I do wish the postpartum staff would have taught a little bit more about what to expect/watch for with baby/mom. I also wish I saw the breastfeeding lady more, but it was the weekend so maybe that had something to do with it.

I had an appointment in October with Dr. Elizabeth Altizer for my yearly general health exam. She was young but very well knowledgable, easy to understand and gave honest feedback. She was easy to talk to and provided suggestions without being overbearing. I am not very picky when it comes to Doctors but I do expect respect and reliable communication and I definitely received that here. She was also able to refer me to a general doctor for primary care needs which is especially nice since Im new to the area.Also, on top of the great experience I had with Dr. Altizer, the rest of the staff was exceptionally kind and courteous. The office was clean or orderly. The waiting room was spacious and comfortable. And parking was also nice since they have a parking garage next door. Plus, when I did to call and talk on the phone I experienced a smooth process overall and each person I came in contact with was abundantly respectful and eager to help.Overall, I absolutely recommend this business for anyone seeking OBGYN needs. Personally I recommend Dr. Altizer but I am confident another doctor would produce phenomenal results as well.

I have never had a bad experience with Dr. Haney Weaver and the office! From the receptionist when walking in, to Janet bringing me back to an exam room, to visiting with Dr. Haney Weaver, it’s always been a wonderful experience. I have been a patient at this office for 9 years, and plan to continue to use this OBGYN group when starting a family!!

I highly recommend Fort Sanders OBGYN. Dr. Beaudrot is extremely knowledgeable and never seems rushed when she is with me. The entire staff is great and goes out of there way to help and make sure you are comfortable. Couldn’t ask for a better OBGYN.

My visit was good. I had an ultrasound and the tech helped soothe my being emotional during that time. Dr. Shelley was very kind, patient and concise with explaining the next steps with the issue I was experiencing. I’ve been with this office for about 3 years now. Never had any problems. The wait usually isn’t too bad. 😊

Very welcoming and comforting staff. My ultrasound was within 10 minutes of being there, and I was out in an hour. I’m glad I chose them for my pregnancy.

First time visiting this doctor office. Absolutely has a great experience. The nurse took her time talking to me and answering my questions and got to know me a little bit. Then meeting Dr. Christianson was good too. She is direct, calm, knowledgeable and caring. My only reason for giving a 4 out of 5 star was because it was hot in the waiting room and I had to wait 40 minutes after filling out my new patient paperwork and I arrived more than five minutes early. Also maybe consider getting better gowns for patients to try on, especially for plus size/curvy women. Lastly, it would have been nice to see diversity of baby pictures in the waiting rooms. There are two giant pictures of white babies. Great pictures but be more inclusive.

Wonderful group!!! I have loved every doctor and NP I have worked with! I ❤️ Dr. Saunders! She helped keep my anxiety at bay, and she has the best bedside manner!!

I am glad to have found such a wonderful OBGYN practice in Knoxville, TN. Everyone is so kind, thorough, and efficient. I am especially overjoyed to have found Dr. Margaret Beaudrot. I have been searching for a practitioner that strives to be thorough along with being able to listen and address any concerns I have. She is also so kind and knowledgeable. Couldnt recommend more!

Dr. Broady, is the best ob-gyn that anyone can ask for. He’s so talented and very kind to his patients. He will set and talk to you about any and all questions you have.

I saw Dr. Christiansen and felt really comfortable talking to her about all my problems. She took the time to really listen to me and put my mind to ease. I really enjoyed this visit and definitely recommend anyone who is looking for a new Obgyn!!

The whole staff is wonderful and caring! I saw a new doctor for the first time, her name is Elizabeth! Very nice lady, she wasnt in a big hurry. She seemed to care, and answered all of my questions

Went for my first ultrasound for my first child, the receptionists were very nice and made the signing in process easy. Waiting time was not long at all and we were in and out in about an hour. Both the nurse practitioner and the sonographer that helped us were also extremely nice. I didn’t get to see a doctor at all but regardless it was an overall great experience and I’m actually excited to go back for next ultrasound.

Mary Emily Christiansen. I wouldnt not recommend. Not even for an on call doctor at Fort Sanders She wouldnt even come visit me in the Triage for L&D and me laying there in pain swollen legs etc. She sent me home. Im calling to complain. Especially me at 38 weeks pregnant and hurting. That is unacceptable and absolutely rude. I wasnt there 2 hours and sent home with nothing but drink more water and elevate your feet absolutely ridiculous!!!

Everyone was friendly and helpful, and I moved through mammogram, meeting with gynecologist, and Pap smear all within an hour—very timely. I felt listened to, respected, and got good and caring information. A great experience!

It is truly an HONOR to be able to 5 STARS and 2👍👍 to Ft Sanders OBGYN and especially Dr Haney-Weaver! After my former Dr retired (who I was with for 20 years and I adored) I thought I was adrift at sea. Dr HW was so incredibly kind, patient, soothing, knowledgeable, fun, and welcoming. I have no doubt that myself and my 3 daughters will be well taken care of here.

Dr. Haney-Weaver is kind, knowledgeable, attentive, and thorough. All the characteristics that all women want in their doctor. Her staff are kind, respectful, and efficient. The wait times are short and the locations of her offices are convenient with ample parking. Check out was quick and easy with my insurance. I have not a single negative to say.

These people delivered my son. And told me if I cussed in the delivery room they would not help me, they would walk out. I was terrified the entire time.Now four years later I got no notification that they no longer take my insurance no help in finding a new provider. They do not care. Oh, and their post pardon rooms at Fort Sanders are tiny. Dont go there.

First time visiting Dr. Margaret Beaudrot. The front desk administrators were friendly. Gina the nurse that called me back, made me feel really welcomed I appreciate that. Dr. Beaudrot, she was very friendly, professional, took her time to listen what I had to say. Thank you Dr. Beaudrot for a wonderful visit from you and your staff. Blessings to you all.

Had to wait 45 minutes past my appointment time and had arrived 30 minutes early as requested. I understand getting backed up but just like you ask your patients to show up early/on time, you should also respect your patients time. Had I been more than 5 minutes late I probably would have been told I would’ve had to reschedule. Start holding yourselves accountable the same way you do your patients.

I had a great first experience at Fort Sanders. Both the ultrasound tech and nurse went at a great pace and I did not feel rushed. Our nurse rambled off a bunch of facts but then gave us time to ask our questions. Really helpful considering this is our first pregnancy. I appreciated their knowledge. They were both very kind and helpful.

Best group of Drs around! I couldn’t have asked for any better during my 9 long days in the hospital due to pre term labor at 18 weeks. I learned so much about how we could help prevent the loss of another baby in the future by doing the cerclage sooner. They were all super supportive including the high risk Drs. I really feel like I was cared for and was important, not just another patient.

The only place that has made me feel cared about. I love how humble and caring the staff is.

The dr I met with was very professional and everyone was very friendly. The waiting room was packed but I only waited about 10 minutes to see tbe dr. I will go back when the time comes that Im required.

I had my first Pap smear yesterday and was extremely anxious about it. Dr. Broady was very compassionate, patient, and gentle! All staff was kind and easy to work with.

Dr. Altizer is thorough, listens and explains everything you’re going through. She’s personable and doesn’t rush through your appointment. I’m so glad I found her! By far one of the best doctors I have ever seen.

Love Dr Moffatt! She always takes her time at answering all my questions and makes me feel like I am important .

Dr. Moffat is a wonderful physician. She is attentive and personable and actually concerned about your health and overall comfort in her office. I would highly recommend her. The staff is friendly and well as professional and they do not keep you waiting long.

She remembers everything we’ve ever talked about. I’m not just another patient to her. As long as it is my choice I would never see anyone else .

All of the doctors and nursing staff here are awesome! They all care and actually take the time to listen to you as well as going above and beyond for you. Dr. Broady delivered my third and fourth babies. Very great people!

From receptionist to nursing staff and Dr. Saunders, everyone was so kind. I was very comfortable with everyone. Dr. Saunders explained everything and answered all my concerns and her nurse Jordan was thorough with the testing. She explained what the test was for and what would be done.I highly recommend them.

All the staff and team members here have provided excellent patient care. Everyone is very empathetic and attentive, most importantly they continue to follow evidence based practice. We are lucky to have such quality care nearby!

I’m currently 6 months pregnant with twins and I am so glad I choose FSOBGYN for my OB care. The entire staff has been awesome, from billing to doctors to ultrasound techs. They all really take the time to answer my questions thoroughly and make sure I understand what’s going on every step of the way. They’ve celebrated a lot of happy moments with me and genuinely want to provide the best care for me. I definitely recommend them.

Hope the Drs are able to see this review. I called to try and make an appointment. I have two insurances I pay for because I am self employed. One is commercial the other is marketplace. Once the receptionist heard about marketplace she told me they are not accepting marketplace insurance. Fair enough. I tried telling her of the primary insurance I had which is not market place and that I am also willing to pay out of pocket and she then became a broken record with her dismissal. I then asked what type of insurance they accepted and she refused to tell me. I then asked for her name and she hung up on me. WTH? So I called back and told her she hung up on me and I wanted to know her name. She refused to give it so I asked to speak with her manager and she sent my call to a generic voice mail. I’m not sure if this is acceptable behavior for a receptionist being they are the first impression. I hope her disgusting attitude is not a reflection of the Drs. That’s a scary thought. I’d appreciate if one of the Drs would get back to me because clearly the receptionist will not allow it. Who’s running the office?

I hard my baby at fort Sanders and from the beginning I loved it. they are very nice and kind people nurse, doctors, everyone, work at fort Sanders. there respectful easy to talk to. and check in is very quick the time you get there you all done. thank you so much for taking care of us.

I really love this office. I have to come every Monday and Thursday due to having gestational diabetes, and they make every appointment as quick and easy as possible. One notable person I love having is my ultrasound tech every Thursday named Jessica. She always shows me adorable 4D images of my baby’s face and she is so kind. We always laugh about how much my baby must love her, because he does so well, or how well he’s cooperating in general. They also have wonderful nurses, too many to even name. I have yet to have one who didn’t make me feel welcome. Also, I have a Giant fear of having my blood taken, and all of their phlebotomists are AMAZING. They let me lay down, they comfort me, and they are so so gentle and fast. I’d recommend this office any day.

I’ve been seeing Dr. Christiansen for some infertility issues and I’m so thankful for her quick efforts. We’ve been trying for a second for close to 3 years and I’m so excited to finally have some answers. I can’t say enough good things about Dr. Christiansen. She is brilliant, kind, compassionate, thorough and confident and I appreciate how committed she is to helping her patients.I’ve been with this group for 10 years and overall I’ve had great experiences. There’s been a few long waits or differences of opinions but that’s normal and expected. Overall I’m very happy with Fort Sanders OBGYN!

Every bit of our experience has been great so far! 21 weeks pregnant and have felt cared for, understood, and informed on any and all things. Not a single complaint, at all! Professional environment but friendly staff that are all easy to talk to.

Good experience so far. The staff are mostly friendly and helpful. I have not waited more than an hour for my appointment to see the doctor.My one suggestion would be, that despite the precautions of COVID (temp check, masks, etc) that everything just seems cold and unwelcoming. I would like for the atmosphere to feel more inviting.

Doctor Beaudrot is phenomenal. Not only does she have excellent bed side manner and really cares about her patients, she is knowledgeable and explains everything in a way that anyone could understand. I chose her for my induction because she said “I will not do anything without your consent” and that meant a lot to me. We knew it could turn into a cesarean due to past complications, but she did everything she could to give me the vaginal delivery I desired. When that wasn’t an option and I needed an emergency cesarean, she got on my level and explained that a c section was needed and she was so apologetic and caring. When it came to the surgery, she did a beautiful job. Healing has been a breeze and I have minimal scaring. I can’t believe how incredible she did honestly. I just had my 4 week postpartum visit with her and she remembered every detail about my delivery and I feel like she genuinely connected with me. As many babies as she delivers, I was pleased that she took time to show that she cares about each of them. The nursing staff was also very quick and efficient in everything they did. Katheryne was with me while I was delivering and also was very genuine in the care she provided. She was meant to be exactly where she is and made my experience great. I recommend fort sanders to anyone but especially Doctor Beaudrot.

Dr Moffat is amazing! She is so supportive and kind. Ive been seeing her 11+ years. I trust her as a clinician and a confident on the occasional break down I have on her bc of life stress. She gives real life advice and knowledge.

I have been seeing Sandi for more than 23 years.She is amazing! She knows her patients, not only from, just being a patient but, as a person!She is very concerned about the person and will take as much time as needed to talk to you about concerns you may have. She is easy to talk to and explains what might be going on with your body.My father was a surgeon and he told me if a doctor will talk to their patients long enough they will figure out what is wrong. I have carried his advice with me forever. Sandi is one of those doctors ,she listens!Her nurse is also very good with patients. My Blood pressure didnt even go up! Making a person feel comfortable is very important.The front end staff are also very kind. I personally judge a doctors office by their front end staff. This may sound crazy but it shows how concerned the Doctors are with providing a good relationship with their patients.

Dr. Haney-Weaver is an incredible doctor.She is thorough, listens to your concerns, explains diagnoses and treatments completely and answers all of your questions. She and her staff are absolutely wonderful.

Wonderful experience for the most part. Professionalism and friendliness was present, although i seen the nurse practitioner(Kathrine(goes by Sandy)) at the end of my visit. She was also nice and friendly and thoughtful for the most part but there were a couple things that could have been addressed a bit differently in my view . She was giving me information and asking me questions; she asked me if Im experiencing nausea and/or vomiting? i answered that im nauseous sometimes and have come close to vomiting. She said she can send me a prescription into the pharmacy and gave me a list of a few medicines that help with nausea. i told her i would think about it and she was very thoughtful about telling me that that was fine and that i could call the office on Monday if needed. Apparently i found out the same day that a prescription was already sent in for nausea...though i didnt get the time to think about it it was a nice gesture through. Also while in the office i asked her for a note explaining that i cant lift a lot of weight and that i work a very physical job with fast food so i have limitations. When she came back in the room with my note my husband and i thanked her and then i looked at the note that said that i can lift no more than 25 lbs and that i am able to go to the restroom as needed(that was very sweet about the restroom part); i told her i can barely lift over 5lbs without problems because my back has been hurting and also i am cramping too(i just dont want to make things worse on myself and the baby) and she said 25lbs is normal weight for pregnant women to lift(which im sure thats accurate and im sure shes very well educated on the subject); but when i told her about my back pain and the cramping she said i can just lift with my legs.(i understand thats the best way to lift to take stress off the back and to reduce further injuries). Which was nice for her to inform me of that. i just had hoped since i said i was struggling to lift over 5 lbs that shed understand my individual struggles(im trying to still work but not over do it because i dont want to do too much as i am a bit older at age 39 and my husband and i lost our little one last year). i wanted to push the issue further but i was a bit annoyed.Then when she went out of the room again before we got ready to check out i mentioned to my husband that i forgot to also mention to her about needing to limit my hours to about 5 hours a day... because 6 or more hours is too much for me; and he said he had talked to her about my hours at work (and i didnt hear at the time they talked) but he told me that she said the hours im currently working are fine.(im sure she knows what shes talking about as a whole but this is my needs as an individual) My husband and i are not usually people that complain. i just know my body and limitations. My Lord and Saviour Promised that this pregnancy will go well and i stand on that; im just trying to limit my work load to not over do things. And i figured that speaking about my limitations and concerns should have been enough. Over all though everyone including the nurse practitioner was very nice and very professional. i also enjoyed hearing Christian music play in the background while getting my ultrasound.

I’ve been with Ft Sanders OBGYN for 10+ years, and I love them! The staff are always pleasant and kind which makes all the difference sometimes. I saw most of the providers when I was pregnant a year ago, and I loved all of them!

I’ve been a patient here for over 25 years and can’t imagine going anywhere else. I save so much time by making appointments together for a 3-D mammogram and annual. I love Dr. Haney-Weaver and the staff is great! I wouldn’t trust my care to anyone else.

Dr Moffat is excellent - she is attentive and caring. She listens, asks questions and doesn’t rush. I like that I can get ultrasounds or mammograms at same office. They have multiple locations which is a bonus.

I have seen many providers at this location. Most notably Dr. Broady delivered both of my sons and is an amazing doctor! I highly recommend him. Most recently, I saw Dr. Christiansen, and she was so wonderful, too. Very personable, easy to talk to, and made me feel heard—we discussed birth control options, my previous reaction to birth control pills, and other personal issues with ease and comfort. It was nice.Ive never had a negative experience at Fort Sanders. All of the staff—from doctors to midwives to nurses—are all lovely and caring. I highly, highly recommend this practice!

I had 2 bad experiences with this clinic, let’s go with last one today, I’ve been waiting for my ultrasound a month, I received 2 appointments doc visit with ultrasound it says 11:15am and 11:30 am I was here 11:07 and they told me your appointment was 10:45am even I approve for them that’s their fault and showed them the messages they sent me for appointments, they couldn’t take me for ultrasound and rescheduled my ultrasound on June14 omg I have to wait 6 weeks besides that 4 weeks I waited to do ultrasound and make sure everything is okay, how stressful is that , their time policy is very strict and it’s very hard to find parking sometimes I have to wait for someone to leave to take their parking spots. looking to move to different clinic.(lots of stress ).

Changing providers is never easy, but Fort Sanders OBGYN has made it more manageable. The only issue I had was with ordering the medication and scheduling the procedure. In the end, they were able to get everything streamlined and completed.

I love this group! my doctor is wonderful! always so caring and compassionate. I am so lucky as to have found this group.

I was so relieved after my first visit to Fort Sanders OBGYN. I was glad to find an OBGYN that offered bioidentical hormone replacement therapy. They take so much time to answer my plethora of questions and concerns, and genuinely cared about my journey after hysterectomy.

Courtney at the front desk was so friendly. We were late because I went to the wrong place first. I was bringing the elderly lady I take care of so it wasnt her fault at all. The other lady had already told me they couldnt see her for 2 more wks. I was so upset because she was in bad shape & worried about her health so I called back & Courtney was very helpful and understanding. I was impressed with her. The Dr was also very gentle & thorough explaining everything to us.Ive been a Patient here for years myself and I highly recommend them because they make you feel comfortable and welcome. Its very clean & organized too.

Love the nice staff and doctor. Very frustrating to show up an hour early and I still had to wait 20mins past my appointment time to be called back. Then another 10mins before the doctor came in the room. Im hoping this can be better in the future or I will haft to seek other doctors. I have other appointments and errands to take care of not sitting at doctors office all day.

Ft. Sanders had been the absolute best for me & my babies, I delivered my daughter there back in 2017 & my son this September 2021. All their doctors and nurses are amazing and caring, they go out of their way to make sure you and you babies are taken care of and comfortable ♥️ if I was able to have more babies I would keep going back to them, I always recommend them to everyone I know! Dr. Shine was my favorite a little crazy in a good way but so sweet and considerate of what is best for you and you children.

The staff were very nice and welcoming. Dr. Broady was very nice and friendly. He even sets down and talks with the patient.

I went in search of a women’s group that was willing to listen, and help me with a chronic condition that multiple doctors either overlooked or misdiagnosed. Dr. Altizer listened and responded to my concerns with empathy and practicality. She immediately took steps that led to a diagnosis and plan of treatment. I am very appreciative for this practice and its care providers.

Great experience!! Got appointment quickly and my problems were addressed and treatment started. Got a new medicine which WAS covered by my insurance. All staff was efficient and kind. Everything done in a timely manner: thank you!!

The gynecologist I had for 30+ years retired, so I was faced with the dreadful task of finding a new doctor. I was pleasantly surprised with the level of care and professionalism at Fort Sanders OBGYN. The entire staff was friendly and helpful, I didn’t feel like I was being rushed through the process, all my questions and concerns were addressed. Overall good experience.

I didnt have to wait long in either the waiting room or the exam room. Being a new patient and being able to get a mammogram and a gyn exam in one place in under 2 hours is a win for me!

The ladies at the checkin desk were friendly, and the nurse was very personable. The doctor took time to discuss my concerns, validate my feelings, and offer reasonable suggestions.

Everyone is very nice. They take Covid precautions seriously and I felt very safe. Dr. Shine always makes me feel very comfortable and takes the time to answer all my questions. I couldnt ask to be treated any better. Highly recommend.

It was a wonderful experience, everyone was so nice and I felt Dr Many was hearing my concerns and the nurses and staff were so friendly. They did an excellent job.

My personal obgyn is spectacular. The ladies who make the appointments are very disrespectful and rude. Never have a good attitude when I call to schedule always rushing. My appointment was also at 8:30 the other day and I was not taken back until 9:15.

I’ve been a patient of Dr. Broady for years. He always takes time to listen to any concerns and also thoughtfully explain any conditions or issues I’ve had to deal with. He’s been especially wonderful recently as I’ve had to navigate health issues over the past year. Also the nurses and office staff have always been kind and helpful throughout the years.

Dr. Beaudrot is hands down the most humble provider. She went above and beyond for my sons delivery and we are very happy she was able to deliver our second baby for us! Wonderful provider and wonderful experiences!

Receptionists we’re very helpful & friendly, check in nurse was to the point, Dr. Saunders is so personable, kind & caring! She helped me understand everything I asked her. Best gynecologist I’ve ever had & I’m 70 years old!
