We have been a patient since 2016. His staff is always helpful, friendly and makes us feel like part of the family! His new lab tech is the best with blood draws! I didnt even feel the needle! Love his office 💜

Dr. Storment is truly the most incredible doctor I have ever had. His staff is also amazing and they made us feel like family. Infertility is a very difficult journey to navigate but Dr Storment quite literally held my hand through it all. He has sat with me as I’ve cried in fear, he has answered every question, he and his staff have taken every call. He is the doctor you wait your whole life for. The one that cares, the one that celebrates the wins, but will sit with you in the trenches when it’s hard. My husband and I will forever be grateful for him and his team. We were successful with Dr. Storment and we are so grateful for him and his staff.

Ive never given a low rating before, but definitely felt scammed (personally). I know there are so many people who had great successes from this company, but unfortunately, that wasnt my experience.Heres my experience:During our visits, staff was extremely pleasant, and seem* genuinely trying to help. We went through a couple IUIs, but werent bringing positive results. Nurse Skylar recommended IVF with the backing of some of here colleagues (which I dont remember names- b/c they only showed up when it was time to push another agenda for more $$$). After my husband and I decided not to go through with IVF, the calls stopped and they did not call for follow up and didnt move forward to put me on schedule to make sure my cysts on my ovaries were back to healthy size (at the time of IVF talk I had just found out I had a large cyst again, which they had been caring for prior to our denial to pursue IVF). They treated me like I was just another number. After reflecting on our time there, it was all a money scam for us. I am an African American woman married to a white man ,(now reflecting back) we dont believe settled with them. There staff isnt diverse (shouldve been a red flag for me). Success pictures on their walls had no brown babies.Since then all of my medical needs have been met and will be handled by African Americans in the medical field.

We absolutely love Dr. Storment and the entire staff at Fertility Answers. They have walked with us through our fertility journey with kindness, love and support. We are so thankful we found them and definitely recommend them to anyone searching for the perfect team to help grow their family.

Such an amazing experience with Dr Storment’s office from the moment we walked through the door. The facility is beautiful and inviting. The staff is incredible beyond words. The nurses and ultrasound tech we interacted with showed so much empathy and compassion. Dr Storment’s demeanor is warm and welcoming. He is thorough, open and honest with every possible detail we may encounter and pursue during our fertility journey. We are in the beginning phase of our fertility journey but I am so confident in the choice we made by choosing Dr Storment and his amazing staff to guide us through this important step in our lives.

We had a wonderful experience with Dr. Conway. Appointments were always on time and she is personable, very realistic with expectations and good at explaining the process, statistics, and the evidence based literature. The staff is friendly. The online patient portal is easy to navigate. We were always called back within about 20 minutes when we called in with a question. Can’t say enough good things about the clinic and experience.

Dr. Storment was amazing at answering all of our questions and guiding us through this process. He made us feel confident that we were getting the absolute best fertility care. The staff at Fertility Answers are all extremely friendly and informative as well! Everyone in the office is great at what they do!

Everything about my experience at fertility answers was phenomenal. The staff members are all so friendly and welcoming, Dr. Storment and Renee were AMAZING! Renee truly makes you feel like you are there one-on-one. She calls you personally with results and concerns. They were not pushy with treatments and were very open to hear your wants and opinions! 100% will recommend fertility answers to anyone who sets out on this journey.

Super grateful to have access to such a phenomenal facility! We are new to this journey, but so far, we have been under such great care by both Dr. Storment and Renee Clary, PA. Renee performed my HSG, which is known to be painful. She was incredibly gentle and professional and made the whole process as comfortable as possible! I would go to either of them anytime!

I recently had a rather disheartening experience before I even stepped in the building for my new patient appointment at the doctors office that compelled me to share my thoughts and concerns. one of the doctors employees called me to confirm my appointment the DAY BEFORE the appointment and advised that I would also have to pay the full visit price of another $25 after I already paid a $100 deposit to secure my appointment, despite the fact that she had knowingly provided false information regarding the verification of my health insurance coverage. I was confused because my health insurance DOES covers fertility benefits which I had verified with my health insurance over a month before my scheduled appointment. I advised her of this and asked if she verified my health insurance benefits. She stated yes and kept repeating over and over that bluecross blue shield does not cover fertility no maam they never cover fertility To my dismay, she dismissed my concerns without any attempt to investigate or resolve the issue. Her attitude was disrespectful and unprofessional, displaying a lack of empathy for the financial strain this unexpected expense would cause. I found it deeply troubling that she exhibited no interest in rectifying the situation or ensuring a satisfactory patient experience. Confused and taken aback, I once again got on the phone with BCBS to AGAIN confirm I did have benefits. I told the BCBS rep what was going on. The BCBS representative had to place me on hold and contact the doctors office directly to advise that I do have benefits. It was clear from the BCBS phone call that my fertility benefits were indeed NEVER verified before my appointment like promised. When scheduling a doctor appointment one should expect to have a professional and efficient experience especially when it comes to the most simplistic task of medical billing but its clear the person who handles billing lacks basic courtesy and empathy. It is not only the inconvenience and financial implications of this incident that disappointed me, but also the blatant dishonesty on the part of the employee. It is concerning to think that someone entrusted with handling insurance matters would falsely claim to have verified the coverage, ultimately putting the patient in a difficult and unfair situation.As a patient, I believe it is crucial for healthcare providers to prioritize clear communication, accuracy, and integrity in their dealings with patients. Patients should be able to trust that the information provided by medical staff is accurate and reliable. Unfortunately, my experience at this particular doctors office fell far short of these expectations. In conclusion, I would strongly advise potential patients to exercise caution when talking to the billing person. The unprofessional behavior and dishonesty displayed by their employee during my visit have left me with a negative impression. I hope that this review serves as a cautionary tale and prompts the doctors office to address these issues, ensuring a more respectful and honest approach to patient care and financial matters. Furthermore, it would have been truly ashame if I would of canceled my appointment altogether after being wrongly informed ONE DAY BEFORE THE APPOINTMENT that my insurance did not cover anything at all while also forfeiting the $100 deposit I had to put on file. There is just no excuse for being plain lazy at your job. I will continue to see Dr. Storment because I liked the medical care I received by him and his team. I will not let one bad egg taint my selection of a healthcare provider.5 stars for the care-5 stars for billing

From day one, the staff at Fertility Answers made us feel like we were a part of their family. We live in West Monroe so it’s a 3 hour drive (one way), the staff were so accommodating with us & made sure we had plenty of time to get to our appointments. Every time we entered the building, it’s like we were home. The staff truly cares about their patients & we can’t thank Dr Conway enough for helping us through this process. Infertility is a scaring thing for a woman to hear but the staff at Fertility Answers never made me feel like it was the end. They have been so encouraging throughout this process. We will miss each & everyone one of them. See you soon with our little one!

I have been a patient at this clinic since 2012. I have had nothing but positive experiences with everyone here. We recently completed an IVF cycle which resulted in a positive pregnancy. Even though I have been seeing my OB doctor, I had a few concerns and Dr. Storment and his nurse Suzanne did not hesitate to jump on a call with me and answered all of my questions. They truly are a great team and I cannot put into words what they mean to our family.

I would highly recommend Fertility Answers if you are experiencing infertility or have had several miscarriages and are trying to conceive. The doctors and nurses at both the Lafayette office and the Baton Rouge office made this difficult process as easy as possible. Dr. Storment was thorough in his diagnosis and treatment. The nurses were always friendly and made us feel comfortable. Our waiting time before appointments was very minimal and we were given a printed treatment plan, cost estimate and paid receipts. There are several ways to communicate with the office personnel including by phone, text message and patient portal. When our time at Fertility Answers was complete, we felt like family and not just patients. My husband and I are so excited that our treatment was successful and I am now pregnant with our first child.

My wife and I had a very pleasant experience with Fertility answers. The staff was lovely and always ready to answer any questions we had. They managed our expectations very well and kept us informed of what options we had and what the likelihood of success via each path we took looked like. Very happy to inform we have a baby on the way!

My time with Dr. Storment and his office staff has been nothing short of amazing. Every single time you walk into this office you are greeted with a smile. Compassion comes second nature to these people. You never really have to wait for an appointment; they always try to get you in as fast as they can. As we start our journey, I am so please with the staff already! Dr. Storment thoroughly explained everything and our options. He listened to us and gladly recievedour previous health test results. I’ve never been seen at a Doctors office on time let alone a few minutes before my appointment. Our appointment was at 1:30, we arrived at 1:15, and they called us back at 1:20! We also went over a game plan to become parents. He was very informative and answered any questions or concerns we had. Fertility Answers are Amazing! My experience was with the Lafayette location. The staff was extremely polite and helpful. They indeed answered all of my questions. I only did one round of IVF. My tubes are tied so I decided to do the IVF Process. Dr. Stormant was so AMAZING I had my BEAUTIFUL HEALTHY BABY GIRL ON THE SAME BIRTHDAY AS HIM!!! I so grateful for the entire staff for making my stay there feel well at home! If ur looking any help or answers for any fertility issues I’ll definitely trust Fertility Answers!

Where do I begin.. it took me 4 1/2 years to get pregnant. Before I saw Dr. Storment, I went to 2 different fertility clinics in Houston and did 3 full rounds. All with the same results a bunch of eggs and a bunch of embroys but with no success. I thought I was in the best hands bc these clinic were supposedly the #2 in the country to help you get pregnant. Nothing was technically wrong with me, I ovulated and had a normal cycle. Finally I decided to try Dr Storment, he reviewed my complete file and told me we were going to focus on quality and not quantity. The other clinics made me feel like an ant. Dr Storment treats all of his patients specific to them and their unique situation. He even cared about my thyroid, which the other clinics did not. Needless to say, with Dr Storment I only had 7 eggs instead of 19 and 4 embroys instead of 8 and all came back normal!! Now I have two beautiful boys!!! Do not let the number 1 or the number 2 clinic trip you up. It’s a numbers game!! Save yourself the money and time and go see Dr Storment!!!!

There is literally no wait time here, they call you back basically as soon as you arrive. I have had a pleasant experience with Dr storment and staff. They make you feel comfortable and informed. I am looking forward to having my rainbow baby with their guidance.

I have left a review for the Baton Rouge location and we just finished our cycle there. Our first cycle was at this office. Had an absolutely wonderful experience despite having a miscarriage of our first pregnancy. Nature is nature and there are no guarantees in pregnancy. Dr. Storment and his staff have absolutely been wonderful!Update: We are blessed with a little girl! Dr. Storment and his staff helped us and we could not be happier.

Before I went to Fertility Answers and saw Dr Storment I had nearly lost hope in ever having a baby of my own. I had experienced a previous loss, and still failed to get pregnant after that. My OBGYN referred me to see Dr Storment, and my husband called and got our consultation appointment made. I was nervous because I thought I would hear the same things I’ve heard since I was 15 when I was diagnosed with PCOS. When my husband and I got into the little conference room with Dr Storment he gave me the answers I needed, and explained things to me that I had never heard before. Everything about my body and what I was going through finally made since. He told me the medications I needed to take, set me up with their dietician, I lost weight, ate a low carb diet, and lost about 20 lbs. In between that time I also had an HSG done, and my husband was checked. Three weeks after that I fell pregnant with my little miracle rainbow baby. I received early pregnancy care here at Fertility Answers, and I knew they truly cared for me and my baby. I recommend everyone to Fertility Answers that are struggling to conceive.

Our experience with Fertility answers was great. They took time to explain and never once skipped corners to move me along. With them and a perfect miracle I was pregnant after my first IUI. I’m over half way of my pregnancy currently and even though my time with Fertility answers was short I am very thankful for them and recommend to many people.

We are from southwest La, and do not have a place near by to help families with infertility, so we were referred to Doctor Storment by my OBGYN and Im so glad we were. He looked over our paper work and knew exactly what to start doing. We had male infertility issues but also unexplained. I would say he went pretty aggressive with our first round, and for that I am thankful, because it wasnt like he wanted us to keep coming back to pay more money, he really wanted it to work out for us. And for the first round of IUI, it did. We now have a happy and healthy 4 month old baby boy. I will always tell people, if you even think you might be having some problems, give them a call. They want your family to grow.

You need to be fully aware of how your insurance works because the office staff is not diligent or honest (not sure which it was for us) in managing payments. My insurance told me my initial visit would be paid for by my healthcare; however, when I went in, I was charged the full $350 for an initial visit. I told the office worker I had been informed it was taken care of but she insisted I pay anyway. I did, but then double checked with my insurance. It took two tries to get them to refund our money. We ended up not utilizing their services for other reasons, but I wanted to warn others to double check with their insurers before they are taken advantage of.

My fertility journey was a very difficult journey, I went to many doctors without results for 7 years of trying. I found out about fertility answers in Lafayette. Doctor Storment figured out the main reason why I couldnt conceive. H e explained to me and we decide which was the best treatment for me . Trying to communicate in English was very hard for me but they still manage to understand the best they can . I want to thank Dr.Stormen and his team because now I have a healthy baby. Rita Mejia

I have a mixed review of this clinic but over all it is negative and leads to a 1 star review. We were recommended to this clinic because of a hormonal issues from our OBGYN, from the beginning the Dr. told us Do you want to know whats wrong with you or do you want to have a baby that statement set the pace for the next 2 years and 4 failed IUIs and 1 failed IVF procedures. We had to push to get any tests done at all and they never took those tests into consideration in treatment.The staff is a mixed review. Some of the nurses and techs are great and made our time there wonderful but others were nightmares. One forgot to send us the packet and info we had to complete before we could start IVF and they blamed us for not receiving it and completing in time.They do not take the time to properly bill you as others have reviewed. They billed our insurance incorrectly leading to us being charged and later refund. Getting that refund is another issue all together as they tend to keep it as credit.The IVF procedure they use is very one-size-fits-all and they are very against changing anything about it to the point of arguing with you and telling you they are canceling the procedure. The procedure was not tailored to my wife at all, even after being patients for over a year with them. They over stimulated her to the point that other doctors have told us we should have gone to the ER all while they told us everything is perfectly normal and it will magically be better tomorrow and then triggered her early. This resulted in a failed IVF cycle over all.They wanted to do another IVF cycle and had no plans to change the trigger or cycle at all which would have lead to the same results. When we questioned the lack of change, the Dr. became very argumentative and defensive and told us he was canceling our cycle and we should find a second opinion.Thank God we did.If you have anything abnormal about you then think about finding another clinic.

Infertility is hard. The staff makes this process smooth and comfortable. They are more than helpful when you have questions and theyre very thorough with instructions. I am praying that we are able to conceive with the help of this team!

The most kind staff any patient could ask for. The environment is welcoming, clean, and has a touch of home to it. Any and all questions you could have are answered and explained to you in ways that makes you trust your physician with the steps you’re about to take! I was very disappointed with my visits to Fertility Answers. I went to this clinic trusting that they would help me figure out why I was unable to have children. They performed two tests (with which they took no time to explain results) before declaring everything was fine and we should proceed to more expensive procedures. I felt they hadnt examined everything possible and went back to my regular doctor who ended up finding physical and hormonal problems. This clinic did not take the time to counsel with me or personalize a fertility plan but instead used a one-size-fits-all strategy. I would not recommend this clinic.

I have been going to them since around 2016. In 2017, with the help of IVF, I got pregnant with my daughter. I went to them again in 2019 and 2020. I am currently pregnant with my son, and due in 2 weeks, again via IVF. The folks here are kind, caring and informative. They are good at answering any and all questions you might have. Definitely worth the trip and effort. I highly recommend them to all who are struggling to conceive.

Amazing staff at Louisiana Fertility Center. They are so friendly and easy to work with and you can tell they really care about their patients. If youre in Louisiana make sure you look to them for answers to your fertility questions.

The lady at the front desk is very rude. Dr. Conway didn’t listen to my concerns (which is awful to do to anyone especially when this seems to be the last resort) and insisted things had to proceed in the one manner as she said, which caused me MAJOR health issues and instead of being apologetic, she kept saying over and over that it was because of my “age” and the fact that I’m “black”. I Do NOT recommend this place! Found MUCH better.

This place is an absolute JOKE. I have done several procedures and I can tell you everytime I went through the process I cant say I really felt like Dr. Storment or his nurses were gunning for my success. Especially bc one of the nurses told my husband and I if we couldnt afford fertility procedures we shouldnt even try to have kids... When I started seeing this office they told me I had a minor fibroid that was non fertility impacting.....fast forward years later after several failed procedures and growing undesirable life impacting pain....fibroid is intrumural in my uterus ...grown the size of a golf ball and beyond fertility impacting coupled w endometriosis pain. I have the surgery w Dr. Storment to remove what was never supposed to be an issue. Move on and try another procedure and no success there ... On the day of the procedure which was my last of several w this doctor ...he told my husband during the procedure that his opinion didnt matter...the actual person providing me w the sperm to make this process work...what an insult to a paying customer.... Of course by no surprise this procedure was not a sucess...but when does the doctors office follow up with me to find out results exactly 9 months later May 22 2018 from a procedure done Aug 2017... Im sure its only bc they wanted to try and take more of our money not bc they actually cared about me as a patient ...how frustrating and beyond infuriating my experience has been w this clinic... I would not give them a penny if my life depended on it and only would ever let them think about touching my chart unless they are willing to give some sort of refund for all of the thousands of dollars we have thrown down the drain w them over the years. What a waste of my husbands and I time and what a horrible experience and journey this has been...oh and we still have not conceived it will be two years post surgery in December.

If there was lower than one star I would give that. Wasted 350 dollars for them to not even evaluate her. They just looked at her and said oh your young youll be fine didnt run no test was disrespectful and then want to recommend the most expensive procedure off the bat. Not even listening to what we had to say.

Some of the people ar nice some are very rude they didnt even do any tests on me which is what I wanted 😡 I felt super judged the entire time I will not be going back!! They didnt even care that I was late for my period she just kept talking about the treatments she could do and of corse she said I should do the most expensive one 😒
