Definitely liked Dr. Sing but I wasnt able to get an appointment on the day I needed it so I went to Dr. Peggy and she took forever to come in the room. She seemed really personable during the visit, however, when it came time for my labs to be read, she took 3 days to view them even though they were already in the system in 24 hours. The receptionist made it VERY clear that she was going to wait 72 hours (the maximum time length) until I got my results back. Eventually, I received a call but it wasnt from Dr. Peggy, it was from another receptionist telling me my lab results. She informed me that I am showing signs of having diabetes and instead of giving me a date or time to follow up, that was all she had to say. I asked her what is the next step after finding out I could possibly have diabetes and she said Im sorry? I have yet to hear back from Dr. Peggy or anyone from the office. The receptionist left a bad taste in my mouth with her rudeness and Dr. Peggy left a bad taste in my mouth by not even giving me a call herself AFTER I had left at least 3 messages for her to call me. As of right now, I am in the process of finding another Doctor to go to because they are not professional. BEWARE!

This place is not the nicest but Kat is worth seeing. She is thorough and makes you feel like your being heard instead of just here you go and have a good day. She actually takes her time and she has truly changed my life for the better. I absolutely 💯 recommend this Seamar.

Fantastic employees. Top-notch!The doctor is revolving, and none of them have been great for a decade. Its a small-town clinic, and theyll do everything they can to keep you there, and not recommend you to another doctor that might be better equipped for your issue ...

This is one of those times that I wish there was an option for no stars.I visited this clinic for the first time last Monday 11/13, ( They called me last month and said they were having a promotion, for first time visits in which you would get a $25.00 gift card). Great!I show up for my appointment on- time there was an 1 1/2 wait. Then they are giving me papers to sign I had already signed. I get the gift card, I dont check it right away. Its not activated no funds. I take it back the front desk lady Sara says shes contacting whomever handles the gift card. I waited there for about 30 mins. She tells me they are bringing new cards tomorrow. So the next day after I pick up my children from school I head back over there to pick up the card as instructed. She says oh I forgot lol (thats real professional). So she takes my number and says instead up me coming back everyday she will just call me when they come in. As you can see im very patient I was going to call today (a week later), but she beat me too it.Then told me he, whoever that is tried the card and it worked. I tried several times, there was nothing on the card and it was not activated.Bottom line: Its not just about the gift card, but it is because I held up my end of the aggreement. This place is dirty, unprofessional I wouldnt recommend this place to anyone. The Dr. was nice. If anyone has any recommendations please point me in that direction.In the spirit of Thanksgiving, I am thankful for the card now we can put that towards our meal. Happy Holidays

I’ve made 3 appointments here and those last 3 I had to cancel because I literally waited 2 hours not to be seen for my appointment, this place is sad and disappointing. Josh the lab guy is amazing, took his time but the rest of the employees were not professional. There is no need to make an appointment because YOUR APPOINTMENT ISNT VAILD here because you will still wait till next year to be seen. Awful service!

I have had good and bad experiences at this medical center. However, Dr. Sing has cross the line and has written false medical notes on my medical record. He was extremely unprofessional and acted as though he had a issue with my sexual preference. In short, I will be filing and compliant with the state recording his practice. This I honestly hope no one will have to go through what I went through.

This place is a joke! We went in 30 mins prior to appointment time as requested. Turns out the doctor was running 2 hours late! So we waited for 1.5 hours before we decided to leave! The least they could have done was let us know before we got there. Not to mention this place is so dirty!

Proffesional, curtious, patient, and kind staff. I interacted with five different people durring my visit and everyone was great from the time I checked in to walking out the door. All of my questions and concerns were met with more than adaquate answers with no hurried or rushed vibe. Thank you!

Super helpful staff. Very courteous.But the phone number from this site is not the right phone number. The phone number here is actually the number for the Sea Mar up on the Hilltop in Tacoma..... 😔

First time here. Made an appointment, showed up early as requested and ended up waiting 1.5 hours just to be told that there are still 2 ppl in front of me in line. What’s the point of making an appointment?

As long as Dr. Singh is here, I will wait in that waiting room as long as I can. He is always running a little behind because he is thorough with his stuff.

This is the worst place to ever end up for a doctors appointment, i show up as a walk in but they let more people go in front of me,the place is unkempt, smelling smoke for some reason, damn it needs to be renovated or something done about the place

If I could rate zero stars I could, they are rude and unhelpful as well as unprofessional . Never go there you will regret it and possible have your health negatively affected.

Front desk angy really nice helping on every thing but the doctor she treat like when i going too the bathroom and like 💩💩💩💩

A little piece of hell...1.5 hour wait 1.5 hours watching this little man peck on a computer to only tell me they cant prescribe the medications I need...its ran down disgusting hole in the wall...feel like youre crawling in disease before you even find the clinic not recommended even if youre dying.
