I received a first trimester surgical abortion. I waited an hour before being called back to take some medication and an ultrasound. The ultrasound tech was patient and nice. It was weird when I had to walk down a hallway before my ultrasound with a sheer small drape covering my waist down passing by all the male staff. I felt uncomfortable when I went back out into the waiting room afterwards to wait for the procedure because I seen the doctor walk into the reception area with his head gear on drinking coffee. This just seemed inconsiderate considering what most women are there for. When the procedure started and was introduced to said doctor, he made a cruel joke about death because there was a skeleton on my shirt and waited for me to laugh with him, when I didn’t he just goes, “well, anyways, I thought that was funny.” I asked questions if the procedure was painful if the meds helped with it, during that time, the nurse in the back was shaking her head and rolling her eyes at the doctor’s responses. I felt even more uncomfortable, uneasy, and like I was in a nightmare at this point. I learned the IV meds given is fentanyl, which I was not happy about because it wasn’t disclosed on the forms it just said iv for pain and anxiety, I asked for a lower dosage than normal and yet I still blacked out didn’t remember the procedure, how or who dressed me and how I ended up in another room. I had to ask the doctor afterwards if they really got everything out. When I got home I passed things in the bathroom that were clearly pregnancy tissue it is tissue color and I experienced a miscarriage in the past so I know what it looks like. This is why I didn’t opt for the pill because I did not want to experience seeing this home alone. I thought they were supposed to remove all of the contents and now I’m worried bits and pieces are left inside and I fear infection. The only good thing I can say was my blacking out which made the procedure not only painless but I do not remember what happened in that room.

Good experience for what I needed to have taken care of.Girls at the front aren’t too friendly, but the rest of the staff were kind.I went in at 7:30 am on a Saturday and I was out around 9ish.I was very nervous & upset, but the doctor and his staff were caring. They explained everything, although I don’t remember much because I had the IV sedation.I didn’t feel anything or if I did…again I don’t remember it.Hoping I never have to use this service again, but I do recommend this clinic to anyone in this same Situation. Prayers for all of you!

Please go to another clinic the doctor that performs abortion procedures needs to be fired I just recently went in for a abortion july 3rd 2024 only to discover that my abortion was incomplete & I still have pregnancy tissue still inside of me please ladies go to another clinic or get a second opinion I should have read the other reviews were other people stated there abortion was incomplete this doctor shouldn’t not be in practice preforming botched abortions that cause serious life threating infections or death to patients

I walked in beyond scared. I never in my life would’ve thought I’d have to make a decision like this. I cried the entire time because its a sad experience that no one really talks about but let me tell you. The staff was and is so special to me. They made me feel so comfortable about what I was doing. They never once judged/shamed me about my decision. They made the experience so much easier for me and assured me that they were here to help. The process was so quick I was in there for about and hour and a half. The actual abortion took like 5 minutes at most. Pain wise it was just a tiny bit painful, I chose the laughing gas. It felt more like pressure from a Pap smear. But once again, it was a very quick process. They are the sweetest, I appreciate them so much.

Dr Sean was amazing . So nice and welcoming and warm . Reina the Assistant was amazing . She was so friendly and comforting .Alberto the gentleman who helped me in recovery was so sweet. The process was so fast and easy . Such an amazing experience given the circumstances. Would recommend. They really care about their patients. I’m happy I chose this place

This was my first time going to this clinic for a procedure. The staff were extremely nice and informative every step of the way. The made me feel like I didn’t have to be nervous. The process was lengthy but very accurate for the type of procedure I was receiving. The doctor also was very kind and made me feel very comfortable the entire procedure would definitely recommend this place.

The doctor and staff were very kind thats why I decided to go with 3 stars. The procedure itself was very painful I did not feel like I was fully numb. The doctor had a hard time getting the instrument inside comfortably but she was kind, patient and explained everything as she was going. I could barley get through the procedure it was so painful. At the end a male nurse came to discharge me, he put a diaper on me barely half way then told me to pull it up myself, I could barely move I was in so much pain so this was very difficult for me to do. I feel like I should have had assistance putting on my clothes and walking out. They gave me a shot to help with my pain which was much needed, the male nurse forgot to put a bandaid on the injection site on my arm so I bled through my shirt. He was also very kind and patient with me despite not being very helpful with dressing. Overall I feel like the staff is very young and lack experience. I do feel like with time the doctor will get better.

I got birth control here, fast service and good doctor answering questions and very understanding

I went here a few years ago (2020) and I’ve never had one before. The staff was very friendly, made me feel comfortable. I had no problem before or during. I don’t know if it’s normal to have nausea afterward but they made sure I was okay enough to go home before actually leaving the building. Overall, the experience, given the circumstances, was pleasant.

I came here yesterday and once more about a few months ago and both experiences were pain free, quick, and simple. I am out of state so flying here to get this procedure is already a pain but the staff make it feel very professional and safe. My first time i opted into the pill as to i was early in pregnancy and i was very nervous, ive never traveled alone but i took a taxi from the airport made it about an hour before my appointment, checked in, filled the forms out (only about 3 pages) and paid. They soon took me back to confirm how far along i was and then took me to another room where the female doctor was so nice and informative about everything she made me feel at ease and not so scared about what was gona happen. Went to Walgreens to get my meds and headed back to the airport to head home easy and breezy. I cramped and bled once i took the medication a few hours later as warned but nothing to bad at all. They did follow ups and i wasnt prego anymore so the pill was a good op for me. The 2nd time was the exact same way but only i wanted to op into the surgery since the place made me feel very safe, unfortunately my flight was delayed a few hours so i barely made it with a same day flight back the doc got me in quickly and understood my situation and did everything for me last minute which I really appreciated but i had to opt in the pill as that was the only way they can treat me on a short period of time which i was totally ok with. Same as last time i cramped and bled but nothing too bad. I made an appt with my ob about getting my tubes tied so i dont think ill be coming back here again but i really appreciate what this office has done for me and making my trips easy as I already was stressing a whole lot! If i could give then 10 stars instead of 5 i would as to this place was a blessing to me ! I really think the bad reviews come from pro lifers as i just dont see this place treating someone any diff from how they treated me. Thanks doc and staff a million times thanks !!

Now I am happy to do the very same for other women browsing reviews. The office felt safe, friendly and inviting. The staff was so very kind and helpful from the moment i called to make an appointment up until I left building when it was all over. The best was that each room in the back had comforting little messages throughout to stay positive, to remain strong. Their process made the whole event quick and painless as possible. I was in and dout in under an hour and never once felt judge, rushed, or anything negative of the sort. Thank you to all of the staff for providing us with a safe, positive place to make one of the toughest decisions of our lives.

I went here for my women’s annual exam. The experience, starting with booking my appointment was excellent. Kind, caring staff, and I didn’t wait during any part of my appointment. The doctor who saw me, I believe his name was Dr. Parker, made me feel completely comfortable (considering my high anxiety for Pap smears this is no easy feat!). I highly recommend this clinic.

I dont know if it was a good thing i didnt remember the procedure so even if i was in any kind of pain i dont remember in a good way. the whole staff from the moment i walked in and walked out was super friendly and helpful, my appointment was at 9:30 vitals , ultrasound and paperwork was done by 10, went to the back 10:15 was done and in recovery by 10:49 i have very bad anxiety & they helped keep me calm letting me know the procedure was going to be quick and painless, talked to me until the medicine kicked in and reassured only thing i would feel is a little pressure and cramping. helped with after care and resources with information on anything you had questions about. wish you guys offered primary care keep up the good hospitality, pure kindness and energy you all hold in this establishment 🤍 & the place was super clean & warm not cold like most Dr

I called so many clinics in Las Vegas and read reviews. Some pleasant and some not so pleasant. I’m so grateful to have found this place. Being that this choice wasn’t an easy choice to make. They were professional the whole way through. If you’re reading this, and are seeking termination, I’d recommend this place. The doctor also gave me a year prescription for a good birth control and was in good spirits during the whole procedure. I wasn’t shamed or judged. Although inside I was ashamed, this place took care of me. And I am grateful.

The best experience! I walked in at 10:30 and walked out 3:00pm. The front office lady was nice and explained the paper work. After couple of min they called me for an ultrasound. I came and went out quickly to wait and have the procedure done. After about an hour and half or so they called me in to have the procedure done. The doctor came in and explained everything that was happening step by step. Ones I knew it I was done less then 5 min. The doctor was really great and as well for the staff. Thank you so much for everything ❤ I will never forget the loving doctor who took great care of me and the staff. I felt very comfortable with my decistion and was never questions if I was sure about my decistion. In fact they made me feel like I was having my own choice and I never ones felt bashed about it. Thank you so much!!!

The doctor was very professional and informative. Its quite a shame such good care has to be overshadowed by the overall experience of this place. WITH an appointment I waited for 2 hours. Had to call work and let them know I was going to be late coming back from the 1.5 hour lunch I had scheduled. (I work next door.) It puts womens health care in this country to shame. Fyi they do not take insurance. Just to give a ballpark idea of what it costs I paid $175 for my 15 min appointment. I really needed a new prescription so to me it was worth it.

I went in for a procedure for a sebaceous cyst. The doctor opened it but didn’t fully get the whole cyst out. I called back for a follow-up about 3/4 weeks later. When I talked to the receptionist she said since I was within the 3-6 week time period after the procedure I could come in and get it fully taken care of. I got there and they said because they had to open it back up and I was now “past the 6 week mark” I had to pay the full amount AGAIN for the procedure. Mind you I set the follow for 3 days after I called about the follow up. When they hadn’t fixed the issue in the first place. Never coming back to this facility again.

I literally cannot thank Dr. Kerns or the Asian nurse (apologies I forgot her name) enough for my visit here. I have extreme anxiety and they were amazing and made this a lot Better for me. They were honest and very assuring. This is a tough decision for any woman so it’s nice to know there is a team of supportive people here. I was their last patient of the day and they still gave me little breaks so I could get myself together. Dr. Kern is an amazing doctor and genuinely cares about his patients.

I came in to this place after searching the area for the best womens clinic around. I read reviews, I went through their website and I called before I came in. Off hand I have to say that the woman I talked to on the phone was extremely helpful and patient, I was so scared about what I was experiencing and I needed some answers. She patiently listened to me and to the best of her knowledge, she answered all my questions. I went in a few days later for an ultrasound to confirm or reject my high suspicion that I was going through a miscarriage. The young woman who attended me when I first came in was very polite and welcoming. I went through the check in process, which was quite simple and quick. I then waited not long at all to get called in for my ultrasound. Thats when things went down for me. I was already very anxious and nervous, I knew that something was wrong because I felt it in my gut. I wrongfully assumed that the service I paid for would also include some kind of empathy/sympathy from the technician conducting my procedure. From the moment I entered the room, she seemed to be in a rush, I felt like she was hardly listening to my insistence that something was wrong. She conducted the ultrasound and then informed me that I was estimated at 10 weeks and 4 days. All the while she was doing the procedure, I kept talking....i felt like I was blabbering on and on....she just kept brushing off my doubts with thats normal.....she did not take the time to truly listen to me, she made me feel like she just wanted me out. Yesterday, my suspicion and fear was realized. I passed the fetus growing inside me around 5 in the morning, I continued to pass fast amounts of clots and tissue throughout the day with excruciating pain. I went to the ER and I have to say that even the triage nurse there was way more sympathetic towards me than the person I saw at this clinic. I had high hopes for this place, but ultimately I left feeling like I wasnt really of much importance. To anyone out there who is feeling like how I was, dont be afraid to ask questions and if you feel like you arent being really listened to, go somewhere else. There are people out there who genuinely care, Im lucky to have run into a few.

I want to thank the doctor who was working on Thursday, Sept 27th, at 3pm for really listening to me and my specific concerns. You went out of your way to make sure the sedation was effective because of my current prescriptions and, thanks to you, I dont remember a single bad thing. The whole experience there was a positive one and all of the women who were working that day were very nice and caring. No judgment at all.Thank you so very much.

All the staff was very friendly and provide any information you wanted if you felt nervous or anxious. Very quick waiting times and the procedure went by fast as well with hardly any pain or complications. Would recommend anyone to come here to this no judgement clinic.

Ive had several experiences at this facility. However, my most recent visit will be my final one. This wasnt my first time having an abortion at this clinic, but it was my first time meeting that doctor (he was a middle-aged white man, I am unsure of his name). He started our initial meeting by speaking so rudely to me regarding my past abortions. He made me feel so guilty for even being there for an abortion in the first place. Completely unprofessional given the facility and the clients he works with. I cant even imagine how many other women hes terrorized given his woman-hating demeanor. I know there are many women who have experienced a doctor that was extremely dismissive, patronizing, and degrading towards them; beware people, hes one of them.

The Dr talked me through the whole process while it was happening and they offer pain relief afterwards if youre having a hard time. Would recommend this place to anyone. Reason for not having five stars is how uncomfortable the waiting room is. No music or TV or anything just silence and the fish tank.

Dr Levy and the entire staff at A-Z Womens Center INCREDIBLE! I was nervous for my appt, as I believe many going to the center are. I researched EVERY abortion clinic of Las Vegas, and I am so Glad I picked A-Z Womens Center! My mind was quickly put at ease. From my initial call, setting up an appointment, to my very first time walking into the office, I found everyone to be genuine, kind, and I could tell they actually cared about MY well-being. Even the nurse, who took my blood samples, had a sweet, authentic disposition. I am Thankful to Dr. Levy for having an outstanding bedside manner. Dr Levy addressed my concerns quickly, professionally & in a very courteous manner. At the time Dr Levy performed my actual procedure, he was informational and kind. He even followed up with me before he left the office, just to ask how I was. I will mention that the whole experience, being what it was, could NOT have been any better- Any experience can be scary and sometimes even overwhelming, but it takes the Perfect Team (Like This One) to help those uncomfortable feelings fade away. This Office deserves 10 Stars!! I truly believe it starts with an OUTSTANDING Doctor and the Doctor choosing an INCREDIBLE Staff to surround him/her. I Highly Recommend this clinic. I am a 30 year old mother of 3 children, married for over 10 years, and happened to be uninsured for this period of time. I will absolutely return to Dr levy at A-Z even WITH Insurance for my regular visits.

I went in for a follow up ultrasound to make sure all was good. I went into the room and the doctor came in shortly after. He touched me very inappropriately on my butt trying to scoot me farther down the exam table. Never have I felt so uncomfortable with a doctor. Thank god I don’t have to go back there again. Unfortunately there was no nurse in the room to witness what happened.

Was given this offices name and number by another company and when I tried to reach out to get information they kept answering and hanging up on me. At first I thought it was an accident then they did it 2 more times and I could hear them in the background before they hung up. So unprofessional, would never recommend this place.

Dr. Torres was dope & made me feel comfortable. She finished my procedure in under 5 mins. Her entire staff was nothing but GREAT!! I’d highly recommend this place to anyone. Best of luck to everyone.

Chose the IV anxiety relief procedure the lady at the desk said i wont remember and ill be asleep , i get in the back with the doctor and she put the IV in the SIDE OF MY ARM she kept tugging and pulling it in and out it was so sore and bruised swollen for almostn2’weeks after never in my life had a IV there , it didn’t work i was fully awake not numb or anything and instead of suggesting to wait or another alternative she then began the procedure and it was the worst pain of my life i was crying so hard and all they could say was to stop screaming . im 21 and this was so traumatic to me . unprofessional doctors just in a rush to get patients in and out . some women are sad about being there and there was no comfort at all . disgusting

So awesome. Went in for a termination and didnt have anyone to drive me so I comment get sedated. Opeted in for laughing gas and local anesthesia. They gave me some pain killer pills and by the time it was time for me to go I was relaxed. I had almost no pain and it took about 15 minutes once I was back. Doctor talked to me the whole time and made me feel comfortable. I was extremely nervous but everyone here was nice and it went smoothly. I would recommend this place, theyre also open on saturdays which was good for me since I work during the week and didnt have to take any time off.MY ONLY COMPLAINT is that the doctor wrote me 2 prescriptions. One for ibuprofen and one for birth control. He FORGOT TO SIGN the birth control script so I wasnt able to get it filled at my pharmacy and by the time I took notice to it after I turned it in they were already closed and since I went in on a saturday I have to wait until Monday before I can get everything fixed. Other than that things were perfect. I just wish I had my birth control.

Takes forever. You wait in the lobby after all these pills and they have no system in place for how they bring you back. I was told to take these pills for an hour and it’s been 2. Now I’m being told to slouch in a chair until they become available. I’m annoyed. Nice people but what’s the point of an appointment?

I went here to get a procedure done they claimed they did it almost a month later I’m bleeding and a embryo falls out I go to the hospital they tell me I’m having a miscarriage so paid for no reason at all this is a terrible place they don’t even do. Ultrasound after the procedure to make sure it’s done highly unrecommended

This place is disgusting and people seem to not do their job right went there about two months ago and they said everything went well but after two months I went to the ObGyn because I’m still bleeding and I was told I got an infection and I’m having cervical complications and abdominal pain very disgusted . Yesterday I had a procedure in said clinic, I cant say anything bad, the treatment was excellent from both the nurses and the doctor, I can tell you about this man that he is a professional not only as a doctor but as a person, he is wonderful, he feels empathy for patients, very sweet and kind, I recommend her 100 percent without a doubt.
