Safe and Sound For Women

The guy on the phone was confusing , I called nicely asking a question. Which I said something about the website and he said “what no your confusing me” like if he didn’t confuse me first. On the website it says I have to make an appointment first then put it in my contact info /appointment date so they can call me first. Instead of him giving me instructions like I was asking he said I was confusing him. I made it clear about what I was asking about.

The doctor was amazing. He was very understanding, all the ladies that work there were very nice one of the best experiences Ive ever had.Im very thankful my doctor told me about this place. I highly recommend if any woman needs to go this is the place!

This place is beautiful and clean and the doctors and nurses are great. The doctors even worked with me to get my prescription right. And it’s been lots of trials and errors due to my body’s reaction. But still the doctors were happy to help. I’ve been in multiple times and have and a pleasant experience. The only repeated issue I’ve had is with the receptionist. Her name is Jill. She was rude extremely rude in person and even worse trying to make an appointment to speak with my doctor on the phone about switching medicine. My doctor said he would help me find the right suitable medicine that works with me. And Jill told me to go to my obgyn. In other words wanted me to beat it after she made tell her all my private information she told me to go else where. Mind you I was embarrassed and just trying to speak with my doctor and she refused to help me until I told her my personal information and then she turned me away. I hate to give this place a one star because everyone, absolutely everyone is wonderful but Jill completely drags this place down with her awful mannerism. So unprofessional hate to see her no class around sensitive cases.

This place is amazing and they treat you with so much respect and they have very caring nurses and a wonderful doctor. I would recommend anybody who’s looking into the service to check this clinic out.

Place was comfortable and clean decent location. Staff was very good at sterilizing everything. Doctor was great took time to talk to me about my concerns and made me feel comfortable. The procedure was quick he took my mind off it slightly with his communication. My only complaint the one of the staff members she stuck a tampon in me right after the procedure. I found out 6 hours after my discharge that I wasn’t suppose to wear tampons after the procedure cause this can cause serious infection. She also removed my IV wrong I had blood gushing all down my arm to my shoes after she let me out through the back. I immediately knocked on the door for her to fix the problem and she didn’t open it. I had walk all the way around to the front and ring the receptionist bell to have her correct it. Instead the nurse who put my iv in came instead which I preferred anyway at least she showed a little more empathy than the other. Great doctor great environment but staff lacked compassion respect for patients throws the experience off. Have compassion and respect it’s already a difficult situation to be in don’t add to it with nasty attitudes lack of empathy and compassion.

I hate a great experience. I am really glad I chose to come here. I thought the staff was very genuine. They werent fake and overly friendly, Informative, and patient. I like the doctor as well. He made me feel very comfortable at a time such as this. After the procedure, I woke up and was completely taken care of. I was shocked at how quick everything went. I had no pain at all. I hope I dont eve have to go through this again, but glad I came here for help. They even called the next day to check up on me.

I had an overall good experience here. The whole situation was a bit sensitive to me so the only thing that made me feel less comfortable was the receptionist, she wasn’t really nice at all & just had a rude attitude because i wasn’t sure what to give my permission about on the paperwork regarding what they use to put you to sleep. The doctor & everyone else were really nice

Based on my experience, I think that Safe & Sound for Women is a stand-up womens health clinic! They are Located in a modern medical facility complex that is easy to find but is still discrete enough for your privacy, as the complex is quite large. I was able to be seen within the same week from when I initially called in to set up an appointment. Their prices are the most affordable compared to the other womens clinics in town. They also work with the NAF for women who are low income or without medical insurance. When I went in for my appointment, the waiting room was full, but I still did not have to wait long before I was seen. The nurses were pretty busy but they all seemed warm and caring as well as the Doctor, who was just wonderful. He took the time to explain things, answer my questions and made me feel comfortable with my procedure. I felt that I was treated with respect, and not once did I feel rushed to get in, be seen & get out at all. Out of all the womens clinics that Ive been to in Las Vegas, Safe & Sound is by far the best and I would recommend it to others without a doubt.

I am not sure why there are so many negative reviews but I am shocked. I went in today and every single person who works there is beyond amazing. Even the doctor who took the time to talk to me about my worries. I will be honest I read them too and was worried but I still thought it was the best choice over the other places I called. Every single person who works there actually cares and is there to help you through the process. I reccomend going here over any where else. It’s a hard job and I get that but they all do it with ease and care. I have never had a doctor in this town take the time to talk to you and make sure you are ok. I am beyond amazed and thank all of you for being there for me during this time. I am wondering if some of these reviews are fake to scare people away. I doubt I am that special that I was the lucky one to have had a totally different experience. Really makes you wonder. I all so looked at some of the reviewers other reviews and what do you know they gave another clinic 5 stars. 😮😮😮

I was scared, because its my first time. but everyone at the clinic is super professional, polite and kind. I definitely recommend the clinic to my friends. I dont know why so many bad reviews. the doctor and the nurse were a loving person. Thank you!

This was not an easy decision for me. This place was recommended by my doctors. They had the quickest appt times compared to two other places I called. Was able to be seen the next day. I thought the staff was all professional and nice. I had several questions before my appt and they answered all of them. The doctor reviewed my chart and discussed my babys diagnosis. He answered all my questions and was very nice. During the procedure he was quick and professional and nice. He tried to distract me so it wasnt as miserable. Someone held my hand which was comforting especially since spouses arent allowed back. The only reason for the 4 stars vs 5 was because of the wait line. From what it appeared they tell everyone to get there at 8,8:15,8:30 and maybe a few other times. And then the order that you arrive is the order that youre seen. But given the amt of people and the length of the process/steps leading up to, he def runs behind. My appt was at 8:15. I didnt get brought back till 9:10. Had vitals taken, then waited. Had ultrasound then waited. Then had blood taken, given some meds and put in pre-op which I waited prob an hr at least. Maybe they plan for cancellations but I feel the appts should be more spread out so the wait times wont be so long.

This place was amazing. Everyone was so nice and answered all the questions that I had. I was extremely nervous and all the nurses were so patient with me. I went the sedation route and I didn’t remember a thing so that was really nice. Over all an extremely pleasant experience.

I walked in for an ultrasound and the receptionist didnt even say hello. The first words from her mouth were that will be 100 dollars. Shocked, I quickly began searchingfor my debit card and handed it to her. She hadnt given me any forms to fill out, she hadnt asked me for my ID, she hadnt even asked me for my name.... Well I knew then there was only one thing this company was interested in. I guess she read my facial expression because she caught herself. After the ultra sound and blood test they told me I was three weeks pregnant. This didnt make much sense because my cycle was over two and a half months late. But who was I to judge these professionals? Two days later my cycle started. I decided to call back today to cancel my appointment. The women who answered the phone bluntly replied, okay so take you off the list? After giving her my name. I replied yes and she hung up. Literally just hung up on my face. I had additional questions to ask. Not only did I have additional questions I am still a potential client. So who ever you are working at 9am on 11/16/18 should be ashamed of yourself. I will never use this service because of you. Probably the same women who demanded money from me at first sight. Disgusting. If you dont like your job as a receptionist quit. Dont take your frustration out on the clients. If it werent for us you wouldnt have a job. So if I were you Id keep that in mind before rudely hanging up on someone. Im sure who ever owns this facility would fire you on the spot because I know I am not the only person who wouldnt use or recommend this place to anyone just because of how rude you are. The less clients this office get the less money you make. Go back to what ever school you attended and take a refresher course on how your suppose to treata patient. Where is your compassion and empathy? Especially toward women in such a sensitive situation. I am not even sure if I was ever pregnant or if this money hungry company took advantage of my emotional distress. That would explain why they dont accept health insurance. Not for an ultra sound or pap smear. Go anywhere else in the state. Let this company crumble to the ground due to ignorance of a receptionist.

This was the worst experience of my life! The receptionist was very rude, also the nurse who did my ultrasound was very rough and made me feel very uncomfortable and also the other ladies who were getting the procedure as well When they put me to sleep to do the procedure, they never informed me that they were putting a tampon in me. In my to go instruction bag, it instructed me NOT to use a tampon nor have intercourse for 2 weeks. I found the tampon the next day. It got stuck in the tissue when I was wiping myself. Just imagine if that tampon would have got lost inside of me smh thank you to the nurse who installed my IV she was very professional and made that experience very comfortable for me

Wonderful staff. Extremely caring and informative. The Drs were very personable and very professional. Honestly the best experience Ive ever had at a Drs office. I left so happy with peace of mind. Thank you so much to the staff.

I haven’t even gone to the clinic yet. But just trying to make appointment on the phone was so hard the woman are so rude over the phone they talk over you. They don’t answer questions you have they don’t make appointment time convenient to fit your daily schedule . I didn’t feel comfortable it should be this difficult at all and that was over the phone so I’m really unsure to even go in to the clinic .

Ive been here twice and both times went with the medical option. Both times the nurses and doctor were very kind. They give you information on both procedures and answer all questions. If youre faced with the tough decision to have an abortion I would recommend this place.

As someone young they gave me an amazing experience as sacred iw as they made me safe and they were friendly, they made sure i was comfrotable and the nurses there are amazing, i would 100% recomend for women to go here.

Every staff member was wonderful as well as the doctor. It was extremely comfortable and an easy process for me.

This place is a joke I go in there and they tell me that Im way more pregnant than what I was and then tell me that I would have a complicated abortion and that they couldnt do it I went to a to z and they were great they actually helped me and they told me my accurate amount of weeks and they did the procedure with no problems this place is a joke they will not do an abortion for you if youre over 12 weeks theyll make up lies complete total lies just not to do the procedure I would not recommend this place to anybody and the people in there are completely rude all of them

The truth is, I decided to write my opinion in Spanish so that the Latin community that speaks Spanish can understand well what I am going to say. I am super outraged and upset by the lack of professionalism and empathy with those they treat in this place,,,, the person who told me He didnt know how to explain the process he was going to do and to make matters worse, when we asked him in more depth about the subject, he turned his back on us and left upset without attending to me, that shows that these people are not good for working in medicine and They should lose the licenses they use since they are inept and irresponsible.
