I originally was scheduled to have Dr. Meredith deliver my baby. He came to ask if Becca could help and I said yes. Then later she came and asked if it would be ok if she delivered my baby. In the short amount of time, she was able to calm me down and I fully trusted her with my newborn baby so I said yes! I am so happy I had her there! I truly wouldn’t have wanted anyone else to deliver him! Becca is so amazing! I want her to deliver all my babies. She stayed with me the entire time i pushed (2.5 hours) and encouraged and supported me the whole time! She’s so sweet and kind. She also listened to everything I wanted and even helped me catch my own baby! WHAT? So cool!! Definitely the kind of person you want to bring your human into this world!

Becca got to help birth my son and was so incredible! She was so calm and helpful. After my baby was born she came and checked up on me to make sure I was getting everything I needed. When she noticed the nurse forgot to give me something for recovery she went and got it right away! I loved having her apart of our birthing experience! I would recommend her to anyone and everyone! 💖

Best Midwife ever!! I came and saw Becca late in my pregnancy because we moved. It was my 4th pregnancy but my first time going natural no pain medication. She gave me the confidence I needed to get through and was there for me! Best birth experience by far. I’m so grateful for Becca and having her help me bring my beautiful baby into the world.

Becca has always been so informative and helpful in helping me make decisions before and during labor that were best for me. She knew when to sit back and let me decide and when to take a little more of the reins during my labor. PP same experience; she’s given me plenty of information to help me understand recovery and the next steps for my family (birth control options). My labor was 3 hours. With the little time she had to prepare, she was quick, calm, and ready to support me and my baby.

Becca is such an extraordinary midwife. She is so informed about all things pregnancy, birth and postpartum. She goes above and beyond to make her clients feel understood and validated. I had originally planned on delivering with Dr. Meredith and when I told him I had always wanted to deliver naturally without any pain medication he directed me to Becca. She listened to all my concerns and answered all my questions-and there were a lot! When the day came to have my baby she was so calm and encouraging. She provided relief through my contractions with counter pressure and helped my husband know how to help me as well. When I wasn’t progressing very quickly she had me try different pushing positions and kept trying different things to help me out. I wouldn’t have been able to go natural without her! The other amazing thing is that she doesn’t forget about you once you give birth. She’s there every step of the way and continues to provide support during the postpartum period. She is incredibly caring and I would recommend her to anyone giving birth in Rexburg or like a 100 mile radius! 😊

I saw Becca throughout my pregnancy and she has always been very professional and knowledgeable in what she does.There is no one I would trust with my health, or my baby’s health more than Becca.She is very thorough in her work and I recommend her to all family and friends.She is an amazing provider to have.

Becca is hands down the absolute best! I prayed & prayed that she would be the one on call when I was in labor so I could have her delivery my baby boy & i am so grateful i went in as soon as she was getting on call! she is so caring, relatable, and extremely knowledgeable! her Instagram page is a huge help as well in learning things! she had me in so many positions when delivering that made it so i didn’t tear + she was there practically my whole 24 hours of labor helping me through all my contractions. so grateful for her & going to miss her so much when she moves to Georgia, anyone there who has her as their midwife will be so blessed!!

Rebecca was a student when she delivered my baby girl, with my midwife Marie Horne. She was so loving and calm with me during all process. She kept helping me and taking care of me. I felt secure and protected. I loved her and I definitely recommend her.

I wasn’t planning on having a midwife deliver my baby. I go to Dr. Meredith and Cod and have always preferred a doctor because sometimes I have complicated births. When I got to the hospital I was DYING in pain as I had gone through transitional labor on my way from Idaho falls. Rebecca came in and asked if I would be okay with her hanging out with me and being with Dr. Meredith for my delivery. I was totally fine with that. She was amazing and validated all of my discomfort and pain and my NEED for an epidural, no judgement at ALL. Then when the time came I was asked if it was okay if she delivered my babe and she had made me feel so comfortable that I was totally fine with it. Shocker, I had another complicated birth, and she handled it PERFECTLY. There was minimal intervention, my baby who was stuck (shoulder dystocia) came out without the need of an emergency c, no vacuum, no clamps, just the quick thinking of an extraordinary midwife. I’m so grateful she got my baby here safely and for the lasting impact she has had on me since! I love following her on social media to learn so much about being a woman that I never knew I needed to know!

Becca is one heck of a midwife. She’s such a strong advocate for her patients and women’s health. ANYONE who is in her presence is safe! Will miss this lady so much!❤️

I saw Rebecca Helie for my annual exam. She was professional, personable, and made me feel comfortable. She took time to answer my questions and discuss some concerns I had. I didnt feel rushed through at all.
