If you’re looking for a fertility doctor who has your best interest at heart, look no further than Dr. Littman. She helped make our dreams of starting a family come true. We are so thankful we chose her clinic after meeting with every clinic in Las Vegas. She actually met us in person for the first consultation , not on Zoom or a phone call like most other fertility doctors here, which was very important to us. Her practice isn’t a one size fits all. She made sure to cater to our specific needs.Right from the beginning she told us to be patient with the process, so we listened to her advice and waited until everything lined up right. It took us about a year and a half to complete a successful IVF transfer cycle on the very first try. We had to cancel several cycles due to cyst and a few medical procedures which caused our timeline to get pushed back, but we trusted her expertise and are so happy we did. She cares about her patients and doesn’t just take your money. We were so nervous because we only retrieved 3 embryos with only 2 being mature enough be fertilized. Dr. Littman spoke words of encouragement and told us “ sometimes, it’s all about quality over quantity “ and boy was she right! Both of our embryos made it to day 5 blastocyst and were graded normal. We were ecstatic and couldn’t wait to start the transferring process. We transferred 5 months later. She took every precaution and I did a mock cycle first. Yes, this pushed the timing back a month or so but remember TRUST the process. The mock “transfer cycle” gave Dr Littman details regarding when to transfer, how much progesterone I would need prior, showed if I had endometriosis, inflammation, or anything that may affect the embryo sticking. It was worth the wait! Our first embryo stuck! WOOHOO. We are so happy to grow our little family. Dr. Littman is excellent at what she does, listen and trust her guidance. Amity made every ultrasound so welcoming, she’s so sweet, and answers every question. Charry was the best treatment coordinator we could ask for. She made sure we were well informed every step of the way and was so caring throughout the entire process Holly makes every blood draw painless. She’s also such a sweetheart.Dr. Littman , Amity, Charry, Erin, Holly, Arianna, Nadine, Michelle and the entire staff at Red Rock Fertility Center we can’t say THANK YOU enough!!Don’t hesitate to choose Red Rock Fertility Center if you’re looking to start or grow your family. Just started care here and it seems to be going really well. The front desk girl, Joanna and Arianna have all been very kind, calm, and supportive. Joanna has been great especially with showing how to do injections and being very thorough with my questions. She is a gem! 💎

Dr Littman and team were amazing in helping us on the process to have children. They were so understanding and really worked with us every step of the way. We have two happy and healthy boys now because of them!!!

From Erin answering my million questions about insurance, to Holly making every blood draw painless and amazing, to Joanna dealing with all my scheduling needs and calming me with every negative test, and Amity for every encouraging moment and getting us pregnant. These ladies helped us get our sweet baby after a 7 year struggle. Within 3 months of working with Red Rock Fertility we are pregnant. My comment is more feedback than a review, as we didnt end up seeing the PA. We are not the typical patients (myself and my husband), as we are NOT trying to conceive. My main comment is that not every patient is the same, or coming in for the same reason. We were sent a link to watch videos and fill out new patient forms. The videos were about getting pregnant. We specifically told the scheduler we were not seeking to conceive, so I dont understand why these videos were sent. Also, when the scheduler found out I did not want children, she told me I could still change my mind! It would be inappropriate to tell a woman whos trying to conceive that she might change her mind and want to be childless instead, so why is it acceptable to tell a childfree woman that she could change her mind and want to be a mother? I felt judged.

First and foremost, it is very sad to read the negative reviews about this facility as I have experienced the complete opposite. I hope the negative reviews do not deter potential future patients.I had an amazing experience at Red Rock with Dr. Littman and her staff. Everyone was extremely professional and friendly. I took my time making the decision to move forward with IVF after being told that my husband and I had and currently do not have any clinical ailments that were/are preventing us from successfully delivering a healthy baby. Prior to IVF I had one still birth at 6 months and 1 ectopic pregnancy at 8 weeks; both naturally conceived.Yes, IVF is expensive but if youre going that route, please consider Dr. Littman and her fully capable and knowledgeable staff. I received GRADE A service. Pictured below is Baby Gracelyn! She was our first IVF attempt and we will be completing a 2nd IVF transfer with Red Rock Fertility this year!Update***IVF #2 was also a success. The second photo is Baby Alexandra!

Friendly staff. Makes you feel part of the family and there to walk you through it all. Ive been doing fertility for 3 years with another company and moved to red rock and they were able to figure out what I needed and how to get us our rainbow baby. They were patient and transparent with what we need to do and expectations. Definitely recommend. Love you all!

My husband and I wanted to start our family, after a year of trying, we decided to go to fertility. We found Red Rock online and made an appointment. From the moment we walked into the office everyone extremely friendly. We met with the intake personnel and answered all of the questions and set our expectations. We made the decision before going in that IVF wasn’t an option for us and when we explained that, they made sure to not discuss it with us. We completed all of the tests and met with Dr. Littman to review. She was extremely positive and helped us start on our journey. Once we got closer to the time to start, everyone was knowledgeable and helpful, including going back and forth with our insurance to fight for certain options. Long story short, everything worked out and we conceived on the first try. We have a beautiful baby girl thanks to Dr. Littman and her staff. I struggle to believe the negative reviews based on how positive our experience was. I would not hesitate to recommend Red Rock Fertility to anyone. We are so thankful for our beautiful baby girl and plan on returning when we are ready to try again.

Red rock is amazing! Dr Littman is very knowledgeable. We were treated like family and was able to conceive my daughter after two cycles of IVF meds with Timed intercourse.we are now going back to try again. Thank you Dr Littman for everything.

I cannot thank Dr. Littman and her staff enough we trusted RedRock Fertility with one of the most important decision on how to start a family not to mention it was during a pandemic. Im glad we did ! Our experience with SDS( same day surgery ) staff nita & Jimma were both pleasant and professional. I want to also thank my nurse Joanna she was patient, kind and always had + thoughts each visit felt as though I was speaking to a friend vs a staff member. We listened and follow Dr. Littmans instructions and now we have a healthy baby girl turning 1 next month! Ive read other reviews on Dr.Littman and for us she was knowledgeable, very direct and quite frankly a medical genius!!! Dr Littman is very direct & doesnt mince her words when setting a plan to follow. I see how this may rub some ppl wrong but you are coming to her for a mutual goal to have a health baby or babies so follow what she says and dont take things personal its a business and it did not bother us at all. There really are not enough words to summarize the immaculate experience that Red Rock Fertility Center provides, but I will do my best to put this experience into written expression. From the very start they stood out from the other offices that I was researching. I never felt like another client, but rather a very special patient that they highly considered and cared for. The other offices were no where near as personal. Before even seeing me, or running my labs, before they knew my medical history or current medical status, other offices suggested IVF and didn’t provide much hope for other options. The other offices didn’t offer for me to meet with their physicians face to face, but rather wanted me to do a video consultation with them. Not to mention they missed a scheduled appointment which was a blessing in disguise. After that experience I was most certain that Dr.Littman’s office was the place that I needed to be sure to pursue my journey with. From the reception on the first call to inquire there was a big difference. The receptionist Ashley is always so pleasant and patient. I wasn’t given any condemning news, but rather welcomed to come in and explore my options. Going into the office was amazing. The office space is just as ascetically pleasing as the beautiful personalities within the doors. The office is well decorated, bright, fashionable, with a very peaceful and joyful energy. From the front desk, to financing, to the nurses, to the coordinator, there isn’t one non amazing welcoming professional soul in that building. My meeting with Dr. Littman was very thorough, and done after all of my labs and necessary medical information was collected, but very optimistic and encouraging. Once my journey started the entire staff was super awesome and made me feel like family. My nurse Erin held my hand the entire process, caring and accurate, always keeping me well informed about what was going on and what my next steps were. My nurse practitioner Amitty was like a God send who kept me strong throughout the process even when the road got rocky and my nerves tried to get the best of me. They have the best phlebotomist in Vegas Holly that is just perfect at what she does, and does it with the most amazing smile and warm personality you will ever encounter. These are just a few of the individuals that make up this amazing staff. There isn’t one person in that building that I encountered that wasn’t impressive. They know you by name and make you feel like part of a the family. This is by far some of the best medical office culture that I have ever had the pleasure of experiencing. This can be a scary, and nerve recking process, however the staff made me feel confident and supported beyond just the call of duty the entire time. They truly care and are passionate about what they do, and it shows completely in how they do it. There were hick ups, with my insurance, my body not cooperating, and just life happening during the time. At no point did these slight turbulences cause a pause in the amazing level of support, and concern that the center provided. They work with you in a very timely manner, and are very thorough. I am so happy and feel so blessed that these were the people that ushered me into an incredible new begging in my life. Although I am elated to be carrying a bundle of joy because of their office, I am truly sad to be leaving. My only wish was that they offered care during the entire pregnancy. I am praying that my next doctors office can compare to them, and are two thirds as good. They absolutely offer a luxury level of excellent care, and I feel like every one of them is doing what they are gifted to do. Red Rock Fertility Center is a blessing, and if your not religious then they are simply the best at what they do. Im sure that patients had successful treatment here are more apt to give good reviews, but please believe the negative. Dr. Littman is very cold and direct, barely speaks and does not answer questions. I had two procedures with her, one she didnt speak to me at all except to tell me you shouldnt be in any more pain during a very painful procedure and the second one they ensured I was asleep before she even entered the OR. On top of that - my husband was prescribed injectable and pill hormones for 3 months with directions to call at the end of the 90 days and come back in for testing. Upon calling near the end of the medication, we were told they were still waiting on insurance authorization. This went on for 3 MORE MONTHS before we were able to come back in. My husband had terrible withdrawals from the hormones and never was even properly tested to see if they worked. After finally getting back in, we were told IVF would be our best option. Dr. Littman put me on hormones for 20 days to ensure my menstrual cycle did not come until a specific date to allow time for insurance approvals. A few days before my cycle (over 18 days on the hormones), I called to follow up based on previous experience. At this time I found they had never even submitted for the authorization. I reached out to the office and it took them multiple days to get back to me and the response was sorry for the miscommunication, your fertility insurance isnt accepted here and you will be paying 100% cash. Such a terrible experience being strung out on hormones, emotional and stressed, with 0 communication from the office, expecting to be on a very specific timeline. Dr. Littman is 100% a for profit experience, with no care for their patients time or experience. The only reason they get more than 1 star is the Sunset Surgery Center staff was phenomenal and made up for Dr. Littmans terrible bedside manner.

I have nothing but good things to say about Red Rock Fertility Center. I have been trying to have a baby for YEARS and have gone through 10 miscarriages. I just completed IVF with Dr. Littman and I am now 10 weeks pregnant. I have never made it this far before. The staff is amazing. Amity is the absolute best and Charry is super sweet. Once I have my little girl, I will be back to Red Rock to trust them in helping me with child 2.

So far, so good!We started seeing Red Rock Fertility in 2020. Since then we have met with Dr. Littman and staff. We were directed to do lots of tests, both my husband and I. All of which we knew we had to do in order to fully determine where the issues were. We have now finished all our testing, found out what is going on and we start our IVF process in August. We have had a couple appointments here & many phone calls to ask questions about medications and appointments and all of which the staff and doctor have been so helpful. We cant wait to start everything in August and hopefully know by early September if we have concieved.

My Husband and I had a terrible experience with Red Rock Fertility. We originally came to them and received horrible customer service. I would call and my coordinator to ask questions and would never call me back. The staff was rude. It felt as if we were just a number, not actual people. We decided to give it a second try a year later after two miscarriages, and were promised our experience would be different this time around. It became even worse. I was misdiagnosed by the original male Doctor we saw. We were told he was now retired.We were assigned to Dr. Littman this time around, and she was very harsh and seemed over worked and exhausted. She didnt take responsibility for the error the prior Doctor had made and brushed it off. She always rushed us and never went over anything in detail. She didnt even bother to review our chart before our appointments and I always seemed to be giving her a lot of information that she already had in front of her. She would prescribe medicine to me without even going over what it was for, and we had to ask the nurse. Overall, their service is absolutely terrible. All staff there needs extensive training in customer service and tact. I wouldnt recommend them to anyone.

I have really enjoyed my time with Red Rock Fertility, but I am at 10 weeks now so I am moving over to my OB! Super happy, Red Rock Fertility got me pregnant after my husband and I had been trying for about 2 years. We conceived with the help of the IUI. Dr. Littman should be very proud of her stay from Holly, to Charry to Erin THANK YOU for being this process so enjoyable. I am going to miss you guys. My husband and I are expecting twins in June 2020 and we couldnt have done it without the help of Red Rock Fertility. Thanks ladies! Dr. Littman you and your team ROCK!

**Side note: Infertility is different with every couple. I feel so grateful to have found success at RRF, but not everyone’s journey is like ours.I would absolutely recommend Red Rock Fertility! I do 100% agree with the reviews that were saying Dr. Littman was tough to work with. On my (very few) interactions with her, it was so rushed and felt like she was trying to get it over with.That being said, I am 16 weeks pregnant with twins! We were able to get pregnant on our first round of IUI which I wasn’t expecting. I HIGHLY recommend Amity who I saw the majority of my time there. She is the absolute best and was always so wonderful to work with. Also- shoutout to Holly that drew my blood every time and had to keep me from passing out the very first time :) But to be fair, it was 30 vials!!! I’m so grateful for my two growing babies, and it wouldn’t be possible without RRF and Amity!

After struggling on our own to conceive for a year and a half, and two failed rounds of clomid with our OBGYN, we decided to take the next step and go to Red Rock, which was covered under our insurance plan. After 17 visits with them, I am expecting twins! Let me start from the beginning. The office is super fancy. You walk in and there is a waterfall next to the staircase, a huge modern chandelier in the lobby and massage chairs in the waiting room. The entire staff is so friendly. You never have to wait long to be called back either!Your first appointment will be a consult and then they will go over with you what testing they recommend to determine why you cant conceive. They break everything down so you know exactly what each kind of test is and they tell you what your out of pocket expense is for everything up front. Everything is made very clear. They send you home with a folder and instructions about when and where to do each type of test. After all of the testing is complete, you will have a follow up with Dr Littman who will give you your results and give you the best course of action to get you pregnant!In my case, that was a medicated IUI with injectable medication, since I had already tried clomid with no success. I got set up with an IUI treatment coordinator, Joanne, who is the nicest, most patient person on the planet. Throughout the couple of months that I worked with her I had about a million questions, and some that I felt like needed answers NOW. Im sure I was not the easiest patient to deal with, but Joanne was always amazing. Dr Littman did the actual IUI procedures. I didnt spend much of the time that I spent at Red Rock with Dr Littman, because most of your appointments are with ultrasound techs, but I never felt like we werent getting the medical attention we needed. It took me two IUIs to conceive, but I am now 14 weeks with TWINS!We are so grateful to Dr Littman and the entire staff at Red Rock. I really wish we had gone to Red Rock sooner. If you are struggling to conceive, go see them. You wont regret it.

Dr. Littman is cold and had bad bed side manners. From the moment we met with her all her concerns is to get us out of her office. She answers the questions briefly and shows no compassion towards her patients. She never knew my name and always had to look at my chart twice to answer. To make things worse she diagnosed me with PCOS, which I did not have. On the top to that she recommended up to 3-6 IUI treatments before trying the IVF. She wanted to get as much money as she could from us knowing that my insurance covers up to a certain amount in a life time. Thank god I found Dr. Geoffrey Sher at the Sher institute who is warm, compassionate and cares about his patients and actually spends time answering questions that the patient has. I had one IUI treatment with Dr. Littman and of course it failed. I emailed her coordinator to cancel my pregnancy test appointment since i have gotten my period and all she responded was, oh no! When you are ready for the next cycle contact us please not a call from the doctor, NOTHING! Until today! Dr. Sher looked at my chart from red rock and told me based on the results I had a 40 year old womans levels, and I was 27 and i could menopause in less then 10 years! After retesting with Dr Sher we found nothing abnormal! And i did not have PCOS! He suspected endometriosis but gave me the option to go in and find out or have a cycle! I was impatient so i wanted to start immediately! Thanks to Dr Sher and his amazing staff who dont get mad for me calling in to ask questions, I am now 7 weeks pregnant with twins! Thank you Dr littman for wasting my time and insurance money, being so cold that i was scared to ask questions! And making me feel like you were doing me a favor. Horrible Dr and few staff members were rude as well, Nadine always got annoyed with me every time i called her for questions, and i really did not appreciate me calling 20 times before her highness returns a call to get frustrated when patients ask questions. This clinic is all about looks and money! I hope if you decide to go here you ll have a better experience then we did.

When my two IVF procedures failed, she did not have the knowledgeable answer to our questions as to why it failed since im not too old, embryo quality was good, hormone levels was good, my lining was great.Nurses was great but Dr. Litmann was not great with bedside manner and unable to emphatize.I felt like all this clinic cared about is money.protocols was not adjusted to patient’s individual cycle and was unchanged from evey failed attempt. I also knew 2 nurses who did not get pregnant with her.

Dr Littman, this review to make you aware that your receptionist is as rude as rude can be. When I pointed out that she was being extremely rude and asked to speak to someone else, she said no one was there and just left. She also refused to give me her name. It is now the second time this happened. We brushed it off the first time because we are all entitled to a bad day but clearly it is just the way she is at all times. Not good!!!!!It is shameful to have someone spoil the hard work the other staff members put into making this difficult time a good experience.The Physician Assistant was great and the other front desk lady great!!! This lady however who was at the front desk today clearly does not belong at Red Rock!!!!

The woman who reviewed out results I believe the doctor because she had her own office was extremely rude. She wouldn’t let me finish speaking to her or explain some of the issues we were having at the time trying to get pregnant. She acted like she did not care. We never went back. We ended up having a healthy normal beautiful baby girl a year later so we didn’t need her anyways.

I dont ever write reviews but after my TERRIBLE experience with red rock fertility I felt I had to. My husband and I were going to get his semen analyzed and called for an appointment and were given one three weeks out. After giving the sample we were told we wouldnt be able to talk to the doctor for another hour and a half and to just wait around. When we were finally called into the doctors office he quickly told us that he didnt have enough sperm in his semen and that we had virtually no chance of getting pregnant and then told us we could go talk to a nurse if we wanted to. Um really thats it? He never gave us any reasons or told us about any options we had. He showed absolutely no compassion and left us feeling devastated with no answers at all. Naturally we went and found a nurse looking for some kind of explanation or to be told where to go from here. She said she could order a blood test for him and maybe that would give us some answers so we went that day to get it done. It has now been 3 weeks since our appointment and not only have they not gotten back to us with the results but we have called more then ten times and every single time we are told the doctor is out of the office and they will call us back. We have yet to hear anything. All they did was steal our money and leave us completely freaked out. I would recommend avoiding them all together!!! Not to mention after doing some research online I have found MANY options for people try to get pregnant and having a low semen count, they didnt even bother to tell us one of them. HORRIBLE DOCTOR

Getting pregnancy has been extremely difficult, even with IVF but Dr.Littman has been there for me the whole time! She took every extra precaution and I eventually managed to carry a pregnancy to term. The staff has been friendly and our nurse Joanna cried with me and held me through misscaraige and rejoiced and cried with me through our success! I recommend this clinic to everyone!

Dr. Littman is the best! This women stops at nothing too help her patients achieve pregnancy. She has a great team of staff members that help support her goals as well the patients goals. Anyone who has ever went through Fertility treatment could not ask for more.

Best option in the Vegas area! I knew others who went to RRF with great results but I was hesitant and was already going to another office in the Vegas area. I am very glad I switched! RRF has more of a personalized feel than others in my opinion. Other offices had a “smoke and mirrors” feeling to it and RRF did not. They(all staff and doctor) are honest, upfront, personal and down to earth all wanting the same goal and outcome rooting for this along side of you. I appreciated how relaxed and patient connected Dr. Littman was instead of how other doctors made me feel in the whole process. With other doctors it was always in a doctor tone on a different level with the feeling of being another numbered patient. This was not the case with Dr. Littman. From the first meeting she took her time and listened to me and my history and goals. The appointment was like meeting with a friend, relaxed and natural, and her explanations were not doctor talk but person to person understanding. Another benefit about RRF is all blood work, exams, and other procedure steps are done in one location which makes it an even better experience at an already stressful time. After driving 3hours one way for an appointment, sometimes late, I was already stressed but the staff were very welcoming, understanding, and positive and it turned my day around. They answered any questions I had and corresponded by phone, email, and patient portal which helps when you are trying to work during the entire process. I would recommend RRF to anyone who wants a personal experience with well trained staff and doctor!

Our first day at Red Rock Fertility we were told about how they will help us figure out the best times to try to conceive and went over all the common things that can be wrong. Then we paid for a litany of tests and had a consult set up with Dr Littman. We went to the appt and she went over the results in about 10 minutes with her lunch on her desk. It was obvious that she hadnt even gone over our results herself before the appointment. She basically said she doesnt see anything wrong and then brought up iui and ivf but said she doesnt give us the price.Then we went to a sales associate and she told us it was 3500 +2500 for medications up front for iui, which only works 20% of the time, or we could try ivf which is over $20000 including medications and works about 85% of the time. If it doesnt work you are just out of the cash and they dont offer much help. They brought out places that will loan money to us as well.I understand that this is a business but the whole thing was just a long drawn out sales pitch. It felt a lot like a used car dealership except they over charge you for tests first. The Dr didnt seem to care to help much besides getting us to the sales room.

My husband and I were pleasantly surprised with this fertility until we encountered one of the front desk lady. WoW... I mean, if you are not polite, helpful and customer service oriented you should look for another position.I went there the first time to ask about faxing our medical records to another clinic and the front desk lady gave me attitude.My husband returned there today and she gave him attitude...SHAME on you lady for your poor customer service and shame on Red Rock for keeping people like that around...WoW

Completely unprofessional. Made a appointment for 1030 hours, did the communist call, and told them we are here and wait in our vehicle. Then I had to call them again at 1100 hours and ask them what the issue was, and they would not give me an answer, just stated “oh we were just about to call and have you come up”. Now we are still waiting to see the Dr, and they make you pay up front after offering such ludicrous service. Also, the front desk doesn’t even take a minute to read the file to insure they have all the paper work ready, they just ask the patients what they have an have not filled out.If you can’t keep a simple appointment book, or hire desk workers that can read a chart, how can I trust you with my health?Update, it’s now 1130 hours and we met with one person, who asked questions that were already answered in our packet. Now still waiting for Dr.

I requested an appointment online and received no call. I called to make an appointment and was told I would receive a call back. I did not. I called back again to make an appointment and was told I would receive a call back a second time and still have not been called back. It shouldnt be this hard to set up an appointment. I will be going somewhere else.

After years of doctors and many tests.. finally a doctor that is understandable and doesnt judge me of being of a young age ready to start a family. Love my nurses, front office and of course the option to have very early morning appointments for those of us who work and live out of town. We cant wait to be a success story.

Honestly I could change my review in the future but so far it has impossible to get an appointment. Someone rude who seems bothered by me calling takes my information and then nothing happens no call back for appointment

Red Rock Fertility center always provides a great experience for my wife and I. We have successfully had a set of twin girls and plan to continue with them in the future.

The staff are so patient and helpful, they even help you fully understand all your options and insurance coverage. My husband and I decided to do at-home ICI instead of using them for IUI, and we amazingly received no pushback or judgement whatsoever. They even took steps to assist us in increasing our chances of conceiving at home. Let’s hope it works! If not, we will certainly be calling them up for IUI!

Very good experience. Arianna is so kind and guided us through the whole process. Dr Littman is very kind also. Lovely dr. They explained the process and guided me with each step. It can be overwhelming but they are there to answer any questions. I always got a call back and appointment reminders. Very oranganized. I highly recommend Dr Littman. We loved our experience with Dr. Littman and her staff. We even lived two hours away in another state and they did everything they could to work with us and make our experience an amazing one. I highly, highly recommend her to anyone that is looking for help in conceiving a child.

Alert to all the ladies please find another fertility center. Please I beg of you all. This lady did a procedure on me that was non evasive. I ended up with an absess and infection. I was in the Er this so called doctor would not come see me nor would she return the calls of the doctors wanting to know what she did. I almost lost my life due to the infection and all she had to do was answer her phone and let the other hospital know what happened. Come to find out she was going on vacation. If your doctor doesnt care about your life or health find a new one. Your paying for it yourself not them. Lets close this place down !!!!!

Dr. Littman and her staff were absolutely wonderful. It took us 3 trys of IVF and we had our son Asher in 2016. I am forever greatful for this office and making our little miracle baby possible.

That clinic is useless, they are scammers, they took me 2,500 pains and in 3 years treating me I never saw good results, they treated me very badly, I hope my comment serves as a reference for many other women.
