Theyre all caseworkers for ppl too afraid to talk or too ignorant to know theyve been ignored in writing for over a decade and no one notices or cares because theyre disabled or ill.

Yeah, they will not return emails or phone calls. I even wrote out a message and slide it under the door since they dont ever unlock it. Just a bad joke!
