As for the clinic I give 5 stars !! BUT... for the vending Its really an inconvenience for some of us in situations like needing to get your vending number because you lost your card or whatever the case may be. Ive been struggling to regain my vending number for almost 3 weeks now because I literally have to go in person to Trac B when I have no car nobody with a car and no bus fare to get there when I live blocks from the center and nobody there can give me my number and or the girls that come on Fridays for needle exchange do not have access to our numbers or a way to help us get our number.. I think there should be another remedy for situations like this other than us as individuals having to go to the Trac B location just to obtain our vending number.

I have only been here 2 times however both have been so.... Idk comforting(?) Maybe thats it. I cant quite think of the feeling i get from the people. They are so freaking cool and do not in the least bit make you feel any way other than like a human being. The process is pretty simple and very quick. The place is clean and small so you dont feel overwhelmed. The first time i went they even gave me a blanket!! It was really cold and they asked if i needed one and i did! These people are like saints and the place is a god send. Thank you everyone who has any affiliation with Trac-B!!

Im very grateful to have a place like this. The staff is AWESOME! I live far away and its difficult to get there but they always accommodate me making sure I have what I need and never turning me away. It would be nice if they could have a place closer to my home. Thanks to all of you for your tact, respect.

I just heard about this place, and I really truly wish it had been around years ago. I would not have lost as many friends to overdose and disease. It took a long time to get a service like this here, too long definitely. But Im thankful they are here at all, and its my hope that other younger people wont have to go through losing friends needlessly because of the wonderful service Trac B offers. Im sure there are a lot of people that dont agree with this line of thinking, but really, whats the alternative? Young people sick and dying before their time, because they made a mistake. So in case anybody that doesnt agree with this service reads this, think about it. What if it was your brother or sister, son or daughter, that made this particular mistake. Wouldnt you want them to stay as safe as possible? Kudos to all the people involved, youre doing a good thing here.

Came in earlier today to get some replacement Narcan as I used my one dose last month on a friend. Thank God we were able to revive him and save his life. I was having a hard time finding some so I called and spoke to Spencer. He told me to come in, that he had a kit for me. Spencer is absolutely AMAZING!! He was quick, polite and professional. Thank God this city has people like Spencer!

They help keep the city clean from dirty/used instruments and provide the homeless with brand new/clean supplies. Most folks would be disgusted by the services they provide but in my opinion, theyre doing more for their community than most of the people in this city who call themselves Christians.

Its always been a nightmare to purchase syringes. At times it was damn near impossible. Ive been turned down more often than not, leading to some unhealthy and dangerous alternatives.I could hardly believe how simple Trac-B Exchange has made things!!!They take your old used syringes and dispose of them professionally. After that they give you a grab bag full of everything you could possibly think of to insure you stay safe and clean.The people working here obviously care. They are kind and understanding. Twice they unlocked the door for me because I had arrived outside of business hours and assisted me with a smile.Im glad to see Las Vegas moving towards a more sympathetic and healthier city.

Very professional and kind employees offering life saving options/choices for individuals with a horrible disease. Addiction unto itself is awful and without the resources offered at Trac-B those that battle with addiction would make even poorer decisions like sharing needles. Trac-B offers clean syringes, testing for Hep-C and HIV, information on treatment, kind advice and they offer these services with professionalism. Anyone that is battling addiction should go there not only for clean supplies but for the opportunity to be pointed in the right direction for treatment if so desired. Great place, great people, great cause!!!

I love this place. The staff here rocks. They don’t look at anybody like they are less than, they treat everybody with respect. I’m glad that there are people out there that can appreciate the fact that making clean, sterile, syringes easily accessible to those who need them desperately IS a priority. Just because something is illegal does not change the fact that people are going to do what they want to do anyhow. Only, they will be doing it in an unsafe manner and possibly be passing diseases, and ruining their bodies because they are unable to obtain the proper equipment needed. Also, for the people that turn you away at Walgreens or CVS and tell you that it is “against the law “they have a little card that has Nevada state law on it regarding carrying clean syringe is and purchasing them. So next time they try to turn you down at CVS or Walgreens you can pass them one of these cards and educate them. Or even better if a police officer tells you it’s illegal to carry syringes you can hand him one of these cards and educate him as well.I wish I could give 4 1/2 stars or even 4 3/4 stores, but the only reason I didn’t give them a whole five stars is because the hours of operation do not work for me. I’m sure I speak for a number of people when I say weekends are much better for me as I am busy during the week and they are closed Friday Saturday and Sunday.Otherwise I love this place and I praise everyone involved for making a place like this exist. They treat you like family . my first visit I was nervous but as time went on i realised how amazing these people are. They even help sex workers do testing, have classes where they give gift cards out and serve food.

Very helpful but I think that spending a little more time with the clients is a good idea. That way if Trac-B is capable, which Im sure that they are because the resources that they have provided me with (on paper) have noticeably been the best the Las Vegas area has to offer. So getting that juice card or recommendation or is it possible to slide a person to the front of these long list/lines, say if a persons serious about changing their lives because there actually out there still, were just hopeless most of the time but the staff at Trac-B has a unique perspective into the windows of our lives and properly placing an addict into a drug program or the proper detox, who would be better at this than you guys? We share some of the most personal details about our lives and the unseen nature of our addiction with the staff at Trac-b. Ive been an active heroin user for over 20 years and those details are something that very few of us have been willing to share with anyone because our lifestyle, the way we exist, live and die has always been something that we must keep quiet about because society has NEVER had any compassion or understanding when it comes to judging us. I believe that places like trac-b have an amazing opportunity to use their platform as a means to bridge the gap between society and the incorrect stigmas we have been forced to deal with for far to long.

I posted a thing of a while back about being aggravated because I go in and they would never have 29 gauge 1cc. My response was from somebody high up they are who told me to call I had a time that way I would know what they had. Last time on my way there I called ahead of time and they refused to tell me if they had any 29 gauge 1cc. They said they go fast so we cant tell you if we have any or not. I did not ask them to save any for me I just wanted to know if there was any. Because if there wasnt it would have saved me a trip like the week before when I called and they didnt have any and I didnt go in but now Im not even told what they have. And thats just BS

Amazing place great cause and very helpful and effective. Workers are also very kind loving and caring. Highly suggest that you try them out. Also very cool that they offer certain tests for you to know your level of health as well as amazing that they give you what you need INCASE someone ODS in your presence... This is great! Keeping those who use intravenously safe by supplying them with CLEAN needles for the people who know about this place. Spread the word to anyone you know who uses intravenously and potentially save his life and/or health! Located on the corner of jones and Charleston in the unit that is unmarked (with no business title above storefront) first visit you get literally EVERYTHING you need to use in a safe manor down to every detail EXCEPT for DOSING and SUBSTANCE issuing(they DO NOT issue/supply narcotics). I hope everyone can benefit from this and conduct and encourage SAFE and proper intravenous drug use whether or not you partake in such acts yourself. Help keep our country disease and illness free!

A really great place! The staff is awesome. They are so helpful and not judgmental in any way. This is a really good thing they are doing for our community and thank you for this service.

I am amazed at the quality of service and have been treated with the respect from day one. Chelsea who has been helping me from the start is super awesome and doesnt judge you or make you feel in any way uncomfortable with coming in for their help. Five stars for my vote

Since the first time the relation has been awesome. Till today. I parked at 1.55pm. And i understand if you have a shift of 8 hrs. U just wanna go home. But today is 11 to 2 .. even when they saw i park almost in front of the store. The lock and close faster than. Buzz lightyear. And step out with a face of you can tell or doesnt have personal life nor friends or it wasnt a good night. Please isnt our fault. This is the 3rd time i come here and its closed. The two times before it was half hour before the time its on here.

So where can I get cleans right now today I went to Charleston this office but said closed do to construction go around the corner so I did and that building had a paper saying the same thing but to go all the way to eastern and oakey so I did. But the guy there said they dont have any needles and didnt seem to know what I was talking about. What is going on

Im saving up for CSN to study nursing and one of the fields I want to work with is addicts, I also have family members who are recovering drug addicts and I emailed you yesterday after I came across your advertisement at the center because I was curious about the program. I hope to hear a response because I am genuinely curious about it.

Do so much more than harm reduction. Give information and resources for counseling, drug treatment, as well as referrals for Suboxone and methadone. They even have naloxone training and overdose kits. Now you can also request fetynyl test strips for users to test their substances for this cutting agent to further reduce deaths from overdoses. An excellent asset to the community, iv drug users, an theyre families. They do NOT promote the use of drugs. They promote services to help users quit and receive treatment, while providing clean, sterile equipment for those not ready to receive help. Thank you for helping reduce the spread of HIV and hep c in the valley.

(Edit: Id like to add that this place DEFINITELY deserves ANY donation that anybody can give..if you had to scrape up like 13$ for a box before this place is deserving of anything anybody can give..lets please show our appreciation)Wonderful to have a place and environment that is concerned for the health and well-being of addicts rather than face the judgment of drug store employees who are more concerned with conveying their opinion rather than preventing the spread of disease(TO THE OWNER: if you are looking to spread out and need advice as to location,downtown Vegas/fremont area/Charleston and eastern area, could DESPERATELY use a blessing like yourselves,you could prevent the spread of disease immensely down there as well as save a lot of lives with your naloxone kits)

These people have been supplying a service that has #1, saved at least one life #2, helped keep the city streets cleared of hazardous materials #3, helped keep people from spreading infectious diseases to one another. Its close to where I live, I can always use a clean needle instead of having to use a old one all dirty and clogged. Plus Im sure I have prevented myself from infection many times because I now dispose of one right after I have used it .I barely started using intravenously about 2 months ago but I am soon about to stop. Im almost sure I dont inject the right way, and I need someone to teach me so that I wont make a fatal or minor mistake. How can I get information on that?.

I love this place the people who work here are amazing and they dont make u feel bad or like ur nothing they show everyone respect no matter what. If it wasnt for this place and its workers I would not of found out that I had what I got I would not be in as good of health that I am now and they pointed me in the right direction on everything I love the ladys that work here they make a really good support team 💖💗

This is an amazing program I am ,over joyed to see Las Vegas is helping iv users a clean safe and educated users for everyones health and well being iv drug users and non iv drug users should have had the program years ago also happy they offer aids hepc test and help for over dosing on her ion and opiates because far too often lose or someone gets hurt because of Lack of knowledge

Love this place.. Staff here are non judgemental and very respectful. Or was truely getting harder everytime I went to go buy needles be for Trac b. If it wasnt for them i would probably have hep c by now...

The staff is amazing with their customer service and willingness to go the extra mile for us. they are warm and welcoming in what could otherwise be an awkward experience.
