This facility is great. Nice staff and clean facility. We are always able to get an appt right away for our sports physicals. We choose to come here and pay out of pocket for our kid’s sports physicals because it takes so long to get into our regular doctor. PA Kim was fabulous. Super nice, thorough, and explains the test. I like that she spoke directly to my son, even though he’s a minor, to have him engage and experience talking to adults in this type of setting

THIS PLACE DOES NOT ACCEPT ANY KIND OF INSURANCE.You will not be told about that until the day you arrive for your appointment.At that point you might already be short on time to get another appointment at any other location.Plus if you do decide to step away bcs they do not accept insurance, they will still charge you $129.99 for making the appointment & not going through.

DONT GO THERE! They literally scam people. They take you for appointment and tell you right away which vaccinations you need to get done today and charge you, even though most of these vaccines available for free with insurance or medicaid at CVS/Walgreens. And they scheduled me for a second dose of TDAP. When i went to CVS minute clinic the nurse was very surprised to hear it cause there is no second dose of that vaccine. It’s only one shot every 10 years. How ridiculous is that! I dont know how this place is still open and no one reported on them!

There’s a reason they include a clause stating that if you don’t use their services, you won’t get $149 refunded. If you have all your vaccinations, including tetanus, it could work but make sure you have everything before you go.They charged us $299, then claimed my wife needed five additional vaccines costing $810, despite these vaccines being available for free in many places. They said if we got the vaccines elsewhere, we couldn’t return for 29 days because it would mess with the TB results and would be charged $299 again. When I asked if we could do the physical and TB test today and return tomorrow with the vaccines to complete the form, they said it would disrupt their efficiency. This situation feels like a scam or racket.

I’ve been here numerous of times for different needs. Back when I was in highschool and needed a simple sports physical, work shots, occasional flu vaccine (I’ve been slacking on getting them every year but I notice a difference when I skip a year) they even offer B12 shots monthly! And I take full advantage of their package! Saves me money!!

I messed up and paid their consultation fee, but I ended up going to CVS and having an over all better experience.All of my vaccines were 100% covered, as well as the CVS hepatitis shots are for 20 years and they told me their hepatitis shots were for one

They made my son get another Covid vaccination saying they couldn’t finish the immigration packet unless he had this. So i took him to get a Covid vaccination which made him ill for several days But miraculously the packet was ready for pick up without them even verifying he had it done! Got him ANOTHER vaccination for no reason!!!!! All do they is lie and charge you for whatever they can! Very incompetent place of business! I scheduled an appointment to have my son’s sport physical. While making the appointment I was told that I couldn’t bring any other children to the appointment, which is fine, so I arranged child care for my other two children at 9am so we could go to the appointment. We get there with all required paperwork from our school, I even uploaded required docs on their website as asked. Mind you, his date of birth was entered multiple times while making the appointment. Nowhere on their website does it state a minimum age for sports physicals. Once there, I was told they cannot do the physical because he’s not 9 years old. The lady at the desk was kind and apologetic so I appreciate that for sure. It was a huge inconvenience and this info should be posted on their website or it shouldn’t have allowed me to enter a birthdate that wasn’t allowed. I don’t typically do bad reviews but this was not okay. I’m just really disappointed.

A joke ! You call make appointment give all this info over phone go in give up your ID then have to go to a computer to do the same info ? The appointment was for 12 noon waited 20 min no one else in lobby but behind the do it yourself computer was 7 employees ! I never experienced such an incompetent group for a work site urine test ! The whole time in the lobby an AI Infomercial played over and over ! Seems like the globalists have more ways of tracking you . Worst experience !

For Nursing Students:e7 Health will not provide a Doctors Note for QuantiFERON tests. They will perform the screening and schedule the x-ray if needed. However, they do not have an MD for a Doctors Note. You will need to reach out or search for a separate clinic that has a Primary Care Provider to have a Physician interpret the results and the Radiologists Impressions.I would suggest seeking out a Primary Care Provider for any test or screenings for work and school, and avoid the hassle.Otherwise, this place is close to perfect.

I was there by appointment a few days ago and this location has super friendly staff. We were able to do all the testing and be efficient with everyones time. I appreciate their professionalism, positive energy, and their patience while I had to make sure papers were signed and copies were made for everyone. E7 is the one stop shop for vaccines, titers, testing, and exams. I was surprised at the amount and variety of services they offer. They have lots of availability (which is great for someone like me who procrastinated getting mandatory testing done for school). Every staff member I came in contact with was professional and extremely kind. Even over the phone, the receptionist helped me alter my appointment twice and was super helpful and sweet. The clinic itself was very clean and well organized. I had a physical exam, blood work, and 2 vaccines in less than 45 minutes. I really loved this place. I had such an amazing experience. PERFECT!! Absolutely appreciate Brenda at Rainbow location for helping me get my appointment with Leah. Not sure of the spelling of her name. Best nurse Ive ever experienced . Windmill location is 1k% better than Rainbow. Leah is so professional i was just so happy to have her for my 1st visit. Brittany the front desk lady is just so awesome. Brittany greets you with sincere helpfulness ready to help you. Very attentive, clean office, professional and extremely polite. Thank you Leah and Brittany at Windmill location 🧡💚

This was an excellent service, although a bit pricey. They were able to turn around the results in a short time. Most importantly the staff were courteous, professional and caring. A big shout out to the black guy who took the swabs. He was extremely helpful.

Omg! I had just recently located and my job required testing they had everything, from immunizations to travel, for children and all what my job required. Scheduling is quick, prices are reasonable and staff is friendly. They even have same day appointments and are flexible. Kudos. Try them, if you haven’t already!

I came an hour and a half before my appointment time because I was finished with my other appointment early. The front desk staff was very nice and allowed me to come early anyways. I was taken for my tests very quickly, the phlebotomist was also very kind and made sure I was comfortable. The place was very clean and my experience was quick and friendly.

There seemed to be a huge variety of health services offered. The front desk lady on Monday was so helpful. I arrived at 11:30 a.m. and was there for over an hour because I had called for the appointment when another pharmacy would not help me, and hurried over in my car. I really appreciated her assistance with signing in, starting an account, and so many other subjects I was nervous about. I got the vaccine that I was seeking for my health protection in a timely manner.

Every time I have come here, they have been very prompt about seeing me right away. I dont spend much time waiting in the waiting room. Its always been easy to make an appointment, even when last minute. And the staff are always very friendly and professional.

E7Health is very reliable. All the Staff are nice and very helpful. Scheduling an appointment by phone is easy. Results of test readily available as advertised. Many thanks to Ashley, Jessica and the Receptionist (weekend Staff) who prepared our test results and certificate. Mostly thankful to Daisy who conducted the test. I highly recommend this clinic if you plan to travel internationally. They are very familiar with COVID testing requirements abroad.

I had a great experience here. Easy appointment booking, was taken right on time. Everyone was extremely friendly, and all of the options were clearly explained to me by a knowledgeable professional. I was not rushed, had the opportunity to ask as many questions as I wanted, and was not pressured to add any additional services beyond what I believed was necessary. Overall, I definitely recommend E7 Health, especially for anyone traveling internationally.

This operation has impressive customer service and its not by accident. Everyone I interacted with, without exception, I would hire in a heart beat as a model employee. In addition, when I called after hours and hung up without leaving a message, I received a callback the following morning since they actively manage their missed call log. Highly recommended.

By far the best and least expensive facility for most tests and shots. Very friendly, professional staff that seem to do everything they can to make the experience as easy and convenient as possible. At least in my experience have always been able to get same or next day appointments. 100% would recommend

It was easy to schedule an appointment. I like the option to complete paperwork online before the appointment. The wait was only 5-10 minutes. The time needed to draw blood was about the same. My results came back online quickly. Great experience.

The reason for my visit was for my TB skin test and drug test for school. They offered a student discount for both, which was really nice. The facility was clean, and the services were quick! I appreciate their integration of technology, and how results and vitals can be accessed online! I would come back in the future for future tests or vaccines.

I don’t write reviews, with that being said, Karen (phlebotomist) deserves all the praise in the world. Not only was she patient with me, she made sure I was comfortable given my hatred for blood or needles, and she went out of her way to do things as easily and as quickly as possible. To be honest, the whole staff was very kind and made you feel like they were truly working for you and not just like any other medical facility where everyone is annoyed to deal with you. We were given a complimentary coffee gift card for the “long” wait (wasn’t long at all). Thank you again Karen, I hope you keep your ways and your firm love for Dairy Queen!

Professional, knowledgeable, friendly and prompt staff. They make sure you get the appropriate vaccination for your needs whether it be for school or work. They also make sure you get a discount you deserve especially for students. The best time to come here is after lunch till till 3pm, based of my experience. The place is dead and wait time is very short. They can also assist you without any appointments, although appointment is advisable. The lady who works at the front desk forgot to schedule me on her computer of some vaccinations so when I came back a week after, it wast there! However, the staff still managed to squeeze me in to get those vaccinations. Other than that, it was an overall pleasant experience. Before I forget, the staff who administers the vaccines and TSTs are very pleasant to deal with; they make sure you are comfortable with the injections. Highly recommended!!! =]

That staff is always great. Very helpful and friendly. Of course, I notice their competence too. But what stands out the most is how FAST the experience is every time compared to any other medical appointment I have.

Pleasant, timely, and efficient. The travel doctor I talked to was helpful and dedicated to prepairing me for my trip. Id highly recommend this clinic to anyone.(My only complaint is that some of their coupons can have a surprisingly short expiration time.)

The customer service is always superb! The nurses, doctors and administrators are very thorough in their steps they are about to take. The best part of it all is it is not like a typical doctors office where you spend hours in a waiting room--you are in and out with all services taken care of expeditiously.

I have been here 3 times already, going through TB tests and a physical, and I have never been more impressed with both speed and quality of service from a medical clinic before. Went to the clinic with my daughter yesterday. Almost zero wait time. The staff is excellent and the service was provided almost immediately. Today ... we have received the lab result by simply login into the portal and print them. Outstanding services!

We really appreciated that they have strict rules about cleanliness and distancing. The appointments were set up so there wasnt any crowding. They clean each pen after used. You cant sit in the lobby but can sit outside. You must wear a mask. They take your temp. They all have masks on and sanitizer ready. They were all friendly and the nurse that did the blood draw was quick. He wasnt annoyed that I am not good with needles.

Showed up over an hour and a half early for my appointment, but they fit me in without delay. They actually do the swab tests in parking places behind the clinic. I had arrived by Uber and been dropped in front. I would suggest perhaps a small awning to keep the rare rain showers in Vegas off other pedestrian customers. I did have to call back as I had not recieved my one hour testing after 2 hours, however they sent it immediately at that point so I imagine it was a simple typo on the email address.

Needed COVID PCR Testing. Fast, easy ops, place clean. Arrived a little late so had wife call in. Told not an issue and could have booked at another time if needed. not an issueTried to book with CVS. Couldn’t even connect on phone to make an appointment. Very frustrated. Bad operations. Found e7. Phoned in. Made appointment almost right away at the exact I neededThis is the best place as results are emailed to you within an hour. That means and don’t forget these guys that if you need to leave out on a flight almost as you leave their facility, you coul drive to McCarran and have results emailed to you no matter when your flight is leaving as results come so quickly. Kudos to this place, they are very organized. In booking my appointments, they always send me notifications as a reminder, I know this may sounds annoying to some people but being forgetful as I am, this is very helpful. Overall, they are very hospitable and they always ready to answer all your questions. A+ for customer/patient service!!!

I was looking for a preemployment physical exam in a comprehensive way which include many tasks and tests. After searching and contacting most of the urgent care clinics available I found out that they were among the only ones that offers all the requirement. I set an appointment for the physical with them and I will update on the dealing and procedures. Customer service is up to bar unlike most of the others that some of whom neglected my call and others never came back to me.

I was able to get an appointment for my son same day. We were in and out so promptly and the PA was very personable and efficient. It was a great experience.

I really like the online portal e7 has so I can view documents and upcoming appointments. Ive never spent over an hour at the Rainbow location. Theyre fast and the staff and practitioners are friendly, and the facility is very clean.

I went to get vaccinated before my overseas trip. They are not cheap if you dont have insurance but well worth the visit. The staff is friendly and most of all educational.They showed me what diseases were in the country that I was going to visit and educated me on the pros and cons and the importance of getting vaccinated.No long lines when I was there. There were quick to get me taken care of and the rooms were clean. I recommend everybody to go to them for vaccinations before they travel overseas.

Amazing staff. Very knowledgeable. I went for vaccines for a trip to Africa. Everything I needed was explained in depth and they even printed coupons for me for the prescriptions I received. Impressive! I dont normally go to doctors, but Id go here in a heartbeat for any of the services they offer.

My wife needed a second immigration medical exam for her green card application. We had already waited more than a year for an interview and were thrown a curve ball with the need for yet another medical examination. Thoughts danced through my head of having to wait a month or so for an appointment, further delaying us getting on with our lives.We called e7 Health on a Monday and were given an appointment for the next day!! Finally catching a break. When we arrived for the appointment, we were seen within a few minutes. They knew exactly what to do. Her follow up appointment for the final sign-off was scheduled for one week later. Again, very efficient. Dr. Peters was great.Highly recommend e7 Health should you need any services they provide.

This place was fast, convenient, inexpensive, and everyone was friendly. I needed a drug screen for school and was in and out (with instant results) in 15 minutes. They offered me a student discount which was also helpful. I have already recommended this place to a friend and I I’ll continue to do so.

Avoid at all costs if you are going to do an immigration medical exam. At first they tell you the civil physician only comes once a week and you must miraculously work your schedule around that time. Then they get you inside to do exam and draw blood and then tell you have to pay for flu shot NOW so that they can proceed with the paperwork. I told them I can do it at CVS or Walgreens and then come back with the test results next day. They replied no that is our policy you have to pay 49.99$ now or we can’t move on with the paperwork. I refunded my money after they already draw blood and went to Partida corona medical center. They are way nicer and cheaper as well. Also their civil physician is available most weekdays. The exam is 250$ but with E7 is 300$ Plus mandatory flu shot if you haven’t done it already.

Staff was friendly, especially Melissa at the front desk and Lindy who handled most of my appointment (the blood work, etc.). The process was easy, too! Dr Peters is the civil surgeon there, he was kind and great to work with.

Always very helpful and courteous with my scheduled appointments. I wish they would get the covid vaccinations though as they have a plethora of many kinds. That’s my only complaint. Other than that would recommend to anyone

Good place to go for sports physicals, vaccines and other medical testing. I believe drop-ins are welcome, but appointments are highly recommended. They do vaccines, TB testing and a variety of Student Health Services. Very clean and professional medical facility.

After accepting a teaching job, I needed. TB rest. I walked in and was greeted right away. I was directed to fill out the form which was easy and simple to do. After filling out the form, I was called back within a few moment and was done in less than 5 minutes.

Outstanding doctors office. The staff are cordial and treat patients like customers (as opposed to inconveniences, which I have experienced elsewhere!). The doctors are well mannered, they explain their diagnoses in an informative and non patronizing way. The clinicians are patient, sensitive and caring. Anyone who needs a primary care doctor should use E7! They have my strongest recommendation.

I set my account up online which sped things up quite a bit when I came in. There wasnt much of a wait. Everyone was very professional and polite. I felt like everything was explained really well and would recommend this place.

My doc put together a Very comprehensive discussion of where I might be at risk in South Africa over a 24 day itinerary and what vaccines to take with less than 15 minutes of prep time. and then sent me a map and list of all vaccines I might need via email without any prompting from me. This type of customer service is rare these days. I was VERY impressed.

I went their this morning for medical exam, prices are three 3 times above the normal and there is no refund even if they didn’t do anything to me and also they give you no paper, lost of money

Staff was extremely precise, polite and patient and their efficacy makes for a very seamless visit. Chardae at reception was the most pleasant office staff I dealt with at any medical office and Raemona was very concise as she guided me thru my testing.

This is my 2nd time coming here and Ive always had a good experience. The staff is very courteous and friendly and the service was fast and easy going. In fact I enjoyed the atmosphere here and thought what a great place to work...and I applied for a nursing position online right then and there.

All the staff was kind, I did not have to wait for a long time either. I was in and out for physical and TB test! Willing to work around my schedule to make future appointments too which was a plus.

I used the Vaccine Center on North Rainbow and Lake Mead. They are always friendly and nice. I make my appointments on line and they adhere to the time within 15min. I appreciate the service they provide and recommend them to all that need work related tests such as TB, Titers, etc.

Went to the N. Rainbow location and service was great. They were friendly and got an appointment for same day. The staff was fast and efficient in taking me back and rendering services.

1)I was scheduled for a two step tb test and up to that point they were great, reminded me of my upcoming appointment and everything. They took the payment gave me the shot and gave me an appointment three days later for the reading. For my reading I was so busy with school, my sick dad and work so I forgot about my appointment. I receive a call 2 hours after my appointment by them telling me that I needed to redo the shot and pay again because there’s a 72 hour time frame that the reading needed to be done. I ask why didn’t anyone in the office bother to call before the cutoff instead of them just sitting around and watch someone forget about their appointment? Every office I’ve been to in the city would’ve done that but I guess they wanted me to pay the fee again. It felt like a lazy and unethical thing to do.2) the first nurse to give me the tb test didn’t give me any instructions so it should’ve been redone anyways because I used soap in that area and lotion and when the second nurse gave me the 2nd test and I told her I wasn’t given these instructions the first time she brushed it off as if I didn’t pay for that first test.3) this one isn’t that serious but still imo ridiculous. I needed them to sign a form that I filled out already for school that basically says I got the needed vaccinations and they basically asked for $25.99 for a signature. Many of those vaccines were done by them. Had I known about the fee I would’ve found someone else to give me the vaccines and happily sign my form without charge...

We are going to Hawaii and need a 72 hour swab test. And this health office said they are partners to the airport. They lied to us and charged $300 each patient. Just to get money from people. They should just told us but they still did the swab test and fooled us. Dont go to this office if your going out of state. NOT RECOMMENDED!!! THUMBS DOWN!!!

Completely incompetent staff. Spoke to an agent on the phone about making a vaccination appointment for my daughter and specified her age on the call. Drove all the way across town to find out she was too young for them to accept. The incompetent agent who made the appointment nor their website indicated there would be any issues. Also they dont accept insurance and make you pay out pocket for vaccinations. I would not recommend them.

Very fast and simple to register as a patient on line and make appointments. I was able to make a same day appointment and even change it to an earlier time with no problems. Everyone at the clinic was very friendly. I was in and out in no time.

Went here for vaccine for a trip to S. Africa. Staff friendly, knowledgeable and the wait time is minimal. Only thing they wont bill your insurance, so you have to do that yourself.

When you’re in a pinch and you need flexible hours, e7 health is there for your needs. Whether it for your general vaccines, travel vaccines, TB test or so much more, e7 health will have it for you. The friendly staff will make you feel welcome while still abiding by strict sanitization standards. They will answer any questions you have and put answers and information in terms you can understand.

Scheduled appointments to get me and my family checked for MMR titers. Due to Covid, our temperature was checked upon check-in. There are sanitized and used pens at the front desk to sign in and complete any paperwork necessary (we did everything online, except my daughters student forms they had to do in person). I appreciated that they are thinking of the details and sanitizing pens. Upon entering the back to wait in the exam room until the phlebotomist was ready to do our blood draws, a friendly male nurse was there waiting with a bottle of hand sanitizer to have each of us sanitize our hands. Also because I was paranoid being in a medical facility during these times , I used the automatic sanitizers at the front desk after signing in with the sanitized pen, upon entering the exam room to wait to go back to get our blood draw, upon returning to exam room after getting blood draw, upon leaving the facility... you get the point. All hand sanitizer “stations” had sanitizer readily available... friendly and quick checkin, our nurse advising us where to go and what order we were to go back to phlebotomist station in was very nice. Phlebotomist was very nice also and super gentle. I highlyRecommend 👍🏼

Just had a drug test for my new employer. Everything was going fine. Until the actual test because I misunderstood the directions. I think her name was FEMA or Finda, anyway she was talking so fast plus she is not a native English speaker. She needs to slow down when providing important instructions. She also needs to emphasize certain instructions like “Not” to use the hand dryer. All I heard was wash and dry your hands after you are done. Bottom line these tests are very important and instructions she be provided slow enough for people to understand. Especially if the is a language disparity.

The test staff is nice, how ever the test result I got is not even Valid for travel, paid 249 for the PCR test, but the Health district at HK doesnt approve that kind of test result, luckily the Health District Staff gave me another chance to take a test. Wasted money for a useless paper.

I recently started going to The Vaccine Center on N. Rainbow Blvd to get all my vaccines for school. I am extremely impressed with this company I can get a vaccine on my lunch break and not have to worry about being late. Although they are quick they are thorough in informing you of how each vaccine works are what to expect after. I love the staff and location. Couldnt ask for it any other way.

When I called in for information about the medical exam and vaccine record I needed for USCIS, the person that talked to me was very pushy about making an appointment and refused to disclose the prices of the vaccines, in case I needed them. I asked for the vaccine prices and when she said she couldnt tell me because the person in the clinic would tell me that, I asked for the highest estimate, so that I could be prepared, but she also refused to give me that information.When I went for the appointment it turned out that the vaccines were really expensive, and I was not given all the information I was requesting. I was about to get the vaccines when I was given a card for the second part of a vaccine, and I asked if that was included in what I had already paid, and was told no, that I would have to pay an additional fee ($159).The whole price would have been almost 3 times for what this exam and vaccinations are worth somewhere else. Dont bother going here. Its a money pit. The only reason Im giving them two stars is because I was able to get a full refund.

It was only my first time, I couldnt get into my Dr. for a couple weeks. I needed a TB Skin Test for our Foster program, I was in and out in 5 minutes. Hopefully its that way every time, if I ever have to go back.

The MA was quite kind and asked all the right questions before my immunization. Ive had adverse reactions before to needles, and she was quite good at preparing me for my procedure. Ill keep coming back for my immunization needs.

Iv been waiting to talk to someone for 30 minutes on the phone, I tried to book online and it kept saying declined, turns out it took 3 lots of payments out of my account and I don’t even know if it booked my appointment. This has not been a good experience

They wanted to charge me almost 700 dollars for the Medical study for immigration, $299 just for the medical check. I told them I had my vaccines, then they told me that first I had to do the $299 check to see if the vaccines are Ok. Of course I Ran away from that place .I found other place and pay $175 for the medical check and all the vaccines was accepted . Tip: Do not stay with the first option! Keep looking

I am a physican in the community and recently had my flu and tetanus vaccine at The Vaccine Center. I was extremely impressed with the center. Called that day and was given an appt. I was in and out in under 30 minutes. The clinic gave counseling prior to the vaccine. The cost was extremely reasonable. The center makes everything very easy. I would highly reccommend this clinic. Lucky to have a place like this in Las Vegas. Would use them in the future if Was travelling out of country. By the way the center never knew I was a doctor.Thanks again,Stephen Miller

Went to the center for a flu shot and PPD for school. The shots were administered quick and needling technique was great. The PPD reading was done correct (its amazing how many people do not know how to properly read a PPD). Couldnt ask for anything more. Thanks!

E7 is very fast, there electronic appt system and EMR are easy to use and they work well with my employer for all of the tests, vaccines, and physicals they need.

I went in for an employer-mandated drug test, and was impressed by this site...I was served with alacrity, and the process was seamless. If I ever need immunization or any of the other services they provide, I will return.

This place is great and handles anything related to shots, physicals for jobs, school..., but they should be opened Saturdays too. $29 for a B12 shot is way too expensive for what it is.
