I am so happy I found this doctor and her wonderful staff~Dr. Rebentish is absolutely brilliant but moreover, she sits and speaks to you, not at you!Not 5 minutes into our visit, she was up ordering tests and making sure she covered my every concern!About her staff, Christina went above and beyond getting records from my referring doctors office as they were taking their time! She has a very compassionate phone presence, is very attentive and gets things done~Their nurse is equally pleasant and efficient and everyone seems to be on their A-game!

I went to get a travel vaccination at the ID office today and had an absolutely fantastic experience. Rita is such a wonderful and awesome nurse. I feel like she went above and beyond to be extra helpful. She was a joy to talk to and I really feel like she was interested in me as a patient. I also really enjoyed meeting Monica (APRN). She was extremely knowledgable, really patient, and spent some extra time answering all of my questions. Both interactions were very pleasant and I highly recommend this Clinic!

I’m very pleased with the staff that I dealt with especially Christine and the nurse Monica Lynam.. They were very professional and helpful. I definitely would recommend Infectious Disease and Associates. I haven’t seen Dr Rebentish in person since 2018. I was told that she works the hospital in the AM and patients in the office in the afternoons. Due to my schedule I was only able to make AM appointments.

The doctor I saw was great and addressed my concerns. Some of the staff members are very rude. The doctor asked for me to get a blood test done but I left with no paperwork and they did not inform me when they would send the paperwork over to the lab. I arrived at the lab the same day and they had not sent it over. I called the office and they said it was sent but it had not been received so I called back again to provide the info and their response was “Oh I didn’t know you were going to get it done today.” After 20-30 minutes of waiting I was able to get the blood test done. NEXT, the doctor told me they would send 2 scrips. I called to see if the pharmacy had them and they only had 1 of 2 scrips. So I called again and the lady at the desk had an attitude and said they just sent it over and I explained there was another script. Finally the doctor gets on the phone and says “I don’t want you to take any meds” (They closed at 1pm and it was about 12:30-12:40pm on a Friday). NO ONE from the office called to tell me not to take the meds so I could have made things worse for my situation if I took the meds! NO COMMUNICATION at all from the moment I left the facility. I called today to follow up on my results, gave the lady my name and birth date and she has an attitude and asks “Are you a patient?” 🙄 Remind you it’s been a week since my results came back and once again NO COMMUNICATION!! I personally already saw them online but had questions. The customer service has been horrible and this was my first time at this establishment. Not a good impression at all.

Please do not go to this place its a waste of time ..these doctors have no knowledge of nothing all they care about is money and if you dont have none you will die .I am thankful for the man upstairs that help me to fight for myself when I was at my lowest and really thought I needed help from theses doctor when they walking around sick there selfs you cant hurt me no more thank you for waking me up to say this building is trash

I have been impressed by how seamless this office is. For me, I had to get a referral and I cannot think of a better office experience than the one I have at IFDTMC. The team is all great, especially Rita!

I arrived at the office and was greeted warmly and promptly. I was given paperwork to complete since it was my first visit. Just as I completed the paperwork, I was being called back to start my visit. The staff was warm and professional and answered all of my questions and gave me an excellent treatment plan. I’ve scheduled my follow up care here. I would highly recommend their services.

Dr. Is excellent….. very knowledgeable & kind.Her staff is really pleasant & helpful … & THEY ANSWER THE PHONE❣️ this is an amazing thing as lately these Dr offices don’t answer & some take days to call back. Very efficient office plus an excellent Dr ❣️would not hesitate to recommend

I love the support staff! Always friendly and professional! I really appreciate the reminder calls before my scheduled appointments. Wish all my doctors appointments were ALWAYS at the time scheduled!

Office/clinic setting is nice and welcoming but front desk does not match that. They are rude and very heavy on the foul language even with patients in the waiting room. There was a incident at my last visit which I did do a survey for and I have not been treated the same by front desk now that I have to communicate with them and probably eventually go back in for a app. Doctor is hard to communicate with she does confuse things and doesnt go into detail very much just sends everything off but giving it a chance since she is trying harder than the last specialist I saw

Wait time was way too long. 1/2 hour past appointment time to get called to exam room. 1 hour to see doctor. Everyone was very busy and professional.

We are very pleased with the care provided by Dr. Rebentish and the staff, especially Rita.

Whoever answered my phone call was so unprofessional & rude. She couldn’t be bothered to help me out to see if she had my referral from my primary physician. Kept cutting me off. Within .005 seconds of me giving her my name (didn’t ask me for my date of birth) she was able to tell me that she didn’t have a referral for me & to try calling back in two days?Her tone was so unwelcoming & she just wanted to get me off of the phone. She had the same demeanor with the staff from my primary physician’s office that was trying to help me out after I expressed that my referral from May was somehow nonexistent.You’re working in a medical office, I would assume there would be some level of professionalism & compassion from staff.

Dr. Rebentish and this office are extremely unprofessional. The front staff are rude and unwelcoming. When I have called to ask questions, they are unable to provide me with answers about my care. Dr. Rebentish has a big ego, consistently saying throughout the visit that she is the doctor and that is pretty much why she cannot be questioned. When asked questions she responds with, I have told you three times already... when never discussed. She seemed upset that I had called the office about medication and labs that I was unsure about. There is no open line of communication or possibility for questions without feeling like youre going to be patronized. The office has a lot of garbage laying around, seems like no one bothers to clean. Lastly, expect a long wait time to see the dr. once you are put into the exam room.

Very disappointed with Dr. Rebentish, she doesnt really care about her patients, gives incorrect info, in a rush, doesnt follow up on care, very poor communication. I never ever given a review on a doctor, but when you mess with a persons life you cant be excused especially when you are receiving payment by a good health insurance plan.

They did not let me know before my visit that Dr Uche was not in this office any more. New doctor and staff did a good job though.

Was recently treated for a persistant infection that was resistant to many antibiotics. The few it was susceptible to I was allergic to. They prescribed an antibiotic that worked very well and I had no allergy problems with. Felt so safe and comfortable in the care of Drs. Uche and Rebentish. The staff is very knowledgeable and caring. Love Dr. Rebentish! She is so gentle and caring. Such an amazing woman to work with. Any problems like this in the future I will definitely seek care from them. Thank you for speeding up.my recovery.

I was referred to this practice by my primary care provider for on going care. At first I was hesitant thinking why do I need to see an infectious disease doctor. And how come my primary cant just see me.Im so glad that my primary referred me here! Nice, clean and pleasant office. Cynthia at the front is so nice, attentive and takes care of business showing that she cares about your concerns and takes care of patients. Rita the nurse was very nice.Christa the NP is so cute, very nice and thorough.And OMG Dr. Rebentish, God bless you!!! She heard my concerns, referred me to a Pulmonary doctor that I need to see as well after seeing one that I was unhappy with. That office got me in within a week when other Pulmonary practices I called had a 2 month wait time for just a consult. Also, she ordered a great battery of test to try an get to the route of my problem. Once results came back she ordered aggressive meds to clear up my infection. I believe and pray that they will!!!You wont be disappointed if you go here and you will be taken care of.Robin :)

Dr. Rebentish and her staff are very friendly and take care of all of my medical needs. I have been a patient of Dr. Rebentish for many years and she always take the time to review my lab results with me and explain what is good and what needs to be improved. She answer all my medical questions in terms that I can understand. If I call the office with a concern or question someone calls me back quickly.

No clogged waiting rooms and received treatment right on schedule. Dr. Uche is knowledgeable and kind and took time to listen to me. Very impressed with the whole experience.

Ive been making appointments for my mom for 10 years. And i never have experience with the rudness of this office. My mom received a referral for almost 2 weeks. I called to see if they were able to make an appoinment for my mom. The scheduler had a really bad attitude. Which i pointed out to her. And then she said that since i already had a problem with her attitude, To just go find a diferente office. I ask to speak with someone else. But it seems like the doctor is the scheduler as well, this is the only reason i can think of, for the scheduler to tell me to go somewhere else. Point DONT GO TO THIS DR. YOU WILL WASTE YOUR TIME. They made me waste mine. Plus with that type of attitude, i dont think it will be a good Dr. Becareful....

Dr Uche is caring and listens to my concerns. The office staff are pleasant and Dr Uches assistant is very friendly.

Waiting time was very minimal, the nurse was very excellent in her explanation of what to expect. My only improvement would be the doctor explaining what I should expect on going. That was not so clear.

One of the few medical professionals in Las Vegas Valley that actually treats you as a person/patient not the billing code. Dr Uches Office staff actually thinks + treats you like a real person. Refreshing compared to most medical offices in the Valley that are extremely rude + all about $$$$ production for money $$$$. I will remain with Dr Uche as long as he remains in practice in Las Vegas, NV. Job Well done!

I had an excellent followup appointment via Zoom, allowing me to avoid possible viral exposure while traveling. The Zoom session was quite easy to setup and a staff member walked me through all the necessary steps. Kudos!

The front desk staff and Monica Lynam APRN were all very nice.

Dr. Rubentish saved my life.Her depth of knowledge & experience meant she recognized my problem immediately.She implemented a successful course of treatment. Dr.Rubentish and professional staff (ie :Thanks nurse Rita !) then assembled a team of professionals to begin my in home intensive care.She does not suffer nonsense. All my questions were welcomed and treated with respect.She always answers directly and factually.I was kept completely informed during the entire course of treatment.Dr. Rubentish represents the best example of quality medical care in Las Vegas.

The wait here is horindous! I made an appointment for 11 oclock, so I arrive at 1030 for documentation to be filled out. I have the paperwork, which is 6 pages, back to them in 15 minutes. 1115 comes around and I ask the lady at the desk how much longer will the wait be. She proceeds to tell me another 30 minutes. No apologies, no we will try to be with you sooner ; she just wants to argue with me on what office do you go to that doesnt have a wait. I told her plenty and some do but nothing in the neighborhood of 45 minutes past the appointment time! Extremely disappointing and I had to wait a month to get an appointment!

I’ve been a patient of Dr Rebentish for years, she has always been very caring and has a general interest for her patients. The staff have always been very nice and I always feel in good hands at the office.

This practice has too many people who are delegated by the dr and unfortunately no one over sees them. 5 days in Hsptl & only showed up 2 days. Urine culture was reported by Quest, no culture indicated & drs office called me & told me test was negative! Quest said no culture indicated means a culture test was not run. I would appreciate correct information from my dr since it is the 4th time being treated for this infection.

Just relocated from California and I was uneasy about starting a new Dr, but everyone here has made me feel very welcome and cared for.

Dr Rebentish and her staff are exceptionally knowledgeable and personable. Two physicians recommended her as the best in Las Vegas.

Friendly staff, good location. A little crowded in the waiting room, but that can be a good sign of a good practice. PA and Dr took the time to be thorough and listen.

Despicable doctor who refuses to even see my wife, who is being diagnosed with osteomyelitis. Heartless, soulless and yet another one afflicted with a god complex. She has some sort of personality disorder to be a doctor and yet be so cruel to those in need.
