Do NOT go here!!!! This place deserves 0 stars!!! Providers might be okay but when it comes to the office staff theres no point. No one answers the phone but when they do they are completely abrupt, rude and do not want to assist nor do their job!!!! This place thinks patients are a burden none of them should NOT be working in this field. The quality of care is horrendous one of them even spoke to me with complete disrespect, he was rude and had no manners. I had corrected him not once but THREE different times and it seems like he was doing it on purpose because I had to correct him twice before. My sister is in so much pain and was needing to get an appointment so she can get her surgery done but he was so rude and not helpful at all!! I work in the field and will never refer any patients to this place!!!!

I am extremely happy with Dr. Lynn D. Kowalski. She is incredibly knowledgeable. Before choosing her as my doctor, I had gone through many others. Initially, I liked them, but by the 2nd and 3rd appointments, I felt rushed, unheard, and like I was just a number. With Dr. Lynn D. Kowalski and her team, I felt like I was in good hands. From the nice receptionist to the extremely helpful Chava Peebles, I felt heard and cared for. I had my surgery in April 2024, my husband was kept updated every step of the way. My recovery went even better than expected. I am so grateful for each and every one of them.I cant forget Noe, the NVSCC scheduler. He is so organized, when he says hes going to do something, he does it. I wish I could give them 1000 stars. The journey to this point took years. If I had found this amazing team when I first started my journey, I could have saved so much time and tears.

Update 9/5/24 - Today I had an appointment for my final follow-up after having a hysterectomy. Today my appointment was with Josey Johnson PA-C. She was so sweet, nice and caring. She had to check my stitches inside to see if I was healing correctly and she said I was all healed up, which was great news. My appointment was really quick today too. I walked in the door at 11:14 for an 11:30 appointment and I was in the car to go home at 11:35, so that was awesome. So I see other reviews saying some of the employees here were rude, however, I did not experience that. Everyone I encountered was great with me. Im just happy I can put this surgery behind me and move on.-----------------------------------------------7/8/24 - After reading some of these reviews, I was really nervous about going to 1st my appointment back on May 30th with Dr Lynn Kowalski. However, after actually meeting her and discussing my surgery, I thought she was great! She explained everything thoroughly, answered my questions, she was very nice and professional. I had no issues with her whatsoever. On the day of surgery (6/25/24) when I was in pre-op getting ready, she and her whole team came over and talked to me and answered questions from my husband and my daughter. She was ready to go and I was ready for this surgery do get done. I had a full hysterectomy via laparoscopic robotic surgery and everything went well. Today (7/8/24) I had my post surgery appointment and Dr. Kowalski was just as nice and she informed me that I am clear of cancer. So my experience with her was excellent. She never yelled at me, she never made me feel like I was unimportant, she never made me feel rushed, she gave me the facts and was straightforward about everything which is what I want in a Dr. So thank you Dr. Kowalski, I believe you may be one of the best doctors Ive ever had.Like another reviewer on here, I also have to mention that Noe was amazing as well. He helped schedule my surgery and he tolerated the few emails I sent to him before and after my surgery. He was very patient with me and answered every single question that I was emailing him. So thank you Noe, I really do appreciate you.If you get referred to Dr. Kowalski, give her a chance, she is great.

They scheduled an interview with me just to cancel it the same day. No explanation. Nobody answers the phone. I’m assuming someone already filled the position but still Very unprofessional, not even a phone call.

Dr Rhen Zang and is without question the best surgeon I have ever been to. My cancer was misdiagnosed and I decided to go see Dr Zang who correctly diagnosed and helped save my life.

First time Ive ever been there, loved both of my doctors. They took there time explained all my issues and made me feel comfortable.Front staff was friendly and I had no problems with making a appointment.

I never wrote a review on any other website before, this is my first time and WOW..... a horrible unprofessional customer service ever. Since I went there on my scheduled time, I shouldnt have to beg to see the Dr. Plus it wasnt easy to schedule with them, they keep telling me they will call me back which they never did, i had to keep calling them to remind, i even told him that i am in a real pain but as if he doesnt have a mother or a sister, he didnt let me in so that i can see my Dr. I even offered a cash payment not to miss the visit even with my active insurance. I am just speechless, I dont even have a word to explain how bad their front desk customer service are. Looks like they dont like their job. They should definitely need to change a career and the company definitely needs to change their front desk staff members. I Never had this kind of bad customer service experience in my life before and No one should go through such kind of service as well

Doctors Zhang and Wishnev might be amazing practitioners, but you would never know thanks to a certain member of the office staff. I dont know his name, but it wouldnt have mattered if he had told me because his speech sounds like a drunk Bobcat Goldthwait...on Ativan...with rocks in his mouth. I actually genuinely suspect that there is some substance abuse problem there because during the THIRD call I made to him after he hung up or incoherently put me on hold to never return again, he repeatedly mangled the reason I was requesting an appointment for my mom. Within SECONDS of saying what the visit was for, he warbled out a different reason. I know parakeets with longer memories. This was insanity. How does anything get done in this office with this person at the helm?? When patients are dealing with terrifying diagnoses like cancer, is this the person that should be shepherding them into medical care? Please, salvage whatever remnants of professionalism this office has and replace this person!

Curious why an organization allows itself to be tied to misinformation in a political commercial?

Misdiagnosed my wifes illness, do not recommend.

This is one of the worst places I have ever been to not to mention straight abandon by my doctor dr kawlosksi is the most rude and lies to your face she needs to be reported the other doctors are very kind and help you to understand what’s going on this is just to bad to write all of this but stay away from there it’s not safe

Dr. Zhang is very personable. He made me feel very comfortable during my visit and answered all my questions. The front office staff are great too. Everyone had such a great and caring attitude. The place was very clean and well maintained. Happy I found this place.

Dr. Stephanie Wishnev is knowledgeable, competent, efficient, kind, caring and most of all, easy to with which to work. She NEVER rushes and answers ALL questions in a manner that is easily understood.

The front office staff is awful and rude. one of the worst experiences I have had in a medical facility.

Front staff horribly rude and no empathy for anyone besides themselves. They better belong in a field where they dont have to interact with anyone ever
