Desert Inn Medical Center

This was my first visit to this office, and the staff and doctor were friendly and professional. The place is an older building but looks clean. I only had to wait around 15-20 minutes for the nurse to call me in and then just 10 minutes to see the doctor, who then performed what I was there for and was done. I expect to see my results next week, and I hope all is good.

This place sounds good from the price but however DO NOT go here! I repeat DO NOT go here. They half way do the job and they do not fully explain the process Dr. Silverman over looked my uterus and now I need a second procedure. A complete waste of time and money!

I have been coming here for 10 plus years, the staff has always been friendly. My previous Doctor here was amazing so I was skeptical coming to see the new replacement Nerissa. She’s great, very knowledgeable and waiting time was significantly improved. I recommend new and previous patients to come see her. Also want to mention Jennifer who assisted, she was very polite.

I would recommend this place to anyone who is not worried about wasting their time.

Waited for almost 2 hrs for my dad to be seen by Nerissa. Then when she got in the room, she rush, like we’re just another number. Worst clinic, definitely not coming back unless they do a major change. Everybody in the waiting room was complaining on how long they’ve been waiting. I usually don’t write reviews, but this place is what’s wrong with healthcare.

My family and I have known Dr. Kharazi for years. He is a great doctor who cares very much for his patients. He is warm, kind and generous and very professional and experienced. Dr. Kharazi reminds me of the old school doctor that takes his time and shows concern for the patients well being. I would recommend him if you are looking for a patient oriented family practice where you can feel like home.

Did not bill insurance for procedure covered by my insurance, they got double paid. Waiting to hear back from billing department to reimburse me . The Doctor was in and out, he spent less than five minutes in the room. They were not caring and did not counsel me With the procedure. Do not go here unless you want to be ripped off.

I just wanted to share my experience with the practice. Dr. Burroff was my original doctors who I trusted my health with he was amazing. It took me a while to schedule an appointment after his departure, after meeting with Nerissa I felt confident and was convinced that she would be my new Dr. Burroff.

Very sad what happened to this place since Dr. Burroff left. I would advise new patients not to go here. The office staff like Shyra is amazing and also Mathew for PT, beyond this the Dr and his PA are terrible. They refuse to work with patients whom are not a problem, follow the rules and even ensure they get all their tests. The PA is the worst. She throws b.s. at you like its the law and when you call her on it, she runs away and sends in office staff. Do not waste your time or energy. P.S. they will not treat you but still charge the insurance.

This place is run half as_! Plain and simple! Prescriptions not called in consistently, referrals are not sent (3 times in 3 months) as well as medical records to the referred DR office, nearly impossible to get a live person, the doctors and PT that they refer you to are ghetto and low-quality, and after complaining and complaining I said screw it I post this issues to see if they catch enough attention to pressure them to get it together. Sitting here waiting for phramcy call in and they forgot again! The place could coat of paint after a decade. The pain dr they sent me to was horrible, the surgeon they refyerred me to butchered me as welll. There PT they referred me to was lazy and rude. I decided to post this review (never posted a review in life that is how bad it is) because I was so disgusted. I have to spend money out of pocket just now because they can not call it in after two calls.

THE WORST PATIENT CARE EVER!!!!! I dont do reviews much unless it is truley deserved. They have had me waiting for over 1 month for birth control because they dont want to follow my insurance billing procedures for that specific birth control. They claim to call my insurance, yet I was able to figure out what was going on in less than 10 min. On top of that the way the so called nurse saying, no way the doctor will do that!, when explaning what I was told by my insurance was absolutely rude and uncreditable. I will be taking my medical needs elswhere where I wont be talked down to or be made my own medical assistant.

Showed up at scheduled appointment time, front desk person tried to tell us that we were too early, two hours later we were finally brought in by neither a nurse or the doctor we came to see but a physical therapist instead.The equipment is looks as though it was picked up at a local store. The scale to take weight is litterally the most basic 3 dollar scale and the room looked grimey/unkept.When asked about what can be done to prevent the excessive wait time the first answer was to make an appointment when the doctor was actually in. When I asked for clarification as to what that meant the front desk person simply changed their answer to theres nothing we can do.To add the cherry on top, the room we were in had the thinnest walls to the point where the gentleman in the next room describing his ailments and the issues could be heard clear as day. So much for patient privacy. The doctor talking to said gentleman sounds like he couldnt care less and is describing a procedure that heals the body, soul, and spirit.Obviously do not recommend this office in the slightest.

This place isnt worth the one star... Like everyone else, I waited for one and a half hours in.the waiting room. Two weeks later and they just now refered me to the ENT.You will sit on hold everytime you call for no less than 20 minutes. They DO NOT return calls if you leave a message.

So i was referred to this location by my paralegal because of an accident, all they did was put hot pads on my back for 10 min and go home that was not going to cure my neck and back pain it didnt do anything at all also i made an appt at 5 because thats the only time im avalable and i was waiting in the waiting room till 6:30 and the front ladies said oh itlll be 15 min .. like really thats why i made an appt. they dont know what they are doing i got into an arguemwnt with the dr. about where was i sitting in the car accident like really how can you tell me where i was so upsetting but i give this 1 start to the physical therapist guy mathiew i think his name was because he was a good person and understanding... thats it but horrible place .

The most compassionate Dr you would ever want. The staff is an asset and fantastic... Not one bad thing I can ever say after over 20 years experiencing with the Dr as well as the staff.

Awful place, we have been waiting for two hours...after making an appointment is really annoying to wait two hours to see a doctor. You are paying a lot of money for a really bad service!!

Dr. Buroff is very rude and unprofessional. And wait time at the office is incredibly long just so Dr can rush in and out and not care about the reason why you are there.

I have been a patient for over 13 years with Dr. Burroff and he has always taken good care of my familys health as well as mine.

Dr.Silver has been my doctor for the last 5 years and he is the absolute best! The staff are friendly and patient as well

I hateeee the wait time seriously!! Even if you have an appointment you are going to wait more than 30 minuetsEven people that walk in without an appointment they will go first!! So then why there is something that they have called “appointment” since it looks like first come first serve!

This clinic has thier employees write fake reviews in order to boost its rating. That says it all.

This place is ridiculous, give the jobs to people who really want it and are willing to help those who call. Horrible customer service.

First time using this medical center and been waiting for over an hour as the staff here dont know what their doing and cant inform you
