My experience over the years with Las Vegas Aesthetics has been very satisfactory. I trust Thomas whole heartedly with his extensive expertise and calm demeanor with my beautiful face. The receptionist is a dear person too! I had been all over Vegas catching the best deal but I search no longer!

Great experience! I received my first Vampire facial and microneedling! I signed up for three! Tom was great and is so Knowledgeable about what is good for your face and what’s not, so I appreciate the honesty! Looking forward to my next appointment! Thank you also for introducing me to the lumispa facial cleaning tool! What a difference it has made to my face!

Honestly, really sad to have to make this review. I paid with small bills so I understand the frustration, but I was immediately met by the doctor with complaints of my payment instead of a “hello how are you?“, or any type of politeness for that matter… This was my first cosmetic procedure so I was really looking forward to it, but the attitude made me pretty nervous and uncomfortable. He complained multiple times about that throughout my visit. As for my lips themselves, it wasn’t too bad. Also a great price! Im on day two of my healing and it already seems like theres only a slight difference, but I won’t say he did anything wrong as far as that. Still grateful to have stopped by just wish it was a more friendly environment :(.

Tom is truly a master in his craft. A little background on him: he is experienced in open body surgery doing whatever that he does. I’m glad I found him because he has 25+ years experience working with prp/prf. I was able to do 3 prf microneedling + injections on my skin. He is precise and clean!!! Thank you so much! I am a repeat customer of LV Aesthetics and I am a big fan. I had gone elsewhere for Dysport in the past and it did not look great. I looked VERY surprised for a month or so, … which made me a bit hesitant to go somewhere new, but I found Las Vegas Aesthetics and they had good reviews, so I gave it another shot. I’m so glad I did. Adina greets you as soon as you walk in and she is ALWAYS nice. I have yet to see her and not be greeted with a friendly smile and hello. She and Tom (the person doing the treatments) have the best working relationship and the sarcastic humor amongst them really is refreshing. I’ve had some appointments at the end of a very hard day and I left my appointment in better spirits and they didn’t even know it. They treat you like a friend, not just a paycheck and that is hard to find these days. I have recommended them to many of my friends as well.

Dr.Thomas is hands down the best doctor in Las Vegas. It was super easy to schedule the appointment. The lady at the front desk was helpful and kind. Zero wait! I had a scar near my lips that made them uneven. Dr. Thomas did a great job at making them even again. Honestly couldn’t be happier with the results. Thank you Dr. Thomas!

Had Dysport with Thomas today and was very impressed by his knowledge and precision. There is no doubt that he knows what he is doing because I could barely feel anything during the injections and left without looking like I was beat up! Highly recommend and will definitely be returning for future treatments! If you are scared of needles, go to Thomas, he’s really gentle and quick so it’s not bad at all!

I really like this place my very first cosmetic experience the office is very welcoming love the receptionist she was very nice and made me feel at ease, I had 3 sessions of prp for my under eye I was looking tired all the time, the Physician was nice, gentle and very informative and i barely felt the needle I got great results just great experience I would definitely recommend 👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼

I went to Las Vegas Aesthetics when I first moved to Las Vegas about 7 months ago. I had called around to a few other places beforehand, but decided to try this one. Best decision I’ve made since living here. Staff is awesome, extremely helpful and the Dr. really knows his stuff! I also paid a lot less than what some of the other businesses were charging.I wont be going anywhere else.

Las Vegas Aesthetics is one of the best places in town. Very happy with results! My skin looks firmer and younger. Doctor was very knowledgeable and experienced. He is very honest and straightforward. He did amazing work with minimum expense to me. I also had great experience with his receptionist, who was very helpful and friendly! This place is awesome and thats putting it mildly. The staff is great. The doctor is a real guy, plays guitar, pictures of him and American heros on the wall. You can shoot this guy straight, hell help straighten you up as well. Seriously be honest with him, bet its not the first time hes heard it. The results have been amazing for me. No more help from pharmaceutical products. Everything is in the up and up, with no help. And, the difference is noticeable, it was right away. Its been a month and I am more confident and satisfied than Ive ever been. Ever. Best money I ever spent. Just be honest and follow up like the man tells you. Thanks again Doc. Youre the man.

Front desk is attentive and friendly. They have reward programs which can give you great savings. The online appointment scheduling is easy and convenient to use. This has been the best application of Dysport I have received in Vegas!

I watched (and stalked) their IG for some time. I’ve always wanted my lips done however, wanted to ensure I felt safe with whoever was going to do them for me. One of the BEST INVESTMENTS I HAVE MADE FOR MYSELF! He was honest and walked me through each step of the way! I’ll definitely be going back the end of July as I was the look I want, I was advised would take two sessions. If you are thinking, considering- JUST DO IT!

I had a great first time visit here for botox injections. I found it pretty easy to find. Both front desk lady and doctor were so nice. The doc injected my botox and am very happy with my results. He was very knowledgeable. He noticed my skin was looking a little dry and recommended a moisture mist that they sell in office. I feel like it has really helped my skin in this dry vegas weather and have to say it was veey reasonably priced. I highly recommend Las Vegas Aesthetics!

I had tried a few different offices which were not so good and found this office with good reviews. I arrived for my appointment and was greeted by the receptionist, who was very friendly. I filled out my paperwork and waited for Mr. Pulice to finish with his patient. I was then taken back to the room for my services. Mr. Pulice was gentle with injections. He is a straight up guy which is my vibe. I am happy with the product and the way I look. I was suppose to go back 2 weeks after services for a after picture but I was out of town so it has now been a month. I will definitely be going back and referring my friends! Thank you!!!

The wait time for my appointments is less than 5 minutes, which I appreciate. I made an appointment a couple weeks ago. When I arrived the doctor advised me that my name was in the system but I didnt have an appointment. No apology, he simply stated the schedule was full.I received a call later from Cynthia the receptionist who advised she made a mistake, apologized several times, and offered to get me in same day. Shes very nice and I appreciated that. I still wouldnt want to see that doctor again, how is it that the front desk is more professional than the doctor?

I am picky, and when I find someone, something I like I stick with it. I have been coming back here for years and have brought and referred several friends. I wont go anywhere else!

This review is regarding Hylenex that Tom applied for a very reasonable price in Nov-2022. I called around to all other providers within my area and the price at Las Vegas Aesthetics was the best. Tom is knowlegeble about the use of all the services they provide here.

I am beyond happy with Las Vegas Aesthetics. I had several treatments with Tommy (micro-needling, Vampire facials and botox) with excellent results. He always explained the procedures to me in details (even face anatomy), he is never in a hurry. Tommy is a true professional.

I come to Tom and Adina for some time and would recommend them to anybody who wants any service concerning face and neck ageing and looking good. Tom seems to be always in the good mood and professional. I also like that he answers my questions with confidence and knowledge.As a middle age woman I like to look good and tried similar services before and I think its important to find mutual understanding with the person who might help you with your appearance and offer you different options to resolve your issues. So its very valuable than you find full understanding from the other side. I am happy I got it once I see Tom and his lovely helper Adina !

10/10 - Best experience to date! Today, I had my lips done and Botox. I drove from Arizona and it was well worth the drive! I was VERY nervous to get my lips done. He ensured I was numb and the pain was minimal and I mean minimal! His bedside manner was great, he was funny and continually educated me along with ensuring I was doing okay! Forever a customer!!!

Not only are they great at the job, theyre fun to be around. Ive been working with Doc Pulice for PRP injections. I wouldnt go as far to say that the injections are wonderful, but he does his best to make it easy. Im due for my third and final treatment, but have been seeing results since shortly after the first set of injections. I dont have flowing locks, but I have seen a noticeable increase in volume.

My first appointment was almost a week ago. I am a “newbie” to services like Dysport and Restylane so I was really apprehensive and had a LOT of questions before and after my procedure. I was very skeptical about geting restylane for eye shadows but after contacting the office of Dr. Pulice. And geting all my questions answered I decidedd to give it a try. I was not disappointed at all, they were very patient with me as I asked alot of questions. They walked me through the steps in a very professional manner. Their office was very pleasantly clean and helped to make feel calm and at good hands. My results were awesome and only needed one treatment.

I was super leery about using a Groupon for this place because I’ve heard a lot of negative things that some places water down their product. This place was amazing and I am 3 days out and I already see great results. I will definitely be back again for more.

They are the worst place I have ever been ,they don’t care about customer satisfaction. I’ve been doing my lips since I was 18, half syringe and they used too look amazing, with them I did full syringe and it’s like I didn’t do anything . I went and talked to them they said because I’m dehydrated what this has to do with this , I ask to do another syringe they said they have to charge me again it’s like my fault , I paid a lot of money for horrible job and yet put the blame on me . Don’t recommend it to anyone

Worst place to go I night 150 units and generally 50 units is good for full face but they told me no it’s not and just covered not even half of my face and worst service didnot even show me the mirror and I recommend not to go here very bad ..
