I’ve been here twice and both times I felt very comfortable and left very informed about what’s going on with my body without judgment. I love planned parenthood. I’ve been using them for years. They are affordable and accepting of all walks of life.

Don’t ever go to this location. they sent the wrong medication to my sister’s pharmacy. she was supposed to get 4 pills of mifepristone but they gave her 4 of the nausea medication. these people don’t take their job serious working in a medical field dealing w this kind of stuff. i work in the medical field so i know what it’s like not being prescribed the right medication this is very unethical of this location. go to the one on w charleston they do it better

People have a lot of negative things to say about this location but i absolutely love it! all of the staff at the front were super nice, friendly and informative. they got me in quick and all of the women helping me were sweet, funny and engaging. i got my nexplanon inserted here and they were super quick and helpful. great experience overall, i’ll definitely come again for any other needs

I had a great experience here, the staff was kind and professional. I got my birth control shot the same day I went in. They’re very accommodating to your current health and financial status.

Went here for treatment of my symptoms. The Nurse was very professional and kind to me. It was my first time getting an exam like that and I was very nervous and she talked to me the whole time and it really helped.The treatment worked great. Will definitely be returning for any issues I have with my reproductive health 👍🏻

Hands down the best PP Ive been too. They were so quick especially for what I went in for. If youve got a busy day and need to come here, I suggest morning times. The ladies were wonderful, Nelly was such a peach and the doctor. They were the best and Ill for sure continue to support forever!!

Absolutely unacceptable time management at this location. I had a scheduled appointment and wasnt seen by a doctor till nearly 2 hrs after my appointment time. On the plus side, everyone was very pleasant to work with.

Staff was very lovely and made me feel comfortable but I recommend not coming late though to your appointment. Rose was excellent.

We made an appointment a month and a half in advance because of our busy schedule, we came in at 9:15am, our appointment was at 9:30am, and we were here till 245pm. why even take appointments, Im very dissatisfied with your lack of work ethic and time management, I see why people hate yall.

The staff here made me feel really comfortable. I was so nervous having an implant removed and the support they gave me was awesome. I am so thankful for them.

Best service I’ve ever received at a woman’s health clinic. I travel a lot and have chronic UTIs so I’ve been seen all over the United States at many different urgent cares and Planned Parenthood locations. This one was by far the best! The doctor took time to really listen to me, provided lots of ideas and solutions that no other civic or doctor ever has, and genuinely seemed to really care about my well being! Will definitely return to this clinic whenever I’m in Vegas and in need of care.

They really should get 0 stars I seen two other people during my appointment time and one went before me when she got there at the same time the other one was turned away because they stopped taking insurance for the day? No one was rude but i seen at least 5 staff and it doesn’t make sense to have more receptionists than nurses. There wasn’t one doctor or nurse on staff while I was there. Who is giving us these medications or ultrasounds? They then said I had to come back because the doctor wasn’t there. Seriously make an appointment elsewhere this place takes hours

They forget to do reminder calls. Ive called multiple times and they say oops we forgot to call but yes your appointment was confirmed. The staff is sweet but it gets old. And booking online is like pulling teeth

Dont like their only the patient in the back policy. Thats now why I drove with my partner to support in the waiting area or car. You guys need to change that.

This location is the slowest. I used to always come here and think it was normal to be here for an hour and a half for a depo shot that takes only two minutes. Then i made an appointment at charleston one day and found out they are so much faster an efficient.Since depo has a due date and its harder to make appointments now (i normally made them online), i had to make my appt today for flamingo. I went and checked in and have been sitting in my car for an hour. Someone finally just called to ask the usual pre-injection questions and told me the doctor will call when she approves my prescription for the injection.Avoid this location if you can and if you can wait to book, book for the west charleston location.And i saw a lot of negative reviews about calling in. Always pick the call back option. Ive been using planned parenthood in vegas for my every three month appointment since i moved here 6.5 years ago. Its always been insanely time consuming trying to get through. Your call back might not be until a couple hours later and will be from a strange number outside of Nevada, but its better than sitting on hold for 30 min (hopefully theyll bring back web appointments soon).

No excuse for the horrific time management. Do not waste your time (because you will waste a lot) and find another Doctor. I really regret coming here and I will not be back.

Jessica was my nurse,Sarah was my doctor, and deija was at the front desk. They were all so sweet and informative. They got me in and out in an hour and it was literally stress free. Thank you ladies

I want to say that this was a very overwhelming morning for me, and all the staff there made it easier. They were all so kind and understanding, and very thoughtful as well. They treated me so gentle due to my fragile state of the circumstances. I can say I know I made the right choice and they helped me in that choice, and made me feel right about my choice. There should be no hate in saying you’re not ready. I made a mistake and I’m glad to have had the choice to help me in fixing my life. At the end of the day it’s my life, and I’m the one who will be living it, so I should have every say so on how I want my life to go. The child is not the mistake. I made a careless mistake, and planned parenthood helped me fix that so I can go on with my life until I am ready to have another child. I wish I could remember the ladies names who helped me in my time there, but all I can say is thank you all again, I will never forget you.

Had an appointment here and i get there and the receptionist tells me that i need open my portal so she can verify my Doctor. Nobody has ever asked me to do such thing, i am there because everything is clear and i can go to this Doctor. She made waste my time i stepped out to talk to my insurance and when i come back in she is not at the front desk. There was only one receptionist because the other lady that was there was doing something else and couldnt attend the big line that was there. I misses my appointment because of this issue. Place is not organized and you will wait forever to see somebody. POINT IS THAT I DONT RECCOMEND!!!

I have called twice to set up an appointment for a check up for myself. Both times Ive called, the people Ive talked to have been extremely rude and condescending. Havent even felt comfortable on the phone let alone comfortable enough to go in there. Extremely frustrating to have people act unprofessional in such a vulnerable area of discussion.

I’m 44 years old and have been to PP all my life. I’ve been to them in the following states for annual exams / birth control: MO, LA, CO, CA, DC, VA, and NV. A few months ago I brought my 15 year old here. They took our insurance (United Health Care) with no problem. We paid a $30 co-pay.They would not give me any info or let me go in with her even though I paid and she used my insurance and even though she asked if I could go. I 100% support and love this policy! There was no wait- we arrived 5 min before our appointment, paid, and she went in. She said the NP was kind and easy to talk to. They did not do a pelvic since she’s not SA. They prescribed 12 months of the patch (what she requested). When I went to CVS, it was free. Zero co-pay for her bc for a year. Amazing!Also? Initially I took her to my OBGYN (who is very my body my choice type and I adore). That OBGYN refused to prescribe my daughter anything bc she said age of consent in NV is 16 so she refuses. Needless to say, that woman is no longer my OBGYN.I will 💕 and support PP until the day I die and so will my daughters.

The employees are very nice. It does take a while to get through to someone over the phone but once you are inside the building, its a pleasant experience. They also helped me save money on my prescription.

I made an appointment, got there on time, and was out quite quickly. The staff were really friendly, nice, and quick. they’re good at protecting your privacy when communicating.

Very upset! Had an appointment for WEEKS. When I arrived I was informed that they could not service me because they stopped doing what I had been scheduled for at an earlier time. Seriously? I drove an hour from my house, was stuck in traffic for 20 minutes and had to leave work an hour early.

The wait wasnt too long and the staff was great! The doctor did a great job explaining everything that she was doing and made me feel very comfortable.

The whole process went fast until waiting for the doctor. The doctor thinks everyone should run on his terms. I have a life too you know. I took off work today for this, and hes getting paid a lot more than me to waste my time for a consult and some pills. Wow. Waste of time.

Called planned parenthood, no answer for at least 3 months, couldn’t place appointment online. Finally answered 2 weeks ago to make an appointment, left me a voice mail saying the payment was 103. We I get there told me the price was 163 because of how long ago I got the shot, even thought I tried calling and placing an online appointment. Not my fault.

The staff is wonderful. My wait time was normal for a dr office. The physician is extremely knowledgeable, kind, and professional. Definitely recommend.

About 2 years ago I wrote an awful review about the Charleston location because of multiple awful experiences. After that I started going back to the MLK location until they closed. I am glad they did as I started coming to this location which is closer. This location is friendly fast and on their game. Thank you flamingo. You are a appreciated improvement compared to the terrible Charleston location.

It was good service, but they whisper too much. for some its a good thing but it made it more awkward for me because i am partially deaf. i didnt want to tell her speak up and embarrass us both

Ive called both locations here in town. 1st place on hold for about 20 minutes. And they had just opened up. 2nd place another 30 minutes. Nobody answered. So idk how my call is important to them. The 1st place I pushed 1 for them to call me back. Glad I didnt sit on phone. Been an hour and still no call back. This place used to help people. Now they avoid contact as much as possible. Sad.

Appointment was at 3:30. Arrived on time. Had to wait for over an hour. Receptionist said I didnt make appointment. One of the receptionist was rude. Very disappointed.

Everything took about 2 hours even tho I showed up 20 min early and it wasn’t even busy. Now I’m currently trying to call them cuz they didn’t give me the entirety of my prescription and have been on hold for almost an hour 🙃🙃.

Made an appointment to get birth control , they didn’t take my insurance so I paid for the appointment $60, but all they did was check my blood pressure and gave me a pregnancy test just to find out they couldn’t prescribe me anything so I basically paid for no reason.

They will cancel your appointment without reason. Happened to me 2 times now.

These people are amazing. Nobody should try to shut them down ever again. They saved me in thousands of others. Thank you so much planned Parenthood

Came in at 9 am they already told me they wasn’t taking any walk in and it just opened 😑 No ones in the clinic and tried to call and ask a question and no one is answering the phone.

This place is the worst. Arrived 15 min early and sat in the waiting area for a damn hour! There were only 2 other people. Why?!
