Rad and his team are absolutely amazing! I came to see him alittle over a month ago and he was so incredibly knowledgeable and patient. He answered all of my questions and made sure I was comfortable and at ease with everything I was getting. He is truly there for your best interest. In just over a month ive already lost 12 pounds and feel amazing! No other group of people I would recommend and trust to help with my treatment.

Summary: They won over a skeptic (me) and are awesome. You should at least speak with them.I came into Revival Health and Wellness (formerly under a different banner) as a skeptic and not fully trusting these types of spas. I was blown away by how nice and informative everyone was. Yeah, theyre a business but I never felt a hard sell from them. Revival just wanted to present their options and were very honest about how their prices and services were compared to others.I got my bloodwork done and a week later, after going over it with the PA, I agreed to a couple services. I googled what they told me(I dont trust lots of sales places), and everything lined up and was accurate. Ive been going since April and I feel like a new person. Plus, theres no selling after the fact. Revival doesnt pressure you to get more services after you start. Its there if you want it, but I couldnt tell you what else they offer because they never tried to sell me anything I didnt need.If I ever had issues the staff was always there to help me. If they ever take a while to respond, I assure you its because they are giving every client their focus and time just as they will give you.I came in on a whim just to hear their pitch and it was an amazing choice. I am extremely happy with the services and staff for their prices. Plus, I hate needles, and while your experience may vary, I cant believe how little I feel it when they use a needle. The techs are great.When I first started coming they were only open 2 days a week, I believe. Now theyre open 4! They keep getting more happy customers and needed to expand hours to accommodate all of them. I also called one of the other associated branches(theyre really not) for some help months ago and had to call multiple times and never got a call back regarding my issue. The owners of these spas matter and Revivals seems to have invested in their staff.I am glad theyre able to build their reputation as the unique experience that they are now. If you go visit Revival Health and Wellness, Im pretty confident youll see why.

Radford and his team is incredible! Excellent communication skills. He’s so knowledgeable and makes sure I understand every step of my treatment. His staff is amazing from when I booked my first appt to when I left after my appt. They took my blood work, after a week I got my results back, then we talked about what options I could do. I feel better than ever. Radford’s also from Hawaii, as am I, and it’s always good to come across someone from the islands.

Awesome clinic! I was greeted with smiles and great customer service. Their service was superb and welcoming. Check in was quick and I was out of the office in record timing. I found this clinic online and after looking at their website, decided to go in for a consult; which was complimentary.Everything was clearly explained to me (for weight management services) and I never felt pressured to purchase or commit to anything I wasnt interested in or didnt want. They also provide an in-depth InBody analysis of fat and muscle composition at no additional fee which is incredibly helpful to better understand my goals and progress.I had a lot of followup questions and they were always super prompt to answer and readily available via SMS and phone. When a question needed a response from the NP, he called me back within 2 minutes - incredible!Definitely recommend!

This is by far the best place to go in town if you are I need of weight loss or hormone therapy. Rad and sanaz are amazing. They make me feel like family and made me feel better that I have ever before. I did meet with several other clinics in town before going to them but I was sold with them immediately. All the other clinics in town made me feel like just another number but Rad and Sanaz made me feel like family. I go here weekly for my hormone therapy and I enjoy every minute of my visits. Today I went to my real estate agents office, which is located in the same building as Genesis. One of the receptionists at my real estate agents office mentioned that there is a new facility for men and women that offers a variety of services, including Botox, cool sculpting, testosterone, weight loss, and a great deal of other things. Consequently, I found myself curious, and I made the decision to travel there. This is because I am getting older with each passing year, and as a result, I want to make sure that I am in good physical health, so I went in for a consultation with nurse Radford for a testosterone and sexual wellness checkup. The building is brand new and immaculately clean; the employees are wonderful; and most significantly, it is located in close proximity to where I live. In general, it was a pretty pleasant experience, which surprised me given that I had never considered the possibility of need testosterone replacement therapy, but nurse Radford was very thorough and knowledgable about his patients. I will most certainly be coming back within the next six months, at which time I shall update my experience.

The weight loss program at Genesis honestly completely flipped my life around. I lost 100lbs in about 10 months with the guidance of the Genesis staff and Radford the NP who is highly educated in weight loss and has helped me create healthy habits and real lifestyle changes. Dr. Radford and his staff are hands down the best in town. I have not been feeling myself lately, and honestly not too found of my noticbly thinning hair. The aging male process isnt fun, but it does not have to be this way. Dr. Rad is great listener and genuinely loves helping people. I decided to give the PRP hair restoration treatment a try and let me tell you., after a couple of treatments, I can slowly see by hair coming alive again!
