Always a great experience. It’s easy to book your appointment online. There is very little wait time after check in. Everyone is friendly and inviting. They offer a student discount. Once your results are in you are notified via email and you can login to your account anytime for your results. I have used them several times and I will use them again.

The building was very clean. Front desk staff were very nice and through. Jahzia, MA drew my blood. She was very nice and efficient. It was my first time here and I would come back if needed.

I have been in the center at Rainbow Ave on two different occasions. both have been great experiences from the moment I walked in. All the staff is very friendly and helpful. The schedule runs on time so you know you can manage your time efficiently. I highly recommend their services.

I was sent to e7 to get some required tests done for a new job. It is so nice & saves so much time to be able to get so many things done all at once, at the same place! In the past, I’ve always had to go to my PCP for physical, a separate pace for drug testing and TB test etc. It was so much easier to have everything done at e7, especially when time is a factor! The staff were very friendly & flexible with scheduling. The entire process was easy, fast and efficient. I highly recommend e7 and am thankful for their services.

Simple and professional, when I got to the front desk to fill out information and such they told me I would be wasting money if I used a specific plan. During the tests they walking me though everything that was going on. I felt welcome to a place I’ve never been too.

My insurance, Southwest Medical, told me I would have to wait 3 weeks to see the available provider to get a referral for s blood test. I made an appointment with 7Health & got an appointment to the time day off my choice. The staff was very friendly, & within 20 minutes I was done. The prices are very affordable.

Receptionist refused to narrow down what the potential cost of the a specific examination would be and was completely unhelpful, said if we didn’t like their billing practices we could go somewhere else. It was a simple question that they could have answered by taking a look at the records we submitted online and they said they wouldn’t even look at the records until we got there. What’s the point of requesting them when making the appointment? They can’t expect people to just come to an appointment with an open wallet not knowing ahead of time. It’s not unreasonable to know what to expect.

I needed a QUANTIFERON TB test for my job. The wait at the health district was crazy. I was able to get an appointment and everything I needed in an hour. Nurses are skillful with a needle. Didn’t even fill it.

I made several calls to a number ofmedical clinics and local pharmacies (Walgreens and CVS), and was having difficulty locating a facility who could administer the Yellow Fever Vaccination in preparation for my upcoming trip to Kenya and Dubai.I was fortunate to find E7 Health and learned that they offered the vaccine along with a host of others. The staff was great and immediately welcomed me upon entering.They were helpful with the checkin procedure and were very professional and treated my personal information with respect and confidentiality. My wait time was less than 30 minutes before being called in.For those traveling abroad your provided with a personal travel consultation with a physician assistant who reviews your itinerary and recommends other vaccinations that would be of benefit to you.The office is very clean and spacious as are the vaccinations rooms. If youre looking for hard to find vaccines that are prerequisites for travel and are administered by competent and qualified individuals, I highly recommend this location.

Had plans in place for my TB, for me to get there and Im actually told that if Im not there within 10-15 minutes of my test read it will expire and I would have to do it all over. As if the results would change in 10-15 minutes of arrival as if Im crazy or something. No one has time to keep going back and forth for Tb that takes 5 minutes to administration and 2 minutes to read. It threw my day off because who were you talking to. I didnt even feel like the debate. Got to much going on trying to accommodate my clients. Dont waste people time like that though. Not cool at all.

My daughter needed a sports physical and the Drs office was booked weeks out. I booked a late afternoon appointment and expected to be waiting hours to be seen like most offices in town. We checked in and the waiting room was fairly full, but patients wer called back quickly and we only waited a few minutes. The PA was very kind and thorough. The whole experience was so easy. I wouldnt hesitate to use them again for any services. 5 stars all the way.

Same day appointments. They do not accept insurance but they do email you the receipt with codes to submit to your insurance. Friendly and quick service. Clean environment.

I had to do a pre-employment bloodwork I had a big issue with one of the phlebotomist, she hurt me then refused to take my blood, then even though I asked her many times to just take my blood she ended up leaving me in the room for 10-15 minutes. and when I confronted her apparently she started crying then they actually called my work and told them I was rude and had had an issue with them them

I loved everything about my experience, as soon as I walked in the ladies in the front desk were very nice, all the people that I talked to were amazing, and that is very important for people that have fear of needles and fainting (like me) I am thankful for all of you. Great place to go definitely recommend!

Qulity service and nice respectfull people over there.

Paid for a titre test with them. Asked that if the test was positive for them if they could sign paperwork for our daughters college. The test was negative and they still signed and stamped the document with the negative results and refused to refund our money for the administrative signing fee because they spent 30 seconds stamping and signing the negative result, which is completely worthless to us. Had to go to another place and have the shots and THEY signed the form that we could submit to the college. When we spoke with Wanda she refused to understand that they hadnt done what we asked and she wouldnt refund the fee. We would have used them in the future but definitely will never use them again after this. We clearly shouldnt have paid ahead for the administrative fee but thought theyd be honest. Lesson learned.

The staff does not care about patient satisfaction or the patient being comfortable. My husband is an RN and they refused to allow him to accompany me in my appointment. I would not recommend this company to anyone. Save yourself and find a better place to get treatment.

This place is SLOW. Came in 15mins before my appointment time. Check in was quick as there was only 1 person waiting already in the waiting room. Checked in, made payment, and was even called back quickly yet the wait time for a basic 1 lab draw order took FOREVER. It wasnt even like it was the busiest part of the day or there were a lot of people being seen or in the waiting room.While it is the easiest way to get a school needed lab draw, its also the worst way as far as OOP money and time spent. Will definitely plan ahead next time and go to Quest Diagnostics!

I like that when making an appointment that you get seen within at least 3-5 minutes from checking in. I also like that I was able to fill out all paperwork online prior to my appointment. And that I had the option to pay with cash or card! Prices seemed to be fair here than most places I looked around at!

It was time for me to go get that Advanced Health Check up and after doing extensive searching and reading reviews online, I decided on this Office. This is a home run. I like the professionalism from the moment you walk in. Very well managed Office, clean, VERY PROFESSIONAL and all the staff are well trained and detailed. The doctor took time to walk me over all my health questions and concerns. She later emailed me very helpful information and referrals that I had requested. I have nothing negative to say about this Office. 10/10Update 10/5/2021Its been 6 months since I visited this Office and it was the best decision I ever made regarding my health. I took the lab tests to my Primary doctor and she was able to assess my entire health based on the lab results. An Advanced Health Check up is much more detailed than just the basic check up and it helps doctors to see many things in your body. If you can, please do that Advanced Check up, it will reveal many things which can be taken care of way a head of time.

Short wait times, friendly staff, experienced phlebotomist was able to find my vein to draw blood on first try. I have deep veins and usually takes 3 people to find my vein.

I would give you 10 stars if I could. No only the lady who was receiving people was adorable, or the short hair lady who took my payment, but specially Denethia. she was the one assisting me and took all my fear far far far away. She explained the complete procedure and make sure I was relaxed and OMG she just took care of me as the I the only person in the building. If you need help, ask for her if you and if she is busy , wait for her. I shouldnt say that as I am sure theyre all nice, but I was just amazed by her kindness.

All of the staff was very nice and friendly. I had to get a TB Skin Test done for school because I’m doing my externship at a hospital. The young woman that did the injection part of the test actually graduated from the College I attended right now. Also I’d like to mention that I called the health district to see about getting the TB Skin Test done there and the lady that answered the phone was so rude. She tells me that I would have to go to my PCP and I told her I don’t have a PCP because I don’t have insurance and she responded that I would have to find a PCP. I asked the woman the only place I can get a TB Test done is at a Dr office and she says yep! So I hung up on the lady and I just googled TB Skin Test Las Vegas and that’s when E7 Health popped up! So thank you E7 Health!!

Longest wait time imaginable. Went in there for a simple test, gave all my information, set up an appointment, did the online stuff. And I still waited 2 hours... an hour in the waiting room and the rest of the time in the room while the staff mistook me for another patient. I really wanted to like this place.

I find them very unprofessional. Maybe they had an off day but no apology was given. I did have an appointment for a TB test and they informed me that I couldn’t bring my child mind you I have no family here it’s just me him and my wife and my wife that works at a hospital 12 hours a day. And her next day off will be in 14 days. They couldn’t accommodate me which was OK. And they asked if I want to cancel I told them No that I will figure out how I will do it and if I can’t find a babysitter then I will call and cancel. Come to find out they canceled me because whatever the reasoning was.So the fact that they automatically canceled my appointment due to the fact that I have a child is unprofessional. I obviously wasn’t gonna bring them into the office.

The wait was short despite them being slammed (I did have an appt). The provider that met with me explained everything in great detail in a way that was easy to understand, including giving me options for non-required but recommended for my visit and exactly what parts of the country I would be visiting, and what activities I would be participating in. I did not feel pressured at all. Pricing was very fair for a cash visit. I will continue to come here for all my future travel vaccinations.

I came here to get a 10-panel drug screen and 2 step TB test for EMT school. They did both in one appointment. When I got there they seemed pretty busy and I expected to wait, but once I filled out the paper work I waited only about 10 minutes before they brought me back and after that I was in and out in less than a half hour. The people that work there were also super friendly, and it made the process so easy.

If you need a international travel, just dont use thier test, expensive and high risk, because some countries dont even approve it, you wont be able to refund it. And the customers service will just keep repeating it is unable to refund.

Well well well, plan to be here all day for just a urine drug test for work. You have to schedule an appointment which is fine. Fill out all the main papers online to “speed” up the process. Arrive 15 minutes early and get called back ONE HOUR LATER for a 10 minute urine test. Worse time management for a basic medical office. Needs a new office manager to control the schedule and time management. Time is money people. We all have lives to live. Urine test patients show not wait ONE HOUR to pee on a cup.

As far as procedures go, It is efficient, however, in the job world of today, The internet only situation is the problem here. In order to achieve a position in many facilities,especially in Nevada, pen paper presented at the time of hire is most desired. A clunky and unfriendly user website can potentially (and has) hold one back from a smooth transaction. This can have an impact on employers as well as myself. Never assume that everyone is internet only! I know that the internet is the future, but it has a very long way to go until it could be a more than just an option as it still is! Pen and paper gets things done PERIOD!

My husband went there yesterday for his I-693 form to be completed by a Civil Surgeon. We called and inquired about the price and told $299. No problem, we made an appointment and showed up. Due to Covid, I waited in the car and my husband later texted the vaccines would be an additional $250 extra. They basically tried to fear monger him to pay on the spot (for an appointment 2 weeks away) saying his paperwork would be declined without it etc. All LIES!!! If you do not want to be vaccinated due to religious or medical reasons there IS a waiver. Also, we HAVE Insurance, which they do not take and could have easily just gotten the exam there and the vaccines elsewhere. Just as a point of reference the first vaccine at SNHD is only $20 and each additional vaccine $8! If you read the USCIS website, which is run by the FEDERAL government, it states you MAY get the vaccines elsewhere, bring the vaccine verification to the civil surgeon and they add it. No where does it say all appointments must be performed at the same place. Do your own research and do not rely on these liars to tell the truth. Thank goodness I have a flex spending plan and did not have to pay out of pocket. If they pressure you to pre-pay for future services RUN and dont pay them anything!

I’m a CDL Driver and first time in this place and have no idea I was charged 119 dollars for normal physical check up , it’s all my fault asking not the price . Those who depend on transportation Please DO NOT GO THERE FOR ANY DOT PHYSICAL AT THIS PLACE . You have 50 dollars same day in Las Vegas area for much cheaper price .

I went to do a TB skin teston Monday... today I came back for they measure... The 1st girl said 17... I said that it was impossible so a 2nd girl ctook the measure... Is was 14... the cdc page explain that more than 15 is positive but they said me that more than 10 maybe is positive or false positive... they want Ill do x rays... when I said no they told me they invite me to leave the location or they cwill call the police

TRANSPORTATION WORKERS BEWARE!!!!!If you are a taxi cab limo or bus driver in Vegas do not come here for your DOT physical. You wil pay them $120 and they will not certify you. Then they will lie to you about why. The person who did my DOT had the audacity to tell me that if she certified me with a blood pressure reading of 146 / 70 She could lose her license. If that was true there would not be a DOT doctor in the city of Las Vegas. I have been driving for 15 years and never one time have I been below 140. They A-L-W-A-Y-S issue you the one year if you are not under 140. The most annoying thing about the whole experience was the way this girl looked me right in the face and lied to me about losing her license. If theyll lie about something like that theyll lie about anything. Untrustworthy.

Seriously besides sitting in a waiting room where I am afraid to touch anything to wait, here it comes. Having to pay $25 for a signature on a college form. This after paying 165 for tests. Whenever traveling overseas, we always get immunization advise and shots early from e7 on Rainbow in Las Vegas. The entire staff is very helpful and we get current advise on how to prepare for the area we are going to. Well worth the price which is reasonable.

I was here for a total of 1 hour and my appt was comforting and quick. The staff was very helpful and nice. I would recommended my family and friends to e7 health. Thanks again.

Surprising friendly and quick.

Came here for a 5 panel drug test, requested instant results. they let me pay $69 for a test that takes 3 days to get results on, Im pretty upset considering the fact that the instant results for a 6 panel is the same price, like you couldnt inform me when I requested instant results? I wasnt asked what kind of test I wanted, they immediately charged me for a 10 panel which I wasnt even asked if I wanted or not. I also was told that the 5 panel does not cover opioids, which it does! I just felt like they were trying to get as much money from me as they could. Awesome NURSES just very over priced and I cant say much about the other staff. I spent over $1500 getting my vaccines here for nursing school over the past 2 years. This is the last time I will be coming due to the high costs, which is too bad because I always get an awesome RN. SNHD has the same vaccines I needed, just half the price!
