The Ob-Gyn Center - Las Vegas

I was looking for a new obgyn and was recommended to this office. Went in for an annual check up with insurance and had a discussion about infertility. I then received a bill for almost $400 for the infertility discussion. My old obgyn never charged me for a discussion. Going back to my old office. I really wanted to like this place but I’m afraid of what other bills I will get in the future.

I wanted to take a moment and express my review for this facilty... I cannot thank enough Dr.Gondy for her amazing care with me. The staff from the front desk to Lab Technician was absolutely amazing. I was treated with so much love and friendliness that was always waiting for my next visit. Dr.Gondy is exceptional an amazing Doctor and I am so blessed she was my OB. Undergoing a 3rd c-section was a big fear for me and she promised me that I wont feel a thing! AND SHE DID THAT! She is a woman of her word and she knows what she is doing. I will miss you and staff so much. god bless you all ladies and THANK YOU for this amazing journey, the laughs, the giggles and the friendliness. I 100% recommend this facility to all moms to be and moms whove been on the look out for any reason.

Genea is AMAZING. She always makes sure I’m comfortable. She is kind and considerate. You can tell that she really cares about her patients. Listens to all my concerns and is very informative. She informs me in detail of what my appointment is going to consist of, the following steps, if needed/labs, follow up appts, etc. She answers all questions making sure I have complete understanding. Very tactful. I am so happy to have found the Genea. We NEED more healthcare providers like her!!!!

Rosie is by far the BEST nurse I’ve ever met. I was diagnosed with PCOS this week and she gave me a game plan for trying to heal it naturally. She didn’t shame me for my weight like a lot of doctors do to their patients, nor did she push birth control. She is very easy to talk to without judgement and listens to all of your questions. Love you Rosie!!! And all of the staff there!

Excellent personnel! Very professional and caring, which, makes a difference when you trust a physician and their team with your care. My only complaint is that I live 30 minutes away. This is not a problem, but it is simply to offer my entire experience.

I want to share my experience with Rosie and the staff at this particular location because I have been many times but not for a long time for a Pap smear or a check up and the times I’ve been there’s nothing compared to the staff and the Rosie! When we talk of an angel, there is no lack of a better word for this incredible woman named Rosie!!! Not only was she efficient, intelligent, wise, kind, and caring, but she figured out some thing that I had been hurting from for seven years!!! I will never forget my experience here, how they took care of me and continue to help me with the process, and there are not any words that can truly explain how elated I am, that my nightmare, and the things I could not explain, or explain to me within seconds, and just a few minutes and then the staff even went above, and beyond for me thereafter!!! thank you to all of them for everything. I love this office, everyone has amazing bedside manor. And I always leave feeling confident and comfortable until my next appointment. All of the staff members take their time to really be present when dealing with you. Not just rushing on to the next patient.

From the front office to the back office everyone was amazing! I was so scared about getting my IUD placed but Dr.Gondy comforted me. She explained every step as she was doing it and less then 4 minutes she was done. Dr.Gondy always makes my feel so comfortable.

I always have positive experiences at the Obgyn Center! Everyone is so kind and welcoming. Whenever I don’t see my Doctor, I always look forward to meeting with Genea Wragg. She is amazing at what she does and makes me feel so comfortable and relaxed! She has a warm, positive and bubbly personality and it creates a great environment when coming in! I don’t particularly love the doctors office setting so their effort to make it welcoming really means a lot!

The staff was friendly and efficient. I went back for my appointment on time and was out quicker than expected. Dr Navarro is knowledgeable and actually cares about her patients. I felt safe and heard. Im thankful to have a provider that I can trust and feel comfortable going to see. Thanks again for a great visit!

I gave my feedback through the portal links the office sends you after a procedure, and all but one has been hidden/deleted. My google reviews have also never shown up, Im hoping this one will. I had written a detailed and lengthy account of my experience that provides much more context, and its frustrating to see it gone.I was given no post-care instructions after an invasive procedure. My medical paperwork is wrong and says that I was given care - my partner was there with me and confirms they didnt tell me anything at all, or what to expect afterwards. The only reason I knew the pain I was experiencing was normal is other women sharing their experiences with me who had the same procedure. When I called the office to follow up and asked some questions, the receptionist confirmed that I was absolutely not supposed to do things like take baths and it put my health at risk. There has not been any acknowledgment that they neglected this important care.

Ladys you all have gone above and beyond excellent customer service. It started with Lisa at the front thank you for welcoming me & caring:) nurse in the back thank you for being understanding & listening so thank you. Dr. Gondy, WOW, WOW you are the finest Ive ever met you are so kind & humble and most of all you listened to my situation & you took care of the situation immediately so thank you doctor. Dr Gondy has good bedside manners. She’s a good listener and I respect her recommendations. I have a history of ovarian cysts, and being new to Vegas, I wanted to be sure I had a doctor that I can turn to should I experience another flare up. While I’ve been able to manage my oc as a result of controlling my stress levels and being more cautious with my diet, I believe has helped alleviate that.I trust that she will be able to provide the care I need and trust that she looks out for your best interest at heart. Honest feedback, just how I like it!

Staff is always friendly and communicates well. Dr. Michaels is the best. She makes sure you understand everything, makes you feel comfortable and always has a welcoming smile. Hands down best office. It is hard to get live cs on phone when you have questions but they call back same day as fast as they can. They are a busy office for the outstanding service they give their patients. Highly recommend.

This is my 2nd time with Reflection Dental. Dr. GONDY and her team are very exceptional. Dr. Gondy explained everything that I need to know when conducting the treatment. She is very caring and professional. The dental Hygienist Abraham is also very careful when he cleaned my teeth and was explaining everything to me. Thank you all.

Dr.Michaels delivered both of my sons 2014 & 2019 and both times she made sure I had a remarkable experience. She is professional, very knowledgeable and has always addressed all my concerns and questions. Her staff is friendly, very attentive and their office always returns phone calls/text messages promptly.

My Obgyn Center has a comfortable and friendly atmosphere. Genea is great, puts you at ease and is easy to talk with. She takes time with you during your appointment to explain everything.

I love Dr Anita! She is the best!!!!! She made me feel confortable all the time and answered all my questions. she has a lot of knowledge and is very patient. I was induced and she was there early morning, during the day and the next day to ensure everything was fine. I really appreciate her time and dedication. Her staff is also friendly and helpful.

The wait time was minimal, the check in is accomplished online so there isn’t a lot of paperwork to manage, the nurse practitioner was informational and very pleasant. I wouldn’t hesitate recommending them.

I had an excellent experience with this clinic from start to finish. The cost and procedure were thoroughly explained over the phone when I initially called to inquire, and I was able to schedule an appointment that was timely and convenient. The check-in process was smooth, and I was admitted promptly and on time. The nurse and Dr. Gundy were very personable and took the time to answer all my questions and set reasonable expectations for my outcome. The procedure was quick and went as described, and I was given thorough instructions for post-care and follow-up. I am so pleased to have received such professional and personalized care.

I enjoyed my first visit with this team! Everyone from the front desk, MA, NP Sam Johnsen and lab tech were amazing ! Sam did an amazing and thorough job with explaining things to me as well answering my questions! I love that she’s health conscious as well and encouraged my health journey (nutrition & workouts)! I always had a positive experience!I would just say that the waiting time can be something to work on, from the moment of my appointment untill someone will actually see me is between 30 min to 1h.

The staff is incredibly friendly and cares about their patients. Its obvious the way they treat you. Dr. Michaels is the sweetest and most thorough doctor I have ever had. I recently moved here from a different state and I havent had even half of the care she gave me from any other doctor. I highly recommend her!

The front and back office staff and providers here at the Smoke Ranch location are excellent and always friendly and attentive to your needs. I love NP Samantha and Dr Gondy!!! They are the best hands down. Patient, very caring and compassionate.

I always love Dr Luh. Very sweet, quick with his work, but willing to stop and answer any questions you may have regarding your care or current situation. Honestly, all the doctors are wonderful in that practice, but I can’t give an opinion on the nurse practitioners because I haven’t ever met them. However, I’m sure they’re good if the any of the doctors hired them.

So far, so good! First appointment with Dr. Luh was today and he was very nice and informative. We got to see baby and see that there was a heartbeat. The main thing that he seemed to be concerned about was my diabetes and how he wants to monitor it. I was recommended him by my coworker.

Incredibly amazing staff, super friendly, patient, understanding. They were very gentle to my needs whereas a different clinic did not care at all. I would give 10 stars if I could.!

I have been going to see Dr. Gondy since 2014. She and her staff are the best. I put my trust in my doctor and she is like my family. Her facilities are beautiful and welcoming. He staff is polite and very knowledgeable. They all get the job done. This is the place to go for sure.

This business has deceptive billing practices. I went in for an annual pap smear. I made them well aware that I had no insurance, yet they did not inform me that I would be responsible for all the lab fees which I thought was covered under the $200 appointment. One month later, I was billed $1500 for the testing.Also, I had to wait almost an entire hour to be seen. Terrible experience and I will never be back.

I adore Dr. Raman! She’s been so informative and kind to me through all of my struggles with my lady parts! My husband likes to tag along so he can learn more and ask how to help and she’s always treated him well. Even more importantly she’s always treated me well. The office currently no longer takes my insurance but honestly I’ll figure it out, I want Dr: Raman to deliver my children; period!

Worst experience Ive ever had at a medical practice. I decided to go here based off of the good reviews, so Im not sure why they get so many positive ones as my experience over 2 different appointments were not the best.I could never contact the office over phone which is silly with the amount of people working in reception. When I personally went in to make an appointment it took over 30mins to actually schedule, plus the girls were not very welcoming at all. I knew I was paying in full so needed to know the exact fees so I had no surprises.The day of my appointment I never met with any Dr and the assistant/nurse was rude and unwelcoming. On the last visit I finished in the room and was left to find my own way out I had to ask 2 different people where the exit was they were not much help either. I needed to wait for test results which I got in a voice mail and accidentally deleted instead of saving when I was able to reach someone over the phone ( which I thought was a miracle) all they said was everything looks good. Nothing no explanation, no Dr letter or follow up nothing I was left more confused than even before my appointment. Again at checkout I wanted exact fees for my appointment so I could pay in full and I made sure of that, I had even specifically said to front desk that I do not want any sneaky bills after I want to pay in full. Fast forward 9+months some how there was some adjustment made and now all of a sudden I owe them.. for someone paying in full on the day of service should not receive any adjusted fee 9 months after the fact im sorry but thats wrong. That is their mistake not mine. This place is terrible for treatment and customer service.

I had my first visit with Dr.Michaels. She was thorough, asked questions, answered all of mine. Plus I was out in 45 minutes. That was an incredible first impression. I am very happy with the level of care, bedside manner and office staff.

Super friendly and professional staff,. I was called back within 15 minutes of my arrival which I really appreciate. Most doctors offices you have to wait a very long time. Doctor Gondy and Bobby Jo were very thorough about the procedure. Looking forward to my next visit.

The nurses are usually nice and attentive, I usually see my doctor within 25 minutes of my scheduled appointment time. Though the office is nearly impossible to get a hold of. Every time I need to call to ask a question or make/ change my appointment, I have to call 10 times just to get through one time. If communication is very important to you, this is not the office to use.

I was to have my first appointment with Dr. Michaels. After arriving and signing in at the office, I was called up to the receptionist. I was told that Dr. Michaels is no longer working at that office, but is at another office. I asked why didnt they call to let me know...they “didnt have time”. Offices want at least a 24 hour cancellation notice or else you will be billed for the appointment. What happened to a COURTESY call of at least 24 hour notice to patients that the doctor is no longer at that office so you dont have to waste time and gas to be there? An appointment was made for a PA for the 4th week of March. Good thing I didnt think this was an emergency! Time to re-think any appointments at this office because obviously they are not organized. Im sure the doctor didnt just call this morning and say...Hey, I decided not to come to work there...I will be working at another office and wont ever be there again.

Dr. Gondy was great throughout my whole pregnancy and even better when she delivered my son. Recently went in for my annual and their nurse practitioner Samantha was super nice and efficient, the appointment was done in no time. Definitely recommend to anyone looking for an OBGYN.

Staff was very friendly as well as Dr Luh. He was very kind to my daughter. She hasn’t seen a gyn dr very often and was a little nervous. But Dr Luh made her feel comfortable and has a very calming voice. We appreciated that she didn’t have to wait very long. They seemed very organized and called patients back frequently. I would definitely recommend Dr Luh and his office.

Dr. Anna Navarro explained everything so well. I love the fact she didn’t leave anything out regarding everything I need to know by going through my 2nd pregnancy. I didn’t have to wait long and most importantly she made me feel extremely comfortable. This place is amazing and I would highly recommend this location to anyone.

This was my teenage daughters first visit. I can say the nurse practitioner did an outstanding job listening to how she was doing, answered all her questions and made her feel like she had a voice about her care. It was a great first experience for her.

The office wait time was nearly 2 hours but Dr Gondy was incredible. She took her time to answer my questions and offered possible solutions. She asked great questions which I feel lead to her having a good understanding of my health situation and direction on where to go from there. I would hands down recommend Dr. Gondy to everyone. She is professional, caring and incredibly confident in her field of expertise.

I don’t know if they double booked but they’ve been very slow. Waited over an hour after my appointment time to be called another 30 minutes to be seen. They messed up my test results so I had to get the test over again. Over three hours.

I love Dr Raman. She clearly explains everything and is caring and concerned. It is so nice to be able to quickly reach the office via text and to get prompt responses. The only reason I did not give five stars was the more than hour long wait in the waiting room. I understand that is not unusual in most obgyn practices.

This morning I had my annual visit with Samantha Johnsen A.P.R.N. I’m always nervous for my annual visits and this was my first time with Dr Johnson. She was very nice and professional and instantly put me at ease. Everyone in the office is extremely nice and professional.

This office is difficult to contact as a new patient. Their contact system is not easily accessible to new patients or even established patients. Additionally, once established as a patient the patient app is not easily usable either with an incorrect address listed with their facility code and no providers listed when searching in the app due to the incorrect associated facility code. Even as an established patient I have encountered unanswered text messages to them and phone calls not returned from the nurses station. They do have a wonderful group of doctors and staff to work with. It is unfortunate to experience that they are not a very accessible clinic.

RN practitioner was excellent, listened to my concerns and educated me on conditions. Felt very comfortable and safe. Hope to meet S. Michaels at some point.

My visit with Dr. Michaels was fantastic and she will continue to be the gynecologist that I see. She was very kind, patient, and truly listened to my concerns and addressed them. I honestly did not know that a gynecology appointment could go so well nor that it was possible until my visit with Dr. Michaels. I definitely recommend her.

I arrived to be greeted by the receptionist, in which she had a really funny cute personality even though it was stressful in the office for all, due to running behind by 30 minutes. She made everything special. I was a little bummed that Dr. Michaels, did not spend much time with me to go over everything but instead the nurse practitioner that came in ahead of time made all the notes so that Dr. Michaels could review. However, I was just really counting on having a conversation with her.

This is a VERY nice office. I have been through some bad stuff and the nurses were all so gentle and patient with me. Very understanding. I felt extremely comfortable. The doctor took his time to make sure I left with knowledge. Exactly place. Thank you guys

Dr Gondy is great ! Very competent and makes you feel comfortable! But every year for annual visit the wait is an hour and a half! I understand some wait but this is consistently too long and staff gives no updates!

I love Dr Gondy. She is very kind, professional and informative. I feel comfortable giving her my trust. My only complaint is that I always have to wait a long time when I come in.

I went into the office this morning for Dr. Samantha Johnsen. She is very comforting and knowledgeable. She was gentle and didn’t do anything without my knowledge. I’d highly recommend this location to anyone looking for an obgyn. It is also a very nice environment. The wait time for my appointment wasn’t long at all either.

So far trying to contact them and book an appointment as a new patient has been difficult. Someone called to offer me a Dec 2nd date and I said I would call back. I did and fast forward 3 weeks later no call back. Since then I have called this week and because I work they called me today and I could not answer. I was told to text which I did 15 mins later when I was free and no response. It is hard to believe this place has 4.8 stars right now.

Before I came to Dr. Michaels, I had a different obgyn, my experience with my other ob was horrible. He did not do the test he was supposed to, he rushed me, I wasn’t able to get pictures of my baby and the ultrasounds were barley visible. During my visit with Dr. Michaels, she was extremely patient, answered all of my questions, checked measurements/heartbeat of the baby, and I am now able to get the right tests done. I couldn’t be more thankful for the service she provided for me and the best experience for a first time mom.

Dr Michaels and Dr Gondy are the most caring Drs I have seen in forever. They are a great team (in my eyes and from my experience being in surgery or having my babies). Ive been with this office for 14 years and I am very satisfied. Dr Michaels takes her time with each patient to make sure they understand what is being done and said.Thank you Dr Michaels

Dr. Luh has been my doctor for years. I will not go to anyone else. Dr. Luh is very smart and informative. He takes time with his patients, making us feel that we are priority. I recently had surgery and I felt comfortable knowing he was on the other end. Book your appointment with Dr. Luh you will forever be grateful.

Im actually Jonathan’s wife, but I just recently moved to Nevada and Dr. Luh was the only doctor willing to take me under his care even tho I was going to be due for my son in 2 weeks. He was very kind and answered all my questions, he didn’t make any clinical decisions till after he received my charts for my whole pregnancy. Which I very much liked, made me feel like he cared and wanted to make the right calls. Thank you Dr. Luh! I can’t wait till my son is here!

This was my first time seeing Dr. Johnson. She was very friendly, thorough and patient. All other workers were nice and courteous as well. The visit went smoothly!

Been calling for days, left messages and no call backs. At some point you need to answer the phone. Really disappointed, the only obgyn with good reviews. Makes no sense

I am a new patient and I havent even had the opportunity to come in for an appointment and I am already having issues with scheduling. It took several days and more than 5 phone calls to schedule my initial appointment. Now that I need to reschedule this appointment, I have not been able to get ahold of anyone once again. I keep calling, no answer. I can understand being busy, but this seems very common based on mine and other peoples experiences. I will be canceling my appointment and taking my business elsewhere.

This was my first visit. I was very satisfied with my physician assists care at this facility. Whole staff was friendly, professional, and compassionate.

Dr. Anita Gondy is very friendly and informative. She spends fair amount of time with the patient to make sure they understand what they need to do. The only complaint I have is that I always have to wait for a very long time at the center.

Samantha Johnsen is always personable. She is also knowledgeable. I appreciate her holistic approach by recommending natural treatment versus manufactured medicine. I am confident in her care + would recommend her to my friends and family.

Yikes. I had a very serious issue, I had to be seen. They required my SS number. I have not given it for years and years. . I will be talking to my insurance company complaining of this practice. The office manager was very rude. I will be looking for a more professional and organized office.

Ive had a few OBs however Dr.Lou is by far one of the best Ive had. He is always straight to the point, he comes off as confident and its reassuring when you know that you have a doctor who appears to know what he is doing, and what he is talking about. He doesnt try to force anything on you.. like how some Drs are pushy with birth control.. he is there to answer questions and prescribes if he feels its the best option for you health wise. He doesnt judge, and he is overall just a great DR. I would definitely recommend him.

Ok i must say i love Dr. Luh he is the only Ob-Gyn i trust with my pregnancies.. however the office staff leaves something to be desired. It is HORRIBLE to call to get a hold of someone. Just this very morning i have called 8 times and im getting the answering service still!! They are perpetually busy and you have to wait FOREVER to see your doctor. Not to mention the doctors go really fast. My last appointment i was supposed to try to get a gender for my newest baby and the doctor quickly ran through that they couldnt see to find out the gender but didnt tell me that my baby was doing okay or anything else. I am scared to death to switch from Dr. Luh because i have had so many issues with pregnancy and he delivered my son... however, i can say that this office leaves a lot to be desired. You want patient satisfaction and time to be first, go somewhere else... but dr. Luh is amazing..

Dr. Michaels was very friendly, professional, and took her time explaining to my wife the procedure and explained her findings and treatment recommendations. My wife is Thai American, and it was very uplifting to her to speak thai with Dr. Michaels. Dr. Michaels was just wonderful, and we thank her and her staff for a caring visit.

I loved the texting option to schedule my appointments as well as receiving reminders via text days before the appointment. They really understand “mommy brain,” which made it easier on me.Dr. Gondy brings a wealth of knowledge with her gifts and talents as an Ob surgeon. She is calming and patient and has a no nonsense honesty that I truly appreciate. This is our second child that Dr. Gondy has delivered. Dr Luh and his staff welcomed me as a new patient. They were kind, caring and very fast to help me. They went out of their way to do everything possible and it really showed.

Dr Luh is friendly, attentive and explains everything clearly. I always feel at ease and taken care of. I also love that they have onsite lab so I can have blood work done immediately without the hassle of going to a separate facility and having to wait!

Even though this was my first time meeting Dr. Goudy, I could tell that she is a very caring doctor. She put me at ease and I felt that my GYN health is important to her. I would recommend her highly to any woman seeking a caring OB/GYN.

I have always been satisfied with Dr. Luh. Extremely professional and kind. I had to have a pretty scary procedure done a few years ago and I was experiencing and anxiety attack. The nurse and Dr Luh were more than comforting. I will only ever see Dr. Luh

No one answers phone. Spent a day trying to book an appointment and everything is voicemail. I called over a dozen times throughout the day and no one ever answers. I finally get a call late in the afternoon (which of course I’m still at work) and received another VM stating they can’t find an appointment for me on the books so they don’t know why I’m calling. Are you kidding??? That’s explicitly what I left in my voicemail! I was trying to set up an appointment. I call back and of course, no one answers. Skip this place, find a different provider.

Dr.Michaels is the best! Always so informative & patient! She has been my OBGYN for 7 years now and she never disappoints. Office staff is always nice as well!

I’ve never been seen by this office, I called 4 times (during business hours) to try to make an appointment. I couldn’t reach anyone and it went to voicemail every time. I texted the number on the phone system and they took some information from me and stopped replying so I was never able to make an appointment. I’ll take my business to a provider’s office that is actually able to make me an appointment.

Dr. Luh, hands down is the best. He is so patient with me. I ask a million question each time and he answers them with no rush or attitude. This will be my 2 baby he has delivered. All my babies will be delivered by him unless this is my last. (Might be my last lol)

Staff is very nice, Genea explained everything before starting and answered all my questions she is very gentle and patient would 10/10 recommend

This place does not care. Im not sure what the deal is with them answering the phone, but it always takes 20 minutes for them to pick up. I decided to just drive there because they mustve been too busy. But when I got there, they were all on their phones or chatting while there were phones going off. Ive been needing the doctor to fill out a simple stupid form so I could get my birth control. Its been 4 MONTHS. Im gone and going to Dr. Kate Moss thats right near there.

Dr. Luh is one of the nicest and best doctors I have ever had. His nurse was also very kind and friendly. There are some doctors that you just dread going to but not so here. I recommend this office and Dr. Luh highly

Been going here for a little over 9 yrs now, and I’m so grateful to have come across Dr. Luh. He’s amazing at what he does, and I feel he makes things so simple and makes sure you’re taken care of. He delivered all my 4 babies going on #5 😬🤷🏼‍♀️

Love gondy, she will still practice eastern natural remedies before suggesting invasive surgery or pharmaceutical pills for infertility. Very sweet and will take the time to listen and come up with a real plan for you as an individual patient and not just based on what you are diagnosed with. An actual plan that is customized to you.

Very organized office. Dr. Luh was great and understood my concerns. He was thorough and patient.Another plus is that you can do your blood work in the same office. Very convenient!

If I could give it no stars I would. I had scheduled an appointment for my pregnancy on Monday, and we had a miscarriage Friday, so I called to see what they wanted me to do and they wanted me to come in for an appointment for an ultrasound and when I got there before my appointment, they wouldnt even see me because they couldnt get a hold of my insurance because they had closed already and were telling me to go to the ER. They do not care about you and or your health or unborn child, so I definitely recommend going elsewhere. Terrible terrible service. I dont think I have had such terrible service in my entire life with an OB-GYN.

Came for a Pap smear, got invalid test results due too the doctor not performing the test correctly(broke test stick incorrectly) or whatever so they made me come in again to redo it charging $30 for “the doctors time” lmk if that makes sense and I agree with others receptionist is unprofessional and rude & they also make you wait a long time after your appointment to see you

My 1st time here was yesterday 11/05/19 and somehow my emailed scheduled my appt at 11:45am instead of 8:45am and when I went in the girl at the window(lovely) she was so nice she told me to still sign in and I did, my Dr will see when hes done with his appts at the moment n I did not wait for more than 15mins. I got called in and its been 2 months I havent seen my lil guy I was so happy we did an ultra sound he was healthy and everything was good now Im going back in two weeks for another ultrasound appt and I cannot wait for it... This place is fantastic just great all the staff are so nice.

Dr Michaels is so nice, start to finish made me feel comfortable in an obviously uncomfortable exam. The staff is also super friendly! Thanks again!

I saw Samantha Johnsen for the first time for my annual. Gynecology appointments are my least favorite but she made me feel comfortable. My exam was a breeze.

My doctor is wonderful. Service is okay. I wish when you call to make an appointment you didn’t have to just leave a message, then wait till they call you back.

No one ever answers the phone here. Like ever. It doesnt matter if its a holiday or not, the phones just dont get answered. Plan on leaving a voicemail and maybe someone will get back to you for an appointment. Its honestly so frustrating to begin with! Nobody likes going to the doctor and this just makes the experience worse.

Wow I have been reading reviews about the office not answering the phone I have been calling I have called 19 times back to back still no answer. This is really disappointing and scary because Dr.Luh has delivered both my children and Im expecting now another child I cant imagine goin with another Dr. Also I will have to have a C-section like with my other two at this point Im becoming terrified stressed out. Please if anyone in this office reads your reviews would you all pick up the phone?

Dr Gondy is very kind, friendly and professional. She explained everything very well so I knew what to expect regarding my hysterectomy surgery.

If your appointment is at 2pm you wont been seen until 3:30pm. Plan on your time being wasted while the crew just sits behind the window and gossips. Currently sitting waiting to be seen for my 2pm appointment and its 3:30pm and still havent been seen. If they dont respect your time they most definitely dont respect you.

The doctors office was very clean.The people are very friendly and professional. I would reccomend this facility to any woman that needs OB/GYN services.

They are always pleasant and very helpful. And as an extra bonus they are usually punctual, except when a beautiful baby decides to show up unannounced! The nerve of those little critters!

Have been calling random days for 3 weeks and I try at least 7 back to back calls. I’ve left numerous voicemails and requested an appointment online several times. I can’t reach anyone at this center and no one has contacted me back. If this is any indication of the treatment once you are a patient, I’d be wary.
