I had a great experience at CCRM Lone Tree. The facility is well-run. I never waited more than 5-10 minutes in the waiting room for any appointment. It is efficient and well organized. I had an OK experience with my assigned nurse. If you are expecting an overly gushy, comforting, take-all-the-time-you-need experience, I am not sure you will find that at CCRM. For me, I was ok with the experience being more efficient and to-the-point, because I trusted that they were extremely competent and knowledgeable. They know what theyre doing! I was very pleased with my outcomes for fertility preservation, and my final egg count exceeded my (and the doctors) expectations. Overall, I would recommend this practice to a friend.

I highly recommend CCRM as a donor & recipient! Over the years I have experience, nothing but professionalism, kindness, and education during my process. The staff makes you feel comfortable until confident with what is taking place. So if you are second-guessing this process, I say do it. Whether youre a donor or a receiver, this place makes you feel like family every step of the way.

I am traumatized due to IUI. Today I had my first IUI and they insert the speculum 3 times because the catheter couldn’t go through the cervix. The second time was the metallic one I scream for the pain. It was the worst pain and experience in my life. I started to shake and cry. The 3rd time was a plastic small one like the first time, then the nurse went to ask another nurse for help, the second nurse got the catheter through the cervix in less than 30 seconds. I couldn’t move after I couldn’t stand up due the pain. I couldn’t eat anything in all day after that and I keep crying and shaking I just wake up at 3 am crying and shaking. I don’t know what to do.Update: The doctor call me and he took full responsibility for the situation, he explained to me that sometimes medical procedures don’t go smoothly as we wish. And that in case of another insemination he will do it. Just talking with him made me feel more calm. They offer to check me if I was in pain but I just have cramps which are normal. I think is more a emitional response due the hormones.

Beware as their finance department uses the bait and switch tactic. They honestly should be sued or at least investigated by the BBB. Told us up front they accept our insurance (Anthem Blue Cross Blue Shield). We go through several appointments then on the day where they complete all of the (very expensive) initial tests, we meet at the very end of the day with finance. This is the point where they decided they will inform us that they dont accept our insurance and everything must be paid out of pocket up front by us and then we have to submit to insurance. Were talking north of $20K out of pocket due before they will do anything further. We were stuck paying out of pocket for their very large bills. On top of this, they did end up billing our insurance for one of the procedures so when we submitted the claim it was rejected by insurance. After several attempts we still havent seen a dime of that money refunded back to us.Also of note, this is a very nice facility but their operation is massive. You feel a bit like sheep being herded around as they have so much staff and offices. You will have a day where when you are done with your first appointment, you immediately walk out and check in for your next one over and over and over again. I much prefer the smaller offices that handle everything for you instead of being herded around. In the end we ended up calling our insurance to find a provider that accepts our insurance. Had a MUCH better experience elsewhere. Everything was billed directly to insurance instead of to us and we received much better individualized attention as they have fever clients compared to this conglomerate.

The degree to which the billing department tries to do the literal bare minimum possible - in a situation thats already stressful as-is for would-be parents - is astonishing. When our insurance declined to cover a procedure - erroneously - the billing department would not move a finger, unless we called and called over and over again, to try to get our doctor to dispute the rejected claim, and to set up peer-to-peer discussion between our doctor and the insurance. CCRM billing staff is perfectly content to collect your money and their care ends completely the second your payment clears - their whole purpose is not help but collecting $$$. In an industry that deals with some of the most stressful experiences in life - fertility - they show a degree of callousness that defies belief. If you are considering a fertility clinic, consider going literally *anywhere* else, including other states, over CCRM Lone Tree.

Im sharing my experience with CCRM, initially hesitant to post in 2022, we were in process of trying for our second child. I arrived at the clinic for my fifth IUI, but it was canceled because my husbands sperm showed zero motility, a surprise since I hadnt been notified beforehand. Nurse said my husband may have lost some sperm during the process. I returned home and had a discussion with my husband, who told me he had not lost any semen, and it had all been collected in the dish. Following this, I sent an email to the clinic asking questions and subsequently received a very rude phone call from the nurse in charge. She informed me that my husband had put yes on the dish for a possibly lost sperm, which was obviously a mistake. I personally do not understand, how somebody like that can even work there?! The person who picked up his sperm sample did not even mention anything to my husband. I asked a nurse in charge if there is a possibility of making a mistake in a lab, that we are only humans and maybe they have accidentally spilled it etc? She had a very rude tone end demander and did not want to hear anything about it. According to her it is impossible to happen and there are two people handling the sample...I want to Comment Doctor Ehrhart, who is exceptional. Following this disappointing experience, I have decided to discontinue my association with CCRM and we opted to proceed with IVF I Europe, and surprisingly, my husbands sample, taken just a week after his initial zero motility results, showed perfect parameters, which my European IVF doctor found highly unlikely given the short time frame. He essentially concurred that it probable CCRM deceived us regarding his results. Avoid disappointment and know that this establishment prioritized profits over people. We noticed a stark contrast in care compared to our experience in Europe, where our coordinator even watched our older child while we underwent testing allowing us to focus on our appointment. Not only that, it is also significantly more budget friendly.

Dr. Ehrhart is wonderful. Unfortunately their finance and billing departments are such a nightmare that I went to a different clinic. They could have been more helpful by sharing that while the clinic was in-network, their lab and surgery center are not. This would have been good to know before traveling to Denver for the one-day workup. There are good people in billing and finance but everyone is very fragmented so it takes multiple calls to get anything done, and portal messages on these topics are left unanswered for weeks. When people are going through IVF the last thing they need is this additional stress. I hope CCRM improves.Edited to add: CCRM has asked me to reach out, but I have many, many times with no answer and with my voice messages unreturned. Most recently I did speak to an operator who said she would ask a manager to contact me. That was a week ago.

So far, I had great experience with Dr. Surrey and my nurse, Kalista. However, during this process, you meet a lot of people - front desk, financial department, different nurse for each blood draw, different tech for each US. That’s all fine. But after each of these blood draws and ultrasounds, you will receive a phone call from a different nurse to tell you your results. That’s a problem. They deliver the information and are unable to answer any questions - if you ask anything they say talk to your nurse or a doctor. Which is also fine but why not just send a message on a portal instead? Because each of these calls require patients to sit by their phone, to be vigilant and wait for a call that really does nothing else but convey an information. I received a call today that my embryo transfer was unsuccessful - I would rather just get a notification on a portal - HCG

If you are looking for a sign on why the rating is 3 stars RUN go to another clinic do not step your foot in this place as they will completely waste your time and money many years ago they were a world renowned clinic. They are no longera renown clinic. I have never been treated so poorly by any healthcare facility in my entire life. Once they take your money you will never be able to speak to a doctor for weeks on end regarding results questions or anything you can think of. I really wish I read through these reviews before I wasted my time here and this is not due to the fact that my fertility journey did not work out and I want to make that really clear as it is very important and I would hate to see anyone go through what I went through at this clinic.

Tried to bill me for services I never received. Billing specialist had zero idea what was going on. She tried to tell me that the extra charge would be sent to insurance - that’s fraud, right? I was only able to get it resolved by looking up leadership staff on LinkedIn and reaching out directly. The fact that no other escalations were addressed shows a real lack of competence. If they can’t get the basics right, why trust them with any more significant responsibilities for your medical needs?

We worked with CCRM Lonetree in the fall 2022 and spring 2023. We know folks who have been successful here and its a powerhouse clinic, so despite the reviews here, we really wanted to make it work. However, as many have stated, we really struggled with the poor communication across the board (reception, nurses, and doctors). We did appreciate that we ended up not having to pay for a cancelled cycle due to a miscommunication after we drove 14 hours to get there, but it was a very devastating experience. We ended up going to a smaller CCRM clinic and have had a better experience now than here at the original location.

Beyond awful experience… CCRM’s financial group is so incapable that it’s on the cusp of criminal. Went through about 5 financial persons with not a single one having clear or accurate information. They bill the same procedures multiple times, constantly change pricing, and give last minute notices for payment without insight (requiring the patient to either skip a cycle or accept whatever fate CCRM deems). CCRM executives say they’re fixing the financial group with new leadership and employees, but it’s just not correct. It’s not worth the stress, headache, money, or missed opportunity to deal with this group.Response to CCRM:No, a financial manager has not reached out to me directly. I’ve tried calling the number provided and keep getting the run around; they are either non-responsive or say they’ll call back as they don’t have a clue. Please do not post lies of being contacted by a financial manager when it’s not factual.

I very seldom leave negative reviews, but I feel its important to warn others. The lack of communication from this practice is the worst that I have ever experienced. Responses from the nurse phone line were delayed during critical times, and our doctors lack of bedside manner left us feeling like we were being pressured into expensive and unnecessary treatments without proper review of our situation.Furthermore, and perhaps most concerning, CCRM collected payment in full and assured us that they would process a refund if/when my health insurance paid out, which they did in a timely manner nearly 3 months ago. Since then, I have called CCRM 5 times and sent multiple messages on their portal, which promises a response within 24 hours. Not once in two months of phone calls have I received a return call from CCRMs finance department. As others have mentioned, CCRM is unable/unwilling to provide any receipts or accounting on their end.Following the feedback left by CCRM in response to negative Google reviews, I have called their office twice asking to speak with the Practice Manager only to be told they arent available and will call back. Again, no call back. At this point, Im beyond frustrated and searching for other avenues to recoup thousands of dollars that CCRM is holding. After the lack of communication and care displayed by CCRM, I will never step foot into this office again and highly recommend that others seek alternative options before moving forward.

My experience with CCRM was the worst possible. They really do treat you like a number. Nobody cares about you. When we were going through the process I was very confused on what the process was like and when I called and asked the wrong question to the attendant, she replied the patient is the one responsible for knowing whats going on. I complained with the customer service and only heard excuses and push back. On top of that, I had 13 healthy frozen eggs that they had suggested I shipped from another country and in the thawing process only 5 survived (which diminished by chances considerably). They blamed the shipping process for the low success rate. I ended up with no viable embryos, of course. Now, many months later Im still fighting with their finance department to get my refund of $4,000 for money that they make you overpay. They said I would see the refund in 3 to 6 weeks and its been almost 6 months now. Its awful. Dont use them.

This is your sign to leave CCRM...As youve read on many other reviews, I feel like I could write a novel on How not to care for patients from my experience with this clinic. However, Ive since moved on to another clinic in the area (which I was absolutely terrified to do thinking all fertility clinics would be the same) and heres me telling you that it does get better! Immediately I was treated with the kind, compassionate, and responsive care I craved for from CCRM. Oh, and they immediately ran my insurance with no weird itemized bill that the front desk admin clearly had no clue how to complete.Ill be honest, we havent gotten to the IUI or IVF cycle yet (mainly because of continual patient care failures from CCRM), but the stress is 100% not worth it when you can still get good science AND empathetic nurses, communicative doctors, doctors that actually answer your questions when they fall outside of the cookie-cutter path....So if youve experienced any of the below terrible care from CCRM like me, LEAVE - transfer your records, you dont have to start over from scratch! (though you will have have to do the record transfer yourself, because CCRM would never do anything you request...) Make the move and feel the relief and relax knowing that youll have a nurse and doctor that care about you. That the office staff will communicate promptly with you. That your insurance will be billed correctly. That your individual case will matter.Grievances (sadly, not uncommon)*Absolutely terrible communication and organization. I showed up not once, but twice to find out that portions of my appointment were cancelled day-of with no explanation; never received any test results back without calling to find out, often to learn that my treatment was further delayed because of something found in the results...that they had been sitting on but never called me about; asked for referrals twice to an endocrinologist and they were never sent (confirmed, because same instructions were given to primary doctor and I magically got a call back...) Never really understood my next steps and what I was supposed to do...*We were told we were great candidates for an IUI and had to go through 3 IUI cycles before we could get to IVF. Our diagnosis is morphology. IUI has a less than 1% success rate with a morphology of less than 2%. Our new clinic kindly explained this to us and gave us the option to skip (saving $6k I might add) Its almost like the whole point is to just get money out of us...Oh and the doctor clearly couldnt go out of her script to answer any follow up questions on morphology.*The worst front office youll ever experience. Rude, have 0 idea what they are doing, will consistently tell you that they cant help you, and when you call or ask questions, its clearly an annoyance. All in all, we switched clinics and its been completely night and day difference. And our stress levels about our fertility treatments have drastically gone down because of it. I just want you to know if you are frustrated and feeling stuck, you dont have to be. If you are also experiencing the above, it doesnt have to be this way. If you are searching for a clinic, CCRM is NOT it. Take your care under your control, interview with the other clinics in your area. Its worth it. Hopefully CCRM also takes this as real feedback to improve upon, specifically in office management as that is the main pain point for nearly every review I read and experience I had.

The Finance Department at CCRM is lacking in customer service and a general ability to perform their duties. Ive submitted several requests over the course of 3 months to get a simple copy of an Explanation of Benefits, or equivalent, to submit for Health Saving Account reimbursement. The documentation provided at during payment of the cycle is incomplete and will not be accepted by any HSA organization. If youre paying over $10K for a service you would expect an itemized receipt, but for whatever reason CCRM cant produce one. Their change to an app based platform for response has been terrible.

I am a GC who completed my journey with CCRM in December 2023. I would say their fertility clinic is more on the picky side in regards to approving GCs, but to me I that is appropriate since they make the decision whether or not someone can carry a baby for a stranger. The surrogacy agency itself was wonderful! They checked in with me throughout the whole journey, including asking how each appointment went.My match coordinator was fantastic, she really listened to what I was looking for in my journey, and ultimately matched me with my PERFECT match. My IPs have become family to me, and I can see us being life long friends. She was so involved every step of the way, even coming out to the hospital tour before baby was born.Communication was great as well. If I had a question about anything I always got a response same day. They were very organized, there was not a time in the process when I was confused about anything or felt abandoned!I LOVED my experience and would do it again 1000 times over with CCRM.

Update: 12/20/23 - I originally gave CCRM 1 star and I feel like they’ve been more understanding and helpful since my original review so I’m increasing it to 3 stars. They credited me some of my services (though I do still felt this took too long) but overall they seem to be trying. Also, as I’ve spent more time with Dr Barton (since I’m moving to IVF), I can’t help but increase this star rating due to her compassionate nature. As the law that requires coverage for fertility in CO has recently changed I am now able to see how difficult this is for them as it is the patient. I only hope the process continues to get better with time and experience working with insurance.Though the process isn’t easy and you WILL have to advocate for yourself maybe more than feels typical or comfortable, I still stand by the science at CCRM being top-notch and based my decision to stay for IVF on their much higher success rates than other area providers - you can always request their success rates. Hope this helps & good luck on your journey!Previous: At CCRM, you pretty much feel stuck- knowing that they have the best science and A+ doctors but a business team that will make you want to bang your head against the wall every appt! (Never a good thing for stress and fertility!) they will charge you different fees for the same services and very worst of all, they will accept private pay although they know you have insurance that covers it. That’s what happened to me and several others I hear at the offices arguing with the front desk (and apparently many here on the reviews as well. Do they read these??? Or just not care?) I found out that more than 5k of my services would have been covered by insurance. They refuse to do anything about it and even though they will say it’s wrong to you in person and on the phone, they will send you blanket responses with parts of their small print that essentially say you are responsible for insurance… despite already providing it to them! I could say a lot more here about how horrible the business and payments side is but let me just leave it at this- I wish now that I would have chose Conceptions or Albreit or really any other Denver provider because having the best science is wonderful but not paired with their rude, often condescending, staff on the financial side. If I could go back now, I would. Save yourself the headache… and money and skip CCRM.

I met with Dr. Kondapoly one time over zoom and never heard from her again. She wasnt even the doctor who did the procedure. She is supposed to be the best doc there for cancer patients. All of my experiences left me feeling like I was just a cow in an assembly line with the only goal of making CCRM as much money as possible. Updated:I came to CCRM in October of 2020 after my PCP gave me a referral for unexplained infertility. The bad: My first IUI and round IVF were not great. It’s a busy clinic and the experience was largely impersonal and stressful. I didn’t feel respected by the majority of the staff there, even my physician and nurses at times. The billing and finance department are the absolute worst and I thank god that I had terrific insurance (and agents) that helped me navigate that process. The good: the Clinical director (?) did meet with me and right some of the wrongs. I did eventually get refunded the over payment from my cycle. But most importantly, even though I had a challenging round of IVF I did end up with viable embryos and a successful FET. I went back for my second transfer (18 months postpartum) and had a much better experience. Now that I’ve had time to reflect, the most important thing is that CCRM was successful in helping me build my family and I am eternally grateful.

Writing this review because the current rating of 3 Stars just seems really unjustified based on my experience here doing 2 IVF cycles with Dr. Schoolcraft. CCRM Colorado is pretty much a mini-hospital and baby making machine, seeing thousands of patients every year. They are very organized and have many procedures in place to make the place run safely and efficiently. 95% of the time you will interact with an assigned nurse, mainly through their custom email portal. I only spoke to my doctor briefly 3 times, once for my consult, once at my one-day-workup, and lastly after my first retrieval. So if you are someone who requires a very close, personal relationship with your doctor who will hand-hold you through IVF 101, CCRM Colorado or Dr. Schoolcraft may not be to your liking. A tip if you choose Dr. Schoolcraft, do yourself a favor and have all your questions prepared in advance before meetings with him. He will not volunteer any information or topics unless you prompt him and every call starts off with Do you have any questions? He has a very calm and low key demeanor, which I appreciated. In addition, I do agree that their billing department is their weakest link and really do not spend enough time slowly going through options and can seem abrupt.NOW, on to why I chose this clinic in the first place and why I gave them 5 Stars - results, results, results!! I did my first ever IVF cycle here and also elected to do a second cycle for embryo banking. Both cycles had 20 eggs retrieved, ~15 mature, fertilization rate of ~80-90%, Day 5 blastulation rate ~80-90%, with my first cycle yielding 4 euploid embryos and my second cycle 7 euploid embryos, for a total of 11 euploid Day 5 blastocysts that were all graded good to excellent. I am just over 35 and made a request to use their proprietary Acai supplement before both retrievals to boost my chances (why not right?), so that might have helped. Although I have never done an IVF cycle elsewhere, I am doubtful that I would have gotten such good results at other clinics. I also feel secure knowing my lab results and embryos never have to leave the building since all testing is done in house. My medication protocol was highly personalized, with adjustments made throughout very careful monitoring. I always felt I was in good hands. The nursing staff always got back to me same-day and were very helpful throughout, even with constant mundane questions. Both surgical procedures for retrieval went very smoothly, with the nurses, anesthesiologist and doctor treating me gently and in a relaxed and attentive manner. I was up walking and having lunch at a restaurant within a few hours post-op. I would definitely stay really on top of your medications, attend their online classes for how to do injections/what to expect, and even Google injection tips online to ensure you have the best experience. They also have a counselor available for emotional support if that is important to you. IVF is a major emotional, financial and time commitment, so spending the appropriate time getting prepared can make it go smoother. I am blessed to have had a successful transfer on my first try. However, if my first transfer had not been successful, I had the piece of mind knowing I had many more embryos in the bank, which at my age is another true blessing. Thank you CCRM & Dr. Schoolcraft for doing exactly what I hoped you would do - giving me a piece of mind and changing my life forever!!

Absolutely awful awful awful billing staff, in particular a woman named Shari Falls. Shari just yelled at me on the phone for 10 minutes while telling me there is nothing that can be done about our upcoming IVF cycle, so we will have to cancel. Shari Falls is an incredibly rude woman.CCRM Colorado has a corporate policy that makes no sense, and no other clinic has this policy, including other CCRM locations! If you have an IVF cycle that is anytime from January 1st-20th, they wont let you use insurance. I was scheduled to start an IVF cycle in the second week of January. Even though my insurance is happy to approve my cycle at any time, CCRM says I have to pay out of pocket and Im not allowed to use insurance because our cycle starts before 01/20.My insurance said they have never heard of any other clinic doing this, and they have patients start in early January all of the time. In addition, Ive talked to patients at both CCRMs Nova and Minneapolis locations who are starting in early January who are having their insurance approved no problem. Shari has no answer for this and said that other clinics (including other CCRM locations) must be doing things wrong. Its obviously possible to authorize a cycle with a January start date because every single other IVF clinic is able to, including other CCRM locations.Shari Falls messaged me originally about this with a reminder (this was her first time contacting me) that our payment in cash in full is due. After already scheduling our cycle, booking hotels/flights/etc., this was her way of notifying us that our cycle would not be covered by insurance. This is an incredibly shocking and upsetting notification because it means our cycle is cancelled, and that was the way we were notified about it.Shari said she is dealing with 50 other patients who are having the same problem. If that many patients are having to potentially cancel their cycle, then this is a policy that corporate should look into changing.I cant recommend CCRM alone based on their horrible billing policies, and the rudeness of their employee Shari Falls.

I’ve had an amazing experience from the very beginning with CCRM Lonetree! I’m seeing Dr. G and he is so thorough, kind, extremely knowledgeable and caring. I feel confident in his treatment plan, he listens to what my husband and I have to say, and the workup was much more thorough than a previous clinic I had seen briefly. Really though the star of the show is my RN Amanda who has been SOOO amazing. If I have a question she typically responds within an hour through the portal. She is extremely organized, and most of the time organizing whatever I need before I even ask for whatever is needed. I’m slightly overbearing, annoying and impatient (because I’m a healthcare provider) and she has been so kind with every single question. The process has been super streamlined and I’m so grateful because infertility is not something anyone wants to be going through. Because of Amanda and Dr. G’s care the anxiety and stress of infertility treatment has been diminished greatly. I was nervous because of all of the negative reviews on google and other sites but I would refer my closest friends/family without hesitation to CCRM Lonetree.

We never met the doctor. After giving this practice our credit card number and scheduling a $375 initial “phone consultation” to see if their doctor was a good match, we were inundated with demands to complete IVF consent forms, credit applications, and to fill out forms for other forms of payment. Based on several previous reviews and our own brief experience with the staff and it’s culture, it is my opinion that this medical practice is presumptive about directing all of its patients to IVF whether it is medically necessary or not. If you still decide that you want to hire this practice, please know that you will be stuck on hold for long stretches when you call and the staff will likely be unresponsive and uncooperative to your questions and requests. During my various phone calls and conversations with this office on September 18, the dismal nature of this office’s staff became painfully obvious. While it would have been nice to have actually met with Dr. Ehrhart, the office staff did an excellent job of ruining it for us.

I highly recommend CCRM if you are considering IVF. They are the best. I had been seeing fertility/reproductive health group in Atlanta for 1.5 years and had a horrible experience - they were so disorganized and I never saw the same doctor or the same nurse with the various consultations and portal emails. Plus, billing was so unresponsive and unorganized. When we decided to change clinics I was considering transfering to another group in Atlanta or CCRM at Lonetree because of their SART numbers for women 40+. CCRM at Lonetree could see me first so we took the leap - I am so glad we did. Our first all day consultation was amazing - it covered everything. We got so much more information through that than we did in the 1.5 years at Emory. We also had a couples counseling session (we were considering using a donor, so I am not sure if this is standard for everyone). Each doctor has nurses that they work with. I appreciated that I saw and was always communicating with the same doctor and nurses. I felt like they really knew me and the specifics of my situation. My first transfer resulted in an ectopic pregnancy - which was disappointing. But my CCRM nurses (Helen and Cheryl) were more on top of it than my OBGYN in Atlanta (Ive since changed). Also, I had a thoughtful follow-up with Dr. Schoolcraft afterwards - not to mention several touch-bases throughout my entire process. The only complication has been COVID and needing to travel for my recent transfer, that added some stress. But again, they are very organized and I wouldnt consider going anywhere else.

I have had the GREATEST experience at CCRM. It is a well-oiled baby makin’ machine, y’all! Everything is run so efficiently, and the entire staff is so pleasant and professional. Dr. G is FANTASTIC! He is so kind, personable, knowledgeable and thorough. And his nurse, Amanda, is incredible! Communication has been so easy through the portal or a phone call. If submitting a question on the portal, I received a response in no time, and always by the end of the day. There is so much stress around fertility treatments, and we did miscarry after our first FET. The support during that dark time from Dr. G, Amanda, and the entire CCRM community meant so much. Round two has been a success with a day 7 embryo…and shoutout to the embryologist who took such good care of my little guy. We hit the jackpot, and am just so grateful that we were able to make CCRM work for us

After a failed IVF cycle at another local clinic, my husband and I decided to try CCRM as our last resort. From day one the experience at CCRM was far and away better than the other clinic. We felt like we were just a number at the previous clinic but everything with Dr. Schoolcraft and Kendall has been so personalized to us and we really felt like we were set up for success from the beginning. My advice to anyone considering this process is not to make it harder than it already is and start with CCRM.

I recommend CCRM to everyone I know struggling with infertility. Though not the warmest of staff (not rude by any means), I’m not looking for friends, I’m wanting to get pregnant. I wanted a clinic that had been around a long time and knew what they were doing. They have their systems down and appointments were always quick and smooth. After one successful frozen Embryo transfer that resulted in my perfect daughter, for me, they knew what they were doing and you really can’t put a price on that.

We came to this place and only did work up but I discourage anyone for going here considering the better options in the Denver area. Although the doctor was in network with my insurance, their lab and procedures are not. They claim to have some special lab equipment that is more sensitive, but I have a hard time buying this and so did my brother who manages a lab in the hospital. We saw Dr. Erkhart and it was a very cold experience. I am advanced maternal age and had a lot of anxiety. Which I was essentially told well you are old and if you are worried you should just get IVF.I had an appt with the nurse to who was over an hour later and decided this was not the experience I wanted. I tried to switch doctors at CCRM and told the practice manager I was uncomfortable with my experience. They said they would handle it and get me setup but I never heard from them again. So if you are okay with a practice that pushes IVF, doesn’t follow through , or have United Healthcare or have a lot of money to toss around have fun but seriously Denver has better Reproductive Endocrinologists.Considering you will have to pay out of pocket for IVF, why not go with someone who will give you a better experience that you deserve during a stressful time.

We decided to try CCRM after 6 failed IVF cycles that resulted in either miscarriage, ectopic pregnancy, or nothing. We met with Dr. Schoolcraft who had reviewed our entire health history and had a plan for us. He explained at length how his center was different, noting his lab and medication protocols. After, we met Michelle and she explained how each medication would work. We were completely blown away at how incredible CCRM is and how each patients’ course of treatment is different. We brought home our healthy identical twin girls last year and we are thrilled we took a gamble on CCRM by traveling out of state. Infertility is one of the most complex problems I’ve ever had and I wish I had found CCRM years ago. Thank you Dr Schoolcraft and Michelle for allowing us to become parents! We will be forever grateful to this center.

Overall, my experience with CCRM was amazing. 2 IUIs was all it took to get us pregnant. I felt very well taken care of and like everyone there really cared about what happened to us! The nurses and staff were all amazing. My only complaint, I continue to get charges to my credit card on file 6 months after my last appointment there. They have not been able to provide me with a bill, or a breakdown of costs, and I paid everything they asked up front and at the time of all of my procedures. If i still owed money for whatever reason, it would be nice to receive a bill so that I can understand what i am being charged for. It seems like once a month another 200 bucks just disappears out of my account and is paid to CCRM with ZERO explanation. Very frustrating and upsetting.

This clinic failed to consider my health history & circumstance(single woman with no history of trying to get pregnant & no infertility diagnosis) & therefore did not do the proper testing prior to my transfers. I even reiterated several times, my history & my desire to do any additional testing that might be needed prior to starting. I was told that I had already done everything so I went ahead with my transfers (only had 2 embryos & I wanted more than one child, they knew this), after each one failed, they did more testing. More testing?! They straight up lied to me when I asked about testing, telling me there werent any other tests. After the failures, I had the tests done & the results came back with TREATABLE issues, if I had done these tests before starting, I might have children right now. When speaking with the Clinic Manager, she said every doctor there would do the same thing. Withhold important treatment information from their patients. Unbelievable.

From the $500 consultation, to the time you needlessly repeat the same laboratory workup recently completed elsewhere (i.e. not clinically indicated), youll walk away $4K poorer and 3 months older before retrieving. That isn’t the worst part though…Schoolcraft cant be bothered to actually look closely at past records. It can easily be gleaned from conversation that he doesnt know the details of your history well, but might have glossed over something.  If you look at older FertilityIQ reviews, this is a pattern. Meanwhile his marketing minions aggressively censor negative reviews.Bedside manner is not lacking, its entirely absent, and perhaps best suited for the lab itself. The kicker: Schoolcraft’s geneticist will warn you that he’ll recommend donor eggs to women with 2 previous rounds of IVF where none of the embryos turned out genetically “normal.”You should know such an approach is not evidence-based.CCRM also only gives discounts to women who do find genetically normal embryos…but only within the first two rounds of IVF.Clearly, all of this means they’re looking out for their stats; both his low threshold for donor egg recommendations and the discount criteria.Sure enough, Schoolcraft (in consultation) told me I needed donor eggs. This rec was for a patient getting 25 eggs per IVF cycle at age 42. For a patient making 6-10 blasts per cycle.Fast Forward to June 2022: I didn’t pursue IVF at CCRM, or with donated eggs. I did succeed using my own eggs at age 42.5.I ultimately chose a physician who counseled me to stop PGT-A (genetic) testing and to transfer fresh day 3 embryos. In his view, there’s still a lot we do NOT know about the biology of early human embryos. Newer practices dont always means better. It sucks that Schoolcraft prognosticates on PGT results. Maybe embryos from older eggs don’t do as well in a Petri dish. Who knows? I’m grateful to be well into my second trimester with a genetically normal fetus.I also won’t be trashing my prior frozen “abnormal” embryos. Read up on the TAME trial at Stanford…Schoolcraft commented that he thinks the day 3 fresh transfer approach would be, “like going back to the 1970’s” in my case. Guess what? The 1970’s approach still works.Genetic testing isn’t the end-all be-all that CCRM and Schoolcraft make it out to be. And he has a chip on his shoulder about it. PGT testing ain’t cheap…and certainly hasn’t dramatically increased the live birth rate from IVF (possibly even decreases it).Donor eggs are pretty pricey too (and you can Google the case of a child once born with cystic fibrosis from a CCRM egg donor).Corporate agendas (IVF “add-ons”) shouldnt influence medical decision-making, but they do at CCRM.What was encountered involved the absence of any evidence-based approach to prognostication… and the absence of any meaningful effort to incorporate professional elements essential to consultation (i.e. a detailed records review). If Bill has too full of a patient panel, is perhaps burnt out, checked out, or just plain disinterested, its better to turn away patients than to counsel them in ways that are contradictory, illogical, even nihilistic. Its not unheard of that good treatment responders at 42 have cycled at least 3 times at CCRM to find 1-2 normal embryos…This can even be after 2 failed testing rounds before coming to CCRM.Its bizarre to reflect that by Schoolcrafts (non evidence-based) prognostic algorithm, women like me are considered donor egg candidates. Dont let Bills unmerited arrogance or suggestions contributing to the financial toxicity of treatment get in the way of your success.

And when i confronted the doctor he was like i dint do this. I am not sure how many more clincs and doctors they informed about this.2. I have fully covered fertility insurance and this clinic is covered in my insurance but still they want me to pay everything from my pocket for all the procedures which comes to around 30k.3. After all this the system su$ks to give you proper reports. They misplaced my husband samples and did not do the refund.4. My husband and I journeyed to Lone Tree from Houston after a bad experience at a local clinic. Dr. Surrey, Lanie (my nurse), the lab staff, and all the other staff we interacted with were wonderful. Dr. Surrey was kind and funny but also realistic with us and didnt overpromise based on our history. He even recommended against multiple cycles. Our new protocol was much better and my nurse was phenomenal, and we were lucky enough to have two normal embryos when I was 40. Now, our son is two and a half, and while we probably wont transfer again (due to my own health stuff), we are so incredibly grateful for our son and cherish every moment with him. CCRM will always have a special place in our hearts.

Tl;dr Find a real fertility center that cares about its patients and will listen and not try to force you to IVF, which is all the CCRM wants to do.CCRM exploits the vulnerability of people desperate to build their families.Theyre billing practices are incredibly opaque if not fraudulent.CCRM was fine the first time around for us. Our nurse made it great. When we went back the second time, it was one of the most horrible experiences Ive ever had with healthcare. This review is specfically about Robert Schoolcraft and more generally about the place, which empowers its staff to behave like fertility mercenaries. First, Dr. Schoolcraft essentially rushed me to several unnecessary procedures that cost me thousands of dollars out of pocket and were not germane to my treatment. Next, I decided to consult Dr. Smith at Rocky Mountain Fertility because CCRM charge 4-5x the cost for IUI when you are self-pay. I learned at my consultation that Dr. Schoolcraft had been under-medicating me for my age and this was likely why my first treatment took 4 IUI cycles. Dr. Smith has a self-pay option for IUI that is less than $1,000 vs. CCRM which charges $4k - $5k depending on some unknown factors that they were not able to disclosed to me despite knowing my full history and having my labs in hand.At CCRM, you are a lower value patient if you choose to try IUI first. You see Dr. Schoolcraft one time - maybe twice since he wants to make sure you have all those expensive tests. I did see him one more time for about 90 seconds. All ultrasounds, insemintations, follows-ups are performed by nurses. They are all lovely, but they have varying degrees of skills and one of the most important things to look for in IUI is a nurse that understands how to properly place the catheter.I changed doctors. Trying to get my records from CCRM to RMFC was a Herculean effort that took multiple attempts by me and the staff at RMFC to finally have them sent over. We were waiting on some final test results from a $1,000 SA for my partner, which they stonewalled and somehow never sent to Dr. Smith. I have seen Dr. Smith at every visit - and not just in the hallway - she is a part of my treatment and is actively involved in my ultrasounds. I truly appreciate the level of care at RMFC.The net effect here is that in one IUI cycle, I am current expecting twins likely due to being on the correct dosage of medication for a successful IUI outcome. The entire process at CCRM is like a high-end cattle farm. Theres soothing music and lots of branded items, but please dont believe the marketing. Ultimately, if you are looking for a fertility doctor that is experienced, caring and committed to patient outcomes, look elsewhere. Especially if you are self-pay. Ask around and understand if you are truly getting value for your money. This process can bankrupt some people and it is traumatic, do not buy into a polished facade. Ask yourself whose money pays for all those smiling faces. It your money.

The clinical staff was great, but they commit billing fraud. They refuse to bill insurance for things that are covered and make you pay out of pocket. They tell you to bill your insurance yourself, and then once you do your insurance company pays them instead of you since they are contracted with CCRM and it is a covered benefit. When you call to get your money back, they give you the run around and act like they never received the payment from the insurance company. I threatened to get a lawyer, and my insurance company got involved and sent them letters demanding they give my money back. Finally, after lots of phone calls, emails, and threats, I got refunded. They are greedy and only want your money. Do not go to them if you can help it. Infertility can be very stressful and they definitely try their best to make it worse for you. They want your money and that is it.Has anyone filed a complaint against them to the OIG? I really think that those of you who were not refunded or feel they were taken advantage of should file a complaint so that they will be investigated.

DO NOT believe the hype about this place! Our embryo didnt even survive thaw at CCRM.We had gone to CCRM because we wanted to see if we can get better results while TTC our next child.Weve had several fresh IVF cycles and 2 FETs at local clinics in Texas and Connecticut (because we had moved), both of which gave us better results, with better quality embryos and more embryos, and both FETs were successful. We had the worst results ever when we were at CCRM. Our embryo died during thaw at CCRM, that has never happened during our other 2 FETs at other clinics (both led to pregnancy). Also, they only care about your money, and everyone was so difficult to deal with. A phone call to the doctor costs $200, and the nurses did not answer my question, forcing me to call the doctor and pay the fee for simple questions. The business department straight up lied about the insurance claim process. They said they checked with my insurance and that it was covered, but we had to pay $26,000 out-of-pocket up front because it was out of network (we do have out-of-network benefits), and our insurance will reimburse the rest later. The insurance didnt pay us, because the CCRM doctors are actually in network, and insurance paid CCRM directly and wont pay the patients (even though we had already paid CCRM). According to our policy, we shouldnt have paid for the services up front, so insurance couldnt pay us back. CCRM didnt reimburse us the amount that they owe us. So dont believe them at the business meeting, they are only out to get your money, they got mine and the insurances payments (doubled)! Thats insurance fraud! So save yourself the time, money and a lot of aggravation, dont bother with CCRM.

Stay away from this place.Colorado Center for Reproductive Medicine (CCRM) was once a medical practice owned and run by respectable Colorado doctors. It is now owned by a foreign shell company that seeks profit in every way possible. Read more reviews and youll see patterns with serious billing issues and getting your records from CCRM. This is not a coincidence, and you better understand what youre in for when going to CCRM.Medical care is an afterthought at CCRM. You will not be able to access your nurse or doctor unless you are actually in their office. When you call CCRM, you will be “handled” by someone else who knows nothing about your case and provides a guess, at best. They try hard, but be prepared to explain your situation over and over and over again to someone new each time while you await someone you hope can actually help. The CCRM billing group provides misinformation to corner you into paying up front and out of pocket. This is because CCRM wont help you with getting insurance to pay. The way CCRM passes you through a complicated web of facilities and providers make insurance coverage very difficult. Additionally, even though CCRM is required by their contracts with insurance companies to generate pre-authorizations, letters of medical necessity, and direct billing to insurance, they dont do this. Instead, they ask you to pay out of pocket--often without even sending you a bill first--and they threaten to cancel your scheduled procedure if you dont pay immediately. You will come to understand CCRM prefers cash. The CCRM billing group is an impersonal, aggressive collections department. You feel filthy after talking with them. The billing group often contradicts themselves and provides inaccurate, confusing, and unhelpful information. When you ask CCRM management for help and clarity, they delegate you back to the same staff that caused you to escalate your issue. There is a helpful person in billing that infrequently comes along, but they are overshadowed by a pervasive culture of profiteering at the patient’s expense. When you choose to leave CCRM, or simply get copies of your records, the CCRM records department will gladly provide you with medical release forms but won’t act on them to release your records as requested. The CCRM records department will use excuses and find ways to delay, delay, delay fulfilling your request. You must be absolutely relentless with getting your information from the records department and you must check their work. The most common result of their work is:1. They will say they sent everything but actually have provided nothing2. They will send a single page of medical records seemingly chosen at random3. You get a mish-mosh of partial medical records with important pieces missing. Our best way to get all our records was to message every nurse at CCRM through the patient portal pleading with them to please help us get the records we had repeatedly requested for several weeks. Someone inside CCRM finally cared enough to intervene, although we dont know who.You still may want to give CCRM a try, because the doctor is in network. You’ll likely find a doctor that seems to care about what he or she does. However, doctors here are oblivious to problems their own business office causes patients. In the end, doctors are held captive to the CCRM profit machine. For example, doctors are forced to use a lab which obfuscates their treatment plans, making insurance coverage hard to get.The CCRM business model is to take your money, let you figure things out yourself, and not release your records so you can leave. You need to have wealth and be completely sold on using CCRM to go here. Otherwise, expect to be trapped in a certain kind of insurance purgatory that I wouldn’t wish on anyone. At CCRM, you have no advocate to provide you with help and support. At CCRM, you must navigate every step on your own, not knowing if you are headed in the right direction. Because uncertainty during IVF is the last thing you need, CCRM is a bad choice. Stay away.

After four years of trying to conceive, my husband and I were recommended to try CCRM. At first everything seems very efficient. They have a class you take to learn about your options, you meet with your nurse and doctor, you talk to billing to get an idea of the cost for everything. These are the pros because once you start paying them, the efficiency is no longer present. I met my original nurse and spoke with her once, after that it was always another nurse on my doctors team. Our original nurse left a few weeks into our treatment and we were assigned a new nurse, whom we hardly spoke to. When I did reach out to her, generally I didnt end our conversations feeling confident. I also had an allergic reaction to the filler in my progesterone oil, and she called in a refill of the same type. No one went over with us on how to do the progesterone shots so for the first 2-3 weeks my husband was using an 18g needle... we googled it and found out that we could change the needle to a 22g before doing the injections. After both attempts at getting pregnant, they would call and say call back so we can plan out the next steps, which to us felt like a way to take advantage of desperate people and their money. I never once was actually told why im having issues supporting a developing embryo, so I am still in the dark as to why we cannot have children and am out 50k. Speaking of the financials, getting a hold of billing is a nightmare unless you owe them money. We had to reach out several times (by leaving voicemail) to try and ask questions. When I had questions or was trying to follow up with my nurse, the front desk told me im not allowed to be connected to her voicemail, but I could leave a message on the general nurses line, which was odd because for the first few weeks they would let me. Why assign me a specific nurse if I can only speak to her when she calls me and im available to answer my phone? To be honest, even if things went positively, im sure my review would be pretty similar, we were both exhausted and annoyed by the treatment of the office when were paying so much.

Choosing to go to CCRM is the single biggest mistake of my life.Dr. Gustofson did not even try to understand my case or figure out why I could not get pregnant even from a very young age. He just told me that based on my AMH of 1.0 and FSH of 8.7, I would need to commit to doing 3 cycles of IVF. This meant spending $60k and traveling to Colorado 3 times, with no guarantee of bringing home a baby at the end.Based on his dismal assessment of my odds, I made the decision to go straight to donor eggs at the age of 36, even though I still had eggs of my own that I couldve used.Years later, I met with a wonderful doctor at ORM Fertility in Portland, who told me that in cases like mine, having endometriosis but never getting pregnant naturally, IVF is generally an excellent fix. It turns out this doctor was right, because IVF has been successful for me all 3 times that I have done it. He was also really shocked that Dr. Gustofson wouldve taken such an aggressive approach with my case. I really wish I wouldve gone to a doctor who had the knowledge and experience to understand my case, since Dr. Gustofsons inexperience and lack of knowledge caused me to make an expensive and life altering decision. If you want a doctor who will really try to understand your case and really care about helping you, do NOT go to CCRM.

The directions they were providing did not make sense. A part of my job is consumer advocacy and my husband is an attorney. We are not people who need to be told to speak up for ourselves. I repeatedly asked direct, logical questions and received nonsical answers. I was driving the conversations and this is not my field of expertise. I tried to be patient with this place as staff could have been struggling to remain organized through the pandemic. But I had such a horrible experience here that I felt called to, as, at this point, it feels like the only thing I can do in a situation where I was treated very unfairly. I will also be filing a complaint with OIG so that hopefully they will be investigated, as I echo everyone else who wrote comments about their billing department. They do commit billing fraud. Never before in my life have I experienced such deceit, greed, and basic lack of human kindness from a business. I also had some scheduling problems (they cancelled an ultrasound with me one hour before I was having it. I had booked this a month in advance and needed it done by a certain date). Then, once I finally got the ultrasound they billed me twice. When I called to have one of those bills refunded, they said they would. Then they only refunded a partial amount, now saying that ultrasound cost $200 more than they had originally quoted me, billed me, and what I had confirmed with them not once but THREE times before I had it. Fertility treatments are stressful enough as they are, this is the last thing that anyone needs. Clearly, CCRM cares about money, not people. DO NOT GO TO CCRM!

After trying getting pregnant through IUIs at another fertility clinic, without success, a friend recommended we go to CCRM as her experiences were great and she was able to conceive. Unfortunately, ours was less so.Pro: Dr. Barton is incredible and I wish we had more contact with her than having to go through her nurses team. The initial class was incredibly informative and helpful. Options were discusses and the processes were explained. You got to meet your Dr. and your nurse. Ask questions and review any items that may have come up that day. You got a general idea of the cost.Con: The general cost conversation made me believe that everything from ultrasounds, to labs, to extraction, fertilization, implantation, etc were covered. However, they arent. Aside from medications, which vary depending on insurance, and location and I would not expect them to be able to give us an accurate cost for those, we ended up paying for additional labs, and ultrasounds, and it seemed like items that were supposed to be covered wasnt. Reaching the finance department is incredibly difficult and when you did get a hold of someone, it seemed like they couldnt answer your question and would need to call you back.We only spoke to our first nurse once. After that, it was always someone else on the team. When we got a new nurse, cause ours left, she seemed very disorganized. On our 2nd transfer attempt, we were provided a day, but no time to show up. They called the day before and because my wife was at work and couldnt answer, they left a message and asked her to call back. Didnt tell us what time to show up the following day, just call back. But, they were now closed. We had to argue with someone to get a hold of the nurse to find out what time we were expected for our transfer. Seems like a very important detail that should have been conveyed to us.My wife got put on progesterone shots, but started to have an allergic reaction to the filler. The nurse said she would call in a new filler and it was the exact same thing. I was never instructed on how I should be administering the shots short of saying they need to be injected in her rear. So for weeks I was using an 18g needle. I ended up googling what to do and found on their website that the 18g needle is to draw in the progesterone and I should then switch to a 22g needle to administer the shot. And what bothers me more than any of this is the nurse called my wife repeatedly to say we need to schedule an appt with our Dr. to talk about the next steps. She wasnt rude about it, but needs some soft skills. We just failed our 2nd and last chance for having a child. We told Dr. Barton that this is our last shot. We are dealing with the failed pregnancy and trying to come to terms that we will likely never be parents. It felt more like they were trying to squeeze more money from us instead of understanding what we are going through. I get that there are people out there with the means to continue treatment; however, we have no more embryos to transfer. This is in our chart. We do not have the means to go through another retrieval. This was expressed to Dr. Barton.Given our experience, I would not recommend CCRM until they resolve a lot of their issues.

I went through several cycles of IVF before seeking treatment from CCRM. If you are like me, and were about give up on your dream of having a baby, give it one more shot at this clinic. We had a wonderful experience! The processes and protocols are so detailed. Happy to say we were blessed with our miracle baby. We are huge advocates of this clinic.

I had a great experience with CCRM and would highly recommend them. They always got me in and out of appointments quickly and were polite and easy to reach. There lab is second to none. Fertility clinics tend to receive very polarized reviews as it is incredibly disapointing when your cycle fails (which is understandable). I attended another clinic before this one and my experience with CCRM was far superior.

Forever thankful for the people and science at CCRM. There are a lot of rules and procedures you have to follow - dont get caught up in that, just take each one as they come. Dr. Surrey was informative, friendly, engaging, caring, and successful!! Our nurse was great, Ellie. We have twins and a singleton with the help of him and the other staff there.

I cant say enough good things about CCRM. Everyone that worked with my husband and I during our experience was helpful, professional and kind. My husband and I both had fertility issues and the prognosis was not good but Dr.Erhart and her team worked with us and we are now parents to a beautiful baby boy. If it wasnt for CCRM, we wouldnt have my son and I am forever grateful. I would definitely suggest CCRM to anyone with fertility problems, especially severe ones. They truly do make dreams come true.

I was an egg donor at CCRM and I found them through a google search. I have absolutely NO regrets. I cannot express how painless and easy the process of egg donation was because of the helpful staff at CCRM. Julie was my donor nurse at the Lone Tree location, and I highly recommend her. Everything from the beginning to end was handled very professionally. They give you the right tools and support to go through this process by yourself. They are there to support you, but they wont be holding your hand the entire time (something I LOVED). They are very thorough, and I knew that I was always in great hands. I helped a family in need, but this place made this process a walk in the park. If youre a female looking for a place to donate, dont look any further, this is the place.

There are SO MANY great things to say about CCRM! I have been trying to conceive for over 5 years and had no luck. January of this year I decided to make one call to set up my first fertility consultation. My boyfriend of 11 years went to the appointment as well. Upon arrival, we were informed who we would be seeing. Our doctor was Laxmi Kondapalli. She was AMAZING the whole consultation and noticed that we both were very nervous and emotional. She took her time explaining all the upcoming appointments and gave us many possibilities/explanations to why we were having trouble conceiving.I left that day feeling very confident that this was the place we were meant to be!After many tests between myself and my boyfriend, we were candidates for a procedure called Intrauterine Insemination IUI. The next 4-5 months were very emotional and busy for us. We attempted IUI twice and both times we were unsuccessful but with the encouragement of the AMAZING staff, Dr. Kondapalli and her nurse Angelica we decided to try one last time. It WORKED!! I was so happy to find out I was pregnant at the end of July! I am now 8.5 weeks pregnant and feel so thankful for EVERYONES support and kind words. This place was truly a blessing for us and I HIGHLY recommend it to everyone!I will never forget my experience and we will be forever grateful! -Eden H.

When I went to CCRM I had seen multiple specialists in Western Europe as well as around the US. I suffered from endometriosis, PCOS and following surgeries developed adenomiosis in my uterus. I had a lot going against me to get pregnant and was approaching 37. There is no question given my experience as well as several others I know in the US as well as Europe that CCRM is one of the best clinics in the world and Dr. Schoolcraft is ahead of the game. They are doing things there that few clinics do currently, and have a more holistic approach, providing recommendations on diet, using acupuncture, etc to help increase chances of pregnancy. Of all the girls that I know who really struggled and finally ended up at CCRM they all had success. I cannot rate the other doctors, but Dr. Schoolcraft and Dr. Gustofoson are amazing and all staff were warm when we went. I know how difficult the infertility journey is firsthand and I would encourage anyone who has seen many specialists without success to go to this clinic. The ratings here do not reflect the clinic well as the doctors see a couple thousand people a year (more than others).

A few of the doctors are really great and their labs are supposed the best in the country. But their day-to-day staff is VERY hit or miss. Ive had some nurses be great and other be completely insensitive and rude. The have also missed some very important things that directly affected my mental and physical health. This place is a great reminder of how broken our health care system is. Our fertility journey is one of the hardest things weve ever had to go through and it often feels like were being exploited for monetary gain. We feel like a dollar sign to them, a chart at best, but we dont feel like were people. I wish there were better options for us but from what Ive heard this place is the lesser of the evils.Take your health into your own hands and dont trust everything they say. They need to make a profit and they have plenty of patients in line that help them do just that.

I hate to see negative comments. Maybe the few that had a bad experience are the ones that will take the time to give a bad rating. We had to travel out of state to see them & it was more then worth the travel. We probably spent a total of a month in Denver. We loved the staff. Theres a reason theyre ranked so high. We did Ivf with them and had a successful frozen transfer on the first try. We have 3 more embryos still frozen & hope to use in the future.

I read the one star reviews and disagree with ALL of them. The people with 5 star reviews just normally don’t write reviews. It’s the same costs as anywhere else not more. BEST LAB, BEST facility, BEST everything. Nothing comparable and when I think about them I could start to cry because they are that incredible. it’s the only place to go. After many failed cycles in NY (Cornell and ccrm ny - which is NOT the same. They are COMPLETELY different. Do not believe any other location esp. NY like Dr. Levine when they tell you are the same. It’s a complete fabrication. The protocols are not the same even, because they do not include HGH like at CCRM Colorado and the embryologists at Colorado are the Best in the World.) I flew to Denver to have Dr. Schoolcraft as my Doctor and he got me pregnant with my beautiful twins. He said my case would not be successful so keep in mind he’s negative. But it was a success anyway. He is a genius he is the founder. I have so much respect for him. If you do see him stay brave and strong when he talks. If not Schoolcraft go to any of the Doctors there. They are all incredible and the lab is the best in the world. They are always doing new trials that don’t take place anywhere else (in my case I did the Acai trial.) They do their genetic testing on site which doesn’t happen anywhere else. Don’t waste your time, money, heart ache, eggs, embryos, body, going anywhere else. CCRM Lone Tree is the absolute best in the world. I hope my review helps someone.

They are guilty of billing fraud, ordering multiples of the same tests OVER AND OVER that dont need to be done, refusing to give me basic information so I can get what should be covered by my medical insurance covered. Because of their lack of communication, we kept having to take more tests and redo tests and try prescriptions, all UNNECESSARY and UNPRODUCTIVE and VERY EXPENSIVE. For two years, no progress was actually made, and no treatment was had. All they basically did was order labs. To top it off, when we decided to go to another fertility treatment practice, they refused to send my labs, the staff was rude, they found SEVERAL more bills *magically* appear that were for services and labs they ordered but had forgotten to bill me for... which I KNOW is fraud. Staff was unhelpful. And in TWO YEARS we actually only met / saw the doctor once, - for a meet and greet - despite several requests. Went to another fertility treatment place, and was pregnant within months.

I went in afraid but I met with Dr. Schoolcraft and then I met nurse Cindy and she changed my life. She made my fertility journey understandable and never made me feel like I had a stupid question. IVF is not an easy process and it is trying on you emotionally and physically. Cindy talked me through everything and always gave me reassurance that I was doing the right thing. I was referred here by my OBGYN for an HSG. I was already frustrated, as I knew this isnt the clinic I would EVER trust for IUI and IVF, but thats the medical world. I repeatedly said during check-in that I did NOT want my insurance billed. The girl at the front desk said they wouldnt, and Id get a bill for the non-insurance rate. Oh, I got a bill alright. A lovely bill saying they had tried to run it though my insurance, despite me stating I didnt not want my insurance billed. As other reviewers have said, they are in this for one reason, and one reason only: to make money. Please do your research and go to another clinic. If your OBGYN refers you here, demand another referral to a different clinic.

After going to the Colo Center for Reproductive Medicine the past two years, I came to expect frustration. 1) they dont answer their phones 2) they dont call you back 3) the staff wasnt particularly helpful 4) they couldnt/wouldnt explain test results to us 5) we were there because my teen-age son had chemo and they didnt treat him all that well 6) they were more expensive than where we are now, 7) they gave us no recommendations and resources unlike our new clinic, and 8) they gave us few options (like our new clinic lets me bring them the sample so my son doesnt have to miss school). I wish I had switched two years ago.

If I could give them minus 1 million stars I would...STAY AWAY from these guys...Their stats are bogus - my treatment went extremely well - as it should have...I am under 35 and they treated me like I was 55....aka I did not get a choice in frozen versus fresh transfer or singleton versus twins etc. They guided me down the path of what would look best for them....not what I wanted...Doctors/Nurses = Frighteningly incompetent, they never knew why we were there...for the money we paid we should not have had to explain who we were and what treatments we had been through...if we hadnt started our treatment protocol and ordered medication - we absolutely would have switched clinics. Also if you value your privacy under HIPAA - this is not the place for you.Office Staff - Horrid, mean, lazy - name your worst customer service experience and these guys will top it...Payment Office - Unethical - they tried to bundle services into the package price we did not want or need...we had to fight with them to get the breakdown and have them remove the unnecessary services... items they told us they would refund if we didnt need them never came to fruition - they kept our funds...if you do go with these guys - stick it to the payment office and make sure you know what they are billing you for because once they have your money - its gone.I should also note - we completed our first phase of treatment with them but switched clinics even though it cost us more money....Save yourself time/money/stress - DO NOT ENGAGE WITH THESE JOKERS...find someone else.
