This was the best transfer I have ever had for several reasons.The bedside manner of the doctor, nurses, and embryologist.They were kind, informative and lighthearted. They shared the embryo grade and let us see the embryo on the screen. They were also very inclusive of my partner which i appreciated. Aside from that, Dr. Gustafson performed a hysteroscopy and embryo transfer with me as his patient and throughout the procedures he continuously asked how I was feeling and if I was okay instead of telling me “it’s pressure, you’re fine” which most women are accustomed to hearing. Keep up the good work, people always remember the way you made them feel. ❤️

Dr Gustofson inspires such trust and confidence because he so thoroughly takes concerns and questions into hand, explaining carefully and applying his best judgment and expertise. He is never rushed and always takes the time to connect, which is really meaningful. I also feel he truly understands the mental pains and heartache of infertility, and his empathy is so appreciated. I know at CCRM I am in the best of hands, and that extends to everyone I have interacted with there, from the front desk to the nurses and doctors. The whole team feels united in their care and concern for the well being of their patients.

I couldnt recommend Dr. Gustafson more. Overall, he is an incredible doctor but Ill call out 3 key characteristics that really stand out about his patient care. 1) Caring and positive bedside manners - He always shows up with high energy, is eager to educate us on the next steps and doesnt hesitate to answer any and all of our questions. I always feel more comfortable in his presence. 2) Responsive - He is easily accessible and quick to respond with any questions/concerns. 3) Strong support team - Dr. Gustafson wouldnt be as strong as he is without the rest of the CCRM team. My nurse in particular, Amanda, is AMAZING! In addition, the rest of the staff is timely, attentive, responsive, empathetic, warm and diligent.Thank you for all that you do! I know its not easy and you all make it look effortless.

Dr Gustofson is a wonderful physician . He always takes time to answer any questions , and has impeccable bedside manner when treating his patients. He takes his time to explain procedures in details and puts his patients at ease. Communication with him and his staff has always been an easy smooth process. Would highly recommend Dr Gustofson at CCRM!

We had a new patient phone visit appointment after having a bad experience elsewhere. We’ll definitely be moving forward. He’s more realistic/knowledgeable than my previous provider and I’m glad we were able to establish care at CCRM.
