Most personable experience Ive ever had in a lab setting. I was greeted immediately with a smile. I had called ahead over an hour prior to arrival to ask questions and one of the technicians that took my call immediately recognized my name and had everything waiting for me. In and out in less than 15 minutes could not have asked for a better experience. Both ladies were amazing and made me feel at ease very professional.

By far the absolute the best and amazing service I ever had anywhere all 22yrs of life. I wouldn’t recommend anywhere else to go. I recommend 10/10.Thank you Julia!!

The staff were FANTASTIC. My 4yr old son had his first blood draw ever and they were so good with him that he was never afraid. I HIGHLY recommend this location for blood draws!!!

Went into the facility to inquire about B12 shots. Julia was very very helpful. She took her time and answered any questions I had, she was very informative, very nice to talk to.

I did blood tested by Julia. She was amazing and patience lady I have seen in my life. Although my veins were kind of being trouble during testing but she was there and she did it well at the end. Thank you very much julia.

My husband always goes here with no complaints. Great, fast, and friendly service. Its a cash lab and no RX needed. We have insurance, but my husband is very busy so we just use our HRA to pay. Highly recommend.

I’m usually terrified of blood tests but Deven, Peyton, and Betsy put me at ease. I greatly appreciated them. They helped me stay distracted while drawing blood. They were very personable. Super quick as well! Would highly recommend!

This place is great! You will be greeted with excellent customer service coupled with quick, friendly, affordable and efficient service. My phlebotomist, Maria, was absolutely awesome!!!! I am typically a hard stick but she was precise and efficient, I barely felt the needle and the blood draw was done before I knew it. I highly recommend.

Quick and efficient! I called to check on availability for a prenatal genetic testing appt, Betsy was so kind and let me know that I was welcome to walk in any time and she would get me right in. Wasnt in the building for more than 5 mins before she got me back in the chair and started the test. The best stick Ive ever gotten, and I hate having blood drawn. Betsy made me feel so comfortable and assured that she would take care of everything for me. Cant wait to get my results! :)

Sweet lady Amy and the owner of this location literally saved my trip! At 5:45pm on a Monday, as I was checking in for my international flight at 6:45am the next morning, the system told me my at-home BinaxNOW test was not accepted. That’s when it hit me - I needed a PCR test instead of a rapid test. I started feverishly searching for anything that’d be still open AND offering PCR test AND would have results back immediately. This place came up in the search but it was 5:50pm, and I’m at least 25 minutes away. I called the place with little to no hope and explained how I screwed up. Amy didn’t have to stay at work longer because someone didn’t pay attention to the rules but this lady was super understanding, accommodating, and went out of her way to make it happen. The owner had already left by then, she called him to ask for permission and he literally turned around and came right back into the office to wait for the machine to finish reading tests so Amy could go home once she was done collecting the specimen. I cannot thank them enough for going above and beyond what a customer can ever expect. THANK YOU!!!

Maria is amazing! She realy took the time to make sure I understood the process. I went there for the first time in January for testing. I called before my appointment and asked questions about services and cost. Maria was friendly, patient and informative. I also received the B12 shot which worked wonders for me. The team at the Louisville location off of Shelbyville Rd. was so helpful. Julia took my information at the counter. The team was so polite, efficient, and helpful. I had a lab done that was not typical and they worked everything out for me. I barely felt the needle prick so they were super gentle. I would highly recommend this testing center for any labs you might need.

Maria was amazing!! I absolutely hate getting blood drawn and she made the process so easy! You all are very fortunate to have someone like her work there!I always tense up when the needle goes in and I almost pass out, she made sure she kept my mind off and asked me questions so I’d keep talking. I will forever go there only when Maria is working for any of my lab work I need! I work for a large company and we do quarterly drug testing. I will be sure to send them here

Found Any Lab Test Now after leaving other facilities with long wait times to get screening completed for my employer. What a hidden gem! I was in and out in less than 10 minutes, and Kaitlyn and Betsy were incredibly helpful and accommodating. This will be my go-to for any future needs.

I went in for some prenatal testing this morning and had such a wonderful experience. The nurse Maria was so sweet, knowledgeable and efficient. She addressed all of my concerns and was very helpful. I highly recommend this facility and the wonderful staff that works here.

If I could give ten stars I would. This place has great staff, provides wonderful service, and is very fast and efficient. I have had my blood drawn here multiple times and I’m normally a hard stick and I also panic when getting my blood drawn. The staff was very kind, fast, and got me on the first try and….. IT WAS PAINLESS. I’ve also gotten a rapid covid test done here and you get results back in about 10-15 minutes. I know they also offer PCR Covid test which you get results back on the same day between 30 minutes to a hour. Betsy is the best phlebotomist at the store and she truly cares about her customers and their needs. She goes above and beyond to make sure you get your results back as soon as possible and answers any questions you might have. You have to go to any lab test now for your lab needs. I highly recommend it.

Literally just left there. The lady at the front who checked me in and drew my blood was very nice and helpful and her blood draw was not painful. I am new to Kentucky and havent gotten a PCP yet, I told her some of my concerns and the need for imaging test as well. She took the initiative to lead me in directions for imaging test. It makes a different when staff is genuinely concerned. I will be referring this place to others and will return if I need other labs done.

I have been to Lab Corp and wait is forever, not at Any Lab Test Now.The staff was over and beyond helpful. The Fred in my life was when the young lady called Boston Heart to find out how much my labs would be and trying to help me get the best price. I will be back without any hesitation! I hope my second experience is as good as the first visit.

Went for 10 panel drug test mandated by my school, was in and out in about 5 mins. Fastest visit I’ve ever had. The receptionist was very nice and made everything go by with ease. Would definitely be recommending.

Everyone here is great. I have random drug screens 2x a month and I am in and out of here in 5 minutes most times. Quick and easy.I previously gave this place a poor review because an employee was rude to me about observing me give a urine test. But I havent seen her in a while so I think she got the boot. Five stars.

Just got my blood drawn 🧛‍♂️ to check my testosterone levels Results emailed in 24-48 hours.The woman at the front desk was one of the best multitaskers I’ve seenShe processed the credit card ($90 💵)and drew my blood, in between answering the phone and waiting on other customers! A real pro 👩‍⚕️

If I could give zero stars I would. If you are currently awaiting a time sensitive test, make sure to call, because they wont bother to alert you to any issues. We had to call to find out that there had been a shipping delay, which we were told was one day and our results were being processed. When pushed on timing, they called back a few minutes later and admitted the truck was still out and the samples hadnt even made it there. It was imperative that we have the results by tomorrow, which is why we payed the upcharge out of pocket. Had we known there was a delay, we would have gotten the test done somewhere else in the meantime, but now its too late. They didnt alert us because they didnt want to lose out on the money. Horrible business practices, and horrible customer service.

Service is quick but they are way too quick in getting the payment and doing clerical mistakes in patients details. My Dob n physician details were entered wrong . How can you beleive that if it was your report when dob was not mine .Their printer wasnt working that day and they didnt email me the invoice as promised by lady at front desk.Way too much money for so many mistakes . Wont be using this service anymore.

Betsy is the greatest at drawing your blood. And is so friendly. She makes everything easy and you very comfortable.

Very friendly, professional, and fast testing and results. My appointment for covid test for international travel took less than 15 minutes, and result came within 2 hours.

Friendly staff, but... Do not use this location if you need a COVID PCR test within 72 hours for travel. It is not reliable, as my test got lost in the mail and now my travel is delayed by a week. They did give me a full refund, which was nice.

The owner personally set me my results on a Sunday evening because I needed them that Monday morning and the lab was closed.So I got a tattoo of Mr Woody Hippler, love that guy, love this place.

We called ahead at 5:38pm to say that we were on our way to get the results of an EXTREMELY important test. They said that they could not stay late and would be leaving at exactly 6:00pm and we said ok thats fine.We arrived at 5:55pm, the lights were off and the doors were locked. We literally stood there trying to figure out why any human being would be so inconsiderate and disrespectful as to leave early when she even stated that she would be there. This felt completely and utterly as if it was a personal attack against us.We had to park and calm down for almost 30 minutes just so that we could drive and not do something completely wreckless.I highly recommend to anyone and everyone requiring a test not to go there... it would be better to wait the expected time for an actual professional clinic to get back to you rather than be filled with false hope.We were devastated and disgusted by the actions of the Any Time Lab in Louisville, Ky. Will be lookingfor corporate information in order to make sure this doesnt happen to anyone else.

Nice friendly staff quick and efficient

I was glad that this existed because I have had trouble finding a doctor, so thats why they get two stars. For existing. The girls at the counter were very unpleasant, one was a northerner and she was what we would call rude as hell. I checked on my forms that I would like to be notified by phone, and we went over this verbally then on my way out the other said well call you. Did they call me? No.

I called for a travel PCR test and was told that it will cost me $199.00 but when I called around I found that to be the highest and most expensive price quote even if I drove to Nashville it would cost me less to get my test....lol Anyway I was able to schedule my appointment today at Norton Hospital for $50.00 only with same day results. I was under the impression that Any Lab Test Now would be cheaper but in reality their test would of cost us more than the air plane tickets.

Visited the Louisville location for a COVID PCR Test. Staff were very friendly and had my test results turned around very quickly.

My colleagues and I (12 people in total) took the PCR test here when our flight was canceled by snowstorm Landon.We were really relieved that they still operated when it was still snowing.Also, the test result came back to us within few hours on the same day!We really appreciate the very helpful service provided.Thank you Mr. Maguire! (I hope this is the correct name for the person who handled at the desk because I forgot to ask for his name...)I used it when I had to take the PCR test again due to a flight cancellation due to a snowstorm.Although I was on a business trip and had a large group of colleagues, Mr. Maguire at the front desk was very kind, and the test went smoothly, with the results available within a few hours.Thank you very much for the service here.
