My significant other and I have been trying for years to conceive with a few miscarriages in the past we decided to go to Fertility & Endocrine AssociatesThis was the best decision we’ve made! The staff is phenomenal! They are so patient kind respectful && gentle They made us feel welcomed they are extremely informative!!! Lauren was very supportive! Through the tears and the laughs we can finally say we are pregnant with a baby boy! I would recommend anyone to them for sure!!Our little nugget was made with love && SCIENCE…I can’t thank Dr. Krause && the staff enough for our blessing on the way!!

We are acutely aware of how lucky we are: lucky our journey included healthy babies and lucky for the opportunity to seek care with the amazing group at Fertility & Endocrine Associates. Dr. Justice and team - thank you. Those two small words dont come close to expressing the depth of our gratitude. We are forever indebted to you. You listened, educated, treated, and cared for us in a way that allowed us to trust in you and the process.

Our appointment was scheduled for 1:30, with an early arrival request for registration. Due to unavoidable circumstances, we arrived at 1:20, engaging in the check-in process. Post 1:35, the front desk deemed it a no-show, despite our presence. We requested a 10-minute deduction from the providers hour-long slot, but it was declined, resulting in a $100 no show fee—discrepant from the $50-$75 mentioned in the email. Although understanding the clinics busy schedule, arriving at our scheduled 1:30 slot should warrant accommodation. We missed early registration but were present before the appointment. Had the front desk assisted, we could have completed registration and had a 45-minute consultation. The rigid adherence to the full hour was disappointing. Considering the reversed roles, where providers often run late, it raises concerns about fairness and potential refunds for punctual patients.

Absolutely love the staff and the clinic as a whole. I felt so supported and cared for in my journey. Tatum is amazing and so is Dr Krause.Couldnt be happier.

Highly highly recommend Fertility and Endocrine associates! We loved all the doctors and assistants! All of our questions were answered and explained in great detail. I’m so happy we decided to try this place out. Our sweet baby Eli was conceived on our third IUI. Thank you so much to the wonderful staff!

Unfortunately, my husband and I did not have a good experience here. We did 4 medicated cycles with this clinic. Communication is very poor. Office staff is incredibly unorganized. It took about a month for me to get the preauthorization figured out between the office and CVS and the office staff wasnt very helpful in the process... they actually didnt seem to know much about the process. Dr Krause is very nice and caring... she was at first responsive to my messages when I asked questions regarding treatment. The nurses were very nice and caring. After a couple of cycles, I was moved to their APRN with no notice - and didnt see Dr. Krause anymore with no explanation. I thought this was a little strange. The APRN would end every appointment by telling me to message or call if I had any questions... I asked questions in the patient portal but didnt receive a response, multiple times. I called and left messages with no call returned. No, I wasnt doing IUI, no I wasnt doing IVF - but I was still doing medicated cycles and had important medical questions related to my treatment. At my very last appointment with the APRN, I discussed taking a break from medicated cycles for a couple months and was told it would take me forever to get pregnant without them. Not sure if she meant them (the doctors or the meds). Regardless, that wasnt a helpful comment because it stuck in my head for quite a while.This is just my personal experience and how I felt at Fertility & Endocrine Associates. I hope if you choose this clinic things go better for you. I would not go back.About 4 months later my husband and I had an appointment with Kentucky Fertility Institute where we received incredible care and communication. However, before we could start fertility treatment with them, we conceived naturally!

Dr.Justice and Angie genuinely care about their patients. They are patient and caring and make infertility suck less. The entire staff is very helpful and responsive and they go above and beyond to take care of their patients.

My spouse and I had the best experience with Fertility and Endocrine associates. Dr. Krause and her staff were beyond amazing through our entire journey. We have been trying for quite some time to get pregnant and had previously gone to another fertility clinic. I will not name names, but the other clinic can’t even begin to compare to the experience that we had with Fertility and Endocrine associates. We made the best move by switching. From the very beginning, we felt that Fertility and Endocrine associates wanted to do everything they could to help us have a successful pregnancy. They truly care about their patients and made us feel so at ease. We are now expecting our first baby and we are so excited! I would highly recommend this clinic and Dr.Krause/staff.

We love Dr. Krause & Tatum!! Its been a long, emotional (abt 14 yr) journey struggling with infertility. I had 2 ectopic ruptures in my 20s, had previously gone to IRH with no luck- they suggested several medicated IUI’s before moving on to ivf, which we did the several IUIs- we never saw the same face twice, there was tons of confusion on all ends, all rounds failed & trying to start ivf there was chaotic.During both the first phone call and the first day we sat down at Fertility & Endocrine, we knew we were in the right place. The energy was different, theyre so organized, calm & welcoming. RN Lauren was so sweet & funny, we absolutely loved her.It had all felt impossible for so many years & this clinic was the answer to our prayers.Invocell was about 12k total here- thousands more than other clinics, which we didnt know (😩) as it was our first time reading about it, but still a less than traditional ivf.The odds were not in my favor on transfer day - it was very discouraging & emotional 😭. ( I believe the embryologist’s name is Erin) I really enjoyed being able to hear her yell how good the little embryos looked!Our first round ended up being a success ♥️♥️ We transferred 2 embabies & I’m 8 weeks today! We are forever thankful for the staff who cared so much & both Dr. Krause & Tatum for being there from start to success & for holding my hand throughout our time here. You all are the best !

We have nothing but wonderful things to say about the entire experience at Fertility and Endocrine Associates. Dr. Miriam Krause, Lauren Slone, APRN and their incredible team are amazing. All were beyond knowledgeable, patient, always available and professional. We can’t thank them enough for their help and support in helping us grow our family!

We cannot thank Dr Justice and Angie for all they have done for us. They made a stressful and anxiety filled process as easy and straight forward as possible. It has been a long journey and we are forever grateful that they helped us have another bundle of joy. Dr justice and Angie meet all appointments with compassion and are open to questions no matter how small just to ease anxiety of her patients. I can’t recommend them enough and I know they will help many more families in the future.

I could not recommend this medical group more. All of the doctors and staff we had the privilege of working with were thorough, knowledgeable and knew me by name. I will always be thankful to Dr. Justice and her team for being available and caring no matter the time or day. Truly forever thankful!

They canceled our first appointment a few days ahead of it, after we waited for months. We got to our second appointment, and they wouldnt take my wife because she didnt speak English good enough for their liking. They knew we used a translator at the previous doctor that referred us to them. They kept our $100 deposit and wasted our valuable time. When we emailed and called asking about the deposit, they wouldnt reply or answer. Dont go here.

I am going to my 3rd IVF monitoring visit today and I know that I am just haf of way but I can not stop say thank you to Dr Justice and the rest of the team since my 1st visit. Dr Justice have the patience to listen you history and answer all your questions . She has an incredible personality that conveys a lot of confidence, love and respect. It feels like home when you going to the office with Angies cheerful greeting and the kindness of the girls who work at the front desk. I will post more reviews later at the end of the road for sure.

Dr. Krause & her team had made a mircale and my dreams come true. Before Dr Krause, I had multiple miscarriages at 12 weeks in the past around 21 years of age and it took years to even get pregnant. 5-6 years later I still never got pregnant after those two miscarriages.I am not 14 weeks pregnant thanks to Dr. Krause. She was upfront and straight forward. She is super kind and listens . She waisted no time and got us pregnsnt. We had 1 round of IUI and got pregnant. She provided me all the meds to keep me pregnant and Im so thankful for her knowledge. I always thought I couldnt afford something like this because my insurance doesnt cover these things. It was not expensive at all!

This place is amazing! We have been seeing them for about a year and Dr. Krause has helped us with every obstacle or issue we have faced. She is so caring and has always taken the time to answer any questions we have. We just now graduated from them and on to our another doctor so hoping we succeed with our successful pregnancy . I would recommend this a doctor to anyone, especially if they are having fertility issues. The staff at this is location is wonderful as well, the front desk is always so kind to help with setting up appointments or helpful with any kind of billing or paperwork.

My husband and I had a great experience here with Dr. Krause! She always took the time to answer all of my questions and never seemed like she was in a hurry to rush off to the next patient. All of the staff I encountered was very kind, from the front desk people to the medical assistant (Jess) who I had every single visit! I was thrilled with the outcome but very sad to leave this practice.

I would Highly recommend this office, everyone is so nice and caring. Dr. Krause was absolutely wonderful. She was very informative, sensitive to our needs and always made us feel cared for. She is professional, but makes you feel like a friend and not just another patient. My husband and I are so lucky to be expecting our first child in September 2019 and we have Dr. Krause and staff to thank for helping us start this journey.

I’ll make this short and sweet! 13 years, several test, thousands of dollars, tears, 4 losses including 3 in the most recent year. Dr. Justice made it happen my first FET here. Currently 24 weeks with my rainbow BOY! Front desk staff were always sweet and amazing. ANGIE, became like family to me. I was listened to, had my worries put to ease and was understood. When this worked, I truly believe that Dr. Justice and Angie were just as happy as us! It was bittersweet to graduate to an OB because I wasn’t ready to leave their care! I’d never go anywhere else and I regret waiting so long to have my embryos transferred here. (They also we’re my monitoring clinic before I was a patient here, and that went great as well) forever thankful for this practice!

I have nothing but EXCEPTIONAL things to say about this entire office! I loved my experience with Dr. Krause. She is very thorough and makes you feel like youre not just a name in a file by actually taking the time to know you, as well as your medical history. The entire office staff is so supportive and encouraging and Ill be forever grateful!!

My husband and I cannot thank Fertility & Endocrine Associates enough for the outstanding care we received from Dr. Krause and her staff. Not only are they the best at what they do, but they treat each patient with kindness, compassion, and understanding. They offer hope and peace of mind during a time that is not always easy. I became a patient here in March 2021. Dr. Justice and the entire staff were so kind. Infertility is a very sensitive and hard struggle to go through - I greatly appreciate everyone being so warm and patient. To finally understand what is happening in my body has brought me so much peace, as well. Because of Dr. Justice’s help, I have a beautiful son ♥️I’m eternally grateful.

Dr. Krause is so wonderful and personable. I could not recommend her enough. We are so thrilled to have her behind us as we continue to grow our family.

Dr Homm and his staff were amazing during our fertility struggle. Now our baby is here and 1 month old, and hes perfect. We cannot thank everyone at Fertility & Endocrine Associates enough for the kindness and support shown to us while I was a patient there. We went to this office for over a year in our attempt to have our child and I always felt comfortable with the staff and easily trust them. We did not want to leave the office after we conceived and were told we were graduating. Every one of the office members seemed genuinely excited for us that we were finally pregnant and even hugged us in congratulations. This is truly an office staff who cares about their patients! Of the very few instances I left the office irritated, it was due to my own impatience, not due to something that was of the staffs control. I will absolutely recommend Dr. Homm and all of his office staff to anyone needing any kind of reproductive encounter. We will definitely go back for baby number 2!!

Im a big science and medicine nerd and I appreciated that Dr. Krause was always willing to hear me out. I read medical journal articles for fun (Im weird, I know!) and Dr. Krause was never threatened by my knowledge or my suggestions. I started at another office and they really pushed for IVF with donor eggs immediately after I became a patient there. Dr. Krause was much more open-minded about allowing me to take my time and try some unconventional options before we went for donor eggs with IVF. I am now 10 weeks pregnant and we conceived naturally thanks to the work I did with a local acupuncturist and the constant support and medical interventions Dr. Krause was willing to give me. I adore Dr. Krause and all of the office staff. I had one negative experience on my final visit with the practice (Dr. Krause was not working in the office that day) but I made my concerns known immediately and I imagine they wont make the same mistake again. They have a wonderful team of genuinely compassionate individuals who have your best interest at heart. We will be visiting them again when its time for baby #3. Thanks for everything Dr. Krause!!!

This practice is great! Ive been to others and Fertility & Endocrine definitely is the best. The doctors and staff are so reassuring and caring and from the first time I walked in the door I felt like I finally had some answers. Our treatment was a success and I will be going back to my regular OB/GYN doctor. I sure will miss everyone.

I am updating this post as Dr. Justice is now with this group and she is an amazing Doctor. She came to this group recently and was an awesome help to us through all our trials. I strongly recommend her for any of your fertility needs.OLD POST - Although technically they did things right, if you are looking for a warm receiving atmosphere i would not recommend this group. They seemed to be poorly organized, impersonal, and a bit callous in my opinion. Results and statistics dont tell the whole story. This is a very personal issue folks deal with. I encourage readers to do the research and INTERVIEW your doctor and make sure you are comfortable with them, trust me it matters.

Would give 0 stars if possible. The office staff is so rude and completely unprofessional. We had our consult with Dr. krause in the office, she was very nice. After the visit we spoke to Mary “office manager” about financing. Mary was incredibly rude and didn’t want to take the time to go over all the details. 8 weeks later we received a bill that was 200 dollars ( we had already paid 50 for the consult) so I called Mary. I explained that when we scheulded the visit that we had been told about the 50 dollar consult fee but nothing else. Mary then told me that I “ misunderstood” and basically told me I was lying. I have never been spoke to in such away with any business especially from a doctors office. The best part is after I asked to speak to someone else, she told me no and she ran the office. I asked to speak with someone in the office again and she hung up on me. Save your time and money and go to U OF L!!!!! The office staff is AMAZING and so are the doctors!!

We just began our journey after several years of infertility/ losses. So far I have only had 2 visits, I’m not 100% sure what to expect thus far. However I can honestly say as nervous and anxious as I feel Dr. Devine and All members of the staff have all ready calmed my nerves. And when I say everybody there trust me I mean EVERYBODY there! Today I was so sacred and nervous for a saline ultrasound ( I thought it would be painful) the assistant calmed me and told me not to worry and made me feel loads better! Then during the actual procedure Dr. Devine along with her APRN (I think that was her title sorry I’m a bad listener when I’m nervous but she was awesome too!) explained everything to me during the procedure and exactly what they were looking at on the screen. This helped tremendously and I was able to relax that much more. It was painless and they even taught me about my body a bit during the procedure. Can’t wait to continue my journey with them! And as my family states should I get pregnant It will definitely be because of “DR. Devine Intervention” LoL.But seriously thank you ALL for being wonderful people! Keep up the good work! From the bottom of my heart I can’t thank each of you enough for the kindness and putting my fears to rest. If you are reading this review and contemplating infertility treatment don’t wait as long as I did to make the call! You might be just as surprised at the positivity in this office as I was . No matter my outcome I’m so glad I chose this office! Looking forward to the future!

Dr. Krause and all of the staff members are so kind and thoughtful. Ive been going here for a year now and cant imagine working with another team of specialists. Dr. Krause personally calls you to give you updates and test results to make sure you are ok and fully informed. Any time Ive had to have a test done I get the lab results within a day!

So my experience is from a few years ago, we were seeing Dr. Homm, and Dr. Devine I was about 34 the doc made me feel so old and impossible to get pregnant, we had one round of ivf and maybe 5 day transfer, We got 13 eggs a few fertilized and they transferred two morula stage embryo which they said only had a 30% chance which in reality is a 0% chance of working and Nothing to freeze and it did not work. My new doc does things so much better he put me on better medication we were able to get frozen embryos at good quality stages to try later, and also the transfer are done different your bladder needs to be full and you are hooked up to the ultrasound so the doctor can see where to place the embryo something Dr homm office did not do, Dr homm also said he used embryo glue but he put it on my vaginal walls which I thought was strange looking back and having a new doc, They also made us pay 4500$ in advance even though my insurance covers just about everything and they also charged for having more than 10 embryos during ivf, and sent me a 600$ threatening to sue me with a lawyer, We did have a follow up appointment with Dr devin but we was 10 min she said she could not see us mind you we both took off work for this appointment, but I’m glad we was late we found a better doc Dr and have embryos frozen to try again later, Good luck to everyone on this journey!! 05-01-2022 Update just had a baby thru Boston IVF at The Womens Hospital in Evansville IN if your looking for great dr call them Dr Daniel Griffin and staff are truly amazing!!

More than pleased by the service my wife received here. The atmosphere is amazing. We weren’t treated differently being that we are an LGBT couple! I will definitely recommend Dr. Homm to everyone. He is very straight forward and upfront about everything in the entire process and answers any questions you may have! Thank you so much for everything you have done

I cant even express just how grateful my wife and I are for Dr. Krause. We went to her in December 2016 after having a horrible experience at the UofL Fertility Clinic and she listened to our wants, figured out our needs, and worked with us as a team to help create our darling little ones. It took 5 IUIs and, finally, receipical ivf to make these two kids. Each time we failed, Dr. Krause was understanding and determined to try again. She made us feel confident and always took the time to explain everything in detail about procedures, next steps, and otions. As a lesbian couple of color, it was important that we found a care provider who could meet our specific needs. Moving into the receipical ivf process was a smooth and easy transition. We were successful on our first try that we did Aug 2017. In Feb, we welcomed two of the coolest kids. Without Krause, they simply wouldnt be here. She is truly the best in her field and a beautiful person to have on your team during this rough journey.

Dr. Homm, Dr. Devine and the whole staff here made us feel so special and welcomed. I absolutely loved my two doctors and working with them. We’re due in April with our sweet little girl thanks to them. No matter what even if it delayed things I’m glad they gave me their best and advised me in the smartest directions to go. I love this place so much and would recommend everyone and anyone to go here.

Dr.Krause is a wonderful doctor. She has treated like we was her only patient. She is very understanding and give us several different options. I absolutely love it here can’t ask for a better doctor.

I wish I could give ZERO stars!!! Dr. Homm was the absolute worst and I am more upset that my own obgyn referred him to me. The first thing he said when he walked in was why was I even there with my age and all!!!!! Really?!!!! I will not be going back and it was a complete waste of $175! His staff was also very rude and condescending as well. How he gets Dr of the Year from his colleagues is beyond me. Maybe they are unaware of his lack of professionalism. We will travel to St Louis if need be to see Dr. Silber if it means being treated with respect and real concern for our situation.

Place is amazing and people are friendly and care taken by this team from Initial visit to last visit is same and very professional.We dont fell like a hospital, they treat like friends and address all our issues and listen to our questions.Dr. Krause personally calls you to give you updates and test results to make sure you are ok and fully informedprovide right guidance at right time.Would highly recommend to anyone

This is the best facility I have ever been to, ever! They are the kindest, most understanding people. I have never felt more calm and more safe. They get to know you, and make sure they do what’s best for you. Absolutely amazing!

My wife and I Went to the Clinic but they don’t have translator service for spanish people and even when we speak english they said the center can not receive people who speak spanish as first language. Just american pacients. Otherwise i have to bring and spanish- english translator with me next time. it is very bad because there is no the same opportunities for the louisville people even when Kentucky is the second state with more spanish population in the USA.

Dr Robert Homm done great work repairing my septate uterus and treatment for fertility. We have 2 amazing children. Wonderful and caring staff.

This group of doctors and staff are amazing!!! You can tell that they truly care about the outcome of each patient! I would definitely recommend them to anyone going through fertility issues.

I came here a few months ago I wasn’t happy the doctor I had just prescribe me some meds.Sent me on my way and I’m still suffering from fertility still no baby. Im so up set they has to be something that can be down he didn’t look in to a file just diagnosed me with pcos.

I left paperwork with them about 2 months ago. I havent heard back from them. Their office looks a little outdated. Gift of donating eggs is about 2000. Its not much compared to other places.

Excited to start a new journey. But I can’t get anyone to answer the phone been calling and calling leaving voicemails and no call back. Really disappointed 😢
